Hi,

I purchased a BSNL Penta Tablet on 26 August 2012 from PRIYA CELLULAR HUT (Shop no 115-146 Sec. 14 Main Market Gurgaon 122001), He affirm that if i would be facing any problem he will replace it or refund.

When I found that it does not have all the features and functions as i explained i went there to replace to my tablet on 27 August 2012 he told me to come tomorrow than i went again on 28 August 2012 INSTEAD OF RESOLUTION HE USED RUBBISH LANGUAGE to talk to me. He clearly threatened me that he can not change or refund my money whatever i want i can do.

Not only the faulty product he sold me but also he gave me user manual of other tablet while product is different. This is a clear fraud.

I request you to please cancel the SALES TAX NO. of the shop because i think thousands of people are cheated with the shopkeeper everyday and they are also threatened victims.

        Based on there faulty bill & continued with disconnection, I had surrended the landline[protected] on may 23, 2012. Still they had failed to disconnect and refund the balance as this was taken under 18 months package. The useage was only 07 months.

          I have shifted from Garia to Dunlop area(Calcutta - 56 ). I, therefore need to shift my BSNL connection. After proper query I went to corresponding exchange (Panihati) with all documents (Original house rent agreement with Notary stamp, current paid bill and Comm 15 form), but, the officer denied to take the application and told she would not receive house rent agreement copy and I need to submit anything more (like electricity bill or Indane connection copy). I do not have such things in current address because I have just shifted to new location and will have to shift Indane and all those things too. I am continuing the connection and will have to pay next month bill as well. I do not want to disconnect the connection but, I am compelled to do so due to inconvenience by Panihati exchange commercial officer.

            my name is neeraj saini i have a bsnl broadband and i select the 499 unlimited plane company tell they provide 512kbps speed up-to 4gb and then 256kbps. But they provide only 30-60kbps speed.Please take an action quickly against bsnl .

            we took the bsnl 850 combo broad band plan 3 weeks ago...and now i'm getting only 25KBps as downloading speed...
            BSNL offers me 1MBps till 8GB and after 8GB 256KBps....
            i dnt need 256KBps....just 100KBps.....
            so pls help me......to solve this problem

              I am a BSNL Broadband subscriber ..
              My no. is[protected] and I am on Broadband 750ULD plan.
              I am paying 750 bucks for such a lame connection and it's my right to get the best of it.
              From past month I am getting problem of higher latencies/ping which is causing my Broadband performance slow..
              After researching on internet for about 15 days I found out that the problem is either in my LINE or some faulty equipment in the exchange..
              I complained BSNL regarding this and asked them to resolve this issue, they replied "SIR you are not facing disconnection and we cannot do anything regarding latency "
              And they closed my complaint ..
              I again filed the complaint 2-4 times but same reply .
              Then I went to local exchange and asked the SDO to look after my issue, He said that "We are sending technician to your home"
              3 days passed and not even a single person arrived .
              Now I again complained on 198 and my complaint was closed on the same day .
              BSNL is too annoying and provides worst line quality ..
              They are not looking after my issue and not even replying in positive way ..
              I have only option left to file a complaint in consumer forum in the hope that they are going to do something .
              i have an issue with my broadband, i m having BSNL broadband number[protected], from last one month my broad is not working from evening 6 PM to morning 6 AM, i already raised complain at least 5 times to BSNL office for same but no one from BSNL office is helping me on same, broadband people says it's a problem in line, and line says problem in Broadband, no one is read to take responsibility and morning i recived bill also.

              please help me to solve this issue. i have to do my office work some time from home, this issue is badly affecting my work

                  I have never subscribed to any service .This is a cheating done with me, rs 8 balance has been deducted from my balance.
                  In this context what help you can do. Otherwise, should I go to consumer court ?

                      On 18.8.12, at around 1015 hrs, I applied for changing over my prepaid SIM to Post-paid mobile connection. After completing all the formalities, a post paid SIM was issued on the same day and it was assured that it will be activated by the end of the day. However, even after vigorous followup, till now (even after 5 days) the new SIM has not been activated whereas the old prepaid SIM was deactivated from 1000 hrs yesterday (23.8.12). Despite trying to lodge a complaint through the BSNL call centre for 4-5 times, till now the complaint has not been registered. The call centre staff is asking to personally go to the BSNL offices to resolve the issue, which I explained to them that it is difficult for me to go during office hours. Despite my request to provide details of the phone no./ e-mail ID of the concerned official, no one helped me so far. Even on BSNL portal also, I could not find any provision to lodge a complaint for expediting the activation of my new SIM.

