Respected sir,
I had taken broadband connection on[protected] by paying complete 900 rupees in BSNL office,
with BB Home Combo ULD 900 plan .
since i have taken connection, i am getting a very less speed of about 650-750 kbps.. Actually according to my plan i should get 4 Mbps speed , but my speed is too low and after complaining about it twice to head office , there is no change in speed .
I am sending a copy of my speed test in BSNL from site address http://speedtester.bsnl.co.in/
I request you to please solve this problem as earlier as possible.

Good Evening Sir/Mam,My self I m sayyad akhtar babu here sufring from DISCONNECT INTERNET ANY 10 SECONDS SO WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DO ANY THING SMOOTHLY. plz do some action as soon as possible.
