i have just recharge from BSNL top up Rs. 220/- but i have just received only Rs.40/- time :11:43:31 date: 25.12.2012.this is kind for your information.

Though, i have no any got any confirmation msg or call from bsnl last 2 hour i have constantly call in BSNL customer care but there is no receive my call so kindly, refund my full talk time amount.
Please do the needful,

    Sir, I recharge a top up voucher of Rs 200.00 on 24.12.2012 at 9.29 pm of my BSNL service provider for cell phone through SBI on line mobile banking which refrence tid is[protected] and oxitrans ID is[protected] A?(O).

      I am contiously receiving internet configuration settings from yesterday evening till now but I did not asked for such settings. I have made complain severel times to customer care of BSNL but they did not solve or even tried to solve it and showed anger. I am feeling very much disturbed for it and for this disturbance I cannot even keep switch on my mobile phone.My mobile no is [protected] and I am receiving that disturbing settings in this phone.             i have booked a new connection for bsnl broadband in the month of October 15th but till now i did not get connection except my allotted phone no i.e[protected].
            i have contacted SDE, JTO, DE but no use they all say their is no cable pair for connection from the date of booking , that too we are located in centre of bangalore.
            If You can't give connection then how will you Connect India (slogan of BSNL).

            BSNL — Broad Band connection delay

            my broad band connection couple of months back.
            but till I have not recevied my Password and ID. kindly send my Password and ID as early as possible.

            I am not receiving any broad band connection after one month of receiving modem, from them. My registration is done, official letter has also arrived, I have also received my pass word and ID. So why is so much delay? the service is very much faulty and the officer in charge is not receiving any phone call and I can not access him. So what is the matter going on. show the reason and connect my broad band connection as early as possible. As a consumer, I have the all rights to receive my service as early as possible.

                I am using bsnl for last 4 years.I have activated a message offer last month,its validity is ending 25-12-12, now I can't continue that offer.Im trying to continue my offer so that my 1690 messages will not lapse.I was called a representative,he does not provide any useful information about my query.What will I do? If im not activate it again,my messages and my money will unworthy.Why do they act like this? It is so disguisting,so many customers are already tired of this kind of comics driven by BSNL. Everything I want to say is that I want justice. Please help me to solve this ill-mannerism done by BSNL.

                      This BSNL people are charging Rs. 20 per month as easyvault service chrages. I haven't even enabled any services and registered a complaint against that. Nothing happened after waiting for more than three months. Today also they charged Rs. 20. I am not able to contact their customer service after waiting long hours in queue.

                        BSNL Landline — line problems

                        Iam a senior executive working in a corporate company and stay far away from my native place in badagara where my mother lives alone.Since my job schedule is hectic the only way to be in touch with my mother at home is the BSNL land line.The organisation where I work as well as all our properties are all connected by BSNL and we are one of the biggest consumers for BSNL in kerala.That as precicely the reason why I choose BSNL as the connection for my home as well as uncles place which is near by.However the lines in my place are always out for days togeather and despite complaints action is very delayed or very temporary in nature.Now for the last 1 week iam completely out of touch with my mom who is a patient too.
                        Why cant BSNL which has such large infrastructure, resources and manpower provide faultless and permanent solutions to problems to users.
                        I look forward to the solution to this problem and have faith that BSNL will address this issue at the earliest.

                          I HAVE AN BSNL EVDO PREPAID DATA CARD....MY CARD SEEING FULL TOWER ALWAYS....NET SPEED IS VERY VERY SLOW....AND IT DISCONNECTS AFTER 10-15 MINUTES.....WHAT A KIND OF SERVICE...HATE IT...
                          I m a bsnl customer of east zone. From last 1 month the internet on mobile is not coming. i came to know suddenly they change the apn address, thats why it is not coming. some how i collect the new apn address and put in my mobile. after that also the service i could not able to get. i repeatedly tried to talk with customer rep but their service is very poor and phone lines are always busy. so kindly advise what i can do ?

                            Hi I am getting continuous calls from a BSNL landline number by a girl, Phone Number [protected] on my cell phone of airtel ([protected]), Location NEW DELHI,State NEW DELHI, Operator BSNL. I told them that this a wrong number but she keeps on calling, when called back it was picked up a lady she denies that she ever called on my number. I am fedup with this call, even I marked this number in reject list but I can see constant miss call on a an average of 2 or 3 on daily basis. Please help if this can stop.

                              i had this landline at akurdi.
                              the bsnl office i did all surrender and billing was of chinchwad.
                              still i have not received the cheque of my refund after surrender, they say that they have posted the refund, so that refund goes to air i suppose.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I applied for the broadband connection in Aug 2010 under registration number SFR/NONOYT-GEN/INOTH/3872. The dept was unable to provide me the connection for over two months. Finally I approached them & then I came to know that due to some digging & all they will not be able to provide me the connection. I decided to drop my plan & get my 500 rupees back which I deposited as security fees.
                                    Since Nov I haven't got my amount back. Let me also tell you that I went to their head office at Rajiv Chowk two times & they just went on saying that D/D will reach to you in 15 days. Please help me to get my money back & that too with interest. There is one more number that they provided me & that is

                                      I have taken the modem from BSNL office Charminar the lady rep sold me it was from shreejay Enterprises in Janauary 2011 few months modem worked well but since October it's not working and it's under warranty I call shreejay to repair or exchange every time they say will send or contact Hyderabad office but nothing happens,,I visit BSNL the lady says the guy rep from it come so exchange it but then he doesn't come over and later on when I contact the guy Madan from the company he agreed the other day he say he belongs to other company.

                                      What shall I do I trusted BSNL and took it and they did fraud by representing private company but now she it's under warranty I want an exchange so please help me.

                                        I have paid bsnl land line due to hungama movies. Hence please deactivate hungama movies immediately. My land line Number [protected]

                                        BSNL Hungama plans were added to my Phone No.[protected] without my consent. Hence, I request you to DEACTIVATE Hungama Movies on Demand, Hungama Music on Demand & Hungama Games on Demand with immediate effect,
                                        We have already paid Rs. 108/-, Rs. 108/- and Rs. 44/- respectively for the month of September 2015 so PLEASE DEACTIVATE these services from our phone immediately so that we dont have to pay now onwards.
