I have a Broadban connection from BSNL. The plan chosen is BB Home Combo ULD 900. Under this plan I am supposed to get 4Mpbs speed upto 15GB data and there after 256 kpbs. Initially we experienced good speed upto 3Mpbs, most of the time above 2Mpbs. But now we are getting between 128kpbs and 256Kpbs. Please resolve this issue.

BSNL — broadband very-very slow speed

slow speed of internet through Broadband (BB)

Sir,
I have taken high speed internet BB connection through BSNL phone. Since then i was in trouble with it. At the time of taking connection there is no sufficient speed. But my friend, who is also opted same plan argued that he has more speed than that of mine. Now the speed has decreased to such an extend that I have to refresh each page more than two times to view it. It is very difficult to load even the basic HTML view of GMAIL. I complained the authorities but they say that they found no problems. There is no problem with my computer. Please take necessary action as soon as possible. plz;...... my BB plan 499/- unlimited.; real BB downloading speed was 250 kbps & my BB speed is 21-23 kbps only.

    I am a BSNL GSM PREPAID user with mobile number [protected] and currently facing an issue of Deduction of balance from my account in the name of activation of vague services which are activated by the company itself, and when call the Customer Care Center for any explanation, those people instead of giving a proper response either DISCONNECT THE CALL or say " sir we have registered your complaint " and within a week or so again some service is activated and again my balance is deducted. NO RESPONSE FROM ONLINE COMPLAINT FILING ON BSNL SITE AS WELL. I will be truly grateful if either i get a permanent solution or a chance to talk to someone responsible or authority who can answer me instead of disconnecting call.

    bsnl mobile GSM services — deduction of main balance

    i have recharged my number with message card which allowed me to send 200 free sms to any local number in westbengal then also amount was deducted from my main balance.This has happend 4 times & i keep on complaining to coustmer care but i havn't got response anytime from past one year, so please help me out.

    sir maine 9 april ko gprs net 20 sms kiya 10 april ko mere mobile se 20 rs deduct ho gaye uske baad maine net surfing ki evening mein maine balance check kiya to 245 rs aur deduct ho gaye aur balance nil ho gaya, maine iske regarding complaint Customer Care ko ki to complaint no. 48421636 mila aur kaha ki 15 apr ko 8pm ke baad contact karo maine contact kiya to kaha ki 1 ya 2 hrs mein balance 245 rs return aa jayega lekin nahi aya to mAINE CC SE CONTACT kiya to kaha gaya ki 20 rs pahle deduct ho 11 ya 11:30 am lekin service activate hui hai 1:04 par maine net surfing ki 12:41 par jis ke karan apke balance deduct ho gaya
    ab iss ka pata mujhe kab pata chalega ki paise deduct hone ke kitni der baad service activate hoti hai its not my fault, aur 15apr ko kaha gaya ki balance return ho jayega aur next day kuch aur pl
    pl sove my problem and return my money in this case i am not faulty.

        Frequently I am receiving voice mail message and deduction of Rs.15 every time. Secondly another message regarding to days video and deduction of Rs.5 every time and even today I received and dected Rs 5.

        I am the principal of the reputed girls school at Egmore. I even recomended BSNL broadband to my school replacing reliance broad band. so I hope you would take immediate steps to stop the above two compliants forthwith,

