MY TELEPHONE ISNT WORKING FOR LAST 6 MONTHS
DESPITE MY NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS TO TELEPHONE
AT PANTHEON ROAD, EGMORE 2ND LANE
AE- MR.SIVAKUMAR , JE- MR.SRINATH & DE-THIYAGARAJAN.
THEY SAY ITS A CABLE FAULT & THERE CGM IS ALSO AWARE
OF IT & HE IS HELPLESS.
I AM SURPRISED BY SENIOR OFFICERS REPLIES !
THAN ONLY GOD SHOULD HELP US ???

MY TELEPHONE NO.2860949 NOT WORKING FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS. DESPITE A NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY CALL AND NO INCOMING CALL IS COMING. I REQUEST THE SAME MAY BE RE CTIFIED IMMEDIATELY.
The BSNL Telephone No.2385384 installed at Customs and Central Excise, Jaipur office has not working properly from last 5 days. A complain in this regard has already made by this office but it is still not rectified, the necessary arrangment for rectification of this problem may be made at the earliest.
Dear Sir,

I was resident of Satpuda CHS, Flat 12 A, 1 st floor, Navre Nagar, Ambernath(E) 421501 till 05 May 2008 and have since shifted to tDombivli (E) on offcially submitting the application in person for transfer of my land line no 2680479 on 06 May 2008.

I was assured that the line will be given within 02 working days and I have left to outstation for my duty.

The present address of correspondance is Pratibha CHS, B wing, Fourth Floor, Flat 407A, Off Agarkar Road, Dombivli (E).421201

Since then they have sent the bill for the following month but have not installed the connection. Also the store keeper would not replace the worn out telephone instrument but could give a old piece. The same is lying at the home. As there is nobody to hopaound for this very reason, we are about to conclude to surrender the connnection which has been part of our life for past more than ten years.

I therefore would request you to do the needful to transfer the connection without charging any further charges.

Our telephone No.[protected] is not working from 15 days and nobody is there in the exchange to complaint. This is the unbearable situation. BSNL is taking care in collecting the payments but fails in work. Please taken care about the working efficiency.

Telephone No. 2310448 is not working, If I dial the number I am getting the response as TELEPHONE IS UNDER REPAIR.

    Dear Sir,
    I received the broadband connection today i.e 24th January 2008,this was communicated by the concerned officer over my land phone bearing no.[protected],but while logging in ERROR 691 is being displayed.When contacted local officer they told me that your ID details had been sent through your Email:[protected]@yahoo.co.in which is not my Email address(My Email address is srikant.[protected]@yahoo.co.in.So what to do? Please advice.

    BSNL broadband is a sad commentary of software capabilities in India. These clowns do not know how to make their own software work with different windows operations system. We the customers pay for their ignorance about their own software. Caveat Emptor. Stay away from BSNL broadband. It is not the people, their system itself stinks.

    i am not able to connect the data.bsnl.in for my account usage. so i cant see my usage so please solve my problems.
    this my number 2345353 this connection for brand band but this provide is not working properly and then modem is often disconnected i relive my brand band connection.
    19 days ago i got my bsnl broad band.but i cant change my password and open the page of bsnl portal to see my usage.please look into this immediately.

    BSNL broad band guys need to go and work in some prvite company . they are such a bunch of jokers only eating our tax money and leading a lazy life .
    broad band has been dead from thu 3/4/08 6:00 pm onwards and poor citzen are left in dark and no one is reachable (starting fromSR.tol jr.check any of there cell it is switched offf)). there call center is useless they will not log compain or u r call go off the hook after all the opion i[censored] try.

    But still now i doesn't received my Broad Band modem, Userid, Password and configuration informations.

    One staff called my at last Friday and told that to collect the modem and information from office.

    If it is the procedure means who will install it for us.

    If I go to consult the office employees means, they directing me to some other building to some other person. If I have the solution from them means I will be happy. In that building, the persons will responding improperly. Is it a sin that I applied the broad band from you peoples. In the initial time itself not able to provide me the responsible customer care means in the remaining time how you will full fill my all requirements. If still now i m spending my money with the Internet Centers means what is the purpose of the Broadband applied.

    For the broadband only I met irresponsible staffs more than three times. But my problem is still in the same status.

    I paid, waiting and still spending for some other amount for my requirement means what is profit for me. I still in the loss. Please make it possible.

