Sub : Complaint on Bills (either waive off the charges or disconnect the connection).

Sir,

This is in reference to our number broadband number[protected], please note that we have been a facing a problem for last 11 – 12 Months.

Because on the construction of the road at Dhanwapur road, railway road, gurgaon, Our Internet line was disconnected 11 – 12 months ago. We have lodged a complaint also long back on the same but it was told that on complaint, all charges applied on bill would be waived off.
Also, we are getting the bills regularly without any services and no visit from the bsnl personnel has been made so far.

I would request if you waived off all the charges on the bill or discontinue the connection. We are not going to pay for the services we have not availed because of no connection for last 11 – 12 months.

Please treat this matter as urgent and close the connection asap.

BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — No service No money

Dear Sir or Madam

On 30 Jan 2008, install modem at my home. However, internet will start on 5 Feb 2008. Even without service, BSNL will charge Rs 8 in January bill for one-day internet. In addition, 10th 11th 12th 17th and 24 Feb 2008 internet service is not available. After the service I am given lots of complain about Net Speed and Usage Detail to Mrs. Nalini Verma. They send me to Mr. Baburam they give me number of Mr. Gandhi. After talk on phone with Mr. Gandhi, they give me the number of Mr. D I Patel. Then I call so many times but no result will out. Again I call Mr. Gandhi on 29 Feb 2008 about Net speed and usage record was not update after 23 Feb 2008 then he ask my portal ID and open my usage record on his system and he confirm the record is not update and give me Mr. Vagasiya’s number for my problem. Same day I call Mr. Vagasiya and complain but no response then I will call on third and 4th Mar 2008. However, problem is keep out and service is closed after 11 Hrs. from 4th 5th 6 Mar 2008. It will start on 7 Mar after 16th hrs. In that event my February bill is issue with usage up to 23 Feb.’s Data 655MB. Moreover, other usage from 24 to 29 will be Unbilled 562MB was gone to March Bill. That is why my loss in Feb 369 MB. Now my problems of speed not solve and record will update after 1 or 2 days. Moreover, I spend so many times and money on phone calls for Broadband service. Moreover, link is broken in between connection. So kindly solve my problem as early as possible. And refund my payment for Feb 2008 bill witch i pay for without service.

I stay in rajarajeshwarinagar... I am a vodafone distributors in this area, so i need internet connection very often. I have got 750/ month... unlimited usage. From past 7days connection is not working. i have been complaining nearby exchange office, i get reply saying it would be rectified today... but not yet got solved.

I like to inform you that I can not connect my internet connection more than 4 months due to link failure [ error code 678]. I have contacted your customer care centre again and again but got only sms that “Your circuit has been restored” but till now I did not get any fruitful result from your end and no one can visit my place to identify that problem. I have land line connection which I have take only for broadband connection. Can you tell me 4 months is not too much to solve that type of problem. Why should I pay extra amount for inter in every month telephone bill and why should I continue land line connection if I can not use internet.

BSNL Broadband — No services

I am not getting my broadband connection services inspite of paying the monthly rental. I have lodged complains atleast 10 times but nothing was done. Dont knwo what to do.
BSNL broad band connection was done on 17/05/10 from the Telecoms.still(24/05/10) now is not working properly and we tired of giving complains to Telecoms.We are wondering why the govt employees were not fired,only private org peoples were fired if they din't do the proper Job.can i have higer officials mail id or phone numbers.I am loging this complaint from Botswana(South Africa) behalf of My Old mother.Imagine how many times an old lady going up&down to log complaint to Telecoms.Worst and poor work perforamance.pls help me with email id or phone,i wanna sort them out.

BSNL Broadband — NO SERVICE

Obtained new broad band BSNL connection on my BSNL landline phone number[protected] with 625/- unlimited plan but it is working with wire only and very slow. Inspite of repeated several complaints on 1504 not attended by BSNL authorities. Kindly help me to get my money back for which i paid for modem cost

The Monthly Telephone Billl of BSNL is paid time to time properly by our office.

But, our broadband connection not working properly, Our Internet Connection speed not working properly (Very poor condition) from last few months.
So our office work is not done properly.

