I am Raju, I like to share my worst feedback about BSNL telecommunication.

1) Yesterday (1-Feb-2012) night around 7:56 PM I got missed call from [protected] this number.

2 ) I was called at 7:57 PM on 1st Feb 2012 for the same number [protected].

3) When I was called that number call get attended from there end but nobody talked and I disconnected the call.

Dear sir/madam, This is sureshbabu from rajahmundry.AP. Sir I submitted the documents for MNP from BSNL to DOCOMO as on dated[protected]. My number is [protected] UPC is BA853362. Irecieved a message from docomo i.e Your request for MNP is regestered successfully.5571649 on[protected]. I was cslled to Docomo custmer care and Bsnl care muchmore times. They said everyday to me wait 24 hours. So still date Iam waiting for MNP but not activate...

An advertisement was aired on my mobile on December 29, 2011 at about 15:33:01 about Mobile Radio and I was played a list of songs. I was asked to press a certain button to listen to a particular song. I responded as I was directed above, to which I was again asked to press a certain button to confirm the subscription to Mobile Radio. My BSNL prepaid mobile [protected] has been charged rupees 7 every week (i.e. 28/month), with prior notification, on renewal of subscription to Radio Mirchi constantly since my SIM was activated. It writes as "to unsubscribe, dial 59830". But when dialed the computer says as such number does not exist. Help me unsubscribe the same and stop the deduction as such radio service does not work(exist/active) at our locality....

MY BROADBAND INTERNET CABLE WAS DAMAGED AND CUT OFF DUE TO THE UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE WORK ON 05.01.2012. INSPITE OF MY SO MANY REPEATED REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS WITH THE RESPECTIVE AE[protected], JTO[protected] AND DE[protected] NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN SO FAR FOR THE LAST 25 DAYS. MOST OF THE TIMES THE AUTHORITIES DO NOT ATTEND TO THE CALLS FROM THE CUSTOMERS.

SINCE THERE HAS BEEN NO CABLE CONNECTION, I HAVE BEEN DEPRIVED...

Inspite of several request for unsubscribing the wap service from"55678 wap servies provider" from my mobile no. [protected] since more than 6 month, the amount Rs. 8 per week is deducted.Even I complained to customer care no action is taken.

I am a yearly subscriber of BSNL Broad band (COMBO 500) with telephone connection[protected] providing free 175 local calls. But for the last two years the instrument provided by BSNL is defective and this has been confirmed by attending technicians at various times. 1. I have been a subscriber to BSNL Post Paid for last 7-8 years. I have had immaculate payments and only got average service from you to date.

On 01.09.2011 I closed my land line telephone no. 265448 to SDO Office, Udaipur south tripura. Thereafter, I have submitted an application on 08.11.2011 at SDO office, Udaipur for refund of my Telephone security
money. But, till date not received any security money nor received any information from the BSNL Agartala office authority. Please look into the matter. Thanks....

Dear Team,
I am using BSNL broadband from Nov'2010 but unfurtunately from last 3 months I am facing broadband and landline out of order ie, 10 to 15 days in a month and there is no waiver from BSNL side. Currently from 1st Jan'2012 broadband and land line is completely out of order and for this I have logged 2 complaint no ie, [protected] & [protected]...

I have applied for mobilenumber portabilty from bsnl to tata docomo two months ago but still it has not done. I do request to the authorities who are reading this complaint that please look into this matter as soon as possible as i have a very good experience with bsnl services. sir, my broadband is not working from past 45days and i have done complaint so many times,when ever i call them for complaint they say that they gonna see the fault. but no action is taken,they say that they have forward the complaint to the SDO of my locality.. sir, the SDO of my locality does not take any action,when ever i call him he does not receive the call nor he look for the fault. i am really very much pissed of their services.....
