Despite my security deposit of Rs.5000/- and refund amount of Rs 2209/77,
BSNL has disconnected phone.I had sent complaints to CMD, BSNL. But no action has been taken to restore.They shows outstandings, But when deducting my refunds, still i have a credit of Rs.502/20 with BSNL and security deposit Rs. 5000/-
If the CMD will not take care then to whome I should make complaint.

We got a BSNL Broadband Connection on 23rd March, 2009 & we got surprised when we got bill of Rs.5645 for the period[protected] to[protected].I request plz check & do the needful.For any inq. plz call [protected].
I am bsnl postpaid cellphone user no.[protected] account no.[protected] .I paid rs.866/- for billing period 5-4-09 to4-5-09, but bsnl send me next month bill by adding this amount and I paid full bill of rs.2016/- .Bill amount should rs.1150/-. After repeated request nobody bsnl authority bothers.

My landline phone no. is[protected]. I had not taken modem at the time of broad band connection. But in bill BSNL is charging Rs.50/- as rental since beginning. I had given many complain in Shaktinagar branch, but no action has been taken till now.
i hav to say that,bsnl patna send me telephone bill which is not used by me.
in the month of october,i was not use my telephone but the bill is worth rs.918,
so,tell me detail of bill,and do sufficient action on it.

I am using the BSNL broadband service since november 2007 with 250 plan which provides 1024 MB of free usage and billing should be done from 12 A.M. of 1st Feb to 11:59 P.M. of 28 Feb 2010 but when i see the usage they had added the usage of 31st January 2010 also due to that my usage roses to 1131 MB instead of 1028 MB which i used in the month of february so i had to pay extra Rs 100 . When I asked the account officer of BSNL Telephone exchange pathankot he said that billing is not neccassarly done from 12 AM of 1st day to 11:59 PM of last day , it depends upon them wheather they take reading on last day or second last day or whenever, so what is the meaning of free usage . I was left with nearly 300 MB on 31st of January 2010 so i thought to use that and i used nearly 100 MB that day but instead of adding that bill in january 2010 they added it to february 2010 so i had to pay extra Rs 100 if i would have used 300 MB then i would have payed Rs 300 . So there must be some rule for the billing.

I live in hyderabad.one year ago i transferred my bsnl broadband connection[protected] from moosapet to maheshnagar. After transferring the connection they told that broadband is not available in that area.But iam getting monthly bills for broadband connection and when i contact accounts officer he told that he can see my broadband is active in the acount and can't do any thing. Then i contacted the local bsnl office and submitted the application to stop the billing for my non existing BB connection. But i did not get response instead they sent a legal notice saying that they will take action if i don't pay my bill with in 15 days.

what a worst kind of strategy they follow.Can i file a case against them ?

sir i have broadband connection with phone no.[protected] ..its showing in my portal id that i have 599 combo plan.. but i got bill accrodingto 500c plan!! since 4 moths!! ok if my plan is 500c then i should must have night free usage but that i am not getting!!

I have BSNL Broad band connection with the telephone Number[protected]. I have signup with the BSNL games which has the one month trail period. Since i am not satisfied with that, i have requested for UnSubscription From BSNL Games. But BSNL is keep sending Rs.200/- additional amount for Games plan.I have called customer care number at[protected], customer cared executive is too rude and give reckless answers. She is scolding line any thing and asking me to disconnect the service.

I have receive the following e-mail message after UnSubscription From BSNL Games plan:-

Dear 27610372,
We have logged your request for unsubscription from GoD Service and your Games on Demand account has been closed.
Our Team will get in touch with you with in 48 hours of working days to know why you have unsubscribed from the service.
Please coordinate and this will help us to improve the service.

With due respect I want to say that I, GUNJAN SHARMA,have booked a new landline connection with BROADBAND on 21/10/2010 with PAYMENT of RS. 1125(RS.500+RS 625PLAN) on DN ID [protected]. And I also have paid RS.1800 for MODEM TYPE IINO. Allotted AS AGR 10401MD2 and [protected] on telephone No.[protected]……which was from wrong exchange …..and then after continuous personal enquiry and launching complaint online I got my new no. ie [protected] from the respected exchange….activated on 08/12/2010.

And now in the bill for the month of June I was added with the rental charge for modem which I have already purchased (details are given above).When I went for my query to AO computers Mr. Mittal, he said he will file a report to Chandigarh and asked me to inquire after one week. When after one week I went to enquire about the response to my complaint, he totally refused if he ever met me.

After giving details of my previous visit he admitted he has not filed the complaint yet and then only in my presence he filed my complaint no.260793 on 8/8/11 and asked me to inquire after one week. On visiting him on 16/8/11, I got the response that it is now matter to see by Chandigarh office…..they are helpless…
Therefore I finally want to know about the proceeding of my complaint and kindly solve my problem
( As on 07/08/11 ..I got the bill [protected] for the month of July with added rental of my modem)
With payment of my surcharge paid with the bill for the month of June.

DISCREPANCY IN BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION BILL NUMBER[protected]

1. I had subscribed to your bsnl broadband connection with customer ID[protected] under the “Army combo plan” through BSNL, Bomdila, Arunachal Pradesh office in the month of Jun 2014.

