Prepaid balance deducted

I am from last 2months facing problem with the BSNL mobile service. I am using BSNL mobile SIM (prepaid SIM) its number is [protected] (3G connection). BSNL company whenever and whatever amount want to deduct from my prepaid balance is deducting without any information and without any service activation.
Today it has deducted 20rs., without any intimation...

Balance deduction of Rs 150

My balance is deducted on regular basis .Rs 150 is deducted on regular basis.Customer care always say that service is activated, but i had never activated any service.But no respond receive from bsnl customer care.

Not getting sufficient as per my plan

Delay in providing Broadband
