HI, I am Nitin Kumar Verma, my number landline number is[protected], I am consuming bsnl broadband from a long time.
Suddenly form last month the DSL of my modem restarts after every minutes. This issue generally came at evening and night.
I have booked so many complaints on this to BSNL, I also give a written complaint to GM of BSNL Bhart Nagar branch, C.S. Bhanot.
He said he will look into the matter but no action is taken yet.
It is being a month and now I am so much frustrated with BSNL service.

Hello sir,

I got your Email address from our Telephone bill. I am Maharshi Shah
from Waghodia Road, Baroda. I have UL 750+ Broadband plan at my home
phone[protected]. I was the happy customer of your service until
3rd November when my internet connectivity went off suddenly due to
some technical misconfiguration automatically.

I've been in trouble since then.I tried the customer help line (12678)
and they told me to contact at Panigate office. They came to my home
for fixation and told me to visit Racecourse office. I am there some 4
times and still haven't got my problem solved.

I do have a small blog http://techvigator.blogspot.com/ which is now
fading up due to no any posting since 3rd November. I need to
regularly update it as a contender of highly dynamic Internet
platform.

Today, i got my Telephone bill included with Broadband charges. May i
request you to do me a favor by ease this Broadband charge since i
haven't used it at all since 3rd November?

Ending now considering you as a last ray of my hope.

I cannot get my bsnl broadband bill last 2 months. Plz let me know what can I do at this moment? Give some suggestions in my mail id. I use bsnl broadband 500c pack. With this i'll be able to get 150 free calls per month. But it is not done yet. So what is my next step???

      I had a BSNL WLL phone (no[protected] from June 2011 as landline facility not provided by BSNL. Since then I have been having net work problem or instrument problem. Three months back 1st time the WLL was not working hence given to one Mr. Khan replaced the instrument which was worked for only 2 months then again neither I could dial nor receive any phone hence on 7th Sept.2012 as instructed by Mr.Sarvoday I handed over the instrument with charger to a lady staff at BSNL MIDC Dombivli and got the acknowlegment. Since then I have been trying to call either Mr.Khan or Mr.Sarvoday but only once I could get Mr.Sarvoday who asked me to dial my phone no if it get connected then come and collect the instrument. Till date nothing happened therefore request you to help me in getting the line restored or get the connection cancelled and adjust the amount against outstanding bill if any.

      Because it is difficult to get the instrument repaired or give new one as BSNL is not interested to keep the consumer happy.         Dear Sir,
        I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 1 years. My BSNL landline number is[protected]. Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But from 2 months i saw that an additional amount of Rs.149/- has been charged against each MoD(Music on Demand and movie on demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said servvice.
        I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.
        For the past 3 months , i am trying to escalate the issue with support.[protected]@hungama.com, but i am not getting a proper reply from them.
        It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (as Rs 149 makes bigger amt). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.
        I am not getting a proper respose from hungama & BSNL, Hence i have decided to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.
        I want my all money back & want to sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide my request to aprropriate actions.

          Dear Sir,
          With due respect I am to state that I have a BSNL 3G Sim (No.[protected]) for the last 9 months. I recharged with Rs.98/- as top-up for net service and Rs.10/- Top-up for main balance on 25th Aug,2012. But after paying the Top-up, the STV balance of net service and main balance is showing Nil and validity of net service showing upto 24th Sept,2012. Then I call to BSNL Customer Care No.[protected] to know the exact reason for Nil Balance. They told me that your validity was ended in June,2012 and you recharge with Rs.34/- for validity extended and I extended my validity upto March.2013 but my balance is not credited to my account.
          I again call to Customer Care to credited the amount as I extended the validity and net service is upto 24th Sept,2012. But they told me it is not possible as you recarge Rs.98/- & Rs.10/- as top-up when your validity was lost after 15 days. So, the full amount of Rs.98/- & Rs.10/- is totally forfeited/cheated by BSNL.
          My question is when my validity was lost (unfortunately I do not the validity is lost) why the BSNL is not given any messege to recharge your acccount to extend you validity fast and then you can get top-up for net service or main balance. If it is done by BSNL my amount of Rs.98/+10/- is not forfeited.
          So, necessarry steps may kindly be taken to credit my balance as eardly as possible due to my net service validity is upto 24th Sept,2012.

