My broad band land line no is[protected] and the Internet connection is not working for the last 15-17 days. A formal complaint has already been done in the exchange but nothing has been done till date. I have already paid the broad band charges for the entire year. Please look into it and resolve my issue at the earliest. The customer care numbers are given but no body picks up the phone.

    Dear Sir, I am proud to be a part of BSNL Mobile (Mobile No. [protected]) from Ballia Uttar Pradesh East. Recently I have Ported from Uninor to BSNL on 04 Nov, Since that time I am not receiving SMS from other network ie. Reliance, Airtel, Vodafone etc. Only receiving SMS from BSNL mobile Networks Local and STD both, I am able to send SMS to any Network.

    Called Customer Care on 16 Nov vide Docket No. K16UE308581, 24 Nov vide Docket No. K24UE300461 and on 27 Nov vide Docket No. K27UE311593 but till now my problem is not shorted out, I am unable to do any online banking due to not receiving SMS for bank also.

    Looking for your support to do needful to me.

    BSNL — sms are not receiving from other networks

    I m a bsnl mobile user,i m not able to get the messages from other network user.
    The other network user get the massege of failure

    BSNL Mobile — Not Ported to BSNL even after 15 Days

    I submitted a request to port my prepaid TATA DOCOMO no. [protected] to BSNL with UPC code TY211682. But 15 days have passed since submitting the request but no response came from BSNL for porting. I therefore request you to personally look in this matter.

      BSNL — Unfair balance deduction

      they automatically activate the services and are deducting my balance continuously every week. so many times i called customer care and deactivate all the services on line but still they are doing this. they are using very harsh words and not refunding my balance. please help as soon as possible.

In my monthly bill number[protected] dated[protected] , an amount of Rs 210.77 has been charged towards one time charges under subhead HUNGAMA MUSIC ON DEMAND, HUNGAMA MOVIES ON DEMAND and HUNGAMA GAMES ON DEMAND for which we never have subscribed. We therefore request you to cancel the subscription for the above mentioned services and refund/adjust the amount in next month bill.

          BSNL — Unnecessary deduction of Rs 50

          hello,

          My Name is S.S.Shukla working in Indian Air Force Maharajpura.
          My no. is [protected].My complains is on unnecessary deduction on Rs 50 in
          the month on 10 Feb. when i spoke to customer care they said that you have been for reducing call rate. Still today i have suffered loss of total Rs.50 for no services on sending SMS to 1909which is toll free .Then why the amount has been deducted from customer account.. further this continues we will compile to take this issue seriously to the consumer court.             My BSNL landline phone[protected] is not working since two week. Inspite of calling several times to the local complaint registration number, nobody is picking up the phone. We also met the concerned in person on wednesday (21.11.2012),who gave us assurance to resolve the issue by thursday (22.11.2012). Still today also I am not able to contact the concerned person via phone nor my problem has been sorted out. It is not possible for me to daily visit the BSNL office to remind about this issue.I have mailed to Customer Care,BSNL and also registered online complaint at BSNL portal,but seems meaningless.

            Since last month, the problem with the phone service has increased frequently.I am paying BSNL for getting almost zero service and increased mental stress.

              I am submitted my phone set, connecting box and last bill copy including payment receipt (provided by post office during bill payment) with application to disconnect connection due to non-availability of service from a long time on Oct, 2011.
              During all things submission at Shahpur exchange I am talking about confirmation with BSNL employee but he refuse to giving any receiving as a proof with reason there is no need and also no procedure of giving receiving as a proof. After submission all asset of BSNL with application for disconnect connection I am received continuously bill from BSNL till date.
              Now I am raised an online complaint (HPR/CO/2012/6602) but ticket closed with reference disconnect due to non-payment, which is not right because I am also submitted last bill payment copy with phone-set. Although I am submit 1-2 bills after submission of phone set also.
              Now need your help to resolve the issue:-
              • Last calling record for no[protected], to track when (date/month/year) last call make from this no.
              • Payment history for no[protected].
              • How much time I am paying bill without any service received.

              i am also continuously follow-ups with BSNL through email but they have no reply.

