Sir,
I have repeatedly compalined that my landline telephone SH-[protected] with Broadband connection is completely not working since very long time. But no response for the reason not known to me. If it is due to outstanding bills, I would like to clarify that I never defaulted in paying my bills. So, naturally I have to go for bsnl 3G (postpaid) which is also not serviceable in my locality. Now I am fed-up with bsnl. Now I want to disconnect them perpamentlly. I don't want them anymore. Kindly send me disconnection form to my e-mail address : [protected]@ymail.com

    Dear Sir,
    I,ve recharged my mobile with 550 full talk time and balance came but after approx. one hour it was cut down by company and the message for cutting was " DUE TO WRONG RECHARGE YOUR BALANCE IS CUT DOWN". it was quiet late so next day morning i call my retailer. He launched a complaint and customer care says it should be refunded within 7 hours. but it doesn't came then i called customer care they said it was refunded in 24 hours but still no refund then my retailer goes to BSNL office in Hardoi (UP) where i live they said you launch an application it should be refunded its a company fault and now today they saying it will not be refunded although a company man can only cut down balance from any mobile but company will not return it. I wanted to is this your policy to cut down balance for unknown reasons and don't ever refund it what's my fault in it.
    I request you to please consider this matter as its the matter of your company's reputation also. I'll be waiting for your reply.

    BSNL Prepaid — unwanted cutting of balance

    sir this is srinivas from west godavari dist my account balance was suddenly cut off of rs 12 and the other day morning rs13 i didnt activate any offers or caller tunes i checked that on calling to *456*00#custumer care service was not telling me any reasion clearly about tis please send me about this

    BSNL — cut down my balance

    2-3 month ago i am using a bsnl gprs service.
    i watching free site on bsnl wap.
    wap.cellone.com this site free surfing.
    i seen cricket score in this site.
    and balance was cut down RS.284.
    that are not give refund balance and not give any type of information.
    what i do for recover my balance and time give refund for this problem
    from my balance 10 rupee will be deduced every month. for "Humshakal service'' has been renewed and i call the customer care but they are calling please stey on line and today my balance goes in nagetive.SIR really bsnl is a very poor survice.SIR PLEASE HELP ME ABOUT THIS PROBLEM

          BSNL Broadband — internet gets disconnected frequently

          Respected Sir/MAdam,
          I am using BSNL broadband internet service.
          My internet gets disconnected frequently. Please help me.
          ONE BSNL NEWSENCE AND HEDAKE PUBLICATIONS ABOUT BROAD BAND
          "Starting from February 1st, 2012, BSNL Broadband users under plan BB Home ULD 750 and BB Home Combo ULD 750 will get increased 1 Mbps Speed up to 6 GB Data usage and thereafter 512 Kbps for Unlimited usage at same price."
          I have taken broad connection for the last two years. But the speed is not got as stated above in yoiur publication
          The speed is very slow in my connection through my land line Phone No. 220952 in Nagercoil BSNL Circle and i have suffered much to getting very slow speed.
          Please arrange to rectify the defects urgently

              I have ported my Airtel number to BSNL on 20th May 2011 and the new BSNL sim

              activated on 27th morning after that i went to BSNL office to change it to 3G

              they recharge it with rs. 606 6 gb plan.

              after that i tried to connect to net but it was taking atleast 2 min to open

              even google home page.And it is not showing me 3g symbol it showing H

              (representing HSPDA)

              i called customer care also but they poor fellows dont know what is 2g and

              3g.and i asked about the 3g symbol they dont know about this HSPDA also.

              i m using Samsung galaxy s but if i m sending msg for downloading setting to

              my phone it says no setting available for ur handset.

              can any one help me regarding this issue or shell i go to consumer court.

                I had taken broadband connection on[protected] by paying complete 900 rupees in BSNL office,
                with BB Home Combo ULD 900 plan .
                since i have taken connection, i am getting a very less speed of about 650-750 kbps.. Actually according to my plan i should get 4 Mbps speed , but my speed is too low and after complaining about it twice to head office , there is no change in speed .
                I am sending a copy of my speed test in BSNL from site address http://speedtester.bsnl.co.in/
                I request you to please solve this problem as earlier as possible.

                I am a BSNL customer for years.I have applied for a BSNL broadband connection before six months in Karimannoor BSNL exchange office.I contacted in Karimannoor exchange but they are giving a proper answer for me.Still i didnt get the broadband connection.I am really grateful if you could provide me a broadband connetion as soon as possible...

