I HAVE AN BSNL EVDO PREPAID DATA CARD....MY CARD SEEING FULL TOWER ALWAYS....NET SPEED IS VERY VERY SLOW....AND IT DISCONNECTS AFTER 10-15 MINUTES.....WHAT A KIND OF SERVICE...HATE IT...
I m a bsnl customer of east zone. From last 1 month the internet on mobile is not coming. i came to know suddenly they change the apn address, thats why it is not coming. some how i collect the new apn address and put in my mobile. after that also the service i could not able to get. i repeatedly tried to talk with customer rep but their service is very poor and phone lines are always busy. so kindly advise what i can do ?

I am writing this from Tiruvalla. This complaint is regarding the internet connection service provided to my house .I have paid the amount for the internet service and was using it for some time . But now I am unable to get the internet service to my house . It is a bit of inconvenience to do my job at home . Kindly do the needful .

    Hi I am getting continuous calls from a BSNL landline number by a girl, Phone Number [protected] on my cell phone of airtel ([protected]), Location NEW DELHI,State NEW DELHI, Operator BSNL. I told them that this a wrong number but she keeps on calling, when called back it was picked up a lady she denies that she ever called on my number. I am fedup with this call, even I marked this number in reject list but I can see constant miss call on a an average of 2 or 3 on daily basis. Please help if this can stop.

      I had surrendered my telephone no. 27480951on[protected] and had done all formalities on the same date.
      i had this landline at akurdi.
      the bsnl office i did all surrender and billing was of chinchwad.
      still i have not received the cheque of my refund after surrender, they say that they have posted the refund, so that refund goes to air i suppose.
      pl help me out in getting the refund.

            payment debitted from my account for unsuccessful transaction
            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I applied for the broadband connection in Aug 2010 under registration number SFR/NONOYT-GEN/INOTH/3872. The dept was unable to provide me the connection for over two months. Finally I approached them & then I came to know that due to some digging & all they will not be able to provide me the connection. I decided to drop my plan & get my 500 rupees back which I deposited as security fees.
            Since Nov I haven't got my amount back. Let me also tell you that I went to their head office at Rajiv Chowk two times & they just went on saying that D/D will reach to you in 15 days. Please help me to get my money back & that too with interest. There is one more number that they provided me & that is

              Hello,

              I have taken the modem from BSNL office Charminar the lady rep sold me it was from shreejay Enterprises in Janauary 2011 few months modem worked well but since October it's not working and it's under warranty I call shreejay to repair or exchange every time they say will send or contact Hyderabad office but nothing happens,,I visit BSNL the lady says the guy rep from it come so exchange it but then he doesn't come over and later on when I contact the guy Madan from the company he agreed the other day he say he belongs to other company.

              What shall I do I trusted BSNL and took it and they did fraud by representing private company but now she it's under warranty I want an exchange so please help me.

                BSNL Hungama plans were added to my Phone No.[protected] without my consent. Hence, I request you to DEACTIVATE Hungama Movies on Demand, Hungama Music on Demand & Hungama Games on Demand with immediate effect,

                  My phone no is [protected].From last 7 weeks i am getting a message from +[protected].it says that thanks for subscribing Fusion lounge for a specifed date at RS 5/-.This happens every week.I had never subscribed this service.But i am still getting messages .the money from my account is getting deducted.I had raised a complaint in BSNL ,but the lazy and arrogant service providers are not seeking any atttention to it.
                  Please look into the matter and advice me.

                    In past 4 months, I have lodged tons and tons of complaints to BSNL for broadband related issues, and today it was just disgusting the way my telephone was literally disconnected by someone named Mr. Mishra.
                    He is reachable on[protected] and his mobile number is[protected].

                    So, here is my most recent complaint email that I just sent today:

                    "Respected Sir,

                    In past 3 months, I have lodged several complaints in regards to BSNL Broadband connectivity issues.
                    Every time I lodge a complaint, on the next day I get a call from Local BSNL Exchange office asking if the BSNL is working or not, when I tell them that Internet Connectivity is down, although I have DSL Link showing up, one old man who calls himself Line-Man comes to my home, changes the telephone wire, checks the telephone by making a local phone call and leaves the home saying that now it is fine.

