I got bsnl broadband combo 900 ULD Plan on 26th September, 2012. This plan is supposed to provide 4 mbps speed upto 8gb and beyond this 512 kbps but as the connection started I got only upto 200 kbps which is roughly like a 2 mbps plan and after several complaints they solved this problem after 10 days. Till then I've used 7 gb of data. I could download only 1 gb of data at 4 mbps (450-500 kbps).
But I'm experiencing this problem again now. From 1st November,2012 I'm supposed to get 8gb at the speed of 4 mbps but not getting even 200 kbps,sometimes below 100.
Customer care guys don't seems to know anything about the broadband. They have only one solution to all the problems,"format your computer,sir". It seems a bunch of a**holes have been appointed.
If anyone have experienced this problem and have any solution for this please let me know. Thanks in advance.

    Excessive Billing

    I am using BSNL Broadband 500+ combo plan from about past two years. According to this plan, 175 phone calls are free and internet download limit is 2.5GB and night 2AM-8AM free download. My BSNL phone number is[protected].

    Untill March 2012, the average bills i used to get where amount INR 662 (including VAT).But in march 2012 i did not receive my bill. The same thing continued till July where i did not receive my bill even...

      I have recently got a new sim ([protected]) from BSNL office in Faizabad since my old sim was stolen last month. Although I have recieved the new sim but the balance amount has not been transferred. I tried to recharge it but it could not be recharged. Moreover today the sim was blocked even for incoming calls. Please reactivate the services on my number and transfer the balance as soon as possible.

        Dear Sir,
        I have applied for a new telephone connection at naranpura, ahmedabad exchange 2 month ago.We are given tel no. 27910073.We have repeatedly visited Naranpura office but the response from bsnl staff is really disappointing.They are forcing us to take WLL line which is not working well in that area.In that area many peoples are having WLL but all are suffering from poor conectivity etc.Apart from that, I need to use internet also.I requested for the landline but there is no response from anybody.
        I request to do the needful in this context as early as possible.

          No incoming and outgoing.
          .
          i cant call to customer care. so i dial from my another number ([protected]).
          I dialed customer service center and told my problem. A customer care executive asked to hold. After a long time he replied that he's not responsible for this and wait until this complaint will be solved or "if you are in hurry you can take another connection". I asked his number he transferred call to Senior. He also misbehaved .He said to wait more than 2 hours and " you are not only our customer all are waiting why can't you . I never said to take BSNL connection". He said he can cut my connection if he wants. And he threatened me saying he can find my address and will show me.
          If he cuts my connection what should i do?

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I am a resident of Haliyal o[censored]ttara Kannada District of Karnataka state. I have been( I beleive many others also)facing lots of network failure in the area. I am located just 3 kms((land) and hardly 1 km(air) from the local BSNL tower. Moreover my building where I stay is quite in a high place. It is so disturbing that BSNL network is a constant problem. My mobile shows only 1line ans some times 3-4 but the moment I make a call it disconnects. Cannot think of receiving or making calls from the room. Every time to receive or make any calls I am forced to come out where I could find better network. You are offering so many new packages but what is the use if there is no network? I am losing so much money while making calls. Can you please do something about it so that I can have undisturbed communication ands top wasting money? hope you will do the needful.

          sir i have a connection of bsnl mobile .and i am having 5numbers of bsnl the poor network coverage from bsnl only ever Time there is an problem saying that no network sim card registration failed emergency only sos and massage delivery is very slow i if any urgent massage come it come day after tomorrow and my numbers are [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] these are my number which is having these much of problem so kindly take an serious action to my complaint

                Hi,

                BSNL Broadband NON refund

                I had landline connection along with Broadband. I disconnected the connection on Oct 16, 2010 and submitted all the Instruments to BSNL Kayamkulam on March 18, 2011 and I have the receipt as proof. The A/C no details is WLL [protected]. I was told that refund will be credited with in 2 months.

                Now more than 1.7 years have been completed and till now I haven't received any refund. Can you please let me know the status of my refund. I went to the nearest BSNL office and every time they ask me to go to different office. I submitted an application regarding this in November last year and also called BSNL 3 months back to know abt the refund status and they assured that refund will be processed in 2 weeks. Yet nothing happened. How long I have to wait for my own money to be refunded and that too after going through so much of inconvenience.

                  Its been about 3 weeks now that my land-line has been dead. After several calls to the local telephone exchange filing complaints, they kept giving false promises that the technician would come to fix the same.. besides several calls, a couple of visits were also made for the same but till now the line hasn't been fixed.. The local telephone exchange failing to come to my need, i approached the customer care and filed a complaint for the same. the complaint number being [protected] and progress of the same is said to be in some technical proceedings. What could the solution to this possibly be?

                      I hold BSNL mobile SIM connection. Of late, I started receiving the message on early morning, around 8-9am every day, saying 'Thank you for using Value Pack Service. You have been charged Rs. 10'. I have not subscribed for any such service with BSNL and so far I have lost Rs. 25/- till date. Though I have registered my complaint with complaint docket number 'J2KT332765' there is no resolution so far.

