Respected sir,
I have done recharge for bsnl 3g with rs. 601 pack but I am not getting speed of 3g. They are providing me speed of 2g i.e. around 15-18 kb/second download speed. I have complained in bsnl customer care and my complaint number was IF[protected]. Try called me and told me that mine validity for 2g is still not ended (although I don't have any data in my 2g goes plan that's why recharged with 3g plan) so I will not get 3g speed. I have paid for 3g data speed and they are providing me just 2g speed.

Dear Sir ,

I lost my mobile handset bearing BSNL sim card today , now i want to block this number immediately to prevent misuses. Please block this and i also want duplicate sim card , provide me detailed information about it. If it is possible by here only then please do it for me. I would be thankful to you.

This is Ravikiran.K with BSNL Landline with number[protected]. My location is Belur Nagasandra area after Spandana Appartments. This area is under Vimanapura/ Indiranagar exchange.

Every Month the telephone and broadband will be dead for at-least 2 weeks and even after repeated complaints also, there is no improvement in the service. Request you to please look into this problem and provide us break-free service. The Main problem is JTO :Venugopal with mobile number [protected] will not even the pick the customers call at all. I would have tried reaching him atleast 1000 times till now.

I am not left out with any other option but to complain this problem here. The complaint numbers : 3031- registered at BSNL call center, last week.

Another complaint number : [protected], this complaint is raised in BSNL customer service portal.

i have been charged rupees 7 per week for beauty tips which i have never been activated . i have lodge a complain for it to customer services on 10th may 2012, the services never been stopped. again i lodged a complain for it on 20th may 2012.The c.care has assured me this service would be deactivated. The 22nd may i got a massage from c.care that your complain no E20jh3122429 has been closed &resoulution states is Vas Deactivated on 10.21 a.m.But same day on 4.16p.m i got a massage form 5959507 that Rs.7 charged.Thanku for using beautyTips services YOur services have been renewed. so i request u sir plz do something to stop this unwanted beauty tips. my mobile no is [protected]

We had taken BSNL broadband connection on 12th April 2012. after 2 days, i.e. on 15th April 2012, it stopped working. It was not getting connected only. We called BSNL people, but they did not respond properly. Whenever we used to call a them they used to give some excuses like "I am on leave today, can not come" sometimes they used to tell that they will come but they did not come. Finally after 1 month, we got frustrated because of this type of response and called them on 19th May 2012 and told that "if today also they wont come then we don't want their connection only. Please disconnect it." On this they replied saying "Do whatever you want". We went to BSNL customer care center at BEL circle, bangalore, We wrote a letter for disconnecting it.
For this broadband connection we have involed Rs.3000-
Now they are telling that they will not return our money also.

We are bsnl customer since fifteen years onwards, I have never faced such a bad condition of this time.
Pl help me from this problem at the earliest. My land line no is 25951034. My complaint no is [protected].
we are aged people If any health problem comes we can' t access our son & daughter immediately.

MY LL no is[protected]. It was not functioning for the last two week(line dead) , Eventhough I complained thru 1500, twice the docket was closed without making the remedy.
Like Myself, nearly 20 of the neighbour resiodences are also affected. NO action as taken.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had requested for an New Broadband connection with BSNL on 1st Feb 2012 and got the number allotted in few days (Request no.[protected], but till now their is no response in providing with the connection at my home. After being following it up with the concern person on regular basis, every time he comes with one or the other excuse.

Can this be taken as a complaint and take it forward for doing the needful.

I am having a BSNL prepaid mobile service No. [protected]. On 14.05.2012 at 6:38 PM I have received a message from +[protected] that ''Thanks for subscribing 5 Ka Tadka for Rs.3 valid till 17.05.2012. The subscription will be renewed on 17.05.2012.To unsubscribe send UNSUBTAD to 55678 for which charges Rs.2/-.I have sent a message to unsubscribe the service even though the subscription was made without my consent.The above message was charged Rs.3/-
Again I have received a same message today from +[protected] that ''Thanks for subscribing 5 Ka Tadka at 23.05.2012 07:11 PM for Rs.3 valid till 26.05.2012..To unsubscribe send UNSUBTAD to 55678.
I don't know how this type of services were activated without the concent of the concerned. Eventhough I never subscribed for this service and inspite of my message for unsubscription again the sameservice was activated from the same number without my concent.Being a Tamilian I even don'y know the meaning of 5 Ka Tadka.
The services should be deactivated immediately and the amount debited from my account i.e. Rs.3+3+3+3=12 should be recredited to my account.

