Please unsubscribe Handygo fever offer from My bsnl no. [protected].I didn't request or respond to any call or sms to activate this service. Now bsnl twice did this to me. Without any request they activated this service to my mobile no and unauthorizedly deducted Rs. 8/- on each occassions. Kindly Unsubscribe me from this service.

FEVER offer from handygo — Unauthorized subscription

I have never subscribed for any FEVERoffer from Handygo but still Rs 8 gets deducted from my balance every week. The unsubscribe message service is not working, I have send the message to unsubscribe many times.

    Sir, I had registered DND in the year 2011 and is now active. But I have been receiving sms from the following mobiles. I made proper complaints to 1909. Received message saying that your (my) complaint was registered and (you) I would be receving complaint Number. Afterwords I did not receive any Number or taking action on the operator. When I try to log in to BSNL complaint page it was not opening but displaying as "time barred- Try again to log in". No Action was taken by the BSNL authorities

      MY MOBILE NO [protected] BSNL JHARKHAND CIRCLE

      Friends and famili pack is active on my number. I was trying to deactivate it but the customer care no 1503/[protected] none was working.on 7/5/2012 I was able to talk with them and the ex told me to send sms ( FF STOP to 53738) but after sending it is replaying "no pervious record found" .
      But 2 rupees balance deducting everyday though I dont want the service.

      And I am not able to talk with customer care ex because none of their no is working.

      Its totally cheating by bsnl I want my friend and family service deactivated now. If any balance deduct for thatservice after this complain bsnl have to return the ammount.

          I am not sure whether some action will be there or not but want to share the worst experience with BSNL in IT hub city Bangalore.

          I am living in very good area known as HSR Layout but with some worst services like BSNL. Nobody wants to listen anything in case of complaints and all is in the hands of god.

          They are sending bills on time that is perfect but when come to a point service then its a worst service people I met with. Every month 5-10 days internet is not working but we are paying bill amount for full month and if I want to refund for those then also I need to rush for Jayanagar office which is very frustrating.

          Even if there is a need to talk to any senior then nobody is available in BSNL office behind HSR BDA complex.

          I don't know how govt can take action against these bull people ???
          Ive been using BSNL services for 4 years now, it was always bad, but these days, its become worse. They have no Customer Service at all.
          The only service they provide you with is calling service. When will they realize that a phone company needs to do more, instead of spending millions on Priety Zinta as their Brand Ambassador, they need to spend of their service.
          I was waiting for the MNP to start in my city, but now even that seems to be a headache. Its not as easy as projected, I think best is to get a new Number.
          Any suggestions?

            with due respect i want to say that i Shubham shukla got a message from the no.[protected] that i have been charged Rs 7.when i am calling to bsnl toll free no 1503 ,they said that our work in updation so call us on after 30 april 2012.when i call him on 1 may 2012 they said call us on after 5 may 2012 .when i call on 8 may 2012 they telling call us on after 13 may 2012.they can cut my balance Rs 14 over all.THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION WHAT CAN I DO .my mobile no is [protected].

              At the time of purchase they agree that you will get access in your area. My wife is stayed in Thathappilly is 2 km near from a BSNL tower situated in place called Mannam. But now we can't connect at least. My money is lost. What I need to do. If any possible way to return the device and get my cash back.

              We are using BSNL Land Connection[protected] First customer Under Moothakunam Exchange area, North Paravur, Ernakulam Dist.We are registered so many times complaint at Moothakunam Exchange & Paravur Exchange via phone 2482483, [protected], [protected] please your complaint register log on this Number after 6 months ago but your response is very bad & I go to direct BSNL Exchange North Paravoor & Moothakunnam So many times .BSNL Person could not find the problem.The Problem is disbursements in phone & Low Sound.


              How many time you need to solved the Problem ??????
              If the problem is not solved, i will be forced to cut the connection with out any further information...

