    I am bsnl prepaid user since 5 years my mob no {[protected]},on 23.08.12 at 8:07:34 pm I received a msg from the no:[protected] containing{thanks for subscribing funtoosh pack from handygo at 23.08.12 at 07:55 pm for rs 8 .Valid till 30/08/2012.To unsubscribe send unsubfun to 55678}
    I have never subscribed to any service .This is a cheating done with me, rs 8 balance has been deducted from my balance.
    In this context what help you can do. Otherwise, should I go to consumer court ?
    an early action is appreciated.

I've been to BSNL office 100 of times they always tell to register the complaint and will get back to you, but from last ten months my phone is dead. so this is my last hope frm you .

        On 18.8.12, at around 1015 hrs, I applied for changing over my prepaid SIM to Post-paid mobile connection. After completing all the formalities, a post paid SIM was issued on the same day and it was assured that it will be activated by the end of the day. However, even after vigorous followup, till now (even after 5 days) the new SIM has not been activated whereas the old prepaid SIM was deactivated from 1000 hrs yesterday (23.8.12). Despite trying to lodge a complaint through the BSNL call centre for 4-5 times, till now the complaint has not been registered. The call centre staff is asking to personally go to the BSNL offices to resolve the issue, which I explained to them that it is difficult for me to go during office hours. Despite my request to provide details of the phone no./ e-mail ID of the concerned official, no one helped me so far. Even on BSNL portal also, I could not find any provision to lodge a complaint for expediting the activation of my new SIM.

        Pl. do the needful.

          I have Done Online Recharge As Per Bsnl Customer Executive ,But I have Got Main Balance Instead Of 3G Data Plan
          Recharge Amount Was 450 And After that i have made another recharge Of 150 Again we get main balance instead of 3G Data.
          I have Make Call To Customer Care but their behave was very chief and unprofessional I had made many times Call but he doesn't Solve my Problems and not try to make any complains .
          I am planing to change my operator as per portability Rules How Is It Possible Please Help Me .

            sir/ madam
            i have bought bsnl 3G data card with sim no.-[protected] but from the beginning i have problems
            that - i get it recharged with 250/- 3G plan according to this plan 1250 mb data give me for use
            but it show es 12800 mb data to use and when i start to use it i used 180 mb data and data deduct
            from my account is about 430 mb i have made complaint before to customer care but he did not
            solved. sir pls do something about it my cont. no. -[protected].

              i have already 5 to 6 time give complaint agings land-line Phone not working but steel no body come at my home and not phone not working and i want to go legal for reword my money those day not working my phone i think i cancel my phone so very good becoz government company not interested customer becoz not any target achieve and not any problem they have no customer becoz salary get every month on time 1st so they guys not serious about any work and customer i think BSNL go to privet so very good for company and government also

                My Landline no. 2654615 is not working ( Dead Line) & complaint was lodged before 10-12 days & i have also visited BSNL Office but no action has been taken yet...

                BSNL — Landline phone is dead & Broadband not working for over 12 days

                My BSNL land line phone no.[protected] is dead & Broadband is not working for over 12 days. I have registered complaint on 08-FEB-2011 and complaint docket ID is [protected]. Every time the status of the complaint is "Technical work in progress".

                you can directly contact your concerned Subdivisional Engineer(SDE)/ SDE External in exchange for which to know that what is the complaint status.

                  had sent this mail to pahredar mail id on 7th Aug, but still no response on action or for any clarification from CNBC Awaz. Can I expect response to this complain-

                  I have complain against BSNL, CMD and Gurgaon GM, who are not doing any thing to make mobil network signal available in Gurgaon in most of places and in particularly sector -54 to sector 57 and for past several years we are suffering due to same, but even Telecom minister whom I wrote has not responded.even TRAI also not responded at all to mail sent to them. Also customer care of land line services does not work, though 4 different modes are there but govt. department not a single one works. Also wireless modem is not provided in gurgaon on pretex it is not made available in store, who is responsible for same, while same is available else where in india and in gurgaon in black without bill.

                  Please refer my trailing mails below and you will know that Govt, itself has no respect for land of law, what people will be doing when it comes to law, that is very evident all over in india.

                  Please take up matter at highest level in Telecom department.

                    I Have one mobile no +91-[protected] which I taken from idea cellular then by MNP convert it into BSNL Now I try from last two month on customer care regarding Recharge that no but up to till I have not received any satisfoctory answer from BSNL. When I call them First then they say Please change your sim then I taken new Sim from BSNL office at Barmer. But up to till this no is not recharged by any voucher. Incoming call are comming but outgoing call are restricted. Please help what I will do since I can use same no

                      i have got problem with customer care executive of BSNL SURAT. i want to see my full bill details online, when i do log in in bsnl.co.in i got message, "call our customer care executive on 1500". when i called them, one woman picked up the call and she gave me amount of my bill but when i asked her for full details of my bill. she don't know about that.

                      i asked her to transfer call to another executive. she passed the call, but when new executive know my problem she says SERVER IS DOWN RIGHT NOW. (how it happen, when one exe. can see the bill and 2nd can't?) AFTER LITTLE CONVERSATION SHE CUT DOWN THE CALL.

