Every fortnight one message comes from BV - OVERSEA (number is not displayed) intimating deduction of Rs.15.00 towards CHAT MESSENGER Service, which iI have never availed.
On complaining the same at BSNL customer care, Bhubaneswar, they want Number from where the message is received. How can one fraud agency deduct amount from a consumer's BSNL A/C without BSNL's knowledge???
The BSNL Customer Care is undone and advise me to activate DND service by sending message to 1909, which system of BSNL does not accept at all. A reply comes, as per instruction of TRAI registration can not be continued withjin 7days. I don't know, when that seven days will be completed.
This harassment I have been facing since last two months. I have personally visited BSNL Customer Care at Bhubaneswar thrice, but all attempts became fruitless. If this continues for another 15 days, I will be bound to stop using BSNL service.
Why such services come to customers with BSNL Sim card, over which BSNL does not have any control???
I need immediate reply from BSNL authorities and Ministry of Telecommunication.

BSNL — Deduct money every month

I have BSNL connection my no is [protected]. I lodged a complain for deducted my balance money on your customer service on 17th sep 2008 my complain no 2984643 . That time your customer service has told me that our technical department will call to inform you.But I have no reply within 15 days then I am call to your customer services person Mr.Gopal he assure me that it is not more and our technical department will call inform you.

After one month again they further deducted my blance money on 16th oct 2008. I have lodged a further complain with reference of previous on 16th oct 2008 at 9:30 Pm Complain No. 3046718.to your customer services person Mr. Priyabrata Pal. But till now I am not know what is the casue to deduct my balance monthly.
Yes BSNL has been deducting balance. On 1st december 2008.Bsnl has deduct my 144 Rs. When i complaint against it on customer care they gave me complaint no. L[protected]. And said it will be solved in 24 hours. Till date 3/12/08 it is not solved they are just giving next 24 hours. It not only me there are too many bsnl customers whose balance has deducted on 1st december.Some are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].Etc. So what should be done.

BSNL Prepaid Mobile — UN AUTHORISED DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT

I AM A MOBILE HOLDER BEARING NUMBER [protected].FOR LAST ONE YEAR MESSAGE COMES FROM NUMBER 55888015 IN EVERY MONTH THAT YOUR CHAT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED FOR NEXT 30 DAYS.RS.15 CHARGED.FOR LAST TEN MONTHS I AM CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE NUMBER [protected] OVER PHONE TO DE- ACTIVATE THE SERVICE.IN EVERY MONTH THEY ARE REPLYING THAT THE SERVICE HAS BEEN DE ACTIVATED AND FROM NEXT MONTH ONWARDS NO CHARGE WILL BE DEBITED.BUT, AGAIN IN EVERY MONTH RS.15 IS BEING DEBITED FROM MY MOBILE.I HAVE ALSO SEND THE SMS FOR DE- ACTIVATION TO 55888.BUT, THE REPLY COMES THAT YOU HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED FOR THE SERVICE.BUT, HOW AND WHY THE CHARGES ARE BEING DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT.PLEASE, LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE FOR RESTORATION OF THE UN AUTHORISED DEDUCTION AMOUNT ALONG WITH A COMPENSASION OF RS.3, 000/- FOR THE MENTAL AGONY AND UN NECESSARY HARASSMENT.

BSNL — DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM PREPAID ACCOUNT

Sir/Madam,
I am using BSNL Mobile prepaid connection ([protected]) for last four years. Somehow my connection has been activated with so many paid services like cricket update etc. I do not want these services and so many times I have tried to lodge a complain in BSNL customer care services but unfortunately I could not. Please deactivate all the paid services provided except outgoing and incoming call facility.

    sir, in our town chittoor (dst) piler=517214, bsnl dealers are selling very heigh price than actual rate actual Sim cost is 50 rs and selling price is 80 and 100 rs in bsnl office they are giving Sim at 50rs actual rate but out side bsnl dealers are seeling 80 to 100 rs in this way they are selling please take necessary action if govt will go in this way they loose too many customers please take necessary action and recharge cards are very problem to us please take action and cancel their dealer ship pl z sir