I am from Barnala in Punjab state.I want to complaint regading BSNL Exchange employes of Barnala Branch for there ir responsible duties and bad behaviour.Actually i was went to BSNL for submit my BSNL landline bill. In BSNL there are 3 cabines which submit the landline bills.I was entered in the room fo pay bill. I seen nobody is present in all cabines which are made for submit bill of customers.when i ask to other bsnl emloyes for pay the bill they said to me that go to home.come tommorow and dont waste our time. we are too busy.They said this all in very bad manner. Everyone which was came to pay bill had to face this problem.somebody which was facing this problem in previous day told to me that, these are all ir responsible employes.They dont do work properly but take full salary from Government.Please take action against bsnl employes so that, They work properly and deals Public sincerly.

                    we have complain many times to BSNL office of ghaziabad about their poor network but they haven't listen to our complain. The network is many times very low. after paying the bill only for 5-6 days net works good but after that it works really very poor. the speed that comes to us is only 100 kbps and downloading speed- 10.56 kbps. Im PAying the at time always but also sir i m getting good speed .so it is my humble requst to you plz look it this matter and solve as as soon possible...

                      I lost a cellphone carrying a prepaid gsm simcard of cellone haryana circle this week. I lost it at sunday night so, I contacted their customer care no. 1503 about the procedure to block the simcard. Surprisingly, they have a whole legal procedure at the client side, even for a lost simcard ! the call representative guided me to:
                      1) lodge an f.I.R. In the nearest police station.
                      2) fax the copy to their number [protected].

                      I DID the whole procedure as advised. But it took me a day more to carry these things out, because of some family work. Fax was successfully sent from my end and I have the receipt.

                      Later that day I called their customer care number 1503 again, to know the status if my simcard block was successful. I was astoundingly disconnected by one frivolous sounding representative named 'pradeep' moment after he requested me to keep call on hold !

                      I called once again this time and I was served by saying that "sir we can not tell you anything, you have to go to your bsnl office to know the status"....what! its not in my town, its 16kms away. But luckily I live in a town so have not much issue in doing both steps above to get my simcard blocked. Imagine what if people in villages loose their phones! those may be the simcards that may be used for any illegal activity.

                      To my bitter surprise, bsnl is govt. Organisation and they are not at all careful about their safety and security commitment! what if that simcard be misused by some one? because at two instances when I called my lost sim number, it was in use and then next moment it was switched off.

                      By the end of this event it had already been 48+ hours passed with that simcard with rs100 balance in it, in some (maybe) wrong hands!!

                      I witnesses the same issue with on of my uncles on aircel network and they blocked the simcard in moments after it was lost!

                      what a shame cellone! those high authorities managing such govt. Services are nothing but hollow statues guiding a nation to doom.

                      Bsnl cellone is a very poorely managed network service provider. They absolutely have no control over their own services.
                      Customer representatives have no manners, its very noisy and they can disconnect you anytime. Even you wont receive a message after your call ends so that you can tell about call quality inforamtion that, they just tell you while on hold on ivr that you will receive after call ends.
                      Such a poor mis-management.

                        I applied for Broadband Connection/Telephone Connection to BSNL on the 23rd November,2012. While wiring part was completed on the 26th, I have been told by JE over phone that they do not have Apparatus and as such unable to install Broadband/Telephone Connection. Is the position so precarious with BSNL or are there some other reasons behind this. I have shifted from Airtel to BSNL on the assumption that BSNL are better service-providers. I fail to understand about this alleged shortage of Appratuses and how come that media is silent about it and there is no hue and cry anywhere about the so called shortage.Please look into the matter and have the installation of Broadband/Telephone Connection expedited.

                          I have a salary account in HDFC BANK saltlake sec-3 branch.Today,I have submitted online payment of BSNL BILL using my debit card. Money has been deducted from my salary account but it is showing the status awaiting bank confirmation in BSNL quickpay receipt details,no transaction ID has been generated,not showing the status paid for current month but the deducted amount has been transfered to BSNL-BILLDESK which has been shown by yellow highlighting in my account summary ...Urgently look into this matter.I have attached the supported proof of screenshot of todays bill payment..Plz look into that too.