                    I tell him that I never had a complaint with the telephone, my complaint is about frequent PPPoE disconnections of my BSNL Broadband, he doesn't even know what PPPoE means.

                    In past week alone I am facing disconnections of internet at almost every 5 to 10 mins throughout the day and many times it doesn't work at all for several hours.

                    When I try calling at 1504 from my Land-Line telephone, no one responds call at all, it just keeps ringing for about a minute or so and then the call disconnects automatically.

                    I want to request you to please take some action.

                    I have been facing these issues for over 3 months now with no appropriate response at all. These many disconnections are actually giving a lot of trouble in my day to day work.

                    Even right now as I am typing email, my internet is disconnecting every now and then, please see the attached image showing WAN status of my BSNL Broadband connection.

                    I tried calling someone named Mr. Mishra on[protected], the man simply disconnected my call by saying that the problem is with cable, not internet. He is not even answering the call now, his mobile number is[protected]. He is not answering on his mobile phone as well.

                    This is ridiculous the way customers are being treated.

                    Kindly look into it asap.

                    Completely tired of it now, looking forward to disconnect my BSNL services shortly.

                    BSNL — regular disconnection of internet

                    Sir,
                    For the past two weeks am not getting regular connectivity of internet as its getting regularly disconnect at least after a minute.Four times i have registered a complaint but no response each time they will give me the complaint no. thats it.The response from them i have recieved is there is a lot of disturbance in your line but there are not rectifying it and not sending the lineman.I want the complete solution for my problem please look into this problem very seriously.it will be very kind of you.My landline number is 24222404.Please make it sure.

                    BSNL — Regular Disconnection

                    I have a broadband 650(Unlimited) plan. Whenever I connect to the internet, after some time it automatically gets disconnected for no reason. The DSL link light is being stable. This happens every time I connect to the internet. I have had this problem earlier, but this time no one has turned up for solving it. I always loose important data due to this and the downloads stop due to regular disconnecting. Please solve this problem at the earliest. My Landline #[protected]

                        this is to inform you that i pawan kumar gargh r/o 16, nehru nagar ,agra is a very
                        old customer of bsnl. my land line no. is :[protected]. on dated 19/03/2011, the
                        broadband was installed at my home on the above number. from the same date , there
                        are many issues regarding my bills, since the same date , i am giving letters to
                        the bsnl department, since for every bill, either i do not receive the bill on
                        time or there is some issue with the bill.

                        now i am enclosing you an attachment of my latest bill, which i have not received
                        but only checked online, that if the bill has been generated or not, and i found a
                        no. of mistakes in the bill as follows.

                        Invoice Number [protected]
                        Invoice Date 01-DEC-12
                        Due Date 27-DEC-12
                        Phone Number [protected]

                        They have charged me an amount of Rs.637.44/- i.e. (advance rent of 1 month Rs.625
                        +Late Fee Rs.12.44) as told to me by S.K. DUBEY A/O. BSNL, TARGHAR,AGRA.

                        In the bill dated 13/03/2011 invoice no:[protected], Rs. 875/- has been charged
                        from me as 1 month advance rent i.e. Rs. 625/- and installation charges Rs.250/-.
                        also your can refer to my total security deposit in your system i.e. Rs. 2275/-
                        (i.e rs. 1650 previous security + rs.625 internet plan security.)
                        now i am totally fedd up by your worst worst services. kindly look into the matter
                        for harrasing me by providing wrong bills and then troubling me very much for correcting them.

                        if these people do not provide the bill on time, then is that our fault to pay the
                        late payment fees. last time i received the bill on 26/11/2012. and the next day
                        is the last date.how can a person leave all his job and run for the deposit of the
                        bill.