                      AFTER THAT I CALLED THEM 5 TIMES IN 30 MINTS(TODAY 1 TO 1.30). EVERY SINGLE TIME NO BODY PICKED UP MY CALL.i can listen they were whispering with each other and cut down my call after 2 secs.

                      it shows like they just want to earn salary, don't want to improve their own knowledge and satisfy customer needs.

                      BSNL send me bill amount of 1817 Rs. and due date is 29 of this month. i want to see my full bill detail but when i go to bsnl office they always says SERVER IS DOWN.

                      I WANT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS, SO CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO ?

                          Sir, I had given an application for local shift of telephone from Vijaya Bank Layout (Tele No[protected] to my present address(RR Layout) on 21 Jul 12. So far no action has been taken by BSNL Bangalore (IIM exchange) to address my application. I have visited the BSNL office in Jayanagar (Bangalore) on numerous occasions but to no avail.Still the phone has not been transferred to my present address. Due to the non availability of Internet at home, my work has also got affected, being a software professional need to take calls in the evening which i'm not able to do right now. It is my request to you kindly do the needful to make BSNL (IIM exchange Bangalore) address my problem .
                          Sir, I am an Air Force Officer posted to Bangalore. I had given an application for local shift of telephone from Jal Vayu Tower Bayyapanahalli (Tele NO 25950192/ Consumer No.[protected] to my present address(P 4/3 Vishwa Vihar, ASTE Officer's Enclave, CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore 560093) on 28 Mar 12. So far no action has been taken by BSNL Bangalore (East) to address my application. I have visited the BSNL office in Indhiranagar (Bangalore) on numerous occasions but to no avail. I have also personally met the DGM (Sales) Mr Pradhani on 3 May 12 who assured me that the problem would be solved in three days time. It is the 19th May today and still the phone has not been transferred to my present address. Being a pilot in the Air Force I am out on commitments very often and thus not able to follow up this issue with BSNL. However my question is .......does the common man in this country, have to keep visiting the BSNL office every now and then in order to get a simple phone locally transferred. Due to the non availability of Internet at home, my wife's work has also got affected and her management has threatened to terminate her job. It is my request to you kindly do the needful to make BSNL (BBangalore) address my problem .

                            Hello,My name is Prashant Pandia and my BSNL Mobile No. Is [protected]I have been using BSNL mobile services since 18 month and many times they charged and deducted Balance wrongly and totally unjustifiable.On 8th Aug 12 i made a complaint that Bsnl charged me 5 Rs. even i didn't activated any service.They told me it hp deactivated and balance'll be refunded but on 18 they again charged 5 Rs. For health service And 8 Rs. For a unknown service.I again made a complian to Customer Care.But not resolved even they told me balance'll not be refunded u can verify and check the call i made.Again today 22 Aug 12 they deducted 5 Rs. For Health Service.I again made a complian but no resolution...I am totally harassedBSNL is exploiting Customers.Pls help me out bcs BSNL deducted appx 30 Rs. YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.99.FOR ACCESS, CLICK HTTP//axle.nexg.tv" PACK AUTO RENEW ON[protected]:04:51 AFTER SMS I AM SENDING SMS I DONT WANT GTV PACK PLEASE NOTE MAINE APKO SAHMATI NAHI DIYA HAI BUT NO REPLY

                              YADI MERE BILL ME 99 KA BILL JUD KAR AAYE GA TO ISKA JIMEDAR KAOUN HO GA BSNL customer CARE 1503/[protected] PAR BAT KIYA SANTOSHJANK JABAB NAHI MILAI I have not sent or forwarded any message to subscribe to any service.                                 bsnl services are hopeless.last week i too had registered a complaint, docket no 4146727 but my problem has not been resolved yet.the answer i get from those busy custommer executives is very soon it wud be rectified or they put u on hold to forward the call to their sr officer n rest is an easy guess...yes call is disconnected.hopeless services...
                                on the date 10/10/2010 my balance has been detected without any reason....
                                i done complaint many times through costomer care....

                                  sir i am a consumer of Bsnl mobile under students suvidha scheme [protected] name Manu Mathew . i got a message saying that my validity is getting over and recharge by rs 40 for more validity .i did the recharge in time but then i was changed to a new plan without my consent.i filed a complaint at this website following which an officer contacted me from [protected] on 21/08/2012.he was reluctant to hear the complaint from my perspective and ignored my complaint .kindly take further actions

                                      My cellone sim card is not being detected. The problem is not with the handset as I tried using another sim card in it.
