Dear sir/madam,
I have the Bsnl broadband plan of Rs.900 in which 400 calls are free on this plan. Before the 1st january 2013 these 400 calls are free on any network but after 1st january it is changed and these 400 calls are free on Bsnl network only. My complaint is they don't give any information about this change and not giving any notification of this change and give me a bill of Rs.400 extra because of this change. The print date of my bill is 4th february 2013 and on that bill, they give an advertisement of that plan and on that advertisement they don't show any specification of 400 calls free only on Bsnl netwok. Today is 19th february 2013, and almost 50 days is completed and they don't give any notification of the change. Today i go to Bsnl office for correctioning the bill but they don't admit their mistake. When i go to the another officer of the Bsnl office and behave like a new costumer to take a broadband plan, they show me the chart of old plans in which they don't mention any change and don't say anything about the change. Because of no information, i don't take any action to change my plan and continuing calling from the landline phone to other networks. And it is sure that the company will give me a bill of month february with the same extra amount. so please take any strict action and help me to getting my money back. BSNL Broadband — free calls

I sri Arup kr. pal phone no.258716 of jharkhand chaibasa cosumer no.709669, applied for broadband" combo plan 500 C" connection in the month of july 2008 .and get connected in the same month.As per combo plan rent will be 500 and free calls 175 .But our bill doesn't include free calls 175 in the month of july and august 2008.Therefore i request you to kindly adjust free calls for the month july and august in our next bill i.e in the month of september bill and oblige. Your kind co-operation in this regard is highly solicited.
how to change password of brodband's modem

BSNL — Delay in Broad band Plan Change

I am a Bsnl broad band customer since 2 months. And my plan was Home 125 plan. Since my usage is increased, i applied to change the broad band plan to 250 plan. I applied on June 10 th. And they replied that it will be chnaged from the next month onwards. But when i checked my plan, it remains the same and it is not changed.
Please take sudden action, it will be more helpful to me.

BSNL BROADBAND PLAN — plan not change after month start

i request to change plan home 750 unlimited to home combo 500 on 18aug09.they applied. it & tell me it'll start from 1 sep09.because of their slow processing

but ,today 1sep09 it doesn't change .

it shows 750 unlimited on portal .
because of their slow processing
also its speed is very low just 256kbps ~25kbps....................

i contact with broadband section they told me it'll take 2-3 days....

then tell me ,because of their slow processing i applied in early ..

why they take long time 2 change plan........

as per condition & rule it 'll take effect in 7days......

I HAD CHANGED MY BROADBAND PLAN FROM SPEED COMBO 1111 TO UL COMBO 900 IN WHICH THE SPEED IS 4 MBPS.THE PLAN HAS CHANGED BUT IAM STILL NOT GETTING THE 4 MBPS.IAM GETTING THE OLD PLAN SPEED. I HAD COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS THREE TIMES IN THE CUSTOMER CARE IVRS AND ALSO IN GANAPATHY EXCHANGE CUSTOMER CARE,AND ALSO TO MR.GANESAN
(JE) GANAPATHY EXCHANGE.BUT THERE IS NO ACTION TAKEN FOR IT. I WANT TO KNOW WHERE SHOULD I COMPLAINT FOR THIS AND HOW OR WHEN IS MY PROBLEM GOING TO SOLVED.

Yes, I've the faced the same problem as well. My number is[protected] using plan Home Combo ULD 900. I did went to the BSNL office and spoke to Mr. Satpathy (Link Road, Cuttack) the Chief Account Officer and he didn't took my complain and asked me to forfeit the connection if I'm not happy with the changes.

Finally, I've paid the bill but it was harassing. Please look into this.

Same issue here too. I have been using BSNL broadband internet connection since 1 year. As a good will of the customer they have no retention policy and they give same sort of answers. Please look into this. My Landline number :[protected]

    My parents use BSNL sim. when they tried to call the other day it said "registration expired" not sure for what reason??and they have being using the number for the past 6 years.there was almost 200 rupees in it.

    we had just put around 200 rupees the other day on the 2nd phone,the next day it says that the amount is over need to recharge!!! Whats happening???
    UN AUTHORISED DEDUCTION OF MONEY AS BV-BTUNES

    Without any request an amount of Rs-30/ &Rs-12/ has been deducted from my mobile account.Even I contacted customer care through no 1503 & requested for closing the deduction but invain.I want to close the deduction.