The complain lodged (orally by mobile) many times by this office to your local office(jaipur City), but the problem is not solved yet today, your technical staff not co-operate with us for repair/ solve said problem.
So, we are requested you, please solve the problem as early as possible.

    I bought a bsnl penta 8 inch tablet 15
    days back. There is a charging problem. I
    guess the problem is in charging pin and
    not the charger.
    The device will charge only if I put
    charging pin in specific angle. Everytime it
    takes me 10 minutes to adjust that
    position, and if I move it by
    small amount also, it will stop charging.
    The dealers couldnt help me with this
    problem. Please do the needful. Or else I
    need a replacement model. I am unable
    to use this for just 15 days. I dont think I
    can use it any longer.

    I bought the tablet with lots of financial difficulty. Plz do the needfuld

      how can i unsubscribe the service " LOVE TIPS FOR GIRLS " which is coming from 59595.
      I've launched complain several times but there have no result in favour of me
      BSNL mobileVALUE ADDED SERVICE Deactivation Procedure:

      · If you want to know the services which are activated on a mobile and the deactivation codes for the services which are activated, then dial *456*00# from the mobile and press call button.

      · Then you will receive activated service name with deactivation code.

      · While deactivating, after dialing the deactivation code for example *456*12# for cricket. A confirmation will be asked, for which "1" should be given as reply and the call button should be pressed.

      · You will be getting the message:

      · "You request for BSNL express alerts - Cricket has been received. It will be deactivated shortly", confirming your deactivation.

      · Note that the reply "1" should be given within 30 seconds.

      · If no service is activated on your mobile and still you are dialling *456*00# then you will be getting message:

      · "No service active Please dial *456*01# to subscribe BSNL Express Alerts Combo Pack Rs.50/month"

      · Please inform this to all our subscribers to deactivate themselves as deactivation is free and they can try any number of times.

        My land line No [protected] on this broad band connected. on dt. 1/11/2012 hangama movies on demand and hangama music on demand and hangama games on demand were activated. I do not want the above hangamas hence you are requested to deactivate the all the above immediatly. We rae not down loaded any movies, music or games on date 1/11/12, but excess bill is sent for Rs/-335.43, this amount my be adjusted in the next bill.Thanking you.

          on 24-december-2012 _ I recieved message from the number[protected] which contained-"TThank you for subscribing Bhaviashyavani Pack.will be charged Rs.5.00/7 days.To deactivate call 1255599.
          Then I checked my balance and found Rs.5.00 deducted from my balance.Actually I hadn't activated any kind of such service from my mobile rather it was automatically activated on my number by my service provider.since last 3-4 months i am facing this problem so please kindly help me out in solving my problem.i hope bsnl will correct the same and shall not repeat.
          my cell no [protected] to-day without my knowledge & knowing recharged and amount has deducted BY BSNL(BT-MOBILE).
          but i also charged from agent later that also activated my BSNL.FOR THAT i contact customer care they are not responsible and also redirect my call thro" repeated SMS.

                  No proper response from BSNL customer care for making a compliant regarding network problem in my area....i'm totally disappointed by BSNL poor service......

                  BSNL call tariff changes during festival time made me to think BSNL is the "BEGGAR" network in INDIA collecting more call rates even i applied rate cutter for my number during that time.....

                  compare to other network this is very worst network in INDIA ...

                    BSNL Prepaid Services — customer care services and balance deduction

                    myself Dr Mukesh Rana, Kanpur, UP having bsnl prepaid connection no-[protected] having complain that on 19th march at 9 am i recieved a call from the no-[protected], he was complaing that i have called him around 11:15 in the night of 18.03.09 afterthat i checked my balance it was 0.05 rs, as it was 10rs balance in the night.i got 2nd call from [protected] nd he was having same complain.i was trying to contact customercare nd as usual the reply was this no does not exist.so kindly consider my problem.

                    BSNL — ANAVAILABLE BALANCE OF MESSAGES

                    Sir,
                    Before some days, the BSNL has given schemes for Free Call and Free Local & STD messeges. One scheme of them was "Recharge with Rs.31 and get 2000 Local SMS &1000 STD SMS." So, near 3rd June, I have Recharged with Rs. 31 to get 2000 Local & 1000 Std SMS after confirming to the Customer Executive caliing on 24365.