                The Problems I'm facing are mentioned below
                * Customer Care support Is always non-responsive to there work and never picks the call, and neither call center give proper guidence to customer problem.
                * We live outside city and any of the products which I'm possessing are of very bad standard such as BSNL Landline and BSNL Broadband. Broadband speeds according to BSNL website should be 1Mbps till 6GB and beyond that its speed should be 512 Kbps but the speed provided to me is only of 256 Kbps. When we use to complaint to the near by Office, they use to neglect this charges and mention the speed is 512 Kbps not 256 Kbps. since I'm Having Proof regarding all and the speed I Had tested From many other Private Host are showing 256Kbps(Download 30kbps and Upload 28.6Kbps)

                BSNL Broadband — Non responsive Customer Care

                I shifted my Tel[protected] to new location and telephone line got activated within 8-10 days. For last 15 days I have been requesting customer care to restore my broadband connection, but in vain.I tried all the numbers (Commercial officer, SDO, Raj Nagar office) invariably these numbers are not been picked-up.

                This is absolutely agonising for customer and misuse of pubilc infrastructure.I don't know whom to contact now for this.

                Can some one take note of it and convey my issue to Chairman of BSNL?
                Dear sir,
                I like to inform you that I can not connect my internet connection more than 4 months due to link failure [ error code 678]. I have contacted your customer care centre again and again but got only sms that “Your circuit has been restored” but till now I did not get any fruitful result from your end and no one can visit my place to identify that problem. I have land line connection which I have take only for broadband connection. Can you tell me 4 months is not too much to solve that type of problem. Why should I pay extra amount for inter in every month telephone bill and why should I continue land line connection if I can not use internet.
                Please do the needful at your end.

                  I am a resident of Ganesh Nagar, Gandamunda under BSNL Jagamara Exchange. I am a subscriber to BSNL telephone for the past 10 yrs. My telephone number is[protected]. I repeatedly face problem due to the phone becoming dead. Each time I complaint, there is no sincere effort to solve permanently. The authorities make only temporary solution. Recently again my telephone is dead for the past 10 days. Inspite of my repeated contact with the JTO, Jagamara nothing has been done so far. He only gives me assurance but no action so far. Such poor quality of customer service on the part of BSNL is very disappointing. I request you to please pay urgent attention to this and do a permanent solution to my repeated problem.

                    the speed of the Broadband has reduced drastically, even for the high speed plan.

                    the connection is breaking very frequently on its own and then we have to redial it.

                      We've been offered a free trial of your india games services for the month of December which we had activated with BSNL broadband. After the free trial, we had requested for the de-activation of the services by calling up to the toll-free number [protected] which wasn't answered on the 31st of December. I called the same number on the 1st of January and requested for the de-activation. I was told that the services had been de-activated and I won't be charged for it which didn't happen. I have been charged Rs.200 for the month of February and March without even using it. I request you to look into this matter and make sure that the service is de-activated IMMEDIATELY. I also request you to see that the amount I have paid for the previous two months are deducted in the next bill. Expecting your reply soon.

                          today i wanted to free my bsnl to bsnl local voice calls for one month. but i was not sure to recharge with how much amount. so i asked customer care at 1503. he told me to get recharge of Rs. 301 . the call was made me at 1:30 pm on 7 may 2012. and when i goto recharge shopee and recharged with 301 rs. i donot get free calls instead i got 8 gb free data internet. which i never expected. so the information given to me was wrong. and i have to bear a loss of rs. 301 and wastage of time too. and when i talked to 1503 again they say it is not our fault, sorry. we cant do nothing. please help me

                            I had requested to shift my telephone connection from IIM-B area to Koramangala on 21-Apr-12. The order for this need to be given by Jayanagar office which did not happen. I had already shifted my Home in the month end and was concerned my connection would be misused.

                            So I walked into the commercial office Jayanagar on 5-Mar-12, to check what was holding it back. There I noticed that the file was just lying in a pile of similar files without anyone acting on it and there were other customers there for the same reason. When I navigated with people there, they kept directing me to one another and never took steps to action the file. I want to bring to notice the lethargy shown by employees in doing their job and also ignoring customer requests of safe custody of their connection.

                            Today is 7-May-12 and even after me walking into Jayanagar office to expedite the transfer, still the connection has not been disabled in my old location. I am completely unhappy with BSNL and would be more than happy to discontinue my connection and move to a different provider.