                        since now from last two days i am calling on these two no's which are provided at
                        the back of bill i.e.[protected] and[protected], but no one is dare to even
                        pick up the phone. always i used to forget all the troubles which they have
                        provided me but now i will be taking some action, by the worst behavior treated by
                        you.

                        in november 2012 bill , i do not no how you have made the bill , i am not able to
                        understand, since they were no calls made by me in nov. 2012, since no separate
                        bill of nov.2012 is provided .
                        kindly do the needful for sending me again and again wrong bills. and charging me
                        wrong amounts of money.

                        kindly look into the matter and do the needful, since there s no one to listen & solve the complaints.

                        Landline phone & broadband — Wrong billing of Rs.1650/-

                        Sir,

                        This is to inform you that I received a wrong adjustment from the MTNL department. I surrendered my land line connection on 27 JAN 2009 against Bill No. [protected] for Rs.1098/- in Cash, and filed an application for disconnect the connection and it had been done. Than now I receive a cheque of Rs. 391/- against my security deposit which is Rs. 3000/-. One bill against Rs. 959/- (B9ll N0.[protected] is acceptable may be this is a rent and other charges after 01/27/2009. But what about this
                        Rs. 1650/- (Bill No.[protected] / Date : 27/03/2009) in this time period my connection was inactive than how can it be a billable mode. My refund should be in amount of Rs. 2041/- which is like (3000 – 959 = 2041) not Rs. 391/- only.
                        If there is something which I need to do please let me know because this is a wrong bill where the connection was in inactive condition.

                        Please look I to the matter and arrange my proper refund of Rs.2041/- ASAP, .

                            Sir,

                            I am a new customer of BSNL, Broadband connection. My tel.phone no:[protected] in Ezhikara Exchange area in Ernakulam, Kerala. I got the new connection two weeks back with 499 plan and I used internet connection for two days with unproblematic speed & network. But, later the connection was failed and I've intimated the problem to complaint desk. Then a Line man came to my house & checked the connection and advised me to check SNR value of my connection. The value obtained in my connection was: Upstream - 7 & Down stream- 8. And since the line man advised me to change 499 plan into some other plan, I've got changed it into 625 plan. But still I'm not getting internet. Now SNR value showing is: NA. Hence, I request you to reduce my monthly charges accordingly for this month and take action to rectify the problem so that I may get uninterrupted BSNL Broadband connection.

                                I am using BSNL Sim card. Yesterday, my Sim blocked due to my ignorance. My Sim card requires PUK (Pin Unlock Key) to get unblocked. I tried to look for this on BSNL's website (http://www.bsnl.co.in).
                                There is said to consult customer care helpline [protected] ( I have attached a screenshot of this.). But the thing is that this number is not working!!!
                                This number is not available. I tried to search customer help line number of BSNL on internet.
                                Finally I got the number 1503. I dialed this no. on my anther BSNL Sim.
                                But there is saying to wait for their customer care representative. I waited for more than 1 hour!!! I tried many times this. But no reply given by the company.
                                Now what should I do to unlock my Sim card??
                                Hope for some favorable action and responsible reply...

They have deducted Rs. 1045/- approx due to these services on monthly and half-monthly basis as per norms of their activated services. I have been calling their customer care executive for the last 4-5 months and even sending complaints via emails for the last one month. But still they have not deactivated all the services which are activated in my mobile and not refunding my money which is definitely deducted from them due to their services without my intimation and all.

                                    I am, therefore, requesting you to please look into the matter and do the needful so that the said services could be disabled from my mobile and the deducted money of Rs. 1045/- could be refunded. In this regard I shall always be thankful to you and your kind perusal will be highly solicited.

But I had found some software problem .So I gave it at authorized service center namely sri sai communications,shop301,Hardycomplex,M.G.Road,Secunderabad

                                        centre spending lot of money but of no use.Every time they are saying that they have not received acceptance letter from the BSNL authorities and to wait for some more time.I paid substantial amount of Rs.7650/- for buying this tablet but I can not utilize it even after nearly one month from the date of purchasing.For no fault of mine I am being troubled with agony by delaying the process of replacement.So
