I have made complaint about my Land line number [protected], which is not working from, 06th Feb 2012. I registered my first complaint on 06th Feb 2012 (Document No:[protected]) , second complaint made on 09th Feb 2012 (Document No:[protected]), Third complaint made on 10th Feb 2012 (Document no:[protected]), Forth complaint made on 12th Feb 2012 (Document no:[protected]) and final and fifth complaint on 13th Feb 2012 (Document No:[protected]) through 1500 customer care service, but when ever i made a complaint with in 12 hours time i'm getting a sms stating that " Your complaint has been closed". Employees from BSNL are not even attending the problem ,without our confirmation, that complaint is being closed by the people. without visiting the location, they are writing a remark"Door Lock".

I request E-Consumer forum people to help me out in this regard, and requesting you to instruct the BSNL department to not send any bills for this phone problem period.

    i had done an easy onle Top up recharge of Rs.220 on dated 06.02.2012 at 11.34 PM through online SBI banking Ref.No.IG90851835 in the mobile. No.[protected] but the same has not been done and Rs.220 has been deducted from my account. hence you are requested to credit in my account at an early adte. Thanks.

      Sir,

      Iam a state Government Employee. Call Rate of My BSNL Cell Phone (Pre-paid) was 49 Paises & 59 Paises to BSNL & Others respectively. Since last few days it is charging Re.1.00 to BSNL and Re.1.20 per minitue to other phones. I have several times recharged by Rs.3/- for decreasing the call rate and thereafter approched Customer Care of BSNL. In response to my query I have been informed by Customer Care of BSNL that the rate is 49 Paise to BSNL and Paise 59 to Other Phones but I am sorry to state that the call rate is Re.1 & Re.1.20 till today. How I can decreas the Call Rate as of earlier.This matter has been conveyed to BSNL Customer Care several times but the result is the same. Under the curcumstances I have no option except to remove the SIM and obtain a new SIM BSNL or Other. The difficulty is that the number has been given to department concerned and so many others.

      I used dual sim mobile.From that one sim is from bsnl.due to some problem my all received, dialed, missed call and sms deleted.i have some important contact which i was not saved at that time.i need all these last 10 numbers.I will be obliged to you.

        I have a bsnl prepaid mobile no [protected].I want to unsubscribe the LOVE SMS Service provided by BV-OVRSEA.As there is no number available so i can not even send the the SMS that UNSUB LOVE to unsubscribe.I have already lost 30 rupees twice in jan 2011,I have recived a message on 11feb 2012 from the same BV-OVRSEA SMS center that my subscription for LOVE sms service will be renued after 2 days .Send UNSUB SLOV to unsubscribe.
        i send MESSAGE for UNSUB SLOV TO unsubscribe. BUT DIDN'T STOP SERVICE

        I have BSNL postpaid line in my mobile no (+91)[protected].Although i have not asked any service from/under BV-OVRSEA, but they are illegally charging rates from my given number, e.g. by stating-"Rs.15 Charged.Thanx for usingour joke Service.Your service has been renewed.".Similar language with respect to "Chat Messanger"Also with message like-"Promela 23yrs:Hi, wats up...reply krne ke lie Send chat anamika to 55888".
        I want to stop all these nonsence services.Please give me clear feed back to get rid from these sort of services, for which i have been forcedly charged - Thanking you, R.N.Mukhopadhaya

            We have a broad band connection under ULD900 plan which is supposed to be upto 4Mbps speed. But till date the speed has not improved more than 1.5Mbps. Why is it so?
            I tried with the exchange regarding this issue and they seem to be highly courteous and obliging but could not help in this issue.

            When I tried 1504 around 12:30 today the executive said that there was a problem throughout tamilnadu and will be rectified in 30 mins. But till 15:30 nothing happened. Again when I called 1504 they said that your complaint will be attended in 24 hrs like an IVR system.

            Kindly do the needful.

            My Telephone no is 2247 8883 the same is not working for last 4 days also i have given compliant for the same.
            But no one is attend the problem till date.

            Please do the needful immediately.
            My landline 24716588 broadband not working past 15 days. I have given so may compliants and no response so far. Kindly do the needful immediately without further delay.
            My Telephone No 26184008 broadband some time not working .modam conection suddenly discontinue the internet light.
            modam switch oning after 15 min back displaying modam dsl light and internet light.iam already complaint lodged.

              I had lodged a complaint on 31st December, 2011 as I was
              facing broadband modem link failure problem. But, no actions have been
              taken till now and I am having the same problem now. I cannot make another
              complaint since the last complaint is open till now. My broadband modem
              link starts blinking after 5 to 10 minutes on an average and broadband
              connection gets disconnected after link failure.

