Hi,

I am a post paid costumer of BSNL (UP-west), on dated 7th March I had activated a hello tune from BSNL website and had received a confirmation SMS on the same date that I have been charges Rs42/- (Rs12 + Rs30). On dated 8th March I call the customer care Mr Sachin and was informed that the service will be activated within 48 hrs. On dated 9th March I again call the Customer care and fortunately Mr Sachin was on line and I was informed that 48hrs (mean 7days with 8hrs working a day) the response was very rude, again on the next day I again call the Customer care to know the update and I was informed that the software up gradation is in process and was suggested to call back in next 4hrs. After 5hrs I again call the customer care & I was informed the same but the response was very rude.

On dated 12th March, I received a call from BSNL customer care at 4-5pm and I was informed that the call tune will be activated in 24 hrs and again Rs42/- has to be deducted from my account, so looking at the confidence my response was Yes go ahead but I need the caller tune. On 13th March again when I call the customer care why the service is not activated after deducting the amount for 2nd time, again the same response I received from the customer care that the software in on up gradation.

I discussed with the customer care to book a complain against it but I was inform that before 7days, I am not eligible to file a complain and my complain was not consider.

Kindly help me to get the service activated, rather being exploited from the customer care service provider.

I PURCAHSED the hello tune of zara_sa-zannat dtd 02july 2008 on mob.no.[protected] n received a sms that ur tune will be activated within 24hrs but after 24 hrs when i checked my caller tune i found bsnl default tone .when i asked abt this from customer care executive they used unlawful words and humiliated unlawfully when i warn abt consumer forum complain he used unlawful words and said go n proceed towards consumer forum complain today only n his behavior wasnot good .this insidence happend at 07:10pm dtd 03 july 2008 on mob.no.[protected].due to this behavior i was mentally harrased and insulted.so i found it better to go for consumerforum for this humiliation and insult .i expect the protection of consumer rights from ur side .so that it will be a good awreness in this direction .
for this i will be thankful to you.

    I have received an SMS "Dear Customer, Your Hot Videos pack would be renewed on 15/03/12 ! Rs.30 for 30 days To unsubscribe....." I never applied for such package. Please stop such unauthorised subscription. Earlier also I have remembered BSNL not to make such subscription or otherwise I have no option except to knock the door of legal authorities. Further, please note that I am not interested to waste time to reply BSNL against each and every SMS like this.

    I am a BSNL postpaid member (FirstFocus BPO services (India) Pvt Limited) mobile No. is [protected]

    I received a message from 57776 stating I have shown interest in nexGTv on 25-10-11 and since then an amount of Rs.99 is being recovered from every month bill and is being renewed automatically I never subscribed for this nexGTv gold pack as was said in the sms of[protected]. I have complained several times to customer care for cancelling this services with immediate effect, but it is in vain no action is taken as of now. I received message frp, 1909 stating your CPR URN is [protected], pl save this for further ref. your request gets activated after a week. Further on repeated complaints, I received a message from BX-CCARE stating thank you for calling BSNL wireless call center, your docket no.is L28KA1135598 for complaint booked at our call center on Dec 28-2011 at 9.53. I became fed up with BSNL for inaction on my complaints. I once again request through this message, please De-activate the nexGtvf Gold Pack subscription with immediate effect, other wise I have no other option except to surrender and get disconnected my post paid service from next month onwards.

      I have a telephone connection with BB and the no.[protected]. The underground cables has to cross the pipe line road and now there will the repair and taring of the mentioned road. The underground cables are now exposed and there is every chance it will be broken. The matter was informed in BSNL office, Mannuthy about a week back and no action was taken to dig the road in sufficient depth and secure the cable. Necessary action may be taken to put the cable in a secured position.

        Dear Sir,

        Inspite of repeated reminders and Notice from Advocate neither they have repaired the telephone nor any reply is received, so for though more than 660 days have passed.

        They have also not repaired the cable, which was damaged by Sewer Ling Digging.

        Advance rent of telephone was paid upto[protected].

        Without cable, they have issued telephone bills. One trip expenditure of Auto Rickshaw charges Rs.250/- and 14 reminders have been given to The General Manger, BSNL Main Office, The Mall, Kanpur and my area office The S.D.O.-II, Shyam Nagar, Kanpur.

        Please help me.

          Our land line telephone number[protected] & was subscribed in my mother's name V.RAJALAKSHMI, 93, SOUTH PERUMAL MISTRY STREET, MADURAI 625001. The above landline telephone was surrendered with BSNL East, Madurai on 31.05.2010.

          Despite repeated written complaints with BSNL, Bibikulam Office at Madurai, the deposit refund was not made till date.

            I have been using BSNL for last 20 years but since last two months BSNL is levying an additional charge of RS 150 for this BSNL hungama music on demand service without my approval nor consent. My telephone number is[protected]. I would request BSNL to reverse these charges and to immediately remove this service or else I will be forced to move the consumer court for this purpose.

                My telephone number is[protected] which comes under Ghatkesar telephone exchange R.R.Dist my request is that since the installation till today i have not recieved the bill, and it is causing huge inconvenience to me while paying the bill, and i went so many times to tel. ecxchange GHATKESAR regarding slow broadband and not recieving the bill they are not responding .