                        I have Done Online Recharge As Per Bsnl Customer Executive ,But I have Got Main Balance Instead Of 3G Data Plan
                        Recharge Amount Was 450 And After that i have made another recharge Of 150 Again we get main balance instead of 3G Data.

                          i have bought bsnl 3G data card with sim no.-[protected] but from the beginning i have problems
                          that - i get it recharged with 250/- 3G plan according to this plan 1250 mb data give me for use
                          but it show es 12800 mb data to use and when i start to use it i used 180 mb data and data deduct
                          from my account is about 430 mb i have made complaint before to customer care but he did not
                          solved. sir pls do something about it my cont. no. -[protected].

                            i have already 5 to 6 time give complaint agings land-line Phone not working but steel no body come at my home and not phone not working and i want to go legal for reword my money those day not working my phone i think i cancel my phone so very good becoz government company not interested customer becoz not any target achieve and not any problem they have no customer becoz salary get every month on time 1st so they guys not serious about any work and customer i think BSNL go to privet so very good for company and government also

                              My Landline no. 2654615 is not working ( Dead Line) & complaint was lodged before 10-12 days & i have also visited BSNL Office but no action has been taken yet...

                              BSNL — Landline phone is dead & Broadband not working for over 12 days

                              My BSNL land line phone no.[protected] is dead & Broadband is not working for over 12 days. I have registered complaint on 08-FEB-2011 and complaint docket ID is [protected]. Every time the status of the complaint is "Technical work in progress".

                              you can directly contact your concerned Subdivisional Engineer(SDE)/ SDE External in exchange for which to know that what is the complaint status.

                                had sent this mail to pahredar mail id on 7th Aug, but still no response on action or for any clarification from CNBC Awaz. Can I expect response to this complain-

                                I have complain against BSNL, CMD and Gurgaon GM, who are not doing any thing to make mobil network signal available in Gurgaon in most of places and in particularly sector -54 to sector 57 and for past several years we are suffering due to same, but even Telecom minister whom I wrote has not responded.even TRAI also not responded at all to mail sent to them. Also customer care of land line services does not work, though 4 different modes are there but govt. department not a single one works. Also wireless modem is not provided in gurgaon on pretex it is not made available in store, who is responsible for same, while same is available else where in india and in gurgaon in black without bill.

                                Please refer my trailing mails below and you will know that Govt, itself has no respect for land of law, what people will be doing when it comes to law, that is very evident all over in india.

                                Please take up matter at highest level in Telecom department.

                                  I Have one mobile no +91-[protected] which I taken from idea cellular then by MNP convert it into BSNL Now I try from last two month on customer care regarding Recharge that no but up to till I have not received any satisfoctory answer from BSNL. When I call them First then they say Please change your sim then I taken new Sim from BSNL office at Barmer. But up to till this no is not recharged by any voucher.                                     i have got problem with customer care executive of BSNL SURAT. i want to see my full bill details online, when i do log in in bsnl.co.in i got message, "call our customer care executive on 1500". when i called them, one woman picked up the call and she gave me amount of my bill but when i asked her for full details of my bill. she don't know about that.

                                    i asked her to transfer call to another executive. she passed the call, but when new executive know my problem she says SERVER IS DOWN RIGHT NOW. (how it happen, when one exe. can see the bill and 2nd can't?) AFTER LITTLE CONVERSATION SHE CUT DOWN THE CALL.

                                    AFTER THAT I CALLED THEM 5 TIMES IN 30 MINTS(TODAY 1 TO 1.30). EVERY SINGLE TIME NO BODY PICKED UP MY CALL.i can listen they were whispering with each other and cut down my call after 2 secs.

                                    it shows like they just want to earn salary, don't want to improve their own knowledge and satisfy customer needs.

                                    BSNL send me bill amount of 1817 Rs. and due date is 29 of this month. i want to see my full bill detail but when i go to bsnl office they always says SERVER IS DOWN.

                                    I WANT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS, SO CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO ?
