Deduction of Rs.8/- every week without subscription and not responding to unsubscribe request

I have not subscribed to any FEVER OFFER in BSNL prepaid mobile service. However Rs.8/- being deducted every week stating that "Thanks for subscribing FEVER offer" from NO:[protected].
They are not responding to UNSUB FEVER request sent to 55678 but still they chage Rs.2 for each SMS.

Please stop this offer and deducting the amount and take stringent actions against the company.

        I want to deactivate cricket news alerts
        i sent the message CAN CRIC to 56505 many times but all times result is message sending failed
        So please deactivate that service
        I am chellappa BSNL ph 25551348 custemer reciving Rs 200 as brodband charges in every month. i got 3 mobile numbers [protected],[protected],and[protected], through complainnts ao from his ph26618141 but the above said mobile number are not gving any reply. so pls take this mater i was trying for the past 3 months to deactivate the games programe in my brodband conection in my telephone 25551348.

          My mobile no is [protected].B.S.N.L PRE PAID. I am getting news alerts. every month amount has been deducted .But now I want to unsubscribe the news alerts. I have received sms stating your subscription will be renewed on 15-05-12.to unsubscribe call 12555363. When I dialed this No i could hear a voice describing the bsnl mobile services. How could I unsubscribe the news alerts and save the money. when i contacted the customer service center, they say i must give written complaint in person to A.E. of b.s.n.l.Please help me what i should do to unsubscribe the news alerts.of BT-ONMOBL

            My bsnl landline No.[protected] is out of order and I am also user of your (Broad Band Service) for the last one month. I am trying to contact my Telephone Exchang Jalandhar at No.[protected], but nobody is picking up the receiver just to talk about if some one pick up the phone they hardly listen to us. I have also tried other nos at bsnl Jalandhar but to no avail. Perhaps the authorities are busy ? I thought I made a great mistake to choose BSNL for landline and broadband service. You people works only for spent time not to providing the service to their valuable customer. Thats why people prefers others agencies, coz they listen to their customers and satisfy them.If you can not rectified the faults then I have to go for disconnect the lines and this will be very shameful for company like yours. Will my complaint be listened ? I will apperciates if things are done in right way and right in time.

            dear sir,i am a consumer of bsnl My land line no [protected] is working from last four years but there is some problem came from last six months. my connection was some time going in dead pssition and some time going in active. after regulerly complating at 1500 or 198 there no good solution. after solv a comlaint i have book another complaint in few minuts latter. when i walked to area office of Bsnl At Patel Marg Mansarovar Jaipur the officer said that your wait for three months otherwise disconect the service and took your money back. what we sapoged from your compney, that we changes service provider regulerly.pls do it clear.             bsnl land phone with broadband connection not working (dead) since 22nd April 2012. No response from the authorities. approached higher authorities upto Divisional Engineer Cherthala division several times. STILL NO response. Rent for land phone and broadband are paid in advance. There is nobody responsible for our (customers) grievances and and our money has no value. We are wasting our money, time and energy wandering in front of bsnl customer care centres and the authorities who have no interest in solving our problems.

                Fraud SMS from BSNL for cheating consumers:

                I got a SMS from BSNL service provider as below:

                "Name:
                Number: BS-6BSASM
                Content:
                BSNL 2G prepaid GPRS/EDGE data plans:Just recharge with data [protected]@ Rs 98,get 2GB data with 30 days validity & STV @Rs 302,get 8GB data with 90 days validity.
                Time: 12/05/2012 15:03:21"

                but when I got recharge with Rs.302/- I got 1022 data with 60 days validity only and download speed also does not exceed more than 150kbps in my 3.6mbps USB 3G data card....

                  I am holder of prepaid connection No-[protected]. On 12/05/2012 I have sent Rs-50/- as TOP UP value to enhance my talk value balance through internet banking service of State Bank of India.The amount of Rs-50/- had already been deducted from my Saving account and I got the message from SBI that the was successful "12-May[protected]May-2012) TO TRANSFER MB[protected] BSNL,TOPUP,[protected],BSNL TRANSFER TO[protected] Rs-50.00" but the balance of my connection remained unchanged.
                  Later I have had requested to the customer care service personnel for several time but some times they asked me to wait for few hours or they denied to take any step as it was not shown in my account.Therefore it is requested to take proper action to update my balance as soon as possible.

                    I'M PRATAP FROM PATHAPATNAM USING BSNL BROADBAND. IN PATHAPATNAM BSNL BROADBAND IS FREQUENTLY DISCONNECTING AND SOME TIMES SLOWS DOWN. AND WHEN WE ASK IN LOCAL BSNL OFFICE THEY JUST TELLING WE'LL SEE BUT THE PROBLEM IS REPEATING, SOME TIMES IT IS DISCONNECTING AND RECONNECTING FOR EVERY FIVE MINUTES.

                        I'm using a BSNL mobile prepaid connection for the last 6 yrs. As per TRAI's new regulations; we can only send 200 sms per day.
                        I'm always using my 200 sms daily quota at full. However, my sms counter is not getting refreshed at night. While I'm sending sms after 12am midnight, it only shows my previous day's sms balance. It's not getting refreshed for the next day. So that I'm unable to sent sms after midnight, if i used my 200 sms quota before 12.

                        Sir, i requesting you to do the needful to make the system efficient for the valuable customers of BSNL Mobile.It will be a great help for us. Please look into this.

                            My office phone number 26054325 is also connected to Broadband.
                            Since the last 5 days i.e. 7th May 2012, my Land line is getting dead quite frequently.
                            As a result, my communications on the broadband also get stopped.
                            At times even if Google is loaded, I am unable to reach gmail.
                            My plan is Unlimited 1350 which is capable upto 3 mbps. Some thing is seriously wrong.
                            Every time on lodging a complaint, the phone works for a short while and again goes dead.

                            PLEASE HELP.

                                Instead of my repeated cancellation they are debiting me for Rs.20/- per month

                                  I am a customer of BSNL mobile prepaid since from 7 years .Iwant to submit a complaint that on[protected] at 9:09 pm I got a massage from 55678030 indicate that "Thanks for subscribing Xplore pack from Hyndygo at 9:09 pm for Rs.30 validity till[protected] " But I did not subscribe any such service.Without any information OR any request Rs. 30 is deducted from my balance . I want to get balance as soon as possible.In this case I already forward a complain to BSNL customer care.My complain no. is E11PB33246876.

BSNL is cutting the money of Rs.30/- on 1st may 2012 without any reason by sending me the message like" your last call value this much amount money". when i am complaining to customer care with complaint no. E02JH31202734 dated 2nd May 2012. BSNL assured that it will be resolve within 48 Hours. but till date it is not solved after reminder on 10.05.2012. so i request you to resolve the above isssue close immediately & stop all unnecessary messages to my mobile no.