      I am using land-line Phone No.[protected]. I opted for annual payment about five years back and has been paying the bills promtply well before due date through one line using my credit card. I did not face any problem all the four years. Last Year in August, I made entire year's payment in advance. After few months I received SMSs on my mobile [protected] stating that payment was due. In December 2012 I visited the Accounts Officer, Musheerabad Exchanged situated at Musheerabad and personally met the female Accounts Officer and enquired with her and she confirmed the fact that annual payment made by me has been received and advised me to ignore all future messages. I received online alerts on landline from BSNl again, asking for payment. I ignored as advised by the AO. Today on 19.2.2013 they disconnected outgoing calls.

      My land line bearing the no: [protected] is not at all working from more than 4 months. Neither i can make a call nor do i get a call. Raised complaints several times. But all are closed saying that there is absolutely no problem. But the problem stands unresolved and i am really annoyed with the way the issue is handled. Inspite of paying all the bills well before the scheduled time, it is irritating to see that the problem still persists and is unattended. Request to see that the matter is resolved immediately otherwise i will be forced to go for other vendors in the market duly closing my account with bsnl.

          The Value Pack Service provided by 54646 have somehow been activated or have been deliberately activated. I didn't subscribe for the service. The service provider have been constantly charging Rs. 5/-, Rs. 10/- for eatch month or so and the total money it has stolen from my account for the amount of Rs.50/- till date. I had complained of the matter to the BSNL CUSTOMER CARE twice by nothing have been done till now. On contacting with the personnel there they just say that the work is in process.

            BSNL — non receipt of instrument

            I have applied for bsnl broad band internet connection in last march 2008.Bsnl is advertising on a very large scale and they have not proper network. they are not giving proper services to the consumer. Till today they are not able togive me internet connection on my wll phone. They are always replying that instruments are not receiving form the department. Yet it will take two months. I am sorry to say that such a big company is not able to supply new connection after 8 months. They should stop their advertisement.

            BSNL — Instrument not working

            My bsnl,pune landline no. is[protected], and the instrument is bought from bsnl. From last one Month it has become noisy and when we picked up a call the phone was disconnect automatically, wires get detached frequently and conversation becomes difficult. Request for repairing/replacement of the instrument.

            Please do as early as possible

            complain again & again. But there will be no efect on staff or department.The

            i had great opinion about bsnl service. but they offer us poor service. i got the nip card for internet and paid two months bill for about 1300/- but not even a day i worked out the internet. i complaint to local JE but he has no sufficient knowledge about this nip card plan. they must take sufficient action towards these, we pay and we have right. I plan to go to consumer court

            BSNL — Phone Dead & instrument not working

            Dear Sir,

            My phone No. is 2446197. For the last five months I am facing our landline phone dead and instrument not working properly. So many times I complaint, if it is O.K. in one day in the next day it was dead or instrument was not worked. At this point I would request your higher authorities to look into this matter personally to give suitable instructions to the concerned person.

            I request you to repair the same on permanent basis.

              Mera broad band din mai kam se kam 10-12 bar kat jata hai phir yah 20-25 mint tak kata rahta hai. Is samsaya ke karan mujhe kam kane mai paresanee hotee hai. Aur mai is kee complain pahle bhee kar chuka hoo. Telephaone ke adhikaree to sahee response dete hai. Lekin line mai theek se kaam nahee karte hai. Jab kee mare ghar se exchange kee dooree keval 400m he hogee.
              Mere ghar par phile bhee brod band laga huaa tha. Is karan exchange ke line main ne new line ke jagh par puranee line mai he connection kar diya. Jis karan mera broad band kata he rahta hai.
              Atha shree man jee se nivedan hai kee meree complained ko samjhte huye sahee karane ka kast kare.

                श्रामानजी मैने बेसिक फोन पर ब्रांडबैंड नेट का कनकसन लीया .जो सहि नहिं चला. अस कारण कनकसन कटवा दिया.विभाग मोडम वापिस जमा नहिं कर रहाहै व न हि 1800रु व अमानत रु850. कुल 2450रु वापिस खाते मे जमा कर रहे है.मेरा फोन न.[protected] सादुलशहर.यहॉ के सटाफ को कुछ समझ नहिं आया,तो मेरि कमी नहिं.फिर पैसा वापिस कयौं नहिं मिलता.

