I have been facing noisy line problem in my broadband telephone line for last 15 days. The problem is that when the broadband modem is ON, there is tremendous amount of audio noise. When I switch OFF the modem, the line is perfect. There is no problem in the modem as the same modem was used to another line at my home where it is working normally. I complained at 1504. Somebody called from BSNL and asked my wife “Line working fine, madam?” She said “Yes”. The complaint was 'closed' without resolving it, because when the gentleman called from BSNL, the modem was OFF. I again lodged a complaint manually on[protected]. I kept the modem in ON position. The executive also listened the noise. He noted the complaint, and a confirmation message came to me with complaint no. [protected]. I got a SMS yesterday that my complaint has been ‘closed’. I immediately picked up the line. The noise was still there. So, it is surprising as to how the complaint can be closed without resolving it.
It perhaps only in BSNL when a complaint can be closed without resolving the problem. I have again made an automated complaint No. [protected] on 13th-Sep-2012. But, no body has turned up so far. I am leaving it to only God now. My only probles is that the phone is quite old and many places it is registered. Else, I would simply moved to some other service provider.
The BSNL customers are moving away from BSNL only because of its poor service. Technology is the best with BSNL. But, what is the use if services are poor. The BSNL is already in losses of worth Rs. 8000 crores. The BSNL is begger at present; like AirIndia. Poor service, and no accountability! All employees of BSNL behave like royal kings. They do not entertain you. No customer service. The day is not far when BSNL will be bankrupted. That time, they will beg government for funds, and government would happily put some more taxes, and cess etc. from people like us.
The time has come when the BSNL should be closed and its employees shunted out. Let these employees go to private sector and then only they would learn what is the meaning of 'hard earned money'. At BSNL simply they are enjoying.

I got your Email address from our Telephone bill. I am Maharshi Shah
from Waghodia Road, Baroda. I have UL 750+ Broadband plan at my home
phone[protected]. I was the happy customer of your service until
3rd November when my internet connectivity went off suddenly due to
some technical misconfiguration automatically.
I've been in trouble since then.I tried the customer help line (12678)
and they told me to contact at Panigate office. They came to my home
for fixation and told me to visit Racecourse office. I am there some 4
times and still haven't got my problem solved.
I do have a small blog http://techvigator.blogspot.com/ which is now
fading up due to no any posting since 3rd November. I need to
regularly update it as a contender of highly dynamic Internet
platform.
Today, i got my Telephone bill included with Broadband charges. May i
request you to do me a favor by ease this Broadband charge since i
haven't used it at all since 3rd November?
Ending now considering you as a last ray of my hope.