2. While applying for the same in the month of Jun 2014, I was assured that under the said plan the monthly bill amount will be fixed to Rs 750/- with unlimited download.

3. However, when I received the bill number[protected] dated 10 Aug 2014, I found that in the bill covering the period from 01 Jul 2014 to 31 Jul 2014, I have been charged with an amount of Rs 18897.16/-.

4. Whereas, in the initial form while applying for the connection, I had clearly applied for Army combo plan. However, the break up of the bill also mentions “General FMC 70 Rural” plan, which in contradiction what I had applied for.

5. You are requested to scrutinise the bill and if found legible revise the said bill. I am attaching a copy of the bills herewith.

6. Such a discrepancy is causing unwanted harassment to me (a govt servant) who is posted to a remote area in Arunachal Pradesh.

    Dear Sir,


    Sub: BB connected. But could not access any page due technical problems in
    Your exchange

    Ref: -BB Given on BSNL Land line 2393018.


    You would recollect the pain I had to face to get a BB connection from BSNL Kudamaloor Exchange. In this connection I have contacted you over phone/mobile several times for days and weeks together. I have given the application on 21st February, 2012. Initially you claimed that the application was not received by you from gandhinagar exchange. At the same time Gandhinagar exchange confirmed that the application has already been forwarded to your office in time. Later on enquiry you reported that since some technical works are in progress at Kottayam exchange it will be delayed for another week. Finally after running from all the pillar to post you granted a connection on 13th April, 2012. That too on the same modem which you said is faulty.

    But till date I have not been able to open a single site yet due to the technical problem in your exchange. I have contacted Kottayam BB Customer Care centre NIB section and gave my old modem as well as the new modem. But both the modems don’t work in my house connection. The NIB has informed me that there are three problems existing in the exchange for which I am not able to access the internet. 1. Port Complaint, 2. Current leakage, 3. Cable fault. Unless these problems are corrected I won’t be able to access the internet on my connection.

    Though you say that my old modem is not working I can show you the same modem working perfectly well with any other connection. Even the new modem does work on my connection.

    Though the connection was given on 13th April I was not able to open even a single site on my connection. By 15thMay 2012, my first bill (rent-Rs.250/-) will be raised without opening a single site. I have already appealed to the Commercial Officer to abstain from charging any rent for my BB for the month of April since I could not access the internet from my connection.



    Under these circumstances, I appeal to you to look into the technical problems behind this and connect the error at your end without any delay anymore.

        i was paying 900 rs for bsnl wimax from january onwards... without notification they decreased the bandwidth 1/4 times and now speed is very very slow and money is same... disappointed.. i called them so many ties to check the speed...they say they will come to check but they never ever come.. now i have no option left rather than to cut my connection
        Trully agree, without any notification and in last week of month they simply decreased speed of wimax! trully and dissapointing, BSNL again proved with a reason to be WORST in india, and poor narrow minded officers are with are BIG ZERO in deciding policies!
        i am also trapped because of this. at first i got 2 mbps . but that time they told me that they will reduce the speed to 1 mbps . after some weeks they reduced to 1 mbps . on april . i payed for 1 year .morethan 9000 rupees. now they reduced speed to 512 kbps without any Info . totally disappointed with this. no way infront of me...

              A BSNL street pole in front of my house no-334, sec-3, upper gadi garh, jammu pin-181101 is placed in my property and is damaged by some heavy vehicles and is now effecting my property.This heavily leaning street pole must be removed immediately befoe any harm is caused to life and property.

                In fact I am not aware as to what Rubaru Service is about.
                On sending STOP message to 155223 to stop the service, not effected.

                Please arrange to discontinue Rubaru Service and save my Rs.10 per week, which is very precious at times.

                    I AM USING 3G SIM CARD ONLY FOR COMPUTER APPLICATION SINCE SAME IS ACQUIRED. TIME TO TIME I GET DATA RECHARGED.
                    BUT BULK DEDUCTION OF CHARGES TWICE FROM MY MAIN BALANCE IS NOT UNDERSTOOD.
                    I DONOT KNOW HOW TO AVOID SUCH DEDUCTION.WHEN APPROCHED PESSONALLY COULD NOT GET ANY EXPLANATION.

                      Sir,
                      I have applied for a BB connection on February 21st,2012. After so many days of toiling to get the connection I got the connection on 13th April 2012. But I could not even just open a single site yet.

                      On complainning to the JTO, he replied that the moderm is faulty and has to be replaced. I took the moderm to the BSNL NIB section at Kottayam and checked and they certified that the moderm has no problem. In addition to that I got another 10 working modems which I tried on my connection and none of them responded.

                      From the BB customer care department at Kottayam NIB informed me that there are three problem existing in the Kudamaloor exchange. 1. Port complaint, 2. power leakage, 3 cable fault. Unless these are rectified I would not be able to visit any site. But the JTO Kudamaloor Exchange is taking it very cool and does not do anything on this front. Now after one month my first bill will come without opening a single site.

                      Hence I request you to speed up the correction of the faults and then only charge the bills. My details are given below.