    I read that, BSNL loosed its 50% of profit. If staffs still behaving in the same manners means you peoples will loose the remaining also.

    One thing, I must be at my office at 9' O clock. If I got permission means how long i will get. If no staff is available at 10' O clock means, how i can get the support from office. There is no alteration for my requirement. If a staff went leave means no one is ready to handle my problem. This what continuously happened in my experience.

    i hav taken bsnl broadband connection in feb 2008...
    in march and around till 25th of april i was able to see my account usage... but after that i am not able to open the bbservice.bsnl.in page... i called customer care... but what they told didnt worked... same is the problem with my other friends...
    if there is any work going on due to which you are not able to provide us this facility please do the favor of informing us...

    Its been a rediculous service i have been getin from last couple of weeks. I have a broadband connection on the phone no 2545434. I have checked my usage before some days and then i changed my passwords on the dataone site. then from last 5 days my interne is not working. I have been calling and complaining about it but noone really giving me a satisfactory reply. Everyone is just giving me other's number and telling me to try to tell him my prob. I have gethred more then 15 numbers till now and try all, but no one is solving my problem. At last when one of the person from you told me to change my password back to earlier one, i tried but its saying Invalid Username and password, and the site for checking usage is even not opening at all.
    I m stucked with a big burden of work as my net is not working from last so many days. I have tried hard but experinced that BSNL service and customer service the worse compare to other providrs. And this is my last try, sending you the mesasge. I hope you will understand my problem and tae some strict actions againts these rubbish.

    Ever since the day BSNL installed Broadband Modem (SIEMENS C2110) at my home, I'm facing a lot of trouble. As soon as I switch ON my modem, my telephone line gets distrubed(One cannot hear what is being said at the other end), and as soon as i Switched it OFF the diturbance get vanished, I called several times to its costumer care and logged complaints so many times, and also to several higher officials, but nothing happened yet. this is creating lot of trobule to use telephone along with Modem ON.

    I have a broadband connection on telephone no:[protected] from more than two years. Now I unable to get speed from more than a month, it running like a dial up connection. after registering several complaint there is no responce from BSNL.
    I have recieved braod band connnection in may but still now i couldn't able to see my usage statitics. data.bsnl.com is not recognizing my user id and password. also i got user id and password through BNSL representive who came for installation. I haven't recived any mail or post with these details. i have been trying BSNL help line continuously. all the time no body picks up. once my luck succeeded and the operator told, she cannot resolve the problem and asked me call next day. again my woes continues.

    i am using broadband service since one year details of data one site yo cheack user account was being open normally but for last two months i am feacing problem in opeaning this site and hence i not in a possition to know the uses details.secondry i have not been provided my email address.

    i have learnt that now a days broadband connections are being provide with portal id which helps the opeaning above account for portan id i connected authority concern but coud not succeed their are the openion that my broadband account is older one and need not portan id but without portal is i am not position to sea the uses details on dataone site.

    2. If I am complaining to your Call center to take complain No of not working broad band it lastly refer me to the Exchange and after that the exchange person asked to contact me to the lineman of my area.plz let me know y will I do so?
    For what shake the company hiring the people who cant solve the customer problem.Make a call to ur exchange; if they will pick the phone mean u will get t god (they have lot of time to talk to their relative nd engage the phone, plz check it).

    I want transparent bill plz let me know hoow will i get it.

    When I type bbservice.bsnl.in it comes bbservice.bsnl.in/wps/portal and then, the entered userID and password is shown uncorrect...How it could be when I am using it with correct id and password??????????????????????????

    We are not able to view the Monthly usage of Broadband internet connection.Earliear the portal was www.10.240.16.195/weblogin.jsp
    If there is any change in portal, you should intimate the same to the user .Kindly let us know the portal detail, to view our usage at the earliest at our email or through telephone.

    sir, i have complaint a lot but now we re suffreing this problem that we got broadband connection 02/07/2008. and internet line had been started that date but we took in home plan offer the offer was 500 fixed 175 call free and no additional charge and we bought modem cash, paid the money same day the problem is after 4 month they sent bill added the modem cost in the bill.we lost the bill of modem but we said see your bill book 2/7/2008.but no response.other during the 4 month after 2 month a bill came 400 someting second bill came 10/11/2008. this bill came 3100 something.then the fixed offer was started since 02/07/2008 then why came 400 rs.bill and why came 3100 bill according offer a month 500 then 4*500 =2000 and modem cost.first bill 01/07/2008 to 31/08/2008. second one 01/07/2008 to 31/10/2008.why ? wht is this all ? this is bsnl ? we r not setisfied with Bsnl.