    recharge cards of all company — selling cards in high prices

    In the all the mobile store's in vijyawada the shop owner's selling cards at high prices for EX: the recharge card prices Rs.10- they selling at Rs 11& Rs 12 .on every recharge card there are taking one or two rupees extra. on kind reqesting of mines please check these scams.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I have a BSNL prepaid sim from UP East (mob. no.: [protected]). Currently I am working in Manali (HP). When I checked the balance by *123#, it said "Your Account Balance is 'xxx'. Your Credit expires on May 17 2012 and Service Expires on Jun 01 2012." So I recharged it with Rs. 45 on 17/05/2012 at 01:11:41 (ref. no.[protected]. But the validity of my account is not extended and showing the same as previous. After that I thought may be its in roaming, so I have to recharge it from UP. So I called my friend in Allahabad and he recharged the number with Rs. 110 on 17/05/2012 at 07:03:25 PM ( ref. no.[protected], but the validity is still showing the same. At night I also recharged it online with sms pack of rs 13 but result is same. Now I am unable to call or sms from this sim since 18/05/2012 (its showing call ended and sms not sent) and result of *123# is showing the same "Your Account Balance is 'xxx'. Your Credit expires on May 17 2012 and Service Expires on Jun 01 2012."

      I also booked a complaint (Docket No. E19UP[protected] on bsnl customer care portal but have not received any response.

        More than one year over, I have disconnected my phone number[protected] which was my father's name LATE.Sh.Bhola Ram, resident Seri.P.O.Jogindernagar.Distt.MANDI.HP.176120.

        I had telephone connection till 21-8-09 whose telephone number was[protected].then I deposited telephone instrument on21-08-09in your Jaisalmer office whose received receipt enclosed with this email.
        I tried too many times for refund of my remaining amount (security money) but always they gave nonsense reasons and said wait few days.
        Now I will go to consumer court and Higher authorities if I don’t get my security money within seven day .now you also give me interest of security because your office used my money more than 6th months .

            I am Dr. Shilpi Das, SMO, Digulturrung Tea Estate,residing at about 17 Km. away from Doomdooma Town. It is a very remote area. I have a BSNL Postpaid mobile, and it has been linked with all my day to day activities including my banks services. For last few weeks the service of BSNL Mobile Network from Baghjan Tower was found to be missing most of the time and of late it is not serving at all for last one week causing much trouble to the consumers of the entire locality of Baghjan- Digulturrung. Airtel, Aircel,Reliance etc. are giving good service in this area since they have been introduced here. But why BSNL cannot provide their service regularly has come out to be a big question mark. Last year also we have faced this type of situation for about 3-4 months and it was restored . But it lasted only for 5-6 months. Many a sources hint and question at something fishy in management of generator service of the Baghjan Tower during power cut. I shall be thankful to the authorities if they try to resolve it as early as possible to save consumer like us from all mental agonies.

              My number is [protected]. on 02/09/2009, i had message balance of rs 200.00 in my account. when i send message rs 114.00 was deducted from my main balance. please refund it.
              my bsnl no. is [protected]. on 30/11/10 my a/c is recharged by rs. 55 balance voucher. after recharge successfully my balance a/c goes to negetive rs 30.450. How it is possible no one service is activated from above no.
              bsnl deducted my balance for an sms scheme even after i deactivated it..
              on calling customer care, i was told that i would getr my balance back..but i didnt got it even after 10 days....
              I am a customer of BSNL Mobile . And we requested for caller tune for my mo. No.-[protected] . 42 rs. balence cutting from my account by company on date of 20-Apr-2012 . But tune is activated for only two days . than i complained for this but do not solve my problem

                  Hello Sir,

                  I have been lodged complain of incorrect billing of our land line bill in BSNL Office,twice one in last month and again in this month.
                  still they have not given me any memo and correct bill.
                  i had broadband-125 plan in OCT 2011 for which i deposited 1200 annually.in march 2012 i changed plan to combo-850(unlimited broadband),but despite of all the efforts from customer side to request them to correct bill,i landed with frustration,unwanted expenses of traveling.

                  Please suggest suitable action to get compensation till i don't get justice.

                  for your kind information, i took the unlimited 500 bsnl plan on 21/11/2008 for conversion of plan from home 500.i have the sealed documents of bsnl commercial officer for approving my requring 500 unlimited plan and also the customer service confirmed the activation of plan.so, why i will pay the current bill which is rs.1100.kindly check the system and inform me. it makes a serious problem to me.please take some necessary steps against the extra bill payment condition.i will have to pay the amount which is rs.500 as per the 500 unlimited plan rental.please send me a satisfactory reply.