                I am using the Landline which is enrolled Internet numbered as[protected]. The actual speed while I purchase, they told 100Mb/Sec. But Now I got only 4 KB/ sec. My location is Rasipuram, Namakkal, 637 408. -Dr K Nachimuthu

                BSNL Broadband — Connectivity + Speed

                I have no connectivity from two days. When I Am complaining to BSNL Office Kotdwara there is no responce + Wheneevre connectivity is here speed is no geniun. I have taken Unlimited 256 kbps & appers only 140 kbps speed. I have a problem with my clients.

                I always face the probem to see the broad band usage accounts after some time even code the exact portal ID code and password by me
                The speed is very slow and the server is not connected with the web page and also not able to see the the broadband usage even code the exact portal id and password
                Dear Sir, Pls check is there any other downloads are running like torrent, adobe, windows update etc.. It seems your values are checked in torrent or IDM download. Please check speed through BSNL site (www.dataone.in) or www.speedtest.net. 1Mbps = 1028 Kbps = 128.5 KBps. Pls mention your plan and its rated speed.

                  With deeply regretted, I would like to inform you that I have not activated Chatting massage, rather than Rs. 3 has been deducted from my mobile no. [protected] which is not desire. Such type of malpractices, I have gave up BSNL mobile no. [protected]. This is highly objectionable.

                  I think BSNL has found best way to collect black money to fulfill their staff grievance and salary. If BSNL will adopt such type of wrong path, there is no longer time to diminished.

                  Therefore, I request you to please inquiry my case and refund my amount which has been deducted from my account and stop this SMS service.

                    This is Ramesh, I am a new user to BSNL Broad Band, I got a connection with speed of 4MBPs. But from the date of getting connection, apprx one month. I am not getting even 2 mbps. I am able to get only 256 - 512 KBPs. I have given three complaints to BSNL call centre, they are registering the complaint and the complaints numbers are as follows [protected] dtd. 03.02.2012, [protected] dtd. 05.02.2012 & [protected] dtd 08.02.2012. For all these complaints I am getting SMS by the next day, saying that the problem has been rectified. But I am not aware what corrective action they have taken. Till Now my speed is 256-512KBPs only, without checking the speed in my home how they have corrected. They do not have mail contact also. Hence nothing is recorded. If possible provide the correct contact person / contact mail so that some action has to be taken. Thanks Ramesh. M

                    Bsnl chennai Broadband — Slow Speed

                    I have taken a broadband package with 512 kbps unlimited downloads from BSNL. However it is very very disappointing to note that most of the time the download speed is between 9 to 11 kbps. I am really puzzled at why the package is named as 512 kbps if the actual speed works out to 11 kbps. I dont know if I made a mistake choosing BSNL.
                    You are getting the correct speed. Your complaints wil not result anything. Understand bits and bytes first.
                    8Mbps = 1 MBps (Actual speed in bytes)
                    hence 4 Mbps = 500 KBps.
                    Hence your speed is correct. You will get a maximum of 512 KBPs download speed.

                      Sir, I have landline number 2299600 and 2290600 as a second rent free phone. On[protected] my phone number 2290600 was diconnected by BSNL without any reason. After many complaints there is no any action has been taken. This number was distributed to my all relatives and customers. Please check why this number was disconnected and reconnect as early as possible.

                        I lodged my complaint No.[protected] Dt.08.01.2012, for high bills of my mobile
                        after the Land line number has been changed by the Calcutta Telephones.The mobile is
                        mainly used to keep contact with the land line under the Manikjor Plan. Till date the complaint is unattended , moreover when inquired in the '' Complaint Status'' It says'' There is no such complaint'' under the said ID.
                        I understand that the previous complaint has been deleted ( What BSNL do very often in case of fault complaints) I lodge the complaint again on 08.02.2012

                          DEACTIVATE CALLER TUNE IN MY MOBILE NO[protected].
                          We are the BSNL prepaid cell phones users for the last 10 years. To our great dissatisfaction, some of the B tunes are regularly charging to our balances without our consent. Many a time We tried our level best to stop them but proved futile. To avoid these unnecessary charges for our caller tune charges, We shifted one of our phones to VODAPHONE.

                          We sincerely request to stop these unwarranted charges which we never want or wish to have. at the earliest.

                          Being I am a government employee, I do not want to go for private operators at any movement. But unfortunately the system of charging at your/ the setup for the charges of B tunes at will constrained us to go for private operators.

