My parents use BSNL sim. when they tried to call the other day it said "registration expired" not sure for what reason??and they have being using the number for the past 6 years.there was almost 200 rupees in it.

we had just put around 200 rupees the other day on the 2nd phone,the next day it says that the amount is over need to recharge!!! Whats happening???
UN AUTHORISED DEDUCTION OF MONEY AS BV-BTUNES

Without any request an amount of Rs-30/ &Rs-12/ has been deducted from my mobile account.Even I contacted customer care through no 1503 & requested for closing the deduction but invain.I want to close the deduction.

    I am using land-line Phone No.[protected]. I opted for annual payment about five years back and has been paying the bills promtply well before due date through one line using my credit card. I did not face any problem all the four years. Last Year in August, I made entire year's payment in advance. After few months I received SMSs on my mobile [protected] stating that payment was due. In December 2012 I visited the Accounts Officer, Musheerabad Exchanged situated at Musheerabad and personally met the female Accounts Officer and enquired with her and she confirmed the fact that annual payment made by me has been received and advised me to ignore all future messages. I received online alerts on landline from BSNl again, asking for payment. I ignored as advised by the AO. Today on 19.2.2013 they disconnected outgoing calls.

    I request you to do the needful.

    My land line bearing the no: [protected] is not at all working from more than 4 months. Neither i can make a call nor do i get a call. Raised complaints several times. But all are closed saying that there is absolutely no problem. But the problem stands unresolved and i am really annoyed with the way the issue is handled. Inspite of paying all the bills well before the scheduled time, it is irritating to see that the problem still persists and is unattended. Request to see that the matter is resolved immediately otherwise i will be forced to go for other vendors in the market duly closing my account with bsnl.

        The Value Pack Service provided by 54646 have somehow been activated or have been deliberately activated. I didn't subscribe for the service. The service provider have been constantly charging Rs. 5/-, Rs. 10/- for eatch month or so and the total money it has stolen from my account for the amount of Rs.50/- till date. I had complained of the matter to the BSNL CUSTOMER CARE twice by nothing have been done till now. On contacting with the personnel there they just say that the work is in process.

          phone instrument not working

          getting high noise,many time dead,automatically again alive,sound system absolutely unbearable.Therefore request you to replaced it.
          I believe we are in 21st century.your ads are high sounding but of no avail.Each month I am paying bills.But...

          Mera broad band din mai kam se kam 10-12 bar kat jata hai phir yah 20-25 mint tak kata rahta hai. Is samsaya ke karan mujhe kam kane mai paresanee hotee hai. Aur mai is kee complain pahle bhee kar chuka hoo. Telephaone ke adhikaree to sahee response dete hai. Lekin line mai theek se kaam nahee karte hai. Jab kee mare ghar se exchange kee dooree keval 400m he hogee.
          Mere ghar par phile bhee brod band laga huaa tha. Is karan exchange ke line main ne new line ke jagh par puranee line mai he connection kar diya. Jis karan mera broad band kata he rahta hai.
          Atha shree man jee se nivedan hai kee meree complained ko samjhte huye sahee karane ka kast kare.

              Hi,
              I recently got a new Landline and Internet connection at home. I wanted to Register myself online so that I can avail online services. As per the process, few weeks back I registered online with my Customer ID however; I had to recieve a call from BSNL customer care to tell me the password for my online account.
              Its been a month I have not recieved any call or Email from BSNL. I need to avail the online services. My Customer ID is [protected] and Email is [protected]@gmail.com

              i want regester
              I am Rajendra Shirol, resedent of Belvanki Village of Ron taluka in Karnataka.I am BSNL prepaid subsciber since 7 years.There is a BSNL mobile tower at our village hardly at about 100 mtrs distance from my residence.But I am not getting any network signals even at short distance.Many bsnl subscribers are shifting to other services.Many representations were given since 2 years but of no use.Is there any hidden agenda to motivate bsnl subscribers to shift to other services?

                hi,
                I have a broadband connection of BSNL and from last two years I am facing a problem with the DSL and Internet status light. The status light should always be on and stable but after some time the DSL light starts flickering and internet light goes off and during this time i am unable to surf or access the internet. The only option left is to switch the power of the modem off and switch it on again. I face this error after every 2 to 5 minutes. please tell me what is the root cause of the error? Suspecting problem with modem I renewed the BSNL Modem with D Link modem but the problem still persists.I complained about it many times but every time a person from the exchange comes does some thing and goes back.But the problem surfaces again after few days.Why cant this problem be fixed once and for all.It is irritating at times when suddenly u loose the internet connection when you are in the middle of an internet transaction.I requested the telephone exchange to send a knowledgeable person to fix this long standing problem but every time the same person comes and the problem remains unsolved.