Dear Sir, I have been using BSNL broadband service since 2007 against my landline bearing No.[protected] on tariff of Rs. 750/- per month (Unlimited). My Broadband connection seems to have been malfunctioning for the last 10 days. I have communicated the matter to the local BSNL Authority at Siddhiashram on several occasions but of not much help in redressing the problem. In order to restore its functionality I sincerely make this pithy prayer to you to take the matter on priority basis so that such kind of harassment is not meted out to me. Looking forward to your kind solicitation in this regard.

the executive from indiagames called me up and told me about indiagames,,when i refused to make an a/c ,he made my account on indiagames himself after taking my information(phone number,,email, address,,etc.),,,after a month i got a call from indiagames that why i am not using the site of indiagames,,i told them everything and they assured me that my account will be deactivated and i will not be charged ...and now after 4 months i just checked my last 4 months bills,,i was charged for 4 months ..i.e rs 800 amount
so i request you to plz help me to deactivate this service and refund my entire amount .

I have bsnl broad band connection since last 5 or 6 months.It disconnects very often.I have complained several times on 198 but nothing concrete done.The error number mostly 651. sometimes 619 & others . Please do the needful.

Every fortnight one message comes from BV - OVERSEA (number is not displayed) intimating deduction of Rs.15.00 towards CHAT MESSENGER Service, which iI have never availed.
On complaining the same at BSNL customer care, Bhubaneswar, they want Number from where the message is received. How can one fraud agency deduct amount from a consumer's BSNL A/C without BSNL's knowledge???
The BSNL Customer Care is undone and advise me to activate DND service by sending message to 1909, which system of BSNL does not accept at all. A reply comes, as per instruction of TRAI registration can not be continued withjin 7days. I don't know, when that seven days will be completed.
This harassment I have been facing since last two months. I have personally visited BSNL Customer Care at Bhubaneswar thrice, but all attempts became fruitless. If this continues for another 15 days, I will be bound to stop using BSNL service.
Why such services come to customers with BSNL Sim card, over which BSNL does not have any control???
I need immediate reply from BSNL authorities and Ministry of Telecommunication.

sir, in our town chittoor (dst) piler=517214, bsnl dealers are selling very heigh price than actual rate actual Sim cost is 50 rs and selling price is 80 and 100 rs in bsnl office they are giving Sim at 50rs actual rate but out side bsnl dealers are seeling 80 to 100 rs in this way they are selling please take necessary action if govt will go in this way they loose too many customers please take necessary action and recharge cards are very problem to us please take action and cancel their dealer ship pl z sir

I have a BSNL prepaid sim from UP East (mob. no.: [protected]). Currently I am working in Manali (HP). When I checked the balance by *123#, it said "Your Account Balance is 'xxx'. Your Credit expires on May 17 2012 and Service Expires on Jun 01 2012." So I recharged it with Rs. 45 on 17/05/2012 at 01:11:41 (ref. no.[protected]. But the validity of my account is not extended and showing the same as previous. After that I thought may be its in roaming, so I have to recharge it from UP. So I called my friend in Allahabad and he recharged the number with Rs. 110 on 17/05/2012 at 07:03:25 PM ( ref. no.[protected], but the validity is still showing the same. At night I also recharged it online with sms pack of rs 13 but result is same. Now I am unable to call or sms from this sim since 18/05/2012 (its showing call ended and sms not sent) and result of *123# is showing the same "Your Account Balance is 'xxx'. Your Credit expires on May 17 2012 and Service Expires on Jun 01 2012."

I also booked a complaint (Docket No. E19UP[protected] on bsnl customer care portal but have not received any response.

Now, I am still waiting to get my refund of security money of Rs.3000.In this connection,I have visited many times to BSNL office but it is in vein.My surrenderd ref. no.is [protected] . . I am Dr. Shilpi Das, SMO, Digulturrung Tea Estate,residing at about 17 Km. away from Doomdooma Town. It is a very remote area. I have a BSNL Postpaid mobile, and it has been linked with all my day to day activities including my banks services. For last few weeks the service of BSNL Mobile Network from Baghjan Tower was found to be missing most of the time and of late it is not serving at all for last one week causing much trouble to the consumers of the entire locality of Baghjan- Digulturrung. Airtel, Aircel,Reliance etc. are giving good service in this area since they have been introduced here. But why BSNL cannot provide their service regularly has come out to be a big question mark. Last year also we have faced this type of situation for about 3-4 months and it was restored . But it lasted only for 5-6 months. Many a sources hint and question at something fishy in management of generator service of the Baghjan Tower during power cut. I shall be thankful to the authorities if they try to resolve it as early as possible to save consumer like us from all mental agonies.
