I have applied for new broadband connect at BSNL New thippasandra, Bangalore on 27-August-2011. And from then there was no cummincation nethier status update.Every time i visit office they say it will be done by next week and noboby gives the proper response. An then i raised a request for change of address on 07-April-2012, so based on this change they said they willl check for fesibility and let me know the status, which they didnt communicated. Later again when i visited BSNL office they said their is no fesibility for the plan (BB-Home-Combo UL750) and asked me to chanage the plan. And for which i have submitted a request to change my plan to (BB FN Combo 600) but these request is still not been change or affected. After a long time they finally gave the phone connection on 27-August-2012, but till now i havent got the Broadband connection. When i checked with them they Broadband provision (Ref No:[protected]/19-March-2012) is still not closed and due to which nothing is been processed. And also the change of plan request is also not been raised till now. As this is missing now there are asking me to raise a request again now. Am really un happy with all these process and time they are taking any process. Kindly request you to do the need full and raise a Complaint.

    Since one month, Im Trying to change my network provider from BSNL Prepaid to Aircel. i have been connected with BSNL since May 15.2012 ( 3 months Completed). I Approached Aircel people they said, "it was Rejected by the BSNL"..i don't know what to do.
    Again today[protected] i went Aircel Office and they communicated me like.. u r request already submitted for the permanat number [protected] Error No: 888.

    Kindly help me
    I AM A CELL ONE POST PAID USER. I WANT TO PORT MY NUMBER TO ANOTHER NETWORK. BUT, BSNL DONT ACCEPT THIS. THEY DONT GET MY NUMBER FREE FOR PORT.

        since last two months illegal recovery of 2 paise per hour is being made from my prepaid mobile NO: [protected]. After repeated approaches to customer care NO: 1503 ultimately my complaint was lodged bearing NO:IH[protected] dated: 28/8/2012 @ 3=10 pm. I was assured that your grievance will be redressed within 24 hrs. Though a period of almost 5 days have been lapsed neither the grievance is redressed nor any satisfactorily reply has been given to me. BSNL being government concern should not keep such a negative attitude. This will spoil the image apart from loosing the business.
        Hope my grievance will be redressed @ the earliest possible.

          without my request the service of 5 ka tadka from hanygo activated in my BSNL Mo.no[protected] and deduct Rs.8/- for a week (till dated 06.09.2012) I send request to deactivate that service via message "UNSUBTAD" to 55678 and also register a complain on custmercare ( docket noH13UE306325, H31UE307647) but till there is no response for my complaint. so i request you pl deactivate that tadka service and refund my ammount. Pl. reply my complaint.
          SIR I HAVE A PREPAID CONECTION.[protected]. I HAVE ACTIVATE DATING SERVICE 3 MONTHS BEFORE.NOW I WANT TO DEACTIVATE IT BUT IT DOES NOT HAPPEN.I HAVE MESSAGE SEVRAL TIME, TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT IT IS USELESS WHAT THEY HAVE TELL TO DO.TELL ME WHAT TO DO NOW.

            I placed an order of a BSNL tablet on 07th Jun 2012 02:07 pm. I never received the product as per their mentioned SLA of 15 working days. I placed a cancellation order and asked for refund. I never got a call back from their backend team department which they call so. I daily call Timtara Customer Care and they always give me same answer by tomorrow I will get a call from backend team which never happened. Also they say I will be refunded by next week. It is happening since 2 months. Please help me getting my payment. I am too much frustrated now.
            I Placed this order with www.Timtara.com. It is now more than 2 months I never gt a cancellation call back.

                My phone no[protected] which comes under (Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad Exchange) is not working, on this line I am using Broadband as well as Telephone , Problem is that Internet is coming on line but Telephone is not working surprising thing is that automatically my telephone get disconnected and connected and on checking it has been found that primary line has been damaged for that , I have registered complain many times , latest complain no is [protected] dated 19/08/2012, I also personally requested to SDO Telephone Pratap Vihar to look the matter, But as per my knowledge he is help less because linemen is the BOSS. I also request to lineman, but he doesnot listen I request many time to change primary.

                  The telephone number[protected] dose NOT belong to me, there is no connection ever made in my building related to this number at my address, Then why are you sending outstanding bill related to this number at my address. ? ?

                  I have receieved 2 such bills for phone number[protected] at my address for which there is no connection in my building.

                  Please stop sending wrong bills to my address.