                        My mobile number [protected] is receiving a message from No.+55888015 that "Thanks for using our Chat Messenger. Your Service has been renewed for next 30 days. Rs.15 charged." Now I want to deactivate or unsubscribe the said Chat Messenger Service, and my amount is deducting every month since 3 or 4 months. Help me in this regard and get deactivate or unsubscribe the above said service.
                        sir , i have booked a complaint regarding deactivation of chat messenger of my mobile no:[protected], but so far no action has taken, even they have not told how to deactivate it.same problem is facing by so many customers but no body is caring our complaints. we are annoyed by the service of bsnl.

                          My land line phone no is[protected]. The phone is dead around for 3-4 months. I made a complain with docket no- [protected] dtd. 22.02.2012.
                          Till date no action has been taken by BSNL authority even after repeated persuasion over phone and physically at Bidhangarh tele ph-exchange, kol-66. and head office too.

                          My humble request to take the corrective measure at earliest because my mother ailment & staying alone in the house & fully dependent on land phone.

                          Not only these, on regular basis my land line ph goes dead if you go through the track record of BSNL particularly for the ex-change as mentioned above.

                            Bangalore BSNL landline users had an excellent facility to ascertain their phone meter reading 24x7 - an IVR service by calling up 1679. Evidently BT (not British Telecom) could not spare a line & got one of its minions to respond to calls from subscribers - strictly on weekdays & within working hours. Why discard an excellent system & fall back on a tired churlish live response system? Only another minion somewhat higher up the pecking order can explain.

                            Broadband: BSNL's has been the best broadband service - pricewise & in terms of reliability. But let the port that serves your connection at the exchange develop faults & you are in trouble. It'd be months before they trace & set right the problem.

                            Modems are never available & The Minions' advice is "buy your own". That would be the only option if you don't have a more competitive ISP serving your area. The newest ISP in my area offerst a fibre-to-desk service at a more competitive rate - with no installation cost if 3 months' subscription is paid in advance.

                            And then the antiquated phone instruments. Only BSNL still issues instruments without messaging or caller ID displays. The few such instruments that are available are handed out to those favoured by The Minions.

                            No longer makes sense to stay with this PSU service anymore.

Usually BSNL broadband connection workds hardly 3 to 4 days in a week. Most of the time it will be down. But every month i am paying 836 rupees as rental.                               The company has the monopoly in internet services in the city and they take undue advantage of it. I am a customer of BSNL broadband for around 7-8 yrs now and have always faced some problem or the other every now and then. I had no other service provider to switch to as only BSNL is the one providing internet services in the city.
                              My line has some problem due to which i face connectivity issues very often (at least 10 times a day) and even after repeated calls to the broadband complaint helpline (1504) they are not resolving my issue. I keep on calling the help line and even after a waiting of 10-15 mins my call is not being answered forget about lodging a complaint and doing something about it. I am a premium customer and have a plan of rental Rs. 950 which is the highest among all the plans being offered. Still the services are far from being up to the mark. Please look into it and do the needful.

                              BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — ignorance

                              adsl is infrequent. attitude of bsnl officials is poor ignorant disappointing nonhelping and misbehaving here in kanpur .

                              It is significant degradation of BSNL service, subsquently major switch over from BSNL to private cellular companies of the customers. It is because of poor service and customer care. It is like do it yourself or die.
                              I ave not been receiving message alerts from icici bank after 01 09 2009, where as icici bank has confirmed that the massege have been sent and ack are available with them.. kindly investigate and intimate of of the lapse on the part of BSNL.

                              BSNL — Taking advantage of ignorance of beginner.

                              As a beginner of BSNL Broadband user, I am used by BSNL by not providing the required information i.e. my Portal Id in time. That sir, obviously, in order to start BB use economically, I chosed Plan of H-250 in the beginning from the month of May2010. I tried to view my usage bill through net, but all in vain. Whenever i phoned customer care, i was told to visit the local exchange. The person in charge of local exchange gave me the data of my email id whenever i asked. I was given my portal id only after one and half months of my BB subscription. Had i been given my Portal ID in time, i could have seen my daily BB usage and could have changed the BB plan in time.i was stunned when i saw my bill through net using portal id. Then i changed my plan to 750.
                              Now, two months i.e. May and June 2010 usage bill is given about Rs10000/-.
                              Who is accountable for this? What should i do now? Pliz help me.

                                i have raised a complaint about modem broadband services disconnected, since 3rd sep. 2012. after repeated phone calls to DE, AE through the helpline number 1504, i got the same rectified on the 25th sept.

                                i had accordingly requested the officers to note the down time of the modem and arrange to me accordingly. to my surprise they had not taken note of it and billed me as usual without waiving.

                                    The telephones in Sheokuti area, ALLAHABAD are dead since[protected]. I have booked complaint for my phone[protected] on Complaint booking telephone No. 198 on[protected]and complaint number is given 1953353 but no action is taken till date. We tried to contact concerned DGM Mr. Shyam Babu at his No.[protected] but no body is attending phone. On personal contact to different BSNL offices, neither we got satisfactory asnwer nor the telephones are repaired. We have been put in hardship.