                  Dear sir,
                  I have broadband connection on line no.[protected]. Since 1st July 2012 i could not use the broadband facility due to the faulty line.
                  I lodge the online complaint many times but nobody has taken care to resolve is or contact to me.
                  I am a working women and only my mother (AGE 72 years) remain at home. She cannot understand the technical language or could not answer to the question of technical person related to the broadband connection or modem.
                  Please guide me how I should resolve my problem

                      BSNL Voice chat Pack has been activated on my mobile No. [protected] without my request and Rs 30 deducted from my balance. I do not require it. The number 12630035 provided by the voice chat (BT-SPICED) to deactivate it. But it is responding in regional language and charging Rs 2/ min. BSNL Pre-Paid Customer care Number not responding. Kindly deactivate it with immediate effect and money may be refunded to my account .

                        My Sim id deactivate by bsnl. No incoming and outgoing call. I recharged 500 rs bsnl to bsnl free dated 26/08/12. But i have no balance in my phone to cal on other network i can call only at bsnl because i recharge 500 rs bsnl to bsnl all over india free. But now no outgoing and incoming on my phone. I register complaints online at bsnl sight but no cal from there and still no action Please take a necessary action

                            I purchased a BSNL Penta Tablet on 26 August 2012 from PRIYA CELLULAR HUT (Shop no 115-146 Sec. 14 Main Market Gurgaon 122001), He affirm that if i would be facing any problem he will replace it or refund.

                            When I found that it does not have all the features and functions as i explained i went there to replace to my tablet on 27 August 2012 he told me to come tomorrow than i went again on 28 August 2012 INSTEAD OF RESOLUTION HE USED RUBBISH LANGUAGE to talk to me. He clearly threatened me that he can not change or refund my money whatever i want i can do.

                            Not only the faulty product he sold me but also he gave me user manual of other tablet while product is different. This is a clear fraud.

                            I request you to please cancel the SALES TAX NO. of the shop because i think thousands of people are cheated with the shopkeeper everyday and they are also threatened victims.

                                  Based on there faulty bill & continued with disconnection, I had surrended the landline[protected] on may 23, 2012. Still they had failed to disconnect and refund the balance as this was taken under 18 months package. The useage was only 07 months.

                                    I have shifted from Garia to Dunlop area(Calcutta - 56 ). I, therefore need to shift my BSNL connection. After proper query I went to corresponding exchange (Panihati) with all documents (Original house rent agreement with Notary stamp, current paid bill and Comm 15 form), but, the officer denied to take the application and told she would not receive house rent agreement copy and I need to submit anything more (like electricity bill or Indane connection copy). I do not have such things in current address because I have just shifted to new location and will have to shift Indane and all those things too. I am continuing the connection and will have to pay next month bill as well. I do not want to disconnect the connection but, I am compelled to do so due to inconvenience by Panihati exchange commercial officer.

                                      my name is neeraj saini i have a bsnl broadband and i select the 499 unlimited plane company tell they provide 512kbps speed up-to 4gb and then 256kbps. But they provide only 30-60kbps speed.Please take an action quickly against bsnl .

                                      we took the bsnl 850 combo broad band plan 3 weeks ago...and now i'm getting only 25KBps as downloading speed...
                                      BSNL offers me 1MBps till 8GB and after 8GB 256KBps....
                                      i dnt need 256KBps....just 100KBps.....
                                      so pls help me......to solve this problem

                                        I am a BSNL Broadband subscriber ..
                                        My no. is[protected] and I am on Broadband 750ULD plan.
                                        I am paying 750 bucks for such a lame connection and it's my right to get the best of it.
                                        From past month I am getting problem of higher latencies/ping which is causing my Broadband performance slow..
                                        After researching on internet for about 15 days I found out that the problem is either in my LINE or some faulty equipment in the exchange..
                                        I complained BSNL regarding this and asked them to resolve this issue, they replied "SIR you are not facing disconnection and we cannot do anything regarding latency "
                                        And they closed my complaint ..
                                        I again filed the complaint 2-4 times but same reply .
                                        Then I went to local exchange and asked the SDO to look after my issue, He said that "We are sending technician to your home"
                                        3 days passed and not even a single person arrived .
                                        Now I again complained on 198 and my complaint was closed on the same day .
                                        BSNL is too annoying and provides worst line quality ..
                                        They are not looking after my issue and not even replying in positive way ..
                                        I have only option left to file a complaint in consumer forum in the hope that they are going to do something .
                                        i have an issue with my broadband, i m having BSNL broadband number[protected], from last one month my broad is not working from evening 6 PM to morning 6 AM, i already raised complain at least 5 times to BSNL office for same but no one from BSNL office is helping me on same, broadband people says it's a problem in line, and line says problem in Broadband, no one is read to take responsibility and morning i recived bill also.

                                        please help me to solve this issue. i have to do my office work some time from home, this issue is badly affecting my work
