Sir,
I am holder of prepaid connection No-[protected]. On 12/05/2012 I have sent Rs-50/- as TOP UP value to enhance my talk value balance through internet banking service of State Bank of India.The amount of Rs-50/- had already been deducted from my Saving account and I got the message from SBI that the was successful "12-May[protected]May-2012) TO TRANSFER MB[protected] BSNL,TOPUP,[protected],BSNL TRANSFER TO[protected] Rs-50.00" but the balance of my connection remained unchanged.
Later I have had requested to the customer care service personnel for several time but some times they asked me to wait for few hours or they denied to take any step as it was not shown in my account.Therefore it is requested to take proper action to update my balance as soon as possible.

    I'M PRATAP FROM PATHAPATNAM USING BSNL BROADBAND. IN PATHAPATNAM BSNL BROADBAND IS FREQUENTLY DISCONNECTING AND SOME TIMES SLOWS DOWN. AND WHEN WE ASK IN LOCAL BSNL OFFICE THEY JUST TELLING WE'LL SEE BUT THE PROBLEM IS REPEATING, SOME TIMES IT IS DISCONNECTING AND RECONNECTING FOR EVERY FIVE MINUTES.

        Sir,
        I'm using a BSNL mobile prepaid connection for the last 6 yrs. As per TRAI's new regulations; we can only send 200 sms per day.
        I'm always using my 200 sms daily quota at full. However, my sms counter is not getting refreshed at night. While I'm sending sms after 12am midnight, it only shows my previous day's sms balance. It's not getting refreshed for the next day. So that I'm unable to sent sms after midnight, if i used my 200 sms quota before 12.

        Sir, i requesting you to do the needful to make the system efficient for the valuable customers of BSNL Mobile.It will be a great help for us. Please look into this.

        i have recharge my mobile no [protected] through bsnl on line recharge topup vai axis bank account the transaction has been done on dt 23/10/2009 but steel iam weating for balance cradit.

            My office phone number 26054325 is also connected to Broadband.
            Since the last 5 days i.e. 7th May 2012, my Land line is getting dead quite frequently.
            As a result, my communications on the broadband also get stopped.
            At times even if Google is loaded, I am unable to reach gmail.
            My plan is Unlimited 1350 which is capable upto 3 mbps. Some thing is seriously wrong.
            Every time on lodging a complaint, the phone works for a short while and again goes dead.

            PLEASE HELP.

              RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
              FROM LAST 1 WEEKS MY BROAD BAND IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ITS SHOWING SOME ERROR AND SOMETIMES LANDLINE PHONE ALSO GIVE PROBLEM. I HAVE FORWARDED MY COMPLAINT TO SERVICE PROVIDER BUT THEY SAID YOUR PHONE LINE HAVE PROBLEM. TILL NOW NO ACTION HAS TAKEN .               as many people can do so it will help to remove useless people from bsnl how don't know how to run a business..just eating our tax money

                I have been debited by BT-ONMOBL for Rs.20/- for every month My mobile No is [protected], even after my deactivation / cancellation, SMS sent to BT-ONMOBL.

                Instead of my repeated cancellation they are debiting me for Rs.20/- per month

                I need this amount is to be refunded to me and also please cancel the subscription with immediate effect.

                  I am a customer of BSNL mobile prepaid since from 7 years .Iwant to submit a complaint that on[protected] at 9:09 pm I got a massage from 55678030 indicate that "Thanks for subscribing Xplore pack from Hyndygo at 9:09 pm for Rs.30 validity till[protected] " But I did not subscribe any such service.Without any information OR any request Rs. 30 is deducted from my balance . I want to get balance as soon as possible.In this case I already forward a complain to BSNL customer care.My complain no. is E11PB33246876.