          BSNL — Network Nil

          Respected Sir,
          My BSNL mobile no.is [protected].In my address they have a personal tower [Tower name-"NARAYANPUR"] but maximum saturday night to tuesday evening it totally out of reach...So,in these purpose every time I launch complain then they processed..When I asked them "when it solve?" They answered next time you will not suffer this.But sir,still now I am facing this problem.
          Today I launched a complain [ id is[protected] at 7:08 a.m ].
          If they have a problem so why they should not take another source? Plz sir solve my problem immediately.....I am suffering from last 6 months.

            BSNL service to customer is horrible and poor.

            We have raised a request for shifting of the phone by going personally and in written. A reference number([protected]) was issued and got a response through SMS later saying the service was completed. Everyday we call the people and the response was so bad, sometimes they cut the call in the middle. Sometime they wont lift the phone. Sometime People say they are coming. More than 2 weeks,still nothing has happened.
            I dont know whether they will charge rent for even i dint use the connection and internet services for all these days.

            People are no where accountable to the kind of work they do. I guess no proper monitoring mechanism and appraisal system is available for these so called public servants.

            Request some help to solve my issues!!

            Need a better system which delivers best!!

              I have been facing noisy line problem in my broadband telephone line for last 15 days. The problem is that when the broadband modem is ON, there is tremendous amount of audio noise. When I switch OFF the modem, the line is perfect. There is no problem in the modem as the same modem was used to another line at my home where it is working normally. I complained at 1504. Somebody called from BSNL and asked my wife “Line working fine, madam?” She said “Yes”. The complaint was 'closed' without resolving it, because when the gentleman called from BSNL, the modem was OFF. I again lodged a complaint manually on[protected]. I kept the modem in ON position. The executive also listened the noise. He noted the complaint, and a confirmation message came to me with complaint no. [protected]. I got a SMS yesterday that my complaint has been ‘closed’. I immediately picked up the line. The noise was still there. So, it is surprising as to how the complaint can be closed without resolving it.

              It perhaps only in BSNL when a complaint can be closed without resolving the problem. I have again made an automated complaint No. [protected] on 13th-Sep-2012. But, no body has turned up so far. I am leaving it to only God now. My only probles is that the phone is quite old and many places it is registered. Else, I would simply moved to some other service provider.

              The BSNL customers are moving away from BSNL only because of its poor service. Technology is the best with BSNL. But, what is the use if services are poor. The BSNL is already in losses of worth Rs. 8000 crores. The BSNL is begger at present; like AirIndia. Poor service, and no accountability! All employees of BSNL behave like royal kings. They do not entertain you. No customer service. The day is not far when BSNL will be bankrupted. That time, they will beg government for funds, and government would happily put some more taxes, and cess etc. from people like us.

              The time has come when the BSNL should be closed and its employees shunted out. Let these employees go to private sector and then only they would learn what is the meaning of 'hard earned money'. At BSNL simply they are enjoying.

                Dear Sir,

                I have been using BSNL broadband for some time.My BSNL land-line number is[protected]. Last month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.149/- has been charged against Hungama MoD(Music on Demand). I didn't contact for this service and the service was activated without my knowledge or approval and i didn't get the activation details for this service.