                    I have repeatedly compalined that my landline telephone SH-[protected] with Broadband connection is completely not working since very long time. But no response for the reason not known to me. If it is due to outstanding bills, I would like to clarify that I never defaulted in paying my bills. So, naturally I have to go for bsnl 3G (postpaid) which is also not serviceable in my locality. Now I am fed-up with bsnl. Now I want to disconnect them perpamentlly. I don't want them anymore.                       Dear Sir,
                      I,ve recharged my mobile with 550 full talk time and balance came but after approx. one hour it was cut down by company and the message for cutting was " DUE TO WRONG RECHARGE YOUR BALANCE IS CUT DOWN". it was quiet late so next day morning i call my retailer. He launched a complaint and customer care says it should be refunded within 7 hours. but it doesn't came then i called customer care they said it was refunded in 24 hours but still no refund then my retailer goes to BSNL office in Hardoi (UP) where i live they said you launch an application it should be refunded its a company fault and now today they saying it will not be refunded although a company man can only cut down balance from any mobile but company will not return it. I wanted to is this your policy to cut down balance for unknown reasons and don't ever refund it what's my fault in it.
                      I request you to please consider this matter as its the matter of your company's reputation also. I'll be waiting for your reply.

                      BSNL Prepaid — unwanted cutting of balance

                      sir this is srinivas from west godavari dist my account balance was suddenly cut off of rs 12 and the other day morning rs13 i didnt activate any offers or caller tunes i checked that on calling to *456*00#custumer care service was not telling me any reasion clearly about tis please send me about this

                      2-3 month ago i am using a bsnl gprs service.
                      i watching free site on bsnl wap.
                      wap.cellone.com this site free surfing.
                      i seen cricket score in this site.
                      and balance was cut down RS.284.
                      that are not give refund balance and not give any type of information.
                      what i do for recover my balance and time give refund for this problem
                      from my balance 10 rupee will be deduced every month. for "Humshakal service'' has been renewed and i call the customer care but they are calling please stey on line and today my balance goes in nagetive.SIR really bsnl is a very poor survice.SIR PLEASE HELP ME ABOUT THIS PROBLEM

                            I am using BSNL broadband internet service.
                            My internet gets disconnected frequently. Please help me.
                            ONE BSNL NEWSENCE AND HEDAKE PUBLICATIONS ABOUT BROAD BAND
                            "Starting from February 1st, 2012, BSNL Broadband users under plan BB Home ULD 750 and BB Home Combo ULD 750 will get increased 1 Mbps Speed up to 6 GB Data usage and thereafter 512 Kbps for Unlimited usage at same price."
                            I have taken broad connection for the last two years. But the speed is not got as stated above in yoiur publication
                            The speed is very slow in my connection through my land line Phone No. 220952 in Nagercoil BSNL Circle and i have suffered much to getting very slow speed.
                            Please arrange to rectify the defects urgently

                                I have ported my Airtel number to BSNL on 20th May 2011 and the new BSNL sim

                                activated on 27th morning after that i went to BSNL office to change it to 3G

                                they recharge it with rs. 606 6 gb plan.

                                after that i tried to connect to net but it was taking atleast 2 min to open

                                even google home page.And it is not showing me 3g symbol it showing H

                                (representing HSPDA)

                                i called customer care also but they poor fellows dont know what is 2g and

                                3g.and i asked about the 3g symbol they dont know about this HSPDA also.

                                i m using Samsung galaxy s but if i m sending msg for downloading setting to

                                my phone it says no setting available for ur handset.

                                can any one help me regarding this issue or shell i go to consumer court.

                                  I had taken broadband connection on[protected] by paying complete 900 rupees in BSNL office,
                                  with BB Home Combo ULD 900 plan .
                                  since i have taken connection, i am getting a very less speed of about 650-750 kbps.. Actually according to my plan i should get 4 Mbps speed , but my speed is too low and after complaining about it twice to head office , there is no change in speed .
                                  I am sending a copy of my speed test in BSNL from site address http://speedtester.bsnl.co.in/
                                  I request you to please solve this problem as earlier as possible.

                                  I am a BSNL customer for years.I have applied for a BSNL broadband connection before six months in Karimannoor BSNL exchange office.I contacted in Karimannoor exchange but they are giving a proper answer for me.Still i didnt get the broadband connection.I am really grateful if you could provide me a broadband connetion as soon as possible...

                                        Sir,
                                        BSNL Voice chat Pack has been activated on my mobile No. [protected] without my request and Rs 30 deducted from my balance. I do not require it. The number 12630035 provided by the voice chat (BT-SPICED) to deactivate it. But it is responding in regional language and charging Rs 2/ min. BSNL Pre-Paid Customer care Number not responding. Kindly deactivate it with immediate effect and money may be refunded to my account .
