Hi,

I had applied for a BSNL broadband connection on 23rd August, 2011 for home purpose in Electronic city, Bangalore.
I did not get a connection till now(16 nov, 2012 - Present day). It has already passed 14 months from the date of my application.

Despite my continuous struggle with the JTO in the BSNL office, I couldnot succeed. They keep on saying within 2 months we will provide the connection and passed the time.

Please suggest what I can do to get the connection as soon as possible. Or can you take any action against this for the delay.

    Respected Sir / Madam,

    I am writing this letter to inform you about the most worst customer care services provided by BSNL.My landline no.[protected].& having A BROAD BAND COMBO PLAN Since last more than three years. when I am trying to use it now the network signal is not pick up. Numbers of omplaints made on land line as well as on telephonic talking to Telephone exchange Naroda, ahmedabad and Manager Kakaria, Ahmedabad, to the officer who attending the complaints. But no positive response are made by them so far. Even no body attended the complains. We also made complain regarding not proper working modem which is very old one after making repeated request to replace it. The officers making excuses but not handelled the complain. we also made complain on Online almost one month back.

    I am very sorry to bring this to your notice. Hope atleast this time proper action will be taken.

        I would like to file a complaint against Bharat sanjar Nigam Ltd(BSNL), Kerala circle for non reactivation of my mobile number -[protected] and [protected] wich is an add-on connection of first number.

        BSNL deactivated my out going facility due to non payment of the bill on 9th Nov 2012. I made the payment on 12/11/2012 at around 1.30PM at BSNL counter at North paravur,by cash. The Bill No: ENKPRU[protected] and Invoice number is[protected]. Since I found that my Add-on connection is not activated even after 24 hrs of time, I approached the counter at N Paravur. They done some changes in computer and told me that it will be activated soon. Meantime I lodged a complaint in BSNL customer service about non activation on 13 Nov 2012. the complaint number is K13KL390165. The parent number , in the mean time , got activated but the add-on not.

        Even now, after more than 48 hours of time, my Add-on is not activated. I tried to contact the customer care of BSNL once again (dialing [protected]) and tried to talk to a customer service representative. But the voice dialler is not directing me properly. When I tried the option '9' and then '2', it it was repeating the same menu.

        I am desparately making this complaint because there is no one in that organisation who take care of my problem. More over , the customer service executive from BSNL was not behaving softly and trying to ask a lot of meaning less questions on bill details for the sake of verifying my identity ,where they would have tried to verify it by lot of other means. The motto was It was merely a harrasment rather than giving solution.

        I kindly request you to take my complaint into account for

        1.Delay in activation
        2Bad experience with customer service executive on line.

          In Chakdaha of Nadia District, we are getting BSNL Broadband service around 20 days in a month. Balance days we are unable to connect internet. In this days which is horrible. In Nadia District we don't having 3G network so anybody can imagine how are we living. Exchange people including SDE is not coming to the exchange 50% day. Pls. do something immediately as we, people of Chakdaha disconnected from internet from last 5 days.

          BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — no connectivity

          despite issue telegrams to general manager BSNL GMTD RAJKOT western region broad band is not working even not attended during public holidays whch is three days my details are as under

          My Phone No[protected] Broad band conection is not working properly. Every Day Disconted many times. Services Down every day 8 to 10 Hours Daily.

          networking / broadband — DEFICIENT SERVICES OF BSNL

          My B/band ( telephone no. 250357 , 9-B Raj Nagar, Opp Rly Stn. Jwalapaur ) goes out of order very frequently. On B/band complaint nos. 251000, 250300 and 200333 , there is none to attend. And again for the last 4 days, my above BBand is running out of order and there is no one on the above telephone to lodge complaint. However, ultimately I lodged my complaints on your 198 vide complaint no. 19042 on 2.3.10 and 19093 on 3.3.10 .

          We are really very unfortunate to have BSNL Broadband connection where their services on most of times are found useless.

          Is there any one now hear on my above complaint.

          the net connection is lost in the middle of some work. i have given the complaint in person and by phone. they said its because of the earthing problem. bet they are not repairing it. its been more than 6 month. im nw sick and tired of the bsnl service.