                  I recently got a new Landline and Internet connection at home. I wanted to Register myself online so that I can avail online services. As per the process, few weeks back I registered online with my Customer ID however; I had to recieve a call from BSNL customer care to tell me the password for my online account.

                  I am Rajendra Shirol, resedent of Belvanki Village of Ron taluka in Karnataka.I am BSNL prepaid subsciber since 7 years.There is a BSNL mobile tower at our village hardly at about 100 mtrs distance from my residence.But I am not getting any network signals even at short distance.Many bsnl subscribers are shifting to other services.Many representations were given since 2 years but of no use.Is there any hidden agenda to motivate bsnl subscribers to shift to other services?

                    I have a broadband connection of BSNL and from last two years I am facing a problem with the DSL and Internet status light. The status light should always be on and stable but after some time the DSL light starts flickering and internet light goes off and during this time i am unable to surf or access the internet. The only option left is to switch the power of the modem off and switch it on again. I face this error after every 2 to 5 minutes. please tell me what is the root cause of the error? Suspecting problem with modem I renewed the BSNL Modem with D Link modem but the problem still persists.I complained about it many times but every time a person from the exchange comes does some thing and goes back.But the problem surfaces again after few days.Why cant this problem be fixed once and for all.It is irritating at times when suddenly u loose the internet connection when you are in the middle of an internet transaction.I requested the telephone exchange to send a knowledgeable person to fix this long standing problem but every time the same person comes and the problem remains unsolved.

                    Broadband — ADSL line irregular

                    I have lodged complaint time and again with '1500' from the last 20-30 days but without any result. The ADSL light is blinking and not static due to which broadband cannot be connected. In the morning hours broadband connection is available but in the afternoon it is just impossible. The staff of local exchange is not accepting the letter of complaint. They are just noting down the faulty number(s).

                    Second complaint is that of[protected] which is lying dead sice last 15-20 days. This too is not being set right by the department. We are now thinking to switch over to some private company atleast they would be setting the fault right immediately.

                      My landline number 263296, is cut off since one month, and despite many complaints and visits to the office of TDE Ralouri, nothing has been done so far, and height of that bill for the same period has reached me. The lines according to them is cut from different places, effecting around 50 numbers, but they have shown their inability to lay a fresh cable as some shopkeepers are not allowing to let them perform their duties, it looks so astonishing as country's biggest and Govt telecommunications company is unable to do this simple job.
                      My second complaint pertaining to same agency is that my number 2631833 is pending shifting since more than 2 years. This office especially in Distt Rajouri is doing nothing. Please take up. Thanks.

                        It is well known that BSNL died long-back but we forgot to do it's annual death remembrance ceremony. It's all customer care numbers are put on hold and no operator comes to speak even after a hold for 30 mins. Full of problems and money paid to them is fully waste. They don't have answer for any queries asked and not help in solving our problems. Thus I feel we need to celebrate BSNL's -death date- remembrance ceremony.

                          I am facing low speed on internet in BSNL no. [protected] since 14 feb 2013. The speed was good enough till 13 feb 2013. So I registered complaint with docket no. B[protected] which was to be solved in 24 hrs as per their instructions. I checked it again on 15 geb 2013 the issue was unsolved. So I called their customer care again and asked for the problem they gave me excuses that I would be having network problem in my place. I am using BSNL internet on my dongle since 1 month at the same place with same network but then also they gave me excuse that I would be having some network problem. The customer care services are worst and they pick up the call after 25-30 mins everytime. Also they dont transfer their call to their higher authority person or their Nodal Officer.

                          BSNL — low speed of internet

                          I have a BSNL 54 Rs. plan for internet , but in the very slow and low speed of the NET.
                          So, i heartly request for the increase speed of INTERNET .

                            This complain is regarding the activation of GAMES ON DEMAND on my internet connection..I recieved a call from BSNL customer care and i was informed that i can play free online games for 1 month(august).and later i can activate it for further use..
                            But without my willingness,GAMES ON DEMAND was activated and bill of RS 200 is being charged along with my regular bill.i logged a complaint 2 months earlier,but no action has been taken...even this month i recieved high bill.

                              We have a BSNL telephone[protected] connection for the past 15 Years. The wires are all old and the connections from the exchange are also very old. The service gets disconnected every 3 weeks and also the Internet connectivity suffers due to these outdated wires. We have made numerous complaints to the concerned authority but they are refusing to change the old wires in the exchange. Kindly look into this issue.

