We Complain for BSNL BroadBand We Found Last 1 Month A go (We Purchased 2 New Modem but Problem is same) But BSNL Company's Employ Not Resolve my Complain?

I have a data modem of bsnl. it was working fine previously before 1year. but I havnt used it since last year. now I have recharge it. and when I am trying to connect it its showing error as a connection to the remote computer could not be established . you might need to change the network setting for this connection. do I need to do any setting? or the sim is expired?...

Ive been using bsnl brodband for approximately a year now. Iv been experiencing problems with the speed for a few months. The speed i was promised is 5mbps whereas ive been receiving only 0.2 mbps which is extremely pathetic. I tried contacting their customer care several times but their executives have been very indifferent.The speed continues to be very slow because of which i have been incurring loss for several months now. Sir i recharged my mobile [protected] with recharge of Rs. 330 on 1st Sept 2012 by online recharge from rechargeitnow.com. But my transaction failed. Money was debited from my account and i didnt got any balance. For this i complained to the customer care and i was told my money will be returned within a week. But i didnt got any refund. Again i complained and a new complaint number was provided to me on 15th sept 2012 and again no solution...

I have BSNL land line phone number[protected]. In thee current bill (August-2012). Rs. 156.48 have been charged under adjustments for Music on demand, Movie on demand and Games on demand (M/s Hunganma).I never subscribed theese services and do not want to continue thee subscription.Please unsubscribe thee same & Refund the unautheorize charges....

In our village(Talakurunia,Gopalpur,Balasore) phone are dead last 5 months...when we contacted BSNL people they are saying cable has problem that happened due to road work.Now they are saying due to road work cable are damaged and asked us to reach JTO..We approach them and made online complain no body is responding.Govt is saying we are giving connection broadband but on reality our panchayat ,post office is now operating without phone...

I am a customer under BSNL pre-paid mobile service net work. On 17.09.2012 i recieved a message regarding balance deduction which was as follows : Rs. 10 charged. Thanku for using Rubaru Service. Your service have been renewed. To Unsubscribe send unsubhm to 54000. it came from the no.[protected].
But i have never requested for such kind of service...

My landline no. Is[protected]. I have been promptly paying the tariff well before due date regularly on line. My above line is not working for the past one week. It is dead. Dear Sir,
I applied to PORT on my mobile no [protected] from Airtel to BSNL on 12.9.12,but upto now it is not done,Airtel Close my mobile on17.9.12 but they donot done upto now ie 3.9.12.
TRAI says it should be done immediate after former service provider
close services within two or three hour.
I am facing deficulties since 4 days, On one neither try nor M/O Telecome,BSNL helping mebr...

I bought bsnl penta 701c tablet from Infibeam. But, the problem with tablet is.. it is only showing 280 MB RAM instead of 512 MB. n when I called Penta Customer care they told me that this is an issue with RAM upgradation software. But in reality my tablet has 512 MB RAM only.. Is it possible???

Please reply! if anybody know the solution or know about the this problem....

SDO AND JE`S ARE NOT INTENDING THE CUSTMERS .TELEPHONE AND BROADBAND
SERVICES ARE INACTIVE FROM MORE THEN A WEEK AND NOBODY IS LISTENING
THE COMPLAINTS OF SUFFERRING CUSTMERS.THE CONDTION OF EXCHANGE IS

I am a new customer in BSNL -Broadband ,i took the Land line with broadband connection on July 2012 i owned the modem and phone instrument because i have it a spare so i don't like to take a new instruments but after billed for my first cyclic i shocked they charged for INR 500 + 250 on installation with both land line and broadband.but i did my self for the installation part they wont provide the instrument also but...