          I did recharge on my mobile no. [protected] on 22nd November 2012. The recharge which I did is failed saying error of “'pay id' is null.” For the same I contacted BSNL customer care on their number of[protected] to get the status on the same day so they informed it did not happen and you recharge it again and your previous balance which is deducted will be reverted back to you within 5 days. So I did my recharge again. After some time both of the recharge which I did says they both are done successfully. For which I also had photocopy which I am trying to attach here but it is not allowing, if required I will be able to submit the same. So because of wrong information provided my customer representative double deduction happened from my bank account. On further correspondence, the customer representatives are not ready to help me out and still there is no refund of money in my account. So please help me.               With regard to above , one unknown agency without authentic address regularly looting currency from the prepaid mobile, holding numbers 54000010/55888015. These remote numbers did not receive any reply message nor receive call and every time response is coming as number does not exist. But these numbers are sending some unwanted messages and thereafter after they send message informing that Rs. 15 charged to account. Thus without my consent they are charging regularly whenever there is sufficient currency is uploaded currency in my mobile. I cannot unsubscribe or undo the service due to non receiving of the message by the remote numbers.In this regard i had loged complaint with BSNL CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE, MANGALORE .But there is no response. In order to avoid looting by BSNL I have stopped chaging my mobile. Unfortunately on 03.12.2012 i have charged my mobile (currency) with Rs.50/- through Karnataka bank paymate system.

              Today I have received a message from unknown number 55888015 indicating that "Rs.15 charged.Thanks for using our jokes service. your service has been renewed" I feel this is happening with the concurrance of BSNL and they are charging me freequently and making the payment to the remote looting agencies against commission. I have never authorised BSNL to levy call charges for unwanted/unauthorised BSNL JOKES SERVICES. But Public corporate proceeded to make agreement with a lOOTING AGENCIES to receive unholy commission from him against my interest. How a public enterprise can make alliance with a remote unauthentic and dishonest agency and realising amount from BSLN MOBILE USERS without my consent.Inspite of my best efforts I could not communicate with 54000010/55888015
              Such unethical alliance with remote address can not be a public corporate policy of BSNL. BSNL should limit its activities to deliver connectivity service and can not go for unholistic alliance with dishonestand addressless numbers which are engaged in mal-practice being from a remote address. These are beyond norms of TRAI (TELECOMMUNICATION REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA)
              I am suffering financial loss in every month.If BSNL fail to address this complaint appropriately,I will not hasitate to refer the matter to TRAI, GOVT OF INDIA. Kindly do the needful before it is too late.

                    Today i.e. on 04/12/2012 a service named " Bhavishyavani " has been activated on my number, without my sending any request for such activation.....and an amount of Rs. 20/- has been deducted from my account. When I called Customes Care on [protected] , the customer call officer Mr. Pravin refused to take my complaint and disconnected without letting me complete my statement.
                    After this when I called 1255599 for making a request to deactivate the unwanted service , this call was also disconnected in the middle, and an amount of Rs. 5/- was charged on my account . By all this I absolutely feel cheated.
                    My request is that this unsolicited service of " Bhavishyani " must immidiately be deactivated from my number . and an amount of Rs. 25/- , which is wrongfully charged on my account , must be refunded.

                    BSNL Mobile — Unauthorized charges/billing.

                    In acknowledging of your above mentioned notice, which was received on 11th March’09 through my parent at my permanent address, I do hereby like to state you few lines for your kind consideration and necessary action please.
                    That sir, as you mentioned the grounds against which you demanded the outstanding bill on behalf of your client, are not the valid and acceptable ground in my case. The clarifications of same mentioned bellow against your grounds :-

                    1. The availed mobile number ([protected]) is the changed number of [protected].
                    2. I clearly mentioned in my application against which the old number has been changed to [protected] that to issue me the corrected bill for which am liable for payment and to change the number and now also am agreeing for payment.
                    3. I was ready that time to pay the actual bill ( not the incorrect bill) in due time, I have been contacted the authority SDE(T), Bokajan telephone Exchange, Bokajan and I have paid 1st and 2nd Bill (actual charges) with an application.