                      I browsed internet to see if anybody has experienced similar problems, and I am surprised to see there are many, but all are saying to have not received any resolution for their complaints lodged at BSNL.

                      So, bringing to consumer forum with the expectation of getting resolution.

                            SUBJECT : WRONG DEDUCTIONS FROM THE PREPAID ACCOUNT ( MOBILE NO. [protected])

                            Sir,

                            This email is to voice my strongest dissatisfaction regarding BSNL Services where my current balance should have been Rs.162.68 as on 23rd Oct 2012 .

                            My BSNL account was topped up by Rs.110 (Rs.52.68+Rs.110) , but wrong deductions have been done from my account for subscriptions which I have NEVER subscribed for. That is Rs.60 for chat subscription (2months) and Rs.30 for BSNL Tuning .Kindly deactivate above mentioned subscriptions and credit the deducted amount in my account as early as possible as it is quite repulsive for me (customer). “I mention it strongly that I’m not interested in these subscriptions and nor I’ll be in future”.I hope a punitive action will be taken by the erring authorities concern in reply immediately.

                              i have 250 home plan of broadband .I have been facing a problem in the net connection & land line phone from few days that many times link disappears and net is disconnected when i do the work on net
                              .therefore it is very disgusting .This problem occures several times in a day ..kindly look in to the matter and solve my problem

One day came and told that will rectify next day. But till today not rectified the complaint. So I am facing very difficulty in my business as well as my personal life.                               Dear Sir/Mam,

                              The phone line and Internet at my home for the number[protected] is not working from last 15 days. I have logged my complaint at the BSNL call center with the complaint number [protected] on Aug-19-2011 but no response so far. Yesterday also, I logged another request and got the docket number 1500, but still no action has been taken on my complaint.

                              I request you to do the needful things to reactivate my phone connection at the earliest, otherwise I am going to log a complaint in the national consumer forum and that time I wil be seeking for all the compensations from BSNL.

                                I have been automatically charged for the Xgen Plus Bsnl Service with out any notice/ pre msgs and they charged 50/-.When I tried to unsubscride it it also cost me 2/- and the reply message was "you can not opt out from the plan as the plan chose by you has 13 months locking period" . I did not subscribe this service, infact i did not even had any idea about this service at all and i do not have any use from this service for which i am loosing my money every month .So i kindly request to help me on this to unsubscribe.

                                I have been automatically charged for the Xgen Plus Bsnl Service with out any notice/ pre msgs and they charged 50/-.When I tried to unsubscride it it also cost me 2/- and the reply message was "you can not opt out from the plan as the plan chose by you has 13 months locking period" . I did not subscribe this service, infact i did not even had any idea about this service at all and i do not have any use from this service for which i am loosing my money every month .So i kindly request to help me on this to unsubscribe.

                                XgenPlus is the worst email service provider, they or bsnl cant solve the technical problem.. even their website is not working properly . ha ha ha

                                  Sub:- I have got a Plan o[censored]LD COMBO 1350 4MB not getting the Speed Very Slow Internet, Very Pathetic Service on Tel No.[protected]

                                  I am using BSNL Landling and Broadband Service since January, 2012, now i have got a Combo Broadband plan o[censored]LD BBG COMBO 1350 4MB but i am not getting sufficient speed the speed i am getting is less than 2MB, i have complaint many times to BSNL through Customer Care 1500 and also done a written complaint, but all the time they create a service ticket and then by themself they close it without asking to the customer, i am totally fedup from BSNL, I came to know from BSNL Broadband Dept. that your area lines are having many cuts so you will not be able to get that speed, so i am asking BSNL is this the serivce which a customer is an expect from such a renowned company like BSNL, i want a serious action to be taken on this, and also provide me a concessation on the bill as i am paying around 1550/- for 4MB and i am getting speed less than 2MB so i need a concessation on my Bill till the time my issue is not resolved. I hope consumer compaint will resolve my concern.

                                    Sir,
                                    BSNL Mobile UPE circle deducts Rs.5/Rs.10/Rs.20/Rs.8 from my Mobile connection nearly everyday, without any intimation or notice, when approached service center, a girl will pick up the phone and blame me for the same, saying that you have activated some ridiculous services.
                                    I haven't replied to any calls nor SMSs yet they deduct the amount. I am totally helpless because no one hears in BSNL.
                                    Nor they are ready to Port my no., giving reasons that the no. which I have been using for past 7 years is registered in some other persons name from other district.
                                    Kindly help.

                                      I am facing serious network problem at my home situated in the municipal area of bhubaneswar, near Khandagiri, coming under AINGINIA CERCLE. No body is taking the responsibility of this network failure. As I am a Doctor by profession, i could not able to receive or made calls most of the time. Some times patients feel as if i am not receiving the calls intentionally or rejecting or disconnecting.