    My telephone number is[protected]. I was using broad band connection on this phone. Though I had applied more than 3 month, I did not get the connection. After very much effort finally got the modem on Sep 5, 2008. The person came for installation was not efficient. He was not able set the connection. Finally on 15 sep, 2008, I got the connection. When I got my September bill, they charge me from 5th sep. Then from October 1st I was out of Bangalore. I had return on the 6th October and found my internet is not working. I had given complaints to customer care. No help from there side. Finally on 27th of October I have decided to cancel broadband and I had submitted the application for cancellation in the customer care. But I got a shock when received my bill for the month of October. My bill amount for month of October was 7947 i.e. from 1st October to 31st October. Though during that period I had no connection. When I was trying my luck from their customer care to make the connection ok. In the bill it shows around 15GB download. I am trying to reach customer care regarding this with no help.

    I will suggest people not to go for BSNL broad band connection. They have very poor customer care. Because of Govt organization, they have attitude problem.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    After lot of followup with your local dealer, I am sending this email to you. This is regarding internet connectivity problem for last 2 months.

    I have taken the internet connectivity with great hope but it became so pathetic for me now. I dont know really how to deal with the present situation.

    While taking the connectivity I was told that minimum speed would 1mb for download and atleast same for upload. Unfortunately
    I never had speed more than 100 kb.

    Whenever I tried to contact and explain this problem to the dealer from whom I took the connection, got reply that some enhancement work is going on at the vsnl site and which is causing this problem. I was always told a new time line and it never met.

    Its really spoiling bsnl brandname among customer over here. And why only here it will have effect globally as who so ever has taken this connection to be in touch with their near and dear staying abroad would get bad impression about vsnl.

    Kindly look into the matter and try to provide acceptable after sale service as other company does.

          I am a subscriber to landline connection for more than 15 years by now.

          Telephone number is 2362515.

          I did not subscibe to any add on services but surprisingly I was charged Rs 200 for Games on Demand, in the bill raised in January 2011.

          I am very much pained to know that Public Owned companies like BSNL have also started working like a private companies, where there is no body to provide solution to your complaints. I went to the Customer Care Centre and met almost all concerned persons like Mr Chhabra, Mr Dheengra to get the answer or the redressal to my complaint.

          I would be happy to get the evidence for subscription to such services, if ever accepted even telephonically.

          It is requested to please get the needful done and pay the damages for deficiency in the services.

          The said telephone is not in order for about a month, without redressal.

          Looking forward to hear from the concerned official.

          I am ready to appear before the officials whenever required.

            I have to bring it to your notice that inspite of various facilities/services supposed to be rendered by your service centre, Bsnl service team at Parvathipuram do not entertainment any complaints or calls. From last 45 days back I have called upon and lodged a complaint to say that my landline not working, Then I called Bsnl JE(bhaskar [protected]) and AE [protected] till date they are not respond my phone calls .then directly I am go to bsnl office but they are not give to any solution of my complaint they said it will take some time this sentence several times told to with me. These are only false promises but nobody attends to our complaints. If this is the state of affairs,every month bill continusly came to my house.still date no pending in my bill but ph not working. And bsnl ae je irresponsible answers given to me sir.i highly irratated.

            I hope that you will take suitable remedical action to attend to the complaints by your service team and I do not face any problems in future.

            Whenever I lodge a complaint, when I ask for my complaint number, they say they do not generate any complaint number. This shows that there is no record of my complaint.
            Expect to receive early and prompt action.

            my landline is bsnl and now since a month it has been just a dummy in my home. it is in dead condition since a month and we complained a number of times. There has been clearly no solution or reply from the bsnl. They seems to be saying in mind that " Why are these not moving out from bsnl????".