                    Now sir, if you go through the bills since inception, you will find that your client has charged me one unknown charges (one time charge), which could not clarify by the authority on my visit to the kind office (Bokajan). From that period while using the mobile no. [protected] I have stopped payment and till date waiting for the corrected bill due to wrong billing. The authority simply changed my used number [protected] to [protected] and also discontinued the service from that time, but not reviewed the incorrect bill so far so that I can pay the same. Error billing is not my fault and am not agreed to pay the late fee also. Later on I lost the SIM card (Disconnected) and also intimated to the local Police.
                    So sir, my kind request to you to please verify and justify the bills charged against me are reasonable or not. Because the one time charge, which come to know, now is for issuance of Silver Number ( in decreasing order mobile no.) which was not my choice and I even don’t know the charges for same and not mentioned in neither in the form or nor seen in any advertisement for this product when I taken the connection. Am ready to pay the actual bill on receipt of corrected bill on installment basis if it comes more then Rs. 2000/- (two thousand) to your client.
                    Further sir, though I am unemployed, and am now working part time private job in different place, my corresponding address may kindly changed to below mentioned address so that I can also come in touch with your client for further action.

                    Sir, I have a BSNL prepaid mobile No. [protected]. I got a message from BP-52585 on 9-2-10 at 5:37PM that "Apne Mobile ke Phone No, SMS, Photo addi ko SURAKSHIT rakhane ke liye (tollfree) SMS karen REG to 52585 Rs. 25pm, Jyada feature ke liye SMS PB Rs. 40 pm" I did so today i.e. on 9-3-10 at about 5.00 PM, at that time I have credit balance Rs. 141 (nearabout). After doing so when I check my balance it was Rs. -258.06 and it is continuously deducting. I got continuously messgees from 52585. I made a complaint in this regard to BSNL Customer center a [protected] and informed about the grievances to Mr. Avinash. He did not solve my problem & said that it will take one hours to check your details. Call after one hours. Sir, My balance is continuously deducting. Please help me. waiting for positive response at an early end.

                    Hi sir,

                    I have been using BSNL Cellone HP Employees CUG plan for the last 2 years and is regulary paying my bills in time. Last month my plan was changed and my rental went down by Rs 75 to Rs 175 (previously it was rs 250 ). i had also subscibed to GPRS facilty for the last one year which is Rs 150 for unlimited access anywher in India. I got message for the new plan through message and there was nothing described about the gprs plan so I contacted BSNL CSC at Parwanoo. There I was told by a lady customer service executive that the plan was same for GPRS usage anywhere. I am on training nowadaz at Chandigarh. Now for my surprisewhen i got my bill for this month I was shocked it was Rs 3074. i had never paid bill more than Rs 800 during the last two years. So I thought this might be due to some technical faulta at bsnl end . So I went to exchange at Kullu. There I was told that the amount was valid and was charged due to surfing while roaming. My credit limit was rs 2000 and last month I even got a message from bsnl while my limit was about 90 % reached. But this time I didnt got any message only such a big blow when I got my final bill.

                    Sir even last month when I was roaming my usage was for Rs 872 and I got discount for Rs 702 (as my plan gives discount on incoming while roaming) and my bill wa totalled to amount Rs 544 .But this month my usage is for Rs2, 749 and I have got discount for just Rs282 .This is visibally a blunder mistake and BSNL is not accepting it. that is why I want to register a complaint.

                    I am not in the position to pay such a huge amount of bil. Kindly guide me how to file complaint against bsnl. I shall be grateful to you.

                      I am a BSNL prepaid mobile user. My mobile number is: [protected].

                      Few days ago, Rs 30 + Rs 12 were deducted from my account balance on the pretext of activation of "caller tune". I, however, have NOT activated any such service. I have been trying to reach the BSNL Customer Care through mobile but they could not be reached despite several attempts.

                      Therefore, I have been forced to lodge a complaint online. I am trying to post my complaint in a number of consumer forums in the hope that atleast one of them will work.

                      I would further like to add that this kind of fraudulent deduction of balance by BSNL, for unsolicited services will not be tolerated. I want the deactivation of caller tune as well as an immediate reimbursement of the amount fraudulently deducted from my account balance and hope that BSNL will desist from such malpractices in future.

                        My BSNL broadband CONNECTION NO IS[protected].Broadband is not working from last four month. I have made a no of online as well as verbal complaint. Complaint is being closed by BSNL without attendind.

