Hello Sir,
I have been lodged complain of incorrect billing of our land line bill in BSNL Office,twice one in last month and again in this month.
still they have not given me any memo and correct bill.
i had broadband-125 plan in OCT 2011 for which i deposited 1200 annually.in march 2012 i changed plan to combo-850(unlimited broadband),but despite of all the efforts from customer side to request them to correct bill,i landed with frustration,unwanted expenses of traveling.
Please suggest suitable action to get compensation till i don't get justice.

for your kind information, i took the unlimited 500 bsnl plan on 21/11/2008 for conversion of plan from home 500.i have the sealed documents of bsnl commercial officer for approving my requring 500 unlimited plan and also the customer service confirmed the activation of plan.so, why i will pay the current bill which is rs.1100.kindly check the system and inform me. it makes a serious problem to me.please take some necessary steps against the extra bill payment condition.i will have to pay the amount which is rs.500 as per the 500 unlimited plan rental.please send me a satisfactory reply.
