WILL THIS WEBSITE REALLY HELP ME ?
I recharged my bsnl no [protected] with 3G data pack of 10GB for sake of Rs.1099 (30days validity) on 26.9.12,
But while browsing the Internet i could not find speed of 3G, it was averagely 20.0KBPS only.
Some months before i had recharged the same no. with Rs 750 for 3G data of 5GB, that time the speed was very good.
This time also my location is same, but cant get the speed.
Complaint was logged in bsnl on 26.9.12, and i was told that problem will be solved in 24 hours.
But 36 hrs have been passed and the problem is still there . . it has to wait for long time to talk to cust. care.. .and even though the problem is not solved. . .
After calling again to customer care, they again give another Complaint Docket no. saying that our Sr.executive will call you soon.
I request you to Pl help me.

BSNL Broadband — Billing high
Sir,I am using BSNL broadband H500C plan for several months. My usage bill comes per month is
Rs 500+tax only.I am using below one GB always. But last tow month bills comes doable the time.Online usage detail also not visible
for this last two months. My online user name is umadevi_myd. Please give me a peace of mind to
use my internet.
