MY LL no is[protected]. It was not functioning for the last two week(line dead) , Eventhough I complained thru 1500, twice the docket was closed without making the remedy.
Like Myself, nearly 20 of the neighbour resiodences are also affected. NO action as taken.

I had requested for an New Broadband connection with BSNL on 1st Feb 2012 and got the number allotted in few days (Request no.[protected], but till now their is no response in providing with the connection at my home. After being following it up with the concern person on regular basis, every time he comes with one or the other excuse.

I have bsnl broad band connection since last 5 or 6 months.It disconnects very often.I have complained several times on 198 but nothing concrete done.The error number mostly 651. sometimes 619 & others . Please do the needful....

Every fortnight one message comes from BV - OVERSEA (number is not displayed) intimating deduction of Rs.15.00 towards CHAT MESSENGER Service, which iI have never availed.
On complaining the same at BSNL customer care, Bhubaneswar, they want Number from where the message is received. How can one fraud agency deduct amount from a consumer's BSNL A/C without BSNL's knowledge???

Hello Sir,

I have been lodged complain of incorrect billing of our land line bill in BSNL Office,twice one in last month and again in this month.
still they have not given me any memo and correct bill.
i had broadband-125 plan in OCT 2011 for which i deposited 1200 annually.in march 2012 i changed plan to combo-850(unlimited broadband),but despite of all the efforts from customer side to request them to correct...

The WIFI service on my telephone number[protected] has never performed satisfactorily since its installation about a year ago. Several complaints to BSNL have gone unheeded. Frequently, the phone too does not work. The state of affairs is completely unsatisfactory, and is a disgrace to the organization. I do hope someone will take notice and rectify the problem in a hurry.

sir, I am using bsnl cell one prepaid mobile operator (94186_ 33314) from last four years and the problem is the 3G network works only in the main city but not in old kangra. so we do not get the advantages of 3G services. i tried to registered many complaints but all in vain. so kindly help to sort out the problem.
