Dear Sir,

On 03.10.2012 i made online BSNL Landline Bill Payment for Rs.414 through my AXIS Credit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please conatct us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries".i came to know that Rs 414 was debited from account and same was reflected in my transaction list today. Here with this complaint i had attached error screen shot.Seeking your esteemed help and advice in this regards.

BSNL/ Land line — Billing Error

Customer Relations Office- Bangalore ( North East)

Adjustment of Bill amount for interruption of service during the period March 08(One month) and 15 days between 01.06 to 15.06.2008 01/Jul to 31/Aug/08 not done in bill for the period
01/Jul to 31/Aug/08 as per letter issued by Customer Relation Officer(NE) dated 01.July.2008 (against interruption of telephone services for One month in March 08 & 15 days from 01.06.to 15.06.2008).
In the bill received on 17.Sept.2008 the adjustment amount towards rental Not taken care.

Unable to contact concerned BSNL - Bangalore by telephone at[protected]. Telephone number always engaged.
Hence this e mail.

Pl do the needful & send revised bill immediately.

    Dear Sir,

    I have registered myself with BSNL regarding sending monthly bill on my E-mail ID.It has taken 4 months and BSNL has failed to forward the Pass word after a lapse of 4 months.BSNL,for want of this I could not get the bills on my ID. More over they are not sending the bills by post.It is not possible for me to maintain the Bills.Some times it becomes trouble some in producing the bill when required.
    Kindly look into the matter and instruct BSNL to send the bills regularly and manage to send the PASS WORD on my E-mail ID , so that I may be able to down load the bills.I hope that you will co-oprate in resolving my matter.

      I am Arun Kumar, my Mob. No.- [protected], I am facing problem from your customer care side July to till now. Problem is that, from my Mob. balance is deducted (Rs. 3) in ever three-four days. When 1st time (on 26/07/12) my balance deducted then I called to customer care (1503 & 155223 ),I humble request to customer care please dis-activate whatever value added services activate on my Mob. and I also told him that, I am not want any type of service on my Mob. no. so please don't activate anythings in future without my permission, He simply told I registered your complain ( complain No.- G26TN319379) within 48 hr. this service will deactivate, I told OK no problem but after three days (on 30/07/12) again my balance deducted, I again call and simply ask why this happen again and again, what you did, he simply reply i registered your complain (complain no.-G30TN332316) within 48 hr. service will deactivate. After that I called several time to customer care they always said that your complain registered, service will deactivate within 48 hr. any money also refunded in 48 hr.s.

      BSNL — deduction for non subscribed service

      Respected Sir,

      I am a resident of SAS Nagar and I am having a prepaid connection of BSNL, mobile #[protected]. There has been Rs. 19 deducted from my phone for Devotional portal subscription, which I have not subscribed ever. Kindly help me in this regard and help refund my money. I got a sms from 12630019 stating that I have subscribed this facility, which I have never subscribed and they have deducted 19 rupees for it. Kindly help me in this regard.

        I have a BSNL3G Sim. from last 2 weeks 3G is not working. The 3G symbol sometimes appears & suddenly disappears. i have told this problem to at least 15 customer care executives, but no result. Nobody knows what is the problem. Everybody have their own suggestions and most of them are Similar to each other, some executives are so dumb that they disconnect the line when told about the problem. I don't know why BSNL had recruited such employees. If Any responsible person from BSNL is reading this he will know about my problem if he check the calls which are recorded for their internal audits.Its the 3rd week now, I am still facing the problem & have decided to change my BSNL Sim. Thank you for your great service.

          MY TELEPHONE NO IS [protected] LOCATED IN KODIGEHALLI AND is dead almost 90 days now. I registered complaints over phone which hardly yielded much result. i HAVE ALSO GIVEN COMPAINT IN WRITING ALSO. The normal reply was "cable fault". I have been registering complaints almost everyday and my has been begging everybody in the department including at Sahakarnagar and and RT Nagar. No body is cared about the complaints here.The service is in such poor state that I just want to change to other pvt service provider. I am Using land line for accessing Internet. Now they are not lifting the phones at all.

          Bangalore - BSNL — Phone is Dead

          My telephone no 26491979 is dead for the last 5 days. It is happening every month, when we complain and they will correct it without visiting the premise.
          My telephone number is[protected] is dead for more than 6 months. There was a metal pole near my house from the connection has been given. The line man removed the pole and sold it in scrap shop and connected my number overhead cable. I registered the complaint on line and visited many times at Old Madras Office. The reply was given to me by the Engineer there that to apply for disconnection. I am told that private service providers have booked these officials as such nobody want to take any action so that I can go for a private service provider. I have been paid bills for the four months hoping that this will be adjusted in regular bill. This has has not happened every month bill is initiated but no service has been resumed/provided. Three days back line man has called to my mobile no.[protected] through my land line number i.e. 5600093 intimating that my line will be resumed and asked for the location. On visiting my house he has collected Rs.300/- for purchase of new cable from my wife and earlier occasion has also collected money. whenever money is given to him he connects my telephone. Will authorities concerned look into this and take necessary action to restore the service and initiate proper bill after adjusting the payment made without availing the service and for the month no service is restored no bill is to issued. Please bring the concerned personnel under the law and stop these irregularities.

                AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION
                (1) I or my any family member have never opted for any value added suscription. But time and again some money is deducted for one or another subscription.One example of recent past is aso called 'FRENZO SERVICE'
                (2) My caller tune " Rimjhim Gire Sawan" is renewed after every 15 days & each time service provider BSNL says that " it is renewed for next 30 days"

                This is a crime & service providing companies should ensure that no such act is done.

                      WILL THIS WEBSITE REALLY HELP ME ?

                      I recharged my bsnl no [protected] with 3G data pack of 10GB for sake of Rs.1099 (30days validity) on 26.9.12,
                      But while browsing the Internet i could not find speed of 3G, it was averagely 20.0KBPS only.

                      Some months before i had recharged the same no. with Rs 750 for 3G data of 5GB, that time the speed was very good.

                      This time also my location is same, but cant get the speed.

                      Complaint was logged in bsnl on 26.9.12, and i was told that problem will be solved in 24 hours.

                      But 36 hrs have been passed and the problem is still there . . it has to wait for long time to talk to cust. care.. .and even though the problem is not solved. . .
                      After calling again to customer care, they again give another Complaint Docket no. saying that our Sr.executive will call you soon.

                          my telephone no. was[protected], my telephone was not in service from the date[protected], i launched a complaint through proper medium.complaint no was alloted as [protected]. After 3 month my telephone was not repaired by BSNL Katni. therefore i submitted an application for disconnecting my telephone. DE BSNL Katni sanctioned my application and disconnected my telephone after final payment of bills .I deposited the apparatuses. All of these documents I have secured.My security ammount did not reffunded after passed 1.5 years. Many times I requested to officers of BSNL but till now nor made any payment nor enquired about my problem.

                            DAYLIGHT ROBBERY DEDUCTION by BSNL unwanted SMS services


                            I have BSNL prepaid mobile connection bearing Mobile No.[protected]. On my mobile I am getting SMS message from various services which are unfortunately seems to be named as Value Added Services and getting all irrelevant messages without my consent. Mainly I am getting sms messages from 59595 and 55888015.
                            1. 59595 - from this number i am getting 'Love Tips for Girls' which I never subscribed for and every 15days Rs.15/- is getting deducted from my balance, i am getting confirmation of this deduction from 59595015.

                            2.[protected] I am getting confirmation saying Rs.15/- is deducted for using Jokes and Love sms hich I never used.

                            I tried calling BSNL customer care on 1503 and spoke to several customer care people to get the first one 59595 service to be deactivated, each customer care representative is telling different kind of solution to get this service deactivated and none of them worked and still i am getting "love tips" messages even today.

                            BSNL is not stopping this deduction.

                            BSNL — Daylight robbery from prepaid service

                            MY MOBILE NUMBER IS[protected]. BSNL is engaged in the business of robbing money from my prepaid services. Every week they steal Rs. from my prepaid, hard earned money, Rs. 20. in the name of continuing AYYAPA PACK & HOT PACK, which I am totally unaware of. BSNL Robbers should stop such stealing instead they can beg on the streets. This is unethical and I dont know how to stop this.

                              I am getting incessant sms from BT-ITIMES on my mobile +91 [protected] in the name of Follo subscriber. I have not subscribed to it. Further when prompted to unsubscibe by clicking on the link provided by them, I received message that saying "you have been unsubscribed from follo service". I did this futile exercise of clicking on their link tor unsubscribing service. The messages from BT-ITIMES is still continue to flood my mobile daily which is highly disturbing. The company is also charging me @ Rs.10/= per week for the subscription unauthorizedly and BSNL is also allowing this unauthorized charging by BT-ITIMES. Kindly book the company for unauthorized charging and creating inconvenience.

                                  My mobile wasn't recharged and that my money was debited from my account.

                                  Please look into this issue and please see to that my money gets credited into my account again.