I din use interneton that day next i checked my account usage it came more than 7GB. I am sure i din use itself and switched on my modem it self.and then still i din receive my bill.so please take some necessary steps against the extra bill.Awaiting for your replay

                  I have plan of bsnl broadband home 500c, according to this plan i have get 1.5 GB downloading/uploading free and 175 all India minutes free, i got this plan from date 15 Oct.2008, for 4 months(Oct, Nov, DEC, Jan), it work fine, and bill must be near 750/850 approximate, but in February my bill suddenly increases to 6226/ Rs which is much higher than last 4 month.for this regard i ask to bsnl office Rajnagar, ghaziabad, they told me that it is excessive use of last four month bill .they send this excessive bill without further information, they told me that their database error for this bill which being correct after 4 month, how it possible that their database work now correctly, i have not much use in February and i have bill receipt in which their is no mention of remaining bill in that time, how i can believe on them, they send me correct bill, how afford this money i am a student, i have no money to pay to for this, they never told me about this information, how such possible such extra use, i am a middle class student who can't afford this huge bill, please help me.if they told me such huge bill i can manage already, i can take unlimited home 750 plus plan by which no extra bill get by fixed charges, by this bill i get ruined,

                  Hello Sir,

                  I would like to complaint on billing procedure for my Broadband number[protected].

                  It's seem that BSNL has recently changes its plans but after changing the plans my account is not updated correctly.

                  As per my plan I should get either 175 free calls or Free call as per my existing land line plan(i.e.120 free Calls), but I am not getting anyone of these..

                  For one month BSNL has given me discount of 6/- Rs. on the bill of 126, And in this month it has given a discount of 1.20 Rs on the bill of 294.

                  Could you please check and help me? I have attached last 2 bills, please see the 2nd page of those for more details.

                    BSNL — not providing upc code

                    I have sent message "PORT <my BSNL mobile number>" to 1900. I did not get a reply.

                    I have sent this message 5 times yesterday and 1 time today. There is no reply whatsoever & now they have blocked 1900...

                    BSNL is desperate to retain its customers. But rather than adopting the strategy to deny UPC numbers, they should improve their quality of service, which will be beneficial to them in the long term.

                      My name is Ashok Kumar Bansal and resident of # 83/15 Model Town, Pehowa District Kurukshetra , Haryana- 136128 and I am a subscriber of BSNL landline with the subscriber no of [protected] from past twenty years and its Internet service from past five years.

                      In the recent few weeks I have faced problem with my Internet facility on the same no.due to bad modem. From past two weeks I have been talking to each and every official in the local telephone exchange in Pehowa but no one adheres to my complaint. I have submitted many written applications to the SDO and JE but no one even looks at them and instead whenever I talk to them about my problem they start misbehaving with me. When I finally resisted the misbehave from SDO he sent me to JE. I approached him and he asked me to bring all the equipments to exchange and then he will help me instead of sending any technician to my place. Even then I took all the equipments to him in the exchange. Then he blankly refused to even talk to me and kept talking on his cellphone while I kept standing there for more then an hour.

                      After all this harassment I have submitted an application on[protected] to disconnect all the services from my place. But even this did not move them at all.

                      I would request you to take some serious action into this problem and set an example so that all the officials who in their carelessness do not spoil the image of Govt Services and stop the harrassment of common man.

                        The WIFI service on my telephone number[protected] has never performed satisfactorily since its installation about a year ago. Several complaints to BSNL have gone unheeded. Frequently, the phone too does not work. The state of affairs is completely unsatisfactory, and is a disgrace to the organization.                         It doesnot open any site. The speed of WIFI is only 54 mbps but BSNL is promising 100 mbps speed.

I called them every time they said they can't refund the amount but they will decorative it with in 24hrs and will not happen again but nothing happened this month they deducted 50 rs from my a/c .                                       The officals are absolutely cold to any complaint. They wont pick up just assure that it would be done the next day.. etc...

                                      My Land line no. is[protected] is not working since 10 days, Please rectify early
                                      My land line Tel #[protected] is not working from 04/08/2011.Complaint Docket 002536. There is no definite reply from concerned staff of BSNL and every time they promise that in a day it will start.The dependance on land line and associated Broad Band is creating difficulties.
                                      I have a bsnl lind line with number 224287 with broadband connection. I'm facing a strange problem with my landline i'm unable to make calls from my landline and i lodged a complaint against this in telephone exchange and line men said that there is problem in your internal wiring. We rechecked the wiring and found no errors and i can receive call to my landline out going calls from my landline are not working to mobile, STD and other landline number.