                              I live in Dumka at bypass road, dudhani. I have purchased my 3G prepaid SIM from Singhania Marketing, singhania katra,Dumka, dated on 02/04/12. My 3G SIM No. is [protected].The problem is that when I open/connect internet at that time tower strength shows good and the speed is so good with 7.2 mbps but after some time it shows disconnected and therafter it is open with Gprs which is too slow with 86.5 kbps.
                              Therefore, I request you to look into this problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                              BSNL SIM — Poor Service

                              Sir, i took a connection form BSNL Ernakulam Circle last month and i made an offer Rs. 300/- worth so that i can call all bsnl mobil and land @ free of cost. But there comes the problem, i cant utilize the offer effectively because of poor service reception. All the time the network is jam and i cant hear the voice in clear. I will have to call more than 5 times to connect a single call. A very few times i charged also to call to a land number. This is a serious fraud i think. Actually i have taken the connection for to call BSNL phones. I have some clients and friend they are using BSNL.

                              I lost my money and time take and use bsnl. Whne i try to contact their customer care but i didn't get in line all those times, so i drop it. My number is [protected].

                              I have taken a sim from BSNL DIDIHAT almora circle on 18th Nov. 2011, during taking the sim all documents and photo
                              deposited, initially 2-3days working properly, but after that incoming and outgoing call barred, I have done topup on that sim as well
                              circulate this no. to all relatives. what will I do Now.
                              The BSNL didihat staff has given this sim his name is Govind. His number is [protected],
                              from many days i want 2 make a call, but all times mobile was switch off.
                              The BSNL staff is doing business and make foolish to subscribers.
                              what will I do Now.

                                    As you know, most o[censored]s or atleast some o[censored]s are gamers who play online. What we search for in an internet connection is the ping, not speed.
                                    Unfortunately most BSNL connections are having 300+ ping on Mumbai servers (50 is considered playable ping) After 10 am and before 7pm daily, making it impossible for gamers to play games.
                                    It has been going on for quite a few weeks and for numerous people around india. What should we do? BSNL never picks up calls so we are helpless through landline and they don't have a complaint registering website.

                                      BSNL — without information deduct money in my account

                                      the company has deducted rs 16 in my account without any information when i recharge my prepaid mobile with rs 55 and when i tried to talk with bsnl customer care i did not any response please consider on it

                                      BSNL — Deduction of money from my prepaid account

                                      I am receiving on my mobile phone one joke daily entitled ‘Masalajokes’ from Phone No.[protected] and one rupee is automatically being deducted from my balance with BSNL pre-paid services. All these are being done without my consent for the same. I never consented for being charged for these jokes. Initially I received a message on my mobile offering free Masalajokes for five days some time in the month of April or May, 2010. I subscribed for the same. But thereafter to my utter surprise, the service continued and without taking my consent one rupee per day is being deducted. No information is being given along with the message as how to deactivate this service.
                                      Sometimes the person who picked up phone on customer care got my complaint lodged also. Every time the complaint was lodged, I got a message that the complaint is resolved. But still the service is continuing.
                                      As a customer I pay money to BSNL and BSNL is diverting my money to someone else without taking consent from me. It is misappropriation of customers’ money lying with BSNL. Such unfair practice be stopped so that customers should not be cheated of their money. I am suffering a lot of mental agony as I am finding mysel[censored]nable to deactivate this service despite my efforts for the same. Sir, Kindly do the needful from your end to stop such unfair trade practices.

                                      immediately and maintain your correctness and request you not to follow MNC
                                      habits. They rob their customers. Just now for other mans complaint against Airtel
                                      regarding porting, I have suggested to port to BSNL as you are rendering excellent
                                      service and not like earlier and absolutely no cheating.
                                      I PORTED MY AIRTEL CONNECTION TO BSNL BOTH BRAOD BAND AND 2 MOBILES RECENTLY
                                      AND AM ENJOYING BSNL. SERVICE OF BSNL IS NOT LIKE EARLIER.
                                      Sir, please reimburse thro these columns
                                      and do the needful and keep up nations integrity by solving this type of complaints. STAND TO THIS NATION.

                                      BSNL CellOne Prepaid Service — deduction amount

                                      i am bsnl cellone prepaid customer.
                                      the same messages coming continuously and deducting the amount. please stop that message facility.
                                      i have made this complaint several times but no action.
                                      this is final complaint. if not provide solution i will go for change the operator.