                                I have Broadband Connection and Tel number is[protected]. I could not get continues connection of internet because DSL link is not stable. I had complained frequently but I could not get any proper answer. Complaints always get closed with out confirmation. If I try to reach the concerned BSNL office, nobody gives me the appropriate answer or concern person not available.
                                In day we are trying many more times but nobody is ready to attain our broadband issue

                                I AM USING INTERNATE SINCE 3 YEARS
                                & FACING PROBLM OF DSL LINK MISS FOR SEVRALY IN A DAY
                                I COMPLAINED TO DIPARTMENT SEVRALLY BUT VERY TIME THEY COME & DO SOME USELESS TRICKS
                                NOT ONLY ME ATLEAST 50% OF BROADBAND CUSTMERS ARE FACING THIS PROBLEM

                                BSNL Mobile — concern person not available

                                dear sir, as i had done mobile portability with bsnl, i visited bsnl musheerabad branch for std and gprs activation request for my mobile no. [protected]. but the concern person was not available on 9th april 2012 and when contact by telephone number[protected] on 10th april from 10 a.m to 12 p.m there was no response and was no reply.. please tell me are they on leave or they are not doing their duty sincerely ?? kindly reply or contact me on above mobile number.

                                    its a fraud site they steling my money n bsnl supporting them

                                    BSNL Customer service called me on 25.10.2010 onwards many times to set the Free Games service for one month plan. My 10 years old son told him to call us after 7.00 pm as we'll reach home at or above 7.00 pm. So he catched us on 27.10.2010 explained very patiently about the Free plan and installed too. He also told they'll call us after 15 days to enquire the service. But on 15th day (12.11.2010- Friday) a lady call us on 6.00 pm by telling this is the last date if you are not interested to continue this service you should go to ACCOUNT and cancel otherwise we'll be billed for Rs.200 for the games plan.
                                    As soon as we reached home we tried to contact to consult with them about this. But their Toll free no.[protected] doesn't exist. Just before called us land line Number also in engaged tone.

                                    They have called us to tell about the plan after 7.00 pm. But when we want to know about cancelling process, we couldn't catch them.

                                    And we couldn't uninstall the GODplayer from our pc too.
                                    We don't know how to cancel the plan and uninstall we are confusing about whether we 'll press any wrong option.

                                    BSNL/INDIA GAMES — Deactivation

                                    My BSNL number is 24402714 . BSNL has offered a free package of games for one month. the period is elapsed I have not given my consent for further continuance of the games. Last month BSNL have billed additional Rs.200 for the games. I would like to deactivate my account.I want the refund. The toll free number [protected] is always busy and not responding.Hence, I would like to deactivate my account.Please do the needful at once..

                                    there is billing in land line bill. i want to deactivate on line game service but without using service, there is charging of Rs 200/- in per month bill. hence deactivate service on phone[protected].pls aknoledge it.

                                      Respected sir/madam,
                                      I am writing this letter to inform you that my father Mr.N.M.Mathew has been using the BSNL mobile no. ([protected]) for the past 11 years, from the beginning of his use, different companies have been sending unwanted messages i.e.(advertisement) to his mobile. To stop this inconvenience, he asked me to make these messages (advertisements) stop. So I enquired into BSNL office about the matter and they told me to activate DND (Do not Disturb). I activated the service a few months ago but the problem persisted even after activation of this service. Not only is he getting unwanted messages, but now a slight amount of balance from the mobile is also being deducted for unknown reasons. I have complained to BSNL office about the matter and they have taken my complaint. Complaint number A06KL384551. Also I complained to TRAI (Telephone Regulatory Authority of India) with no response at all. I do not know what else I am required to do as the problem is still persisting.

                                      Please assist to solve the above problem as early as possible and kindly ensure that the amount (Rs40) unreasonably deducted is refunded.

                                        Respected Sir,,
                                        I have land line of bsnl. My no. is [protected]. I am having it for near about 15 years. Now I am too frustraited about it service.Some time noisy sound only… Every month some thing is happening with that land line. Now I fed up. Everytime I gave complain there, Bsnl authority solve it after long time but after going well few days it become same. Here also previous month it was dead for so many days, . I gave a complaint on 1 month before. Still my phone is not working. every time they are saying issues is on cables…..They are not ready to recitfy it …what should i do…?
