Bad service and ignorance on the part of BSNL Kota, Rajasthan

Address:Kota, Rajasthan

The company has the monopoly in internet services in the city and they take undue advantage of it. I am a customer of BSNL broadband for around 7-8 yrs now and have always faced some problem or the other every now and then. I had no other service provider to switch to as only BSNL is the one providing internet services in the city.
My line has some problem due to which i face connectivity issues very often (at least 10 times a day)...

I gave request for new broadband connection from BSNL 8 months back, still they are not providing me the connection......
There are working BSNL landlines in my street , but there are no provision to new connection in the existing junction box. So they told me we'll add new connection ports and then will give me landline connection. Its been 8 months since i gave request and still they didnt increase ports in the junction box...