            My name is Patel Laxmanbhai Raichandbhai, I am a regular customer of BSNL. From few days ago my land-line has stopped working and if starts working, it works for few hours only. When we complained about it in our BSNL telephone exchange (Chandlodiya) office they told that we will clarify the problem and we will resolve it. Two time I had complained about this but problem is not yet resolved, third time when I asked them to give answer in writing they gave me my complaint no.:- [protected] and they registered that complain on that when I asked for it that date was 06/11/2012. Till date not a single person has been seen around my home to check the foalt & no answer is being coming from their side. I request you that please as soon as possible try to resolve my problem as you can.

              Dear Sir/ Madam

              This is to report about the cheating done by BSNL team. On my mobile no. [protected], BSNL has activated a service named MANTRA THERAPY from no. 56566 and on 6th of Nov'2012 and deducted a balance of Rs. 5. I have immediately discussed the matter with customer care centre of BSNL. The executive told me that the service has been deactivated but the balance shall be refunded after 24-48 hours. The docket no. for the complaint is K06HP301979. Inspite of service deactivation, I have again received the service renewal message.
              Next day I have received another message from[protected] for FAMEONGAME service activation and balance of Rs. 5 deducted. it was again without my permission.For its complaint in customer care, the docket no. in K08HP300664. Again I was told that balance will be refunded within 48 hrs. Till now there is no solution, no balance refund.


              Please help in the matter because maximum service provider companies are activating the different services without customer's permission and deducting the huge amount of balance.

              Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — unnecessary deduction of balance for not activation of services

              my account balance is deducted unnecessarily
              when i have not activated the service....every time 25 rs are deducted from my balance the name of the service is voice chat.

              BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LTD — Starting a service without permission

              Most respectfully I am to say that my telecom service provider BSNL has started Voice Chat Service on my Mobile No. [protected] from 07/02/2011 without my permission. I am charged Rs. 30 for this. I complained many time to stop the service and refund. But they are not responding positively. Please guide what should I do.

              Sir,

              My BSNL Mobile No. is [protected]. Company is wrongly deducting message from balance. I lodged cumplaint to customer care so many times. even though, till today the problem have not been solved.

              My complaint is that when i am sending only 1 msg containing 2-3 words means 8-10 characters, company is charging me for 4 msg immediately.

              You are kindly be requested to solve my complaint.

                I am BSNl customer having the connection On Name of Mohal Manjit Singh(grandfather) ,connection Number[protected],,Village-Charrian,,P.o-Singh Bhagwanpura,,District-Ropar,Punjab..I am having Bsnl Broadband 625 unlimited combo plan from last 2 years..Here i am supposed to get downloading speed upto 512 kbps and 256 kbps after 4 gb of data consumption but i am getting only 60 kbps and 30 kbps after 4 gb....I alreay have submiited complaint about this through customer care executive but there is no response from that side..
                So i am requesting you to please solve my issue ...

                750 ul plane downloading speed is only 18kbps i have to download 2 GB in a day please increase my net speed up to150kbps my phone no. on which i have taken net is [protected].

                  sir, am a old customer of your network assigned by the number [protected] . Sir i recharged my number by the sum of Rs.100 on 10/nov/2012 at 11:00AM. After 2 hour i received a message conveing that i have been suscribed to BSNL VCS service where as nothing such type of request was sent by me for the subscription of the service.

                  I called to the customer care executive 3 times, they cancelled my service but havnt refunded my money. I lodged a complain against unnecessary deduction of money and subscription of service by the complain docket number K10UE304759.

                  Sir, kindly consider my problem so that i can have a great service.
                  I hope you will consider my problem and resolve it as early as possible.

                    Refund of wrongly charged services.
                    I am a user of your BSNL pre paid mobile service. My BSNL Pre Paid No is [protected]. Recently 01/11/12 I got a message that is " Thank you for Subscribing ZOOM Rs 10/- PER DAY Pack. For that mesg I made a call to BSNL call center and complaint no.given K01UP302153. my pack has deactivated but still deducted amount not REFUNDED.Again on 09/1/12 message from 56566 came and Rs. 5/- deducted for purchasinga video. Again i complaint and complaint no. K09UP301701 given but deducted amount not REFUNDED. I want to know that without activating from my side how can this service has been activated and how the balance has been deducted. kindly do the needful for refund of my hard money as soon as possible and stop these fake sms.