                                      I even mailed greivence cell of BSNL regarding this issue and i had no reply from them i need this issue to be solved by BSNL as soon as possible.
                                      My landline phone is not working properly. kindly give the solution as earlier as possible pls. my BSNL landline no. is[protected]. address. 32,33 Ejaz Nagar, Saiyed wadi,Vatava. Ahmedabad.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      This is to inform you that my BSNL[protected] phone is not functioning properly since the last 25 days. I request you to kindly inform me regarding the procedure through which my phone can be surrendered as I do not wish to keep this phone any more, due to the poor services rendered. Inspite of repeated complaints to the Telephone Office no positive response has been received.I complained to 198 many times and one person came and checked. He gone after saying that cable is fault. I waited again many days and no one came there. After that i called to bsnl pbvr. but no response...
                                      Being a senoir citizen the phone is a necessity for my father but instead it has become a burden as I am paying charges for a phone which does not work properly.
                                      Please take this message as urgent as I am thoroughly dissappointed with my phone services.

                                      My Land Line Telephone with broadband connection often going out of order since last six months. in spite of repeated request to concerned authority, they are not taking any interest to restore the faulty telephone line. Concerned authority may please be instructed to restore the telephone in order.

Since three weeks before this connection was not working. 2 weeks before we given complaint, but till now we did not get connection. My parents so old, I can't communicate with them so far. So please do needful. So many times we approached to exchange but no use at all. Kindly consider my complaint and take action immediately.

                                      land line not working from 20/03/2013
                                      Our land line number is[protected] not working last one month. We have registered the complaint in automated fault booking but still there is no response. The concern person please look into this issue at the earliest.
                                      Our telephone (no.[protected] has been out of order since 4 months. We have paid the subscription for 1 year in advance. It never gave us a full fault free service for a continuous 48 hours for the last 4 months. For the last 3 weeks it is fully dead. We were told it is a primary fault and till it gets rectified we&#039;ll be provided with a wireless telephone diverted to our present telephone number. Still no communication from your side regarding either the wireless telephone or the rectification. I look forward to your kind intervention to provide me a permanent fault free and clear telephone service ASAP.

                                      This is Prabhakaran from Sathyamangalam. We have a BSNL land line connection[protected]. Due to widening of roads the highways department uprooted all the trees and while doing so they disrupted the main cable lines. One and half month since this happened and no resolution has been provided. Instead of fixing this issue authorities are insisting us to migrate to WI-max service. All the land lines along the 2 km stretch were the road was cleared was not working and authorities have not even taken a single step to fix it.
                                      Dear sir this is VIVEK RJ from Teltech our factory is at hosur, we have 2 phones with no 274646&amp;274846 these two no are not working from the two weeks, we are continuously following up with exchange..and no action is taking place, AE of hosur and Gm of dharmapuri are well aware of these issues and are not responding to our calls.

                                      Nobody from the department are ready to give an answer for the same, we are facing this problem from almost 3-years, every time they come repair it after 2-3 weeks then it works for 1-2 months, again the same thing starts, none of the official, including line man picks up the call second time after they know our phone numbers, it is a pathetic situation to do business here in Hosur. In today world if there is no communication your business is vanished, Believing bsnl is a threat to our company and we are forced to go with a private connection.

                                      Our BSNL land line telephone number[protected] is under Kurathikad telecom office at Mavelikara in Kerala, had been frequently complaint with in one year(Not the cause of wind, heavy rain or lighting).From kurathikad office, they are not giving much attention to solve the complaint.I am working in abroad.only ladies and children at my home.
                                      The telephone is not working since the beginning of last month.we already made lot of complaints at Kurathikad office.But still now they didn&#039;t solve the problem.So I humbly request you to take necessary steps to solve the problem of our BSNL land line Telephone Successfully.

                                      Dear All,

                                      My land line number is 0474/2706787. This land line is not working since three months and we are having internet connection also. In spite repeated complaints through telephonically and personnel approaches, nothing has been done till date. The faith on BSNL is going down, since your serviceis very poor.

                                      Please do the needful at the earliest.
                                      Very poor service by BSNL!!!

AS I AM A SINCERENSENIOR CITIZEN AGED ABOUT 76 YEARS, I DO NOT WANT TO GO TO ANY OTHER PRIVATE BROAD BAND, BUT YOUR INACTIONS ARE PROVING A GREAY LOSS TOME, AS I AM TAX CONSULTANT AND USE 24 HOURS IN A DAY BROAD BAND.
