Every fortnight one message comes from BV - OVERSEA (number is not displayed) intimating deduction of Rs.15.00 towards CHAT MESSENGER Service, which iI have never availed.
On complaining the same at BSNL customer care, Bhubaneswar, they want Number from where the message is received. How can one fraud agency deduct amount from a consumer's BSNL A/C without BSNL's knowledge???
The BSNL Customer Care is undone and advise me to activate DND service by sending message to 1909, which system of BSNL does not accept at all. A reply comes, as per instruction of TRAI registration can not be continued withjin 7days. I don't know, when that seven days will be completed.
This harassment I have been facing since last two months. I have personally visited BSNL Customer Care at Bhubaneswar thrice, but all attempts became fruitless. If this continues for another 15 days, I will be bound to stop using BSNL service.
Why such services come to customers with BSNL Sim card, over which BSNL does not have any control???
I need immediate reply from BSNL authorities and Ministry of Telecommunication.
BSNL — Deduct money every month
I have BSNL connection my no is [protected]. I lodged a complain for deducted my balance money on your customer service on 17th sep 2008 my complain no 2984643 . That time your customer service has told me that our technical department will call to inform you.But I have no reply within 15 days then I am call to your customer services person Mr.Gopal he assure me that it is not more and our technical department will call inform you.After one month again they further deducted my blance money on 16th oct 2008. I have lodged a further complain with reference of previous on 16th oct 2008 at 9:30 Pm Complain No. 3046718.to your customer services person Mr. Priyabrata Pal. But till now I am not know what is the casue to deduct my balance monthly.