                It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this, as i feel it really humiliating (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

                I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassles. So please i request you to De-Activate the Music on Demand service as soon as possible and try revert back the charges if possible

                Waiting for your prompt reply at earliest and hope that it would be deactivated as soon as possible

                OUR BROADBAND ([protected]) link goes down within 60 seconds of logging on .We have complained many times at all your offices but no response .EITHER RECTIFY IT OR LET US TAKE PRIVATE network and disconnect your service & refund our money.This complaint is there from the beginning

                  I am using BSNL broadband connection with the plan "BBG FN COMBO 500". The connection(Customer ID:[protected]) is on the name of my father Mr.Asoke Chowdhury.I have received the bill of August(1/8/2012-31/8/2012) yesterday by mail.But in that bill I have found that extra charge has been added to my my internet day usage(1948285kb) though according to my plan,my limit o[censored]sing internet during day time up to 2gb(2097152kb) . On the other hand,late fee has been added to the bill amount though we have paid the last bill amount by 29th of August.There is no official portal where I can launch my grievances,hence I have submitted here.Please suggest me what should I do.Thank you.

                  BSNL — faulty billing

                  Sir,
                  i am a subscriber of BSNL post paid connection bearing No. [protected] of NE circle II. I had many times requested to deactivate caller tunes since march 2009. The matter of deactivation was periodically checked with customer care centre and they had informed also that caller tunes had been de-activated. However in all the bills, PRBT usage charges is included. This was taken up with customercare, Ao BSNL Kohima (Nagaland) and even complained via e-mail. The lattest complaint was complaint No.(1)complaint No.[protected] dated on 04/08/09 by e-mail and customer care on 28/08/09 complaint NO. 370 244 . so far no action appears to have taken and in all the bills PRBT charges are included. Therefore i request you to immediately discontinue this faulty billing. I dont want caller tunes any more and pleaz stop.
                  Further i had requeated to send detailed bills showing the call log of each month. Therefore at least from next month onwards please send details of calls made by me along with the bills

                    i have not een send any msg or call them to activate such freaking scheme..
                    they have automatic activated the scheme without my concern

                      I have a bsnl 3G sim but there is problem with 3G network from last 3-4 days in our area i.e. Lohariya Sal Talla ,PO- Katgharia, Haldwani. No 3G signal is coming. Due to whivh I am unable to use the internet and can't do video calls. This problem of 3G network is varies with the electricity of our area when light is available 3G network is available and when light is gone network also gone. But from last 3-4 days the 3G network in our area is completely(fully) not available.
                      Sir, I reuest you to please solve out the network problem as soon as possible.

                        I am fed up with frequent disruptions in the lines, wherein my telephone remains unserviceable most of the time. My Broadband Service is disconnect from last 8 Days. our complaint is register in Ambad Telephone Exchange office.

                        but no any positive response of my complaint my telephone or broadband service is currently not in work.

                        I mean I am not paying BSNL Broadband monthly charges for this month, they are bound to give me the services they promise. I intend taking this up very strongly with the BSNL Higher Management in Nashik. There should be some accountability for him also.

                        I am Business Man My business is completly depend on BSNL Broadband Connection. my income is totaly stop from last 8 days. how can i will pay monthly broad band charges. its not possible to pay charges.

                          I want to deactivate my excel power service as I am currently using a Rs. 65 STV which is for bsnl to bsnl(on network) 10 paisa per minute but due to excel power service the two numbers of excel power call rate is .30 paisa so I want to deactivate excel power service of bsnl. I also interacted with the bsnl customer care but they are not giving any type of correct solution of this problem.
                          Please help me out in deactivating excel power service.

                            i was downloading a song from mr-jatt i was subscribed to service nexGTv+Sony Pack without my knowledge my balance was deducted rs25 and rs8 later on i rang customer care and booked a complaint no G3JK3038232 on july 30 i was asked to wait for 30-45 days but on 15 sept i was refused for refunding of balance

                            BSNL — Wrongly Balance Deduction

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            I Kashyap J. Upadhyay, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. I BSNL Prepaid user from last one years And land line users from last 18 years.

                            My Mobile No is[protected]. I recharge my mobile on 17/01/2009 by Rs.56/- recharge voucher. I got Rs. 25/- as a talk time balance & 10 days validity.

                            After the day on Sunday 18/01/2009 I received SMS for caller tune at 10.00 am. & they deducted Rs. 25/- from my account.