                Broadband — ADSL line irregular

                I have lodged complaint time and again with '1500' from the last 20-30 days but without any result. The ADSL light is blinking and not static due to which broadband cannot be connected. In the morning hours broadband connection is available but in the afternoon it is just impossible. The staff of local exchange is not accepting the letter of complaint. They are just noting down the faulty number(s).

                Second complaint is that of[protected] which is lying dead sice last 15-20 days. This too is not being set right by the department. We are now thinking to switch over to some private company atleast they would be setting the fault right immediately.

                  My landline number 263296, is cut off since one month, and despite many complaints and visits to the office of TDE Ralouri, nothing has been done so far, and height of that bill for the same period has reached me. The lines according to them is cut from different places, effecting around 50 numbers, but they have shown their inability to lay a fresh cable as some shopkeepers are not allowing to let them perform their duties, it looks so astonishing as country's biggest and Govt telecommunications company is unable to do this simple job.
                  My second complaint pertaining to same agency is that my number 2631833 is pending shifting since more than 2 years. This office especially in Distt Rajouri is doing nothing. Please take up. Thanks.

                    It is well known that BSNL died long-back but we forgot to do it's annual death remembrance ceremony. It's all customer care numbers are put on hold and no operator comes to speak even after a hold for 30 mins. Full of problems and money paid to them is fully waste. They don't have answer for any queries asked and not help in solving our problems. Thus I feel we need to celebrate BSNL's -death date- remembrance ceremony.

                      I am facing low speed on internet in BSNL no. [protected] since 14 feb 2013. The speed was good enough till 13 feb 2013. So I registered complaint with docket no. B[protected] which was to be solved in 24 hrs as per their instructions. I checked it again on 15 geb 2013 the issue was unsolved. So I called their customer care again and asked for the problem they gave me excuses that I would be having network problem in my place. I am using BSNL internet on my dongle since 1 month at the same place with same network but then also they gave me excuse that I would be having some network problem. The customer care services are worst and they pick up the call after 25-30 mins everytime. Also they dont transfer their call to their higher authority person or their Nodal Officer.

                      BSNL — low speed of internet

                      I have a BSNL 54 Rs. plan for internet , but in the very slow and low speed of the NET.
                      So, i heartly request for the increase speed of INTERNET .

                        This complain is regarding the activation of GAMES ON DEMAND on my internet connection..I recieved a call from BSNL customer care and i was informed that i can play free online games for 1 month(august).and later i can activate it for further use..
                        But without my willingness,GAMES ON DEMAND was activated and bill of RS 200 is being charged along with my regular bill.i logged a complaint 2 months earlier,but no action has been taken...even this month i recieved high bill.

                          We have a BSNL telephone[protected] connection for the past 15 Years. The wires are all old and the connections from the exchange are also very old. The service gets disconnected every 3 weeks and also the Internet connectivity suffers due to these outdated wires. We have made numerous complaints to the concerned authority but they are refusing to change the old wires in the exchange. Kindly look into this issue.

                                Bsnl India Games — Unsatisfactory services

                                Dated 12.11.2010


                                BSNL Customer service called me on 25.10.2010 onwards many times to set the Free Games service for one month plan. My 10 years old son told him to call us after 7.00 pm as we'll reach home at or above 7.00 pm. So he catched us on 27.10.2010 explained very patiently about the Free plan and installed too. He also told they'll call us after 15 days to enquire the service. But on 15th day (12.11.2010- Friday) a lady call us on 6.00 pm by telling this is the last date if you are not interested to continue this service you should go to ACCOUNT and cancel otherwise we'll be billed for Rs.200 for the games plan.
                                As soon as we reached home we tried to contact to consult with them about this. But their Toll free no.[protected] doesn't exist. Just before called us land line Number also in engaged tone.

                                They have called us to tell about the plan after 7.00 pm. But when we want to know about cancelling process, we couldn't catch them.