                    From the day of recharge to till today I often call to customer care to know my message balance but every time the customer executive puts me on HOLD to get information and after holding me 4 to 8 minutes he cuts my call. Every next time when I call he says this time your Call won't cut. But he cuts my call. And I tired to call them now, Because every time He insults the Customer and Customer is a human, how many time he will suffer his insult like this. And till today I don't know how many messages company gave me & how many messages left in my account. I have recording of this Call as a proof.

                    Sir, I trust you. And I hope You will help the Customer. So, please please please Sir, do actions as soon as you can... Because I am not the only customer who is suffering from this problem but may be there are a no. of customers who are suffering from this problem..

                    bsnl telecom prepaid service — unwanted deduction in balance from user

                    Respected Sir,
                    I am a bsnl prepaid user from the last three years and my phone number is [protected]. about a week earlier thirty(30) rupees balance from my number has been deducted without my permission and i was informed later through a message that "love alert" has been activated.
                    Wonderful thing is that toay on 27th of jan i got another message"missu alert" has baan activated and 30 rupees again deducted from the available balance.While contacting customer care no. there is no response,if this kind of problem occurs continue user won't anymore believe on the service of this company. So, please take action on above complain .
                    my cell no. is [protected] my GPRS data was valid balance was available till today also available GPRS balance, but 25th december 2012 morning when i was browsing and downloading suddenly browsing and downloading stop then that time i see that my talk time balance is nil.. i had call to BSNL customer care they said that this day is blackout therefor balance has been zero zero. what should i do...

                      sir/madam,
                      I recently took a new land line connection from BSNL having no-2337650.But within few days after activation ,the phone has gone dead.
                      I complained about it through bsnl customer care .Though they provided me a docket number-[protected] dt.[protected] but till date the phone is dead.I had even talked about the matter to THE NODAL OFFICER AT DIBRUGARH but of no use.And to add to my astonishment , yesterday I received an SMS from Bsnl that my complaint regarding the above mentioned docket number is closed.
                      After that i tried to complain the mater to the APPELLATE AUTHORITY,GUWAHATI AT NUMBER 1094 but no one received my call.

                      SIR,THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I AM FACING THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM.WHAT SURPRISES ME IS THAT "ALL THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTERS,NUMBERS OF VARIOUS NODAL OFFICERS, APPELLATE AUTHORITY ARE SIMPLY FOR DISPLAY AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO IN REALITY."

                      I DO THINK I HAVE DONE A VERY BIG MISTAKE BY TAKING A NEW LAND LINE CONNECTION FROM BSNL.

                        1. I am a army officer who has just been posted to pune. I had applied for a BSNL land line connection with broadband facility on 22/23 november 2012.the response at bsnl office, Bhavani peth pune was encouraging. I was given a regd no as su[protected].

                        2. Though the paraphernalia required to instal a connection is already existing at place of my residence( (as the occupant before me also had a landline connection), I was assured that the given connection will be provided in 10 working days.I chose the plan of Rs 850/-, i was told that i need to procure own hand set and modem for the same ( but mentioned that it would be provided free of cost if i continue the plan for six months). i procured the same

                        3. I called bsnl office again as no one turned up even after 15 days. the contact no of Mr N B Tengle ([protected])was provided to speak on any problem. After assuring me that the connection will be provided in two to three days, he again stopped taking my calls. on my repeated calls he told me that i cannot be done and to meet him personally.

                        4. On contacting local technician( Mr Yadav/Jadhav) responsible for installing connections, he told me has recieved the order and would place the connection. However he would do so only if he recieves two bottles of liquor from my side. he has visited my place twice but the phone is yet to be installed .

                        5. I request you to look into the matter and take the neccesary steps that the users donot face such problems and leash can be tightened upon corrupt officials. i am sure if the can do this type of arm twisting and corruption with a army officer, they must be doing the same with impunity with a common man.