                I took BSNL broadband connection in January 2009. Everything was fine till July. In July My plan was Home-500C. But when I eceived August bill it was billed for Home-UL750+ plan. When I asked in Commercial Office in Swathi complex in Sheshadripuram, Bangalore they said u have requested for change of plan on 4th August. But I had not requested and when I asked to show the proof of request, nothing was available and they said you will receive new ammended bill for both August and september. But till now no update on it.
                Please look into this issue ASAP.

                I applied for broadband (unlimited) in july 2009 and finally got it in september but i paid the bill frm july/august itself because the personnel in charge seemed to be too busy to listen to my complaint.Since then I have been paying the bill every month without fail. But since the last 2-3 months i have paid been asked to pay extra on the pretext that some of last year's bills were not cleared.                 "realy bsnl employees are working very hard" thats the other thing that they work hard to increase problems for thier customers and not to solve their problems. i have landline connection of bsnl and the number is [protected]. i have paid all the bills on time but few days before i got the bill of invoice period 01/08/2010 to 31/08/2010, & i shocked to see the bill bcoz in this bill the previous bill which i had already paid was added. luckily i have the reciept of bill payment. after that i tried too much to contact customer care but all the time they did not give any good response some time says that the system is on updation and sometime says that we cant hear u clearly and there was no solution to my problem.on the second hand if we go directly to the telephone exchange ( Naloyian chowk hoshiarpur ) the employee on there are never going to give u any satisfactory information and make you walk from one employee to another. so know i am confused and helpless so plz help me in this matter.this is very small thing for the bsnl employees to do these mistakes but the customers have to suffer too much to correct these small mistakes.plz help me .....................

                hi i m bsnl consumer and my landlin no is[protected].bsnl has sent me a huge amount on account of cross the limit of bsnl broadband but i m using ULD plan rs 550.my bill should be waived off.
                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I am a broadband user of BSNL Monthly Plan of BBG-FN-HOME 500 which included 2AM-8AM Free download, but the July's bill which I received today (12/8/14) had the amount of a shocking Rs10591.31, ten times the usual amount. More to my surprise my plan was changed to BBG-CNT-500, which when checked included no free download time and was applied on 1st July.

                I received no notification of any kind of this apparent change, I cannot check my usage daily as the Usage Portal does not open, I have complained about it many times to 1504. I have complained about the bill to 1504, where I was referred to Office which deals with Billing the number given was[protected]. When I contacted them they referred me to Cross Roads exchange, where the person who I should've contacted was absent. Therefore to register my complaint I was forwarded twice with no success.

                  I have surrender my Land Line Tele Phone :[protected], on 08.02.12 but till date BSNL try to convenes stay with them and they do not Off my Tel. Phone service till date , but I am not interested due to their past poor service, as per BSNL Office the line will be off very shortly & they will remove Tel. line & set with in one week and then I can claim my Deposit Money, but I find they are not doing any thing after one month so & I am unable to claim by Deposit Money.

                  I unable to under stand when I was continuning service they do not provide any proper service after so much complain- but after surrender they do not take proper action to get my refund also - what kind of service they are provideing ? Only Bill Payment required for them without proper service ?

                  Please Help us to get relief from this kind of company - those are not doing anything.

                      Bsnl Prepaid Recharge — recharge for Rs.13/-

                      Dear Sir,
                      Yesterday (25.11.2011) I have recharge my mobile no. [protected] of BSNL through www.rechargeitnow.com of Rs.13/- for local and STD message @0.05 paise for 30 days (studied from BSNL website) but I didn't get this facility till now. please suggest how can i can get back Rs.13/-.

                        BSNL — Internet is not connected

                        I am trying to connect to internet through mobile using 99 plan.
                        i am having balance above 50 and APN i am using is (gprseast.cellone.in).
                        but every time i am trying to connect it says service not available or link not available.
                        Please help me to get rid of this.

                        BSNL — Dead Landline and no internet connection

                        Hi,
                        My parent's landline number is 25312549 is dead for two weeks. THey have reported this in ocal telephone exchange but there is no response from their side. Also internet connection is also dead. Please do the needful.

                          I purchase a bsnl sim No. [protected] on dated 26 August 2011 from BSNL Commercial office Kurukshetra. I regularly use this no. But on date 7 March 2012 My sim No. was rejected and my number is use an Unknown person without my knowledge. He doing this no. portability on Vodafone network without my Id proof and without my knowledge. And this time I m very helpless and afraid… pls give me more suggestion about my no. and must find the Unknown person who take my sim no. by duplicate documents..

                            Few months ago I got very high bills first Rs. 2900/- approximately and the Rs. 7000/- approximately. I went to BSNL office and was told that I had sent SMS about 2-3 years ago to start 3G services. Since my usage was not there earlier I didnt get high bills. They showed my usage summary (I have not used as using 1.5 -2 GB on cellphone is rather difficult Nokia C6) I pad the same and gave application to discontinue 3G and confirmed the same 3 days later. 3 month went by properly i.e. Rs. 1200/- odd bills & now this month they show usage of 3.2 GB and have sent a bill of Rs. 8000/- approx.
                            I dont have such heavy usgae of the net. Even my broadband connections seldom exceed 1 GB usage.
                            Please tell me how to sort out this matter.