He was kind enough to attend my telecon. On 5.5.11 Dkt ID 10027112 and the earlier number cancelled unilaterally.
            On 9.5.11 again another Dkt ID [protected] was given by the 198 auto complaint. We are not able to contact DET, DGM, & SDE inspite of several telephonic attempts. Two very seniors citizens are in the house requiring urgent communication facility at the time of crisis.
            Pls do the needful on topmost priority to restore communication

              i start wimax internet service 6 or 7 month when i start the service the speed is upto 700kps downloading speed after two month the speed was decrease into 250kps downloading speed and now 2 month before the speed was more decrease now speed is 30kps downloading speed and i mostly go daily in bsnl office and he said we cant do anything for you we dont care if you want to disconnect the service According to plan 512kbps charges 900rs include tax
              Bsnl countries biggest network. Wimax in Punjab this is a useless service staff cannot support they are not trained I took the Home Plan, with a fixed monthly charge of Rs. 999 since may 30th 2010 it is not worked for more than 50% of the period every day you have to wait to connect as if you wait for water from muncipality in towns. I feel I have been cheated paying 3953/- for USB Modem + advance rent.
              My Wimax is not working for the last three days. Please do the needfull and reply

              After all it is a government co. . Employees and officers are least bothered to provide service to customers.

              I have YMAX connection in NRI CITY greater Noida. I have been complaining about extremely poor speed
              maybe worse than G1, when all companies are talking about G4, BSNL is proud to provide G1 service.
              In last seven years I have never received the bill, we have to go to their office collect the bill and make
              the payment. Our PM is talking about cashless payments, but BSNL does not accept payment by credit card,

                I recharged my BSNL mobile [protected] with 110 Rs. by using SBI mobile banking on May 5,2012.Amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge amount was not received to my mobile.I contacted BSNL customercare ,the person told me that recharge was failed due to technical problem and it would be solved in 24 hours..I also complainted to SBI through email.But I have not received the recharge amount yet..

                    i am recieving unwanted SMS from your service 56566 for diet tips for which i am being charged Rs.5/- per week. i have never subscribed for this. when i reply UNSUB DIET to unsbscribe it does not work,and next week again rs.5 deducted from my topup money.please stop this immediately and inform me.

                      I was BSNL Postpaid Mobile customer since last 8 years. FYI I am the first person in Gujarat to get BSNL World Roaming on Mobile. Due to persistent connection problem, call drops, data connectivity problem & other network related problems, I opted to go for Prepaid connection as I found that all my circle who had BSNL Prepaid connection were not facing such problems.

                      Now I have converted my connection to Prepaid, nearly all my problems are solved. However Data connectivity problem is still troubling a lot though have been reduced considerably.

                      I am trying since last 45 days to lodge complain with Customer Care & every time I am assured that my Data Connectivity problem will be solved in 48 hours or am informed that someone will visit my place to check the problem. But so far nothing concrete has been done.

                      I am a diehard BSNL fan & really want to continue using uninterrupted full Mobile services which I am currently unable to use fully due to problems mentioned above. I urge you to kindly take up the matter seriously & solve my problem once for all.

                      I am a post paid customer and am paying 199 rs rental per month for gprs my Gprs is not working from 15-20 days.

                        I would like to state that I am unable to recharge my BSNL mobile number [protected] as the account is temporarily blocked (when I'm calling 123 it is being told).
                        I could not recharge my BSNL number since October 2011 due to unavoidable circumstances.
                        I went to local Bankura BSNL office a month ago where they took a note of my complaint but did nothing.
                        Then I submitted a complaint online in BSNL complaint portal (Docket number- E03WB[protected]. It is showing as "nodal closed" and complaint "resolved" BUT STILL I CANNOT RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT AND dialing 123 is producing the same words i.e. "Your account is temporarily blocked".
                        I shall be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest so that I can continue using BSNL mobile,

                          Myself T. Singh , resident of vill Dhamai, punjab, have a BSNL Broadband Internet connection on my landline phone number [protected]. In the begining, the internet connection was working properly but with some minor problems. But since the last 2 months, the service has deteriorated so much that it is impossible to work on the internet.

                          Every week I have made complaints to the concerned officers and engineers working in the BSNL Garhshankar Exchange office. At first they used to give atleast some hollow promises that the situation will improve in some time etc. But nowadays, they simply say that "we cannot do anything about it. You have to work just the way it is." The higher officers in the IT wing are completely useless as they have little or absolutely no technical expertise to handle a department such as IT, including the General Manager himself.

                          I just hope someone can take some action, because as the BSNL people say, its a govt. office and no one can do anything about it.

                          I stay in HSR sector 2, bangalore. I did not require land line phone but i took it just for the broadband. I have been paying the bills for the land line without net for last 2 months.
                          I have visited the BSNL office so many times and still they are just not ready to provide the connection. The staff has poor communication skills and they don't log the complaint in the system.So obviously they don't proceed on the connection provisioning.
                          Currently the DSL link for my number is down and the line man just has to connect it ( as per another official at BSNL office) and he just isn't doing it!!

