on 23rd November 2012 i purchased new connection mobile no-[protected] by making extra payment at BSNL office near BHARAT NAGAR CHAWK LUDHIANA . i was issued new sim after submission of documents but inspite of passage of so many days the connection have not been activated.

it was my badluck that i liked the above mentioned number and bought it on that day. I also feel bad that in todasys competitive days where pvt companies provide fast and best servicess and the govt held BSNL is harassing us customers unnecessary.

AT LAST I REQUEST THAT IF POSSIBLE THEN PLZ INITIATE ACTION.

      Dear Sir,

      I live in Pimple Saudagar in Pune, where Ganesh Telecom provides services on BSNLs behalf. I requested for Landline and broadband service on 03/11/12. PSTN[protected] was provided within 2 days but they kept on delaying the broadband service provision. Whenever I checked with Ganesh Telecom representative he kept on telling that there is a problem in port configuration from BSNL side from the wakad exchange as some one from BSNL had configured the port wrongly.

      Every day Ganesh telecom kept on telling me that the service will start today. To my surprise I have come to know that my order is cancelled and I am being asked to pay 900/- Rs for placing a new order. They are saying that 900/- rupees will be refunded next month. I am really not happy with the way my order has gone with BSNL. They have already taken 3 weeks but service is still not provided.

      As a consumer I am really helpless here. It is easier to get work done from private organizations but not sure what I can do here for BSNL.

      I will appreciate your help in it. Kindly request BSNL to take customers seriously and leave the attitude with which all o[censored]s have been living for ages if we want to make our companies and country proud.

          Deduction of mobile prepaid balance amount

          Today morning i.e. 22nd November, 2012, my BSNL prepaid mobile currency balance amount was Rs. 132. I made only one call to home in morning which was less than a minute duration. After that, I hadn't made any call at all. But, when I checked my balance amount in evening it's showing Rs. 123. BSNL mobile operators have unnecessary deducted this amount. And this is second instance that I'm facing this same issue. I request you...

          I got the Work order No [protected] dated 29/10/12 for my new BSNL broad band connection for my Telphone [protected] The line man has installed the modem on 11/11/12. But the connections are pending till today. The Broad BAND connection is urgently required. Kindly take necessary action to resolve the matter.

                Respectable Sir/Ma'am
                I am from last 2months facing problem with the BSNL mobile service. I am using BSNL mobile SIM (prepaid SIM) its number is [protected] (3G connection). BSNL company whenever and whatever amount want to deduct from my prepaid balance is deducting without any information and without any service activation.
                Today it has deducted 20rs., without any intimation and from 13 onwards it is deducting daily 5-10rs. If am calling on customer care of BSNL the executive just say that this service has been activated on your mobile even i have not asked to do so. If i say to the executive he/she just disconnect the call and do not provide a reasonable information. While last month BSNL deducted 30rs, and i asked customer care executive, the person said that you will get your amount within 45days. But company has deducted immediately my SIM balance.
                My grievance is why company has chosen ordinary people to make its profit? and, When I'll get my SIM balance back

                BSNL Mobile — regarding deducting my balance daily without uses.

                i bought new SIM on 10jun2009 with 4026plan. when my service started my balance is reduced by Rs 5 to Rs 15 daily without uses. i tried several times to constomer care ([protected]) but i didn, t success. i also complaint to franchisee. but he told that to contact custmer care. so please rectify my problem.

                BSNL — Reduction of rs 5 daily

                I am loosing rs 5 daily . I'm getting Subscription Service message from +[protected]. Rs 5 got deducted daily . ... No action yet. Please help to sort it out

                So please deactivate this service as soon as possible.

                bsnl prepaid 3g service — deduction of balance

                i purchased new sim about 1 week ago.. it is cell one 3G sim.. i was given 100 free video calls.. but on making videocall they deducted all my balance. i m from jodhpur rajasthan

                  dear sir i have taken a duplicate sim ([protected]) on 08/10/2012 and till today the sim is not activated i have also called sdo of bijnor bsnl office many times but the sim is not activated then on 12/11/2012 i another sim on same number (sim no.[protected] (mo. no.                     I took a brand new prepaid connection for my iPad on 7-11-12 by paying Rs. 100. Rs.30 for SIM Card & Rs. 70 for the FRC. The mobile number is [protected]. I took it from the Telephone Exchange in Aligarh. The problem with the SIM is that, I unable to recharge it. i called customer care but they are not responding properly. The BSNL office executive was supposed to topup with the FRC. Since then, the customer care & the BSNL office executives are unable to resolve my issue. I'm calling them again & again and nobody is picking up the call.