                          my name is amit tandel. i have ported in bsnl gujarat for last 15 days and on the same day i have activated 98rs gprs plan. but it is very bad that bsnl apn s bsnlnet and bsnllive are not working properly so that i could not use internet service for a single day. i have come to bsnl only because i can use internet service. ihave lost my 15 days and money without using this service. i have also complained to bsnl customer care regarding it but all in vain. please help me. ........... tahnk you.
                          Actually my Intenet Connection is nice at Starting.
                          But now its not working.I have given a Complaint too.
                          But there is no response. This problem is from one and half year.
                          This is my 10th complaint. but they'll say that they 'll repair and given complaint number.
                          But After few days the complaint will be closed.
                          What should i do.

                            my bsnl no is [protected] and i am using sony xperia u model i requested bsnl on 1503 many times to send me the Internet setting so that i can use Internet on my mobile phone but irrespective of many calls they did not send me the setting and now their number 1503 does not let me talk to the executive . either they are not on duty or they are not performing their duty seriously. please make me available Internet setting on my mobile phone

                              change wll to land line with broadband

                              sir,my name is UNNI NAIR P.my connection is under kombidi exchange sub of Mala exchange.
                              now i am using wll phone.but I am not able to get Internet with dial up connection. I made so many complaints about this to the concerning authority but they are all helpless. At last i given an application to disconnect Internet connection from my WLL phone on[protected] already disconnected. And given an application for Land line with broadband Internet .MY both children are working abroad so it is very urgent to me get a broadband Internet.I am a senior citizen[1-6-1951]
                              So please consider my case sympathetically and alot me a connection immediately.the government of India provided so many special considerations for senior citizens must be taken care off

                                i m using bsnl net from last 3 days i have no gprs network when i call on 198 cce say this is only landline n broadband complain desk what i do i m using my college wifi that is limited what i do which sim is better in meerut plz tell me... My number is [protected]

                                cell one — bad service

                                For last few days (more than a week) there is no network in the DIrang are of aruna chal pradesh. We are virtually off from the rest of the country. During these festive season, we are unable to talk with our near and dear one as both the land and mobile service is not working here. However, the BSNL office of here or Bomdilla are least bothered about it.
                                This si not the first time that we r facing such kind of problem. The network iremains out of order for more than a week every month.
                                I want to draw the attention to the competent authority regarding this matter.

                                BSNL Cellone — bad GPRS services

                                The services of BSNL GPRS is very bad from last three monts .
                                The downloading speed on PC is 1kbps to 2kbps in the city of ludhiana..
                                I have downloaded mobile security application from nokia OVI store, now I have forgoten pas word please help me.

                                CellOne — gprs

                                .I think this is worst connection in this world. I port my no. [protected] in cellone but i was suffering from last 15 days bcoz i can't activate internet on my no.. When m calling to care they unable to solve my problem. My complnt no. is C02PB2886088 .m troubling very very much.

                                    I m sushil kumar. I have a bsnl sim. number [protected]. A cricket alert msg. From 52906 is actevate on my number and deduct rupees 3 daily. A complaint number 6282786 is also written in customer care on 30 july 2009. So plz take action on my complaint.

                                    A sum of Rs. 30 is being deducted from my prepaid mobile service on account of Beauty Tips without any prior intimation from me. I have complained BSNL customer care, unfortunately no action is being taken by them. Interestingly Beauty Tips in form of service message comes and displays on the screen, it can only read but never saved. No numbers are aslo seen in that particular message's viewing option. How is it possible to do so without obtaining any permisson from consumer ?

                                    Rs 42/-(30+12) has been deducted from my BSNL mobile balance on date 30/1/2013 for BSNL tunes where as I have not activated the same.The customer care is blaming me that we have done it from our side.On date 31/1/2013 again Rs 40/- was deducted due to some unknown reasons.It is very difficult to fight with the situations.Kindly help me in this regards.

                                      CSC — Landline dead

                                      I am residing in Virugambakkam, L&T colony, Chennai.
                                      I have registered for a new internet connection on 3rd July 2009. So, for this a landline phone & internet modem should be installed in 4 working days each. However, I had got landline phone set on 10th day and that line is not working from that day. While installing they said a line man will be coming for giving a new line then only the phone will be working.

                                      So, I'm waiting for morethan 1 week nobody turned up. After this only they will be bringing internet modem to install. I don;t know for that how many days they will taking.