                            Acutely I never send SMS or press any button for CRBT Or Caller tunes. I call for this to your customer care center But they not give me a proper answer and every time they use very bad & ruff language on a call. I call 7 times on 24365. They also not note down my complain. They all time give different answer And improper answer in bad language.

                            So Sir / Madam Please take necessary action and fined

                             HOW CAN THEY DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONFORMATION OR ACTIVATION?
                             HOW CAN THEY USE RUF LANGUAGE ON CALL ?
                             WHY THEY CUT THE PHONE & NOT NOTE DOWN MY COMPLAIN ?
                             WHY THEY NOT GIVE ME A PROPER ANSWER?

                            Your company employee not give me a higher authority contact no Or E- Mail address.

                            Your BSNL company mentally harassment me and my family.

                            Please see this and do need full on my complain Else I go in consumer forum & RTI.

                            NOTE :- This is not issue of Rs.25/- But it’s a issue of wrong deduction of money & bad behavior of company’s employees and mentally harassment. If they give me a this type of answer Then What they do with uneducated persons??????

                            I[censored] want to call me and not connected on BSNL No Then Please Call me on my other AIRTEL contact no. It’s connected every time with good services.

                            BSNL — wrong deduct of Rs.12.00

                            In the month of July BSNL deducted Rs.10.00 and Rs 2.00 on about 20th July 2010 for Music. I immediately book complain and their representative informed me this Rs.12.00 will refund you. I called them again after 2 days and get the Ref No of my refund is IG2312391 but I have not received till 30th July. So I sent SMS to them I received a call and he said it was not wrong deducted. and said that you sent sms for music for that reason it was deducted. I informed them pl submit proof that I had sent or sign up that kind of service but they says we can't do that. I informed them pl give me credit and whoever co's charged me let them they call me or give me their number so will call them but BSNL rep said we can't give you.

                            So pl help me to refund of Rs12.00

                            BSNL — Wrongly Deduction Of Balance

                            My problem was ------- I recharged my mobile with 500/- on 30/10/2010
                            so in my mobile bsnl to bsnl local & STD both are free , but suddenly
                            on 27/11/2010 night when I was calling one BSNL STD no in Jharkhand, bsnl
                            wrongly deduct my call charge 1.20 per min which is free for me
                            actually...........total 61/- Rs was deducted from my balance , but
                            BSNL not refund that money ......

                            Repeatedly I launched that complaint on 27/11/2010 and on 29/11/2010
                            but that is not solved till date and till now customer tells me to
                            wait...
                            Lastly on 02/12/2010 which I have launched,details is as follows...
                            (Mob no-[protected],Complaint ID[protected].
                            this is also not solved.I know it will never be solved.

                            i had about 115 MB usage left when i started downloading 92 MB file,after my download got completed, i received a message that my usage was 92 mb n my balance was deducted by Rs96.66. i tried calling bsnl customer care,but either they gave unsatisfying answers or kept on hold for 10 mins or more. what can i do,please help...

                            My number is [protected], in every 15 days my balance is deducted for various services which i never use. I complained against this n number of times to refund my balance but it is never done, they just give excuses for that. Till now i lost balance of Rs. 65 due to this reason. Please help me with this and refund my balance as soon as possible..
                            The xplore pack from handygo got self activated (Nither I got any message asking for my approval to subscribe for this service, nor I send any message / instruction to subscribe for this service) and Rs 30/- was deducted from my account on 14th feb 2012, i have complained through the customer care number 1503 & got my complaint registered (complaint number - B14UT1811357) on same day, i got an assurance that my money would be refunded within 15 days but its around one month and its not done yet, even today in evening i got a message for an auto renewal of this service (which i have not subscribed for).....poor services & customer care by BSNL. my mobile number is [protected].                             BSNL — wrong deduction from balance

                            I am a consumer of Bsnl mobile service having Mobile no +91 [protected]
                            Recently the service provider deduct Rs 7 from my balnce sending a message that "Rs 7 charged.Thanku for using Beauty tips service.your service have been renewed."
                            I complain the same at their office and on their portal on 7/5/12 and they responded on 8/5/12 showing "Your problem will be resolved in 72 Hrs"
                            But on 11/5/12 the same thing repeated again and Rs 7 deducted from my balance.
                            Sir please look in to the matter and take necessary steps as how a National company cheating its consumers.