                    I found BSNL services below the satisfactory level. Totally disappointing.

                      Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. — not to unsubscribe the services of 55678

                      Sir,

                      bsnl is charging Rs. 30/- every month for a service from 55678 where as i am not using that service. I have sent message to unsubscribe the service four-five times but every time Rs. 2/- is being charged and after two or three seconds i receives message "Temporary problem pls. retry after some time" .

                        My balance is deducted on regular basis .Rs 150 is deducted on regular basis.Customer care always say that service is activated, but i had never activated any service.But no respond receive from bsnl customer care.

                          I BOUGHT A BSNL 2G SIM AND CONVERT IT INTO 3G AT RS 180 AND THEN I RECHARGED IT WITH RS 225 FOR 3G INTERNET BALANCE BUT WHEN I CONNECT IT FOR USING NET OR DOWNLOAD SOMETHING ,THE SPEED OF THE NET THAT BSNL PROVIDE IS 2G SPEED BUT ANOTHER SIM OF BSNL PROVIDE BETTER SPEED , AND WHEN I CALL TO COSTUMER CARE IT SAYS THAT MY PROBLEM WILL RESOLVE SHORTLY I WAIT IT FOR FEW MONTH FOR THAT MY PROBLEM WILL RESOLVE SHORTLY BUT NOT MY PROBLEM WILL NOT RESOLVE PLEASE HELP ME FOR GETTING ME THE PROPER SPEED OF 3G

                            from bsnl number [protected], on 16th november 2012,rs 20 was deducted from the balance on account of Easy Vault service. A sms came and the balance was deducted. No previous registration was done for such service. A complaint was lodged at the customer care service of BSNL, they had assured of an immediate act within 24 hours, but no action has been taken. they had given a docket number of the complaint. it is K16CD300749. I would request for a stern action against such sleazy and illegal process of BSNL. Hoping for a quick action from your side. Thank You.

                            BSNL — illegal deduction

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am sim holder of BSNL mobile no. [protected]. They are illegaly deducting Rs. 40 on 24.01.2012 from my balance in the name of MIMOBITV[protected] service.

                            As I am not requesting for any this type of services on my mobiles . I have also complaint to the Customer care of BSNL but no response receive from them.

                            On 15th of this month, I used the data from my Bihar BSNL No.- [protected] for near about 10-15 minutes only and a balance of near about Rs 100/- was deducted from my balance. My balance was dropped from Rs 265/- to Rs 165/- ( as I remember).

                            I could not able to understand the rate of deduction for using the data. I was waiting for the last two days that the amount will be reversed. But sorry to inform that it has not been credited in my account balance.

                            Regarding this, I had talked (with great effort as CC service is horrible and not connected frequently) to you people many a times but till date not any action has been taken.

                            Further I request you people to kindly reverse the amount for the earliest so that I can enjoy the uninterrupted services of India's No-1 service provider in the telecom sector i.e BSNL.

                            Looking forward for a long term association...

                                  I'm having BSNL Broadband connection at my home. Before I used to have a low speed plan of RS. 500/pm but it was not sufficient for me because I run my own website and I need a lot of data usage everyday. So, I decided to change my paln to RS. 2150/pm and the speed which was promised was about 1mbps but I don't even get 100kbps speed while downloading. When contacting to the BSNL Exchange officers, they just speak too rudely and gives no response to my problem. My money is getting totally wasted since last two months. Please solve my problem asap and all I need is my Broadband speed to rise-up to required speed as per my paln i.e 1mbps!

                                  I hope to get a quick response from here.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had applied for a BSNL broadband connection on 23rd August, 2011 for home purpose in Electronic city, Bangalore.
                                      I did not get a connection till now(16 nov, 2012 - Present day). It has already passed 14 months from the date of my application.

                                      Despite my continuous struggle with the JTO in the BSNL office, I couldnot succeed. They keep on saying within 2 months we will provide the connection and passed the time.

                                      Please suggest what I can do to get the connection as soon as possible. Or can you take any action against this for the delay.