                          but when ever i using www.yahoo.com this site it show me site has been banned.
                          from the day i got the connection my bandwidth usage details is not getting uploaded. i am very keen to know my usage details.

                          the broadband service is not so good, ., disconnection happens again and again, ., it is a big problem in downloading while chating, ., and downlaoding speed is too slow, ., .
                          I am a bsnl broadband user since last 2 years and more. Since a very long time i am facing a problem as in the connection of my net hardly works. it keeps on connecting and disconnecting. I have my personal business and its really facing problems with the connection.

                          I have even tried to complaint number of times but never get a respond.

                          Hope the consumer complaint forum will look into the matter as soon as possible and help solving the troubles i am facing.

                          i have bsnl broadband connection i am totally fad up with this brand because of many times disconnection & poor downloading speed 20 30 kbps wherever in other city like dehradun downloading speed is 80-100 kbps on same plan why they the company is differentiating.

                          my name is nirmal am using bsnl 750 braodband plan.sevice of bsnl is very very bad.i cant connect to the net for 1 month after that they cleared it.since then i can connect to net but the connection is not stable.am fed with using bsnl.
                          sir, i like to inform you that i have bordband connection since one year.My bordband not working poporly, i give complant many times to our sibsagar bsnl office, but they unable to solve the problem.so i request you kindly look into my matter.
                          Totally agree about the poor service. I live in B. T. Kawade Road and in my society BSNL has the concept of franchisee (I heard it first time here). So, your line is maintained by the franchisee while broadband is under BSNL directly (?). Took a connection in February. I noticed the following issues:

                          1. Frequent automatic disconnection of the broadband. Very irritating while you are downloading something.
                          2. Line remains down for around 30-40% of the time. After informing the franchisee, takes around 7 days.
                          3. If line is down, still you get a full broadband bill to pay since line and broadband are virtually maintained by different companies (?). BSNL ought to have a penalty clause/policy for disruption of service due to their fault.

                          I took the broadband out of necessity (official work) but it turned out to be useless. Earlier I had a BSNL connection in Kolkata (Calcutta Telephones) and their service was fantastic. I wonder how the same company performs such worse in a city like Pune. I think if they can eliminate the franchisee, they will benefit.

                          I had subscribed to Bsnl Broadband connection a couple of months ago. We are still to get the connection. Being situated at the main part of the city- chennai, the J.E in the mogappair west ext., says it is not feasible for us to get the connection. He also adds up that the "company does not have sufficient cables for the connection". I really wonder how a well organised central govt., company gives excuses to its customers as such.
                          On November 16, 2009 we got BSNL Broadband service in Dhanbad, Jharkhnand at landline telephone number[protected]. Unfortunately, for 50% of the time till this date (January 10, 2010) there has been no broadband service available to us owing to failure of the landline service or server as reported by the office of Mr. Balmik, BSNL Broadband office, Dhanbad, Telephone No.[protected], 14, 15. It is very disappointedly sad to see the people who are running our communication infrastructure at BSNL are so unresponsibive to customers. The economic development of our country is rooted in IT since 2000 and yet the infrastrure remain neglected. It is about time the Govt. of India be real serious and look into it urgently.

                          I would like to bring my pathetic condition by using BSNL Broadband Service. I have Broadband Service on my Landline number [protected] (margherita assam)broadband business plan 3300+. Right from the inception, some 6 months back, it is giving problem every time. The DSL goes off, and the internet is disconnected. I have to wait for some time, and then, the DSL comes back. Due to this problem, my pages goes off, and sometimes, I need to login again. I have made umpteen number of complaints on this problem, and every time they say, they are going to rectify it, but they never. Right from the beginning, I could not enjoy the un-interrupted performance not even for two hours. I have an unlimited package. Even after, I am paying BSNL for poor service they are providing. Due to this cause, I lost my customers . I hope, Forum will take this to the notice of BSNL, which is not at all serious on Customer interests.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          With due submission, we would like to intimate you that we have an Internet Broadband Connection offered by BSNL. The Wi-Fi Router attached to it does not work. As a result, we are being the sufferer. We registered the complaint to the Service Provider but the complaint has been closed without having any conclusion. We are still having the problem continued.

