false charges against value pack services

I have bsnl 3G prepaid connection mob no [protected]. On dated 08/05/12 i have recharged it by Rs. 50. I have never asked you for any value pack services., still Rs 5 is being deducted daily for this. Pl. look into this and arrange to stop this unauthorized deduction & refund the deducted amount as soon as possible.

Unauthorized activation of service pack

Hi, My mobile number is [protected]. BSNL Fever Service pack has been activated on my number without my consent (starting from April 2012) and money is being deducted automatically. I HAVE NEVER EVER APPLIED FOR ANY SERVICES EITHER BY SENDING SMS OR CALLING ANY NUMBER. Even after unsubscribing the said service, money is being deducted from my account.

Kindly refund all deductions on this account and unsubscribe the said service.br...

Unauthorized charged by bsnl as they subscribed me without any request

Please unsubscribe Handygo fever offer from My bsnl no. [protected].I didn't request or respond to any call or sms to activate this service. Now bsnl twice did this to me. Without any request they activated this service to my mobile no and unauthorizedly deducted Rs. 8/- on each occassions. Kindly Unsubscribe me from this service.

BSNL FF SERVICE IS NOT DEACTIVATING

MY MOBILE NO [protected] BSNL JHARKHAND CIRCLE

Friends and famili pack is active on my number. I was trying to deactivate it but the customer care no 1503/[protected] none was working.on 7/5/2012 I was able to talk with them and the ex told me to send sms ( FF STOP to 53738) but after sending it is replaying "no pervious record found" .
But 2 rupees balance deducting everyday though I dont want the service.br...

No Customer Service

I am not sure whether some action will be there or not but want to share the worst experience with BSNL in IT hub city Bangalore.

I am living in very good area known as HSR Layout but with some worst services like BSNL. Nobody wants to listen anything in case of complaints and all is in the hands of god.

They are sending bills on time that is perfect but when come to a point service then its a worst service people...

Non-responsive Customer Care

* Customer Care support Is always non-responsive to there work and never picks the call, and neither call center give proper guidence to customer problem.
* We live outside city and any of the products which I'm possessing are of very bad standard such as BSNL Landline and BSNL Broadband. Broadband speeds according to BSNL website should be 1Mbps till 6GB and beyond that...