                                    I got new BSNL GSM prepaid connection bearing no-[protected] on 16 November 2009 and recharge it wit 230 rupees Internet plan i used it for that day but when next day i use it it deduct my RS. 72 from my main balance then I made a complain on 17 November 2009 --complain no.3872906 the customer care told me that it will be sorted out soon but it was that day and today I am just waiting for my money in between these days when I again contact the customer care they just take the complain no. and tell me that they are forwarding this but early these day when iI called them up they told me that there is no such type of complain. in between these days due to their bad service i started using another SIM of another company AND DUE TO END OF VALIDITY THEY AGAIN DEDUCT MY RS 50 FROM MAIN BALANCE

                                    I have a BSNL connection [protected] and subscribed to an sms pack and I have 1245 national sms left free still those BSNL people deucted Rs 1.20 three consecutive times from my account and when I complaint they said that it is their mistake and they will refund my balance but till date nothing has happened my complaint no is 6123036 dated 28.09.2010

                                    This is to bring to your knowledge that, my mobile no[protected] has been debited amount every time when i reacharge. I called customer care, but the response i got was very horrible. I dono why this is happening only inthis network(BSNL). Also they are asking me check the inbox.Only from BSNL am getting mesaage nearly 100 per day. obviously this mesaage based on advertisement, and offers. But i didnt subcribe for any services. I asked the customer care person to check whether any services is activated or not, i got simply reply that " Our Database is not updated, we ll contact to back shortly". If Database is not updated, the for wat purpose to have BSNL network. There are many thing to go, i am stopping here. Only reason am using BSNL is to contact my DAD who is @ valparai. B'Coz no othere network is there other than BSNL.:(

                                    I request you to look into this and help to credit amount back and also deactivate wat all services is activated in my no.

                                    I get a message from a number and say through a sms that i gat cash prize and to get cash prize call a number, and when I call this number there was no ring after that I here a customer care voice give some instruction, after that call was disconnected and I lost my Rs. 100/- balance. How I can get this balance. and why you do not take any step to prevent this type of sms. for my losses I think responsible BSNL company and they have return my balace.                                     BSNL has deducted huge sum of money from my account and without my approval activated 3rd party services.

                                    First they activated "Xplore Pack from Handygo" at 17.09.2011, 09.39 A.M and deduct my balance Rs.30 for one month from my number i.e [protected]. This Service is activated from 55678030 Number.

                                    I complain it to BSNL customer care executive on 17.09.2011, 11.21 A.M and they take my complain and give me a docket number I17OR760107. But after that they can not take any action regarding this matter.

                                    Please look into this matter.

                                    BSNL — Balance deduction without approval

                                    BSNL has deducted huge sum of money from my account and without my approval activated 3rd party services.

                                    First they activated "Xplore Pack from Handygo" at 23.09.2011, 09.36 A.M and deduct my balance Rs.30 for one month from my number i.e [protected]. This Service is activated from[protected] Number.

                                    I complain it to BSNL customer care executive on 24.09.2011, 03:54 PM and they take my complaint and give me a docket number I24HR2073050. But after that they can not take any action regarding this matter.

                                    Please look into this matter.

                                    Once my balance was deducted on 16th Nov’11, Rs 8, for activation of a pack by BSNL on its own. I got a message from some what like this kind of a number[protected]… It read like, a pack has been activated by HANDSGO & balance has been deducted. Again it was deducted on 23th Nov'11, Rs.30. I received the same msg again.

                                    I tried the customer care many times but their software had some problem. When my complaint was registered they told me I wont get the refund back…. & also that the service pack wont be activated in future again. But, again it was deducted on 30th Nov’11 & I got the same message.

                                    I request you to deactivate this pack & refund my balance of Rs. 24 as I didn’t activate the pack.

                                    I am Customer of BSNL my no is [protected], on 15/12/2011 at 9:28 AM i am got a sms "You are Successfully subscribed for hot New Aleart on SMS charge Rs 30/30 days" on the no of 57775. after that my balance deducted Rs 30 i am not subscribed any service but why my balance is dudcted..

                                    After That i am Complain BSNL help line no 1503 log a complain no is "L15JH1202873".

FOR SOME NO GOOD REASON A SERVICE ACT JOBS GOT ACTIVATED AND FIRST RS 25 GOT DEDUCTED. I CALLED AND COMPLAINED AND AFTER A MONTH AND CONTINUES OF GETTING THOSE MESSAGES THE BALANCE GOT DEDUCTED. NOW I WAS SENT A MESSAGE TO GIVE THEM A FEED BACK ON THE C.C.E.'S RESPONSE..DEFINITELY UNSATISFIED. WAIVE OF RS 45.

                                    this is to inform you that I am a customer of BSNL in which I am using 2G service of BSNL, from few week i am suffering from balance deduction without any service used by me, even after complaining to BSNL customer care 2 or 3 time I am suffering the same problem, so it is requested you to kindly forward my complaint to BSNL and if possible try to request them to reimburse the deducted amount.

                                    since last 2 months i am recieving a msg from a 9 dig. no. and rs 5 deducts from my account. i dont know for what. whenevr i call customer care i always get the same reply that a service has been activated and it will soon be deactivated but i dont think that they do anything

                                    Bsnl activated "music store" without my consent (got the msg regarding it ) and deducted rs 20 from my balance. Customer care not helping saying the deducted bcz i dwnlded a wallpaper :o