                        I am continuosly paying broadband charges without availing services from last three month.

                        This is injustice from customer and also height of negligance from BSNL team which has closed almost twenty complain without attendind it.

                        Kindly escalate matter and advise to return money which i have submitted without availing facility.

                          I took new connection on 22 Nov 2012 and SIM is not activated till date. I went to BSNL Customer care and met them and ask about my SIM activation then they said that we will shortly sort out your problem. After three days I again went to Customer Care but no benefit of that and I am fed up with this. If I had taken any other SIM then there nowould have no problem like this....

                          for past two month i dont have bsnl cdma coverage.
                          i have complaint through various sources but still no action has been taken. they just simply reply that it is a network issue we cant do any thing.
                          i activated evdo unlimited 750Rs plan
                          and my money got wasted for past two month
                          i checked my modem in other area , it works

                              Dear Sir, I am proud to be a part of BSNL Mobile (Mobile No. [protected]) from Ballia Uttar Pradesh East. Recently I have Ported from Uninor to BSNL on 04 Nov, Since that time I am not receiving SMS from other network ie. Reliance, Airtel, Vodafone etc. Only receiving SMS from BSNL mobile Networks Local and STD both, I am able to send SMS to any Network.

                              Called Customer Care on 16 Nov vide Docket No. K16UE308581, 24 Nov vide Docket No. K24UE300461 and on 27 Nov vide Docket No. K27UE311593 but till now my problem is not shorted out, I am unable to do any online banking due to not receiving SMS for bank also.

                              Looking for your support to do needful to me.

                              BSNL — sms are not receiving from other networks

                              I m a bsnl mobile user,i m not able to get the messages from other network user.
                              The other network user get the massege of failure

                              BSNL Mobile — Not Ported to BSNL even after 15 Days

                                my bsnl number is [protected] .value added services is being added to my number without my consent .i've called up customer care a lot of times.they do not stop the service and further add a new one . presently there are 3 value added services activated on my number but i havent requested for any of them
                                please help me

                                BSNL — Unfair balance deduction

                                they automatically activate the services and are deducting my balance continuously every week. so many times i called customer care and deactivate all the services on line but still they are doing this. they are using very harsh words and not refunding my balance. please help as soon as possible.

                                  My BSNL land line number is [protected]. In my monthly bill number[protected] dated[protected] , an amount of Rs 210.77 has been charged towards one time charges under subhead HUNGAMA MUSIC ON DEMAND, HUNGAMA MOVIES ON DEMAND and HUNGAMA GAMES ON DEMAND for which we never have subscribed. We therefore request you to cancel the subscription for the above mentioned services and refund/adjust the amount in next month bill.

                                    BSNL — Unnecessary deduction of Rs 50

                                    hello,

                                    My Name is S.S.Shukla working in Indian Air Force Maharajpura.
                                    My no. is [protected].My complains is on unnecessary deduction on Rs 50 in
                                    the month on 10 Feb. when i spoke to customer care they said that you have been for reducing call rate. Still today i have suffered loss of total Rs.50 for no services on sending SMS to 1909which is toll free .Then why the amount has been deducted from customer account.. further this continues we will compile to take this issue seriously to the consumer court. The following are my docket no: -

                                      My BSNL landline phone[protected] is not working since two week. Inspite of calling several times to the local complaint registration number, nobody is picking up the phone. We also met the concerned in person on wednesday (21.11.2012),who gave us assurance to resolve the issue by thursday (22.11.2012). Still today also I am not able to contact the concerned person via phone nor my problem has been sorted out. It is not possible for me to daily visit the BSNL office to remind about this issue.I have mailed to Customer Care,BSNL and also registered online complaint at BSNL portal,but seems meaningless.

                                      Since last month, the problem with the phone service has increased frequently.I am paying BSNL for getting almost zero service and increased mental stress.