                              without informing me as I had never taken such caller tunes in last 10 Years from BSNL mobile.
                              On 10 August11,I went to the office and cacelled the same services by sending SMS to the provider but till now I have not get any message from company.after a long time spending customer service also not responding for my complaint.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am Samarendra Jena and my Bsnl mobile number is [protected]. Presently I am in Bhubaneswar and my email id is - [protected]@gmail.com. The connection was during 2011 while i was posted at Port Blair. since then i am using this service even after i am being transferred to odisha. In recent past, numerous deductions have been made for Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) from 54646. I received a message like "THANK YOU FOR USING VALUE PACK SERVICE". YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.10".

                                After such deductions for many times, on 07 Nov 12, I made a complaint with customer care number [protected] vide complain number K07AN300476. After lodging a complaint, again on 10 nov, Rs. 1 again deducted from my account by the same source. Subsequently on 14 Nov 2012, 17 Nov 2012, 23 Nov 2012 and 26 Nov 2012, Rs. 10/- each have been deducted from my main account balance. In this regard, a complaint was registered on 23 nov 2012 vide K23AN300127 and on 26 Nov 2012 vide K26AN300151 has been also made. After deductions, when the customer care were approached, they sometimes deafear to the complaint or simply saying, they can only lodge a complaint. while asking about the cause of deductions, they simple saying that the deduction is made from the 3rd party and it will take around 4weeks to resolve the issue.

                                Now question arises,

                                1. Without a customer's request, how the balance from his main balance could be deducted under the pretext that the customer is using "Value Pack Service"? Before deduction of Rs. 10/-, have the customer should have provided the option, if he is willing to avail that "Value pack service"? Why is BSNL is deducting such amount against third party without the knowledge of a customer i.e before deduction????

                                2. Why it is taking so long time of 4weeks to resolve such an issue? It happens in every 4-5 days.That means in a month, nearly 5 times deductions will be made against "Value Pack Service", even the customer is not aware, what kind of service he is being provided against such amount????

                                3. Again and again, after lodging a complaint, still deduction are done from the main balance. Why is the BSNL is doing then?

                                4. Being a bonafied customer, I am using this service even in roaming. I have approximately loosing around Rs. 100/-, i am in doubt, whether i will be able to return back such deducted value or not.

                                4. I am really fredded up with the services provided by BSNL and intended to disconnect this mobile service so that the BSNL will loose a bonafied customer

                                Kindly look in to the matter. Or any such occurrence of even again and again will attract a "consumer case".

                                  My mobile number [protected] has been blocked on 25-Nov-2012 at 09.50am and i have lodged a complaint through online on 26-Nov-2012 at 9:25am with reference number-K26AP300315.
                                  But at the same time N.MAHESWARI with the same mobile number [protected] has lodged a complaint for temporary barring as her sim has beel lost on 25-Nov-2012 at 9:50 am (at that same time my number has been blocked).
                                  So, how can an organisation can provide the same mobile number to different customers as i am using that number since more that one year and i have kept Porting for Uninor to BSNL with my proof.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am Sanjib Mandal My Phone No. is [protected]

                                      Customer Care is not response properly and ignore my calls
                                      I am suffering my problem 7th Nov 2012 to till date My Complain No. is K07JH300499 dt on 07.11.2012 on 5:10 pm
                                      I recharge 33 Rs. STV (1paisa per 2 second) but my call rate deduct some time 60 paisa/min.
                                      Please return my extra deduct money and proper action on BSNL Customer care.

                                        on 23rd November 2012 i purchased new connection mobile no-[protected] by making extra payment at BSNL office near BHARAT NAGAR CHAWK LUDHIANA . i was issued new sim after submission of documents but inspite of passage of so many days the connection have not been activated.

                                        it was my badluck that i liked the above mentioned number and bought it on that day. I also feel bad that in todasys competitive days where pvt companies provide fast and best servicess and the govt held BSNL is harassing us customers unnecessary.

                                        AT LAST I REQUEST THAT IF POSSIBLE THEN PLZ INITIATE ACTION.