                          We attempted to make a call to Mr. Manish, Mob. No. [protected] through our Mob. No. [protected] but he did not pick the phone. Then we telephoned through an unknown Number and had a conversation. He told us to sort out the complaint within half an hour. This was done many times. But the problem continued. Then after we made contact to Mob. No. [protected] and we were told that we should talk to the Franchise as only they can help in this affair.

                          We also registered a complaint to Mr. Amardeep having Complaint No.[protected]. On dated 13.07.2011, we knocked for the action in lieu of our complaint. Mr. Amardeep informed us that no complaint has been registered. Further, we made a call to Mr. Satyaleshwar and he accepted that the complaint has been registered but closed now. Then we registered another complaint on dated 16.07.2011 Complaint No.[protected]. Mr. Satyaleshwar also told us that he is only authorized for registering complaints but not for sorting it out.

                          Now we are in dilemma how to have sorted the complaint. The Router is not functioning because of which the teaching of Information Technology is hampered. The students are suffering as Internet is indispensable for having a good knack of Multimedia and Networking. In fact, the future generation has been curtailed in their skills and inclinations. Who will be responsible for the hamper being caused to the students? Being determined to provide quality education, we are highly concerned and responsible for the bright future of students. But we are helpless in this regard.

                          Sir, it’s our plead to have a favour so that the complaint should be sorted out. We are hoping a lot for your assistance as we are feeling ourselves totally vulnerable because we have knocked all the doors but got no positive response. Please have some strict action against the Service Provider along with the concerned persons Mr. Manish and Mr. Satyaleshwar so that nobody would be the next sufferer.
                          Please bear a bit pain for the students and kindly troubleshoot the concerned complaint.

                            BSNL Broadband — inappropriate billing

                            i, dr. sankalp awasthi, have been using bsnl broadband since dec'2011. it was working well till march but on 30th march i shifted my residence and the landline connection was also shifted but the bill of april which was received 5 days back by me shows usage charges of over 900/- rs apart from usual broadband charges. now, nobody bothers to listen at etawah bsnl exchange and more so are saying to pay the bill. i haven't used my landline for even a single incoming/outgoing call in past 6 months. kindly help me out.

                              my land line no is[protected] was installed on 26.03.2012 later on broadband connection was also provided after 3-4 days. rs 500 installation charge and cost of modem was paid. a bill from 1.4 to 30.4 was sent totaling rs 2836 for which rs 1814 was shown as previous balance . previous balance was un explained. also connection was stopped. please explain my billing details. also change broadband plan to rs 300 pm.

                                My broadband ( BSNL ) No. is 2400025 .Today I tried several times to pay online the bill amount through internet banking system situated on 1 no. of portal. Every time error in server or server too busy was shown. BSNL has managed system through a BIG concern but it is not working properly. services given to a foreigner is too expensive and not perfect.INfOSIS has provided foolproof system to so many bankers but authorities of BSNL had not acted honestly.

                                  Applied for local shifting of telephone with unlimited broad band use on 28 Apr 12. After repeated complaints and visits at yelehanka office telephone no. 28565560 shifted on 18 May 12. However BB still not working. Issued raised with AGM level but no results. Getting rude answers from PR office at Jalahalli. kindly intervene

                                    I am facing lot of problem of dead my land line frequntly, frequency is very high it is every 4 to 5 day, This problem is since a year, I had complaint many times but no results is there, After my last complaint it had been solved but after a month again my phone is in dead condition.

                                    There for this land line is not useful me in any urgency, I request to you kindly help me to resolve & get monthly terriff refund due to not working my phone.

                                      Respected sir,
                                      I have done recharge for bsnl 3g with rs. 601 pack but I am not getting speed of 3g. They are providing me speed of 2g i.e. around 15-18 kb/second download speed. I have complained in bsnl customer care and my complaint number was IF[protected]. Try called me and told me that mine validity for 2g is still not ended (although I don't have any data in my 2g goes plan that's why recharged with 3g plan) so I will not get 3g speed. I have paid for 3g data speed and they are providing me just 2g speed.

                                      bsnl/3g — data package

                                      on service call i recharge our 3g mobile no. [protected] from Rs.750/- for 5gb for 1 month validity. but i dont have speed of 3g and i call 7 times in custmer care from our mobile no. [protected]/[protected] but costmer care never getiing asatisfactory answer to me and disconected my both phones to custmercare representative. my money and time both are waistes in your poor services