                              My phone number is[protected]. I have taken Plan-1200 for which I had to give Rs.1200/- as rental of the phone for a year. As a result, almost evry time phone bill is zero rupees or less than 100. However, during last five or six months my land line is not working in a regular interval. Although I have submitted all the bill provided by the service provider but in every time my phone is disconnected due to non payment of bill. Then, when I called them or went to their office with document, phone line is connected again.
                              Now since last 20 days, my phone is not working due to the same reason. There is no incoming and out going. I called them repeatadely but they are saying that I have to go their office with the doucument that the last bill is paid . When I told them that in every time it is not possible to go their office. Because, I am servicing at Durgapur and my family is staying here at Nabadwip in a rented house. So I have to cancell my land line. Then, one officer remarked that the company is running under loss due to the customer like you. This is not only the problem for me, the same problem is faced by all Nabadwip customer. What I can do now.

                              BSNL Bangalore — Phone is dead at regular intervals

                              My BSNL phone[protected] is dead at regular intervals.I keep calling exchange ,their DE etc. and most of they will pick up a call or if they will pick up they will speak rudely and disconnect without giving any concrete reason.If the phone is dead so many times why I should be paying the whole rental for the Month?Many a times I have put my complaint on thier internet site and till date I have not received a single respone.Lousy organisation with lousy people and lousty system!!!
                              Hi I totally understand how u feel, as i have experienced the same scenario, in the past month my telephone was dead for most of the time, i can remember that my telephone was fine for 5 days as it was a brand new instalation, i guess there is no one really bothered of customer service, thats why people prefer a private firm over BSNL.

                                I am facing below problems when I try to pay the bill online on the website - http://portal.bsnl.in/portal/aspxfiles/login.aspx.

                                1. It says "No outstanding bill"

                                2. When I try to register, it asks for account no. As per the directions provided by website, account no is present in the bill.. But the bill doesnot have any account no.
                                It has consumer no, landline no, bill number. But there is no account no. Hence I am not able to register.

                                4. Does BSNL have any customer care service? Atleast there is no 24*7 helpline number mentioned on website.

                                BSNL Landline-BroadBand — Faulty Service

                                Hi,
                                My telephone number is[protected] which was installed in last December. I also applied for a BB connection which after much delay was installed. But from the day one it hasn't operated satisfactorily. Most of the time the Link line keeps on blinking and when a number is dialled from telephone it stops for some time and then again start blinking. I have complaint repeatedly with result that the MoDem has been changed once but with no effect. Voice quality is also very bad and currently the phone is out of order. Have repeatedly complaint but no effect net result is the same. Can somebody please look into it?

                                  I myself K. Ramani, bearing BSNL landline No. 2421283, Customer ID:- [protected] residing at Gopal Krupa, Gr.Flr.4, Patilwadi, Pendse Nagar, V.P. Road, Dombivli(East), Thane Dist., hereby regret to inform you that for the past 1 1/2 months outgoing calls have been barred inspite making payment of Rs. 3,809/- through Andhra Bank ECS system dt. 28/01/2012. Morever, I would like to know the details regarding the A/c. Balance amount being mentioned in the Bill statement which gets accumulated every time the bill is generated.

                                  Hence, request you to look into the aforesaid matter asap & restore the outgoing calls that has been barred.

Lakshmi Narayanan, I have paid an amount of Rs.55/- on 5th March 2012 through Karnataka bank internet banking for recharging my BSNL mobile phone bearing No.[protected] and I have made another attempt and paid an amount of Rs.55/- on 6th March thro' the same bank to the same number and my account has been debited with Rs.110- but alas they have not yet recharged my phone. Sir, would you kindly look into the matter and make necessary arrangements to settle the issue viz. either recharge the phone for Rs.110/- or the refund the amount to my account.

                                      Respected Sir/Madam,
                                      My problem is not solved till now. All ready 5 days over . I want to when my problem will be solved. Till now debited amount of Rs 320 is not credited to my account. I think corruption play a major role for which debited amount is not credited to my account. I have mention my sbi acc no on 1st march 2012. I want to know why debited amount is not credited to my account. This incident really bothers me. I ant your attention on following mobile related problem. It was not my fault for which Rs 320 was debited from me. I asked the retailer to credited the debited amount. But he is not ready to listen. I hope my problem will be solved within limited period of time. Please reply back to my message or you may call me in this number [protected]. I am 100 % sure recharge was successful . The owner has shown me mobile recharge successful status. I don't to know whom to complain regarding mobile related problem? This incident really hurts me. Vodofone is always creating problem. Then are many other complain regarding vodafone..

                                        when I call to customer care , they said that you received a call from bsnl and subscribe the service.
                                        But I DID not received any call from bsnl and this service was not activated from myside.
                                        Please help me to get this amount refund from bsnl.Please investigate into this as this is ridiculous things done to us.