                      always love tips for girls is getting activated in mobile no. [protected], I have complain also in the month of february again two times Rs 7/ deducted for renewal of love tips for girls. please get it deactivated immediately . it should not be activate further.                         Hi, This is M K Hazra, Jamshedpur. I have BSNL prepaid connection since 2005. I am putting top-up of Rs. 50/- to talk at end of April 2012. BSNL is cutting the money of Rs.30/- on 1st may 2012 without any reason by sending me the message like" your last call value this much amount money". when i am complaining to customer care with complaint no. E02JH31202734 dated 2nd May 2012. BSNL assured that it will be resolve within 48 Hours. but till date it is not solved after reminder on 10.05.2012. so i request you to resolve the above isssue close immediately & stop all unnecessary messages to my mobile no.                           I have made a request for new land line connection in BSNL chennai but they took 2 months to give the connection the order number is [protected] and after installing the connection the line man is asking money for installing a new land line connection and also when ever i make complaint about connection these people are asking money not only here i happens everywhere 2 weeks before my friend took new connection in chrompet he paid 300 rupees for the line man if we don't pay the money they will not come for any kind of complaint if we make. if nobody take action on this BSNL will loose all their land line and broadband customers.

                              Hi, I have been using my BSNL mobile number for the last seven years without any problems. But last two weeks due to some untold circumstances i was not able to use my mobile and was left uncharged. When i tried to start using my mobile last two days before i found the sim got registration failed. When i contacted thecustomer service, the response from the customer serivce was very bad and not satisfactory. They were not answering properly to my question and disconnected my line. As per the BSNL policy a number should get deactivated only after 90 days which was an violation against their policy. Within in two weeks deactivation of my sim resulted in only stress.

                                I have a landline telephone connection from BSNL Rajkot District Telecome. My tele.no. is[protected] since about 10 years. I am paying the bill of this tele.connection in a yearly mode every year. This year also I paid my bill. Since 2 months above, I face the problem in connection with a loudly disturbing noise while dialing a phone. It is very difficult to hear the voice from the caller from other end. The conversation can not be completed clearly. For this problem, I inform BSNL oftenly on a regular basis. But as usual, the complaint is noted, line man came, & went with a remarks that other every this is OK the fault is in CABLE which is not in our working area, we will inform to CABLE department. That's all. Nothing is improved. I try to contact the higher authority but not in success, the given no. call did not attend. Therefore, at last I have no other option except to lodge my complaint through net to customer care to solve the problem. I hope to get the solution for my problem at an early date. Plz.do the needful at the earliest possible.

                                  I have bsnl 3G prepaid connection mob no [protected]. On dated 08/05/12 i have recharged it by Rs. 50. I have never asked you for any value pack services., still Rs 5 is being deducted daily for this. Pl. look into this and arrange to stop this unauthorized deduction & refund the deducted amount as soon as possible.

                                    Hi, My mobile number is [protected]. BSNL Fever Service pack has been activated on my number without my consent (starting from April 2012) and money is being deducted automatically. I HAVE NEVER EVER APPLIED FOR ANY SERVICES EITHER BY SENDING SMS OR CALLING ANY NUMBER. Even after unsubscribing the said service, money is being deducted from my account.

                                    Kindly refund all deductions on this account and unsubscribe the said service.

                                      hi sir this is vikas from bihar today i have recharged my sister's bsnl gsm prepaid no [protected] of Rs 55 through online.but she got a message that your last recharge was unsuccessful but i got transaction id also and the amount was also deducted,pls take necessary actions,i have also contacted to c/care no [protected] the executive named mr vicky told me that he will not do any action since he is from bihar bsnl office and cant solve...

                                      I am trying know what is the procedure to change BSNL 3G data number?? because that number belongs to rajasthan and now I ve been transferred to pune, I am trying to know abt this since four days and you BSNL maniacs are not even receiving calls ?? if i wont get results in 2 days I gonna file a case for sure, and will throw your data card in front o[censored]r one of offices, you sick govt people never match to modern world speed, damn it