                            I have BSNL Pre-paid Service. My Mobile number is [protected]. For past 3 Months, my balance is automatically debited for Rubaru and Masala Service (twice or thrice monthly). I have lodged complaint to BSNL via multiple channels (online and also personally visiting their center). The service has not been de-activated. The customer care is also not able to help. Hence, raising this issue to consumer court so that they take necessary action against our so called "Public service provider:BSNL" of our country. The operator is making money by cheating subscribers and not providing fair services.
                            i was downloading a song from mr-jatt i was subscribed to service nexGTv+Sony Pack without my knowledge my balance was deducted rs25 and rs8 later on i rang customer care and booked a complaint no G3JK3038232 on july 30 i was asked to wait for 30-45 days but on 15 sept i was refused for refunding of balance

                              sir/madam,
                              i have a beetle 3g dongle. it's of 7.2 Mbps. and a BSNL 3g Sim. at first speed was OK, but after my net balance was finished i recharged my account, but my speed is too slow, transfer rate is about 15 Kbps. earlier it was 250Kbps, i have being suffering though this slow Internet for about 10days , if this didn't get better, I'm gonna leave BSNL.

                              Bsnl 3G 7.2 mbps — internet connection is very slow

                              I am having Bsnl 3G with 7.2Mbps,To access internet is taking so long and very slow process.I am not able to do anything because of this,Can you check and do the needful as earlist as possiblle.

                                without any information activate games nad moovie download service
                                I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 5 months. My BSNL landline number is [protected].Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But last month i saw that an additional amount of RS 153.29 has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand)and God(games on demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said servvice.

                                I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.


                                It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

                                If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

                                  I am a BSNL Landline customer (My no : 91 –[protected]. My phone is not working for the past 6 months. I am complaining day by day from two months before [from my mobile [protected] to local exchange office eraniel[protected]] to my exchange office. They are telling ‘we will come’ Every day, one person came last week but he didn’t correct it he told ‘I will send a person tomorrow’. I didn’t receive any response from them even I am calling day by day. Please take immediate action.

                                    i have taken broadband connection till from one year. so many time i complaint about poor speed of broad band to bsnl office . but there is problem not solve. after that i have taken new connection of broadband . but i am facing same prolem . now my download speed 0.13 to 0.21 mbps and upload speed 0.07 to 0.22 . my account no [protected] and my phone no [protected]. please solve my problem

                                    BSNL — Poor connection speed

                                    Here i add yet another complain to the pile, I have the bsnl speed combo 1111 plan which 'should' give me a speed of 2mbps that roughly translates to around 200kbps download speed but here I am sitting here downloading at 16-17 kbps 90% of the time (other times the speed gets better but wtf!! ), I dunno whether to laugh or cry =[ , the cause of this inconvenience is poor infrastructure...and why am I bearing with as u may ask?...its because no other broadband service is available here in mzn...lets see how long it takes for the situation to change...
                                    i have broadband connection on 16/8/2012 of plan( combo unlimited ) rs:850/ per month. in this plan you can use speed 2 mbps upto 8 gb and then low speed you can use unlimited. but from begining i got speed 0.9 mbps to 0.21 mbps. i complaint many time to bsnl office. they are not solve my peoblem.= kadam madhav(ph. no.[protected]/ mo.no.                                       barred on outgoing call occasionally

                                      I am using prepaid mobile for last 2 years ([protected]).Suddenly, they barred my out going calls. I am in chandigarh form few month, doing job here, and using Roaming free plan. they even blocked the customer care call numbers also. And some time my SIM show as Invalid SIM. And when I try to contact customer care form chandigarh than call goes to Uttarakhand Customer instead o[censored]tterpradesh (Allahabad ) customer care.