                                And we couldn't uninstall the GODplayer from our pc too.
                                We don't know how to cancel the plan and uninstall we are confusing about whether we 'll press any wrong option.

                                BSNL/INDIA GAMES — Deactivation

                                My BSNL number is 24402714 . BSNL has offered a free package of games for one month. the period is elapsed I have not given my consent for further continuance of the games. Last month BSNL have billed additional Rs.200 for the games. I would like to deactivate my account.I want the refund. The toll free number [protected] is always busy and not responding.Hence, I would like to deactivate my account.Please do the needful at once..

                                  Respected sir/madam,
                                  I am writing this letter to inform you that my father Mr.N.M.Mathew has been using the BSNL mobile no. ([protected]) for the past 11 years, from the beginning of his use, different companies have been sending unwanted messages i.e.(advertisement) to his mobile. To stop this inconvenience, he asked me to make these messages (advertisements) stop. So I enquired into BSNL office about the matter and they told me to activate DND (Do not Disturb). I activated the service a few months ago but the problem persisted even after activation of this service. Not only is he getting unwanted messages, but now a slight amount of balance from the mobile is also being deducted for unknown reasons. I have complained to BSNL office about the matter and they have taken my complaint. Complaint number A06KL384551. Also I complained to TRAI (Telephone Regulatory Authority of India) with no response at all. I do not know what else I am required to do as the problem is still persisting.

                                  Please assist to solve the above problem as early as possible and kindly ensure that the amount (Rs40) unreasonably deducted is refunded.

                                    Respected Sir,,
                                    I have land line of bsnl. My no. is [protected]. I am having it for near about 15 years. Now I am too frustraited about it service.Some time noisy sound only… Every month some thing is happening with that land line. Now I fed up. Everytime I gave complain there, Bsnl authority solve it after long time but after going well few days it become same. Here also previous month it was dead for so many days, . I gave a complaint on 1 month before. Still my phone is not working. every time they are saying issues is on cables…..They are not ready to recitfy it …what should i do…?

                                      My mobile sim No. [protected] was deactivated automatically when i did complaint about this in BSNL office, Sector-5 they gave me a duplicate sim of same No. and take my original sim on dated 07.02.2013. They assured me that it will activate within 3-5 hours but stilll it is not activated. they charged me Rs. 100/- for the duplicate sim. when i again went to the office. they refused to return my original sim and they didnot listen to me and give harassment to me. i have many important phone Nos and i circulate this no. for many urgent works. it is my request to please look into the matter and take action against the person who issued me duplicate sim and misguide me. please activate my sim no. [protected] as early as possible in my name.

                                      BSNL — sim not activated

                                      Sir,
                                      I AM ATRISH MUKHERJEE FROM AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT. I BOUGHT ONE BSNL MOBILE PREPAID SIM (MOB NO: [protected]) ON 15TH MARCH 2011 FROM A BSNL AUTHORIZED MOBILE STORE SITUATED IN "RAMDEV NAGAR, SATELLITE" AREA OF AHMEDABAD. AFTER SUBMITTING NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR ADDRESS AND IDENTITY PROOF THEY TOLD ME THE SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED IN 48HRS TIME. BUT MY INCOMING AND OUTGOING FACILITY IS BLOCKED SINCE THAT DAY. IT IS ALMOST 10DAYS, I SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS ONCE AGAIN TO THE STORE FROM WHICH I PURCHASED THE SIM. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER 5-6 TIMES DURING THESE DAYS, BUT THEY COULD NOT TELL ME ANY PROPER REASON FOR BEING NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE OR MAKE CALLS FROM MY MOBILE. EVEN I COULD NOT DIAL 123 AND 1503 FROM MY MOBILE. EVERY TIME I CONTACTED BSNL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER OR THE STORE FROM WHICH I BOUGHT THE SIM, THEY TOLD MY SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED IN ONE OR TWO DAYS. BUT TODAY, 20 DAYS IS OVER AND STILL THE PROBLEM REMAINS. i JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY MY SIM IS STILL DEACTIVATED AND WHEN IT WILL BE READY TO USE? .

                                      BSNL — Sim is not Detected by mobile

                                      whenever i insert the SIM having no. [protected]. It is not detected by neither in samsung nor in nokia mobile..other Sim are working..
