Hi

Last 6 months BSNL mobile is deducting 25 rs from my account . I called them every time they said they can't refund the amount but they will decorative it with in 24hrs and will not happen again but nothing happened this month they deducted 50 rs from my a/c . Unable to block BSNL simcard

Monthly bills generated even after disconnection

I was using a wimax connection for almost one year , Since i got transferred to another city i gave request to disconnect it got it disconnected it on July 15th 2011, Last novemeber i got a bill and on enquiry based on my written request i was informed that due to some software upgradation it was wrongly send and to ignore it. Today i am getting calls from revenue recovery department to settle a total of 9000 rupees .

No response, fault line

My new land line[protected] has been fault ( no dial tone ), i have register complaint more than 20 days now. two men came on the second day of complaint and said that their is a fault in the wire and will be fixed.

it has been more than 20 days now and i have been daily going to the exchange to get help, all they say is will send help the next day.

BSNL telephone dead

Dear Sir,
My landline phone[protected] is been dead since 2 months. I had registered a complaint on automatic complaint booking number, but since then no action has been taken. Neither any reason has been communicated for why it has been delayed & whenever i call customer care i'm not getting any response, they are simply disconnecting the call.
BSNL has become worst service then Airtel....

PHONE DIED FROM 11-04-2012

This was closed without rectifying the Phone service, I raised a complaint again on[protected], The docket no. is [protected], This is still open. My Phone service is still not restored. Taking money without my subscription

Deduction of Rs.8/- every week without subscription and not responding to unsubscribe request

I have not subscribed to any FEVER OFFER in BSNL prepaid mobile service. However Rs.8/- being deducted every week stating that "Thanks for subscribing FEVER offer" from NO:[protected].
They are not responding to UNSUB FEVER request sent to 55678 but still they chage Rs.2 for each SMS.

Please stop this...