                        I have BSNL prepaid sim number [protected] and I am using this from past two years. Recently I was not able to use it for some days and when I checked it showing a message after dialing *123# that your account is inactive, kindly refill it before 13/11/2012 and showing balance after that but giving message separately that main balance is null.
                        I searched on some forums and recharged it for 34 special recharge for validity but it was unsuccessful too.
                        I have sufficient balance in my prepaid account but not able to activate it till now. Kindly suggest a way to tackle this problem

                            BSNL shows off with unknown services to its customers. Their customer support is just disgusting. Support agent contacts customers, offers a new service called BSNL Hungama, will not provide complete details regarding the price and extra subscriptions, lack of customer education, finally the monthly bill shows that you are registered to this service without your knowledge. They charge extra amount on your current bill. This is nothing but playing foul games on customers. Endorsing all these services on them without their interest. BSNL is cheating customers with these unknown services and charging amount for subscription without being known that they are registered. They don't even provide us with complete details whether if it is a free or payable service before endorsing them on customers. BSNL is maintaining such a disgusting customer care.

                                    i am bsnl kurshi postpaid mobile user, i have 1 GB data each month .I
                                    taken Rs. 111 plain at 27/10/2012 at that time bsnl person not giving
                                    any information about billing or my 1 GB laps.or my data usable.
                                    I got bill Of Rs. 2055 that i am not expected.
                                    BSNL Acc. office Pune said me that your Bill is correct.BSNL charge me
                                    that amount which i won't know how, why,which i am not used
                                    Now BSNL people told me all Rule regarding Billing.
                                    Why not at the time of plan activation.
                                    WHY NOT FILE CASE AGAINST BSNL.
                                    Please help me on this issue,
                                    So that faith on BSNL increase

                                      This is a serious complain against BSNL Broadband NOIDA. First of all their broadband service is very bad, frequently disconnects, poor bandwidth because of all these issues I decided to switch to some other provider and gave application for disconnection on 15-March-2012. and they told me that it will be done in 1 weeks time. These guys took good two months to actually disconnect the broadband connection. And they charged me for entire month of March,April & May.

                                      It is their fault that they took two months to disconnect. I logged a complaint in Sec-39 SDO office to waive off these charges as I never used their service in the time frame. They told me that it will be adjusted in next month (June) bill. But it never happened every time I complain they say it will be adjusted in next month bill. It November now and still same situation. I am completely frustrated with BSNL. They are least bothered that their consumers are suffering because of their poor services and deaf ears.

                                        I am a BSNL Cellone customer ([protected]) in Hodal Palwal. Since 27th October I am getting SMSs from[protected] and 5 Re is deducted from my prepaid balance every 5 days for this. I never subscribed for any such service. This is clearly a fraudulent act from company owning the number...

                                        first my balance deduct of 5 rs.on 27 th oct 2012 in noon time 02:38 p.m. I never subscribed for any such service. when i complaint this to bsnl customer care, he said me that ypur complaint registered & rs. will be refundable within 48 hrs. with deactivation of service. but rs. not refund till now & even on same day arround 05:30 also 7 rs. deduct from my account. this is not the way to slove a problem very irresponsible company.

                                        in evening i call the customer care, then person said that your money will be refund within 30-45 days. after taht again on 2nd nov this problem faced & rs. 5 deducted from my account.

                                        this time also same rep by bsnl & today again same happen i dont why. i reacharged of 200 rs. & i got 240 from bsnl under scheme but i think untill my 40 rs. not deduct bsnl will continuously doing same shameful job.

                                        M right na bsnl???????????

                                        Even while talking with customer care, it said that complaint msg will be conveyed to you right now after registering th complaint but i got all complaint msgs on 4th Nov.

                                        Right now when i call customer care he say that u call us after 2 hrs,. right now we cannot give any information to uu.

                                        This thing not to be acceptable. so pls let me knw when i will get my all 22 rs. back which bsnl deduct from my account.

                                        For me also same problem with bsnl mobile. Without activating amount deducted. Pl help any one how to deactivate.