                          We request you once again, desist from charging the unwanted charges immedialtely.

                            I am a customer of BSNL bearing mobile number [protected], For Dec -12 month i have not make a single call from the my number but i got Rs 972 bill against my number.I have made so many calls to coustomer care regarding my bill but not got any information from the coustomer care, they even not properly responding & it happen aroun 10-15 times.

                            At last I have made the payment & it shows number disconnected.

                            BSNL Mobile — Excess Mobile Bill

                            Hi,

                            I got false mobile bill from BSNL. The excess amount comes around 2500. After repeated complaints they send me a detailed bill and it contains some of the numbers which are unfamiliar and those numbers have call duration of one hour on daily basis. How can this be tackled. I am wondering how this could happen?

                              LANDLINE BROAD BAND CONNECTION NOT AVAILABLE

                              I, gloria Sahoo Mazumdar on behalf of my husband(Dipayan Mazumdar), residing in House No.31, Near MEG Layout 1st cross, A.Narayanpura, want's to lodge a complaint stating that Since DEC 2012 we are not recieving either the telephone connection nor the internet properly.

                              We loged the complaint several time.Each time I only recieved the Complaint No but of no use.. One Day luckily it happend and i got to speak to somebody saying already the complaint is lodged and gave me a number to call . I called the number nobody ever picks up that number it only keeps on ringing.


                              And As of date When we call the customer care they always give us the docket no and a contact no. to contact on some tel.No which never works.. We have been regularly paying the bill through HDFC online Payment option. Till Date We are paying the Telephone bill with no service . Can you please help us to resolve this issue and fix our telephone connextion and internet connection which has been a problem since more than a year Now.


                              We are making the Payments for the Bill For which we are not getting the service at all. Is this right.. Please help us to resolve this issue as we don't wan't to disconnect the line.

With std code is[protected].it belongs to ranchi jharkhand.i have registered complaint on no. 198 on 21st march.since then it has not been fixed.for past 3 weeks i also spoke with customer care and he assured me my phone would be fixed in 24 hrs, i have done this twice.i have also registered my complaint at exchange where a few employees even said if you have so much problem then disconnect it.as can you see they were very rude.i also tried calling public grievance officer ranchi but no answer.also i tried calling Sde ashok nagar on the number Given on bsnl website but it says please check your number.now this is my last hope.please do something.

                                Dear Sirs,
                                I had been continuously getting promotional messages for Ayyappa Pack and in end Dec. 2011 I received a message from BT-ONMOBL on my cellone connection [protected] thanking me for subscribing to Ayyappa Pack when I had not agreed for any subscription. I was charged Rs.10 without my consent. My efforts to reply that I did not want any subscription failed. Again on Jan. 04, 2012, I received SMS saying " your Ayyappa pack will be renewed automatically on 07.01.12. I could not send a reply SMS as sending failed. My effort to contact BSNL Chennai Customer care also failed as I had already moved to Mumbai and the customer care no was same for both BSNL Chennai and MTNL, Mumbai. The subscription is being periodically renewed and Rs.10 each charged to my account and I have not been able to stop this unauthorised subscription. Pl. do the needful to get this subscription discontinued as I am not interested in Ayyappa Pack. Pl. confirm when action is taken. Please also arrange with the BSNL to stop any kind of automatic renewal without the express consent of the subscriber also to provide a reply facility for such SMS

                                  IN CONNECTION I SEND YOU MUCH MAIL & YOUR CHEIF GENERAL MANAGER ODISHA CIRCLE HEAD. JUST ASKING ME OVER PHONE BUT NOT YET RACTIFIED THIS PROBLEMS.
                                  YOUR CUSTOMERCARE PEOPLE ALSO NOT RESPONDING TO THE BSNL CUSTOMERS CALLS. THEY ARE DIS-CONNECTING THE CALL IN BETWEEN THE CONVERSATION. AGIN WE ARE TRYING FOR CONTACT TO CUSTOMER CARE. THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING THE CALLS.
                                  SIR, MY SUGGESTION IS THAT IF YOU TRANSFER SOME STATE LEVEL OFFICER THEN IT MAY CHANGE. IN OUR TOWN PEOPLES ARE TALKING THAT SOME OFFICERS ARE TIE UP PRIVATE COMPANIES NETWORK PROVIDERS. BECAUSE SOME OF THE BSNL CUSTOMER WILL DISCONNECT AND THEY WILL JOIN IN PRIVATE COMPANY NETWORK.

                                  IN CHANDIRAMCHANDRAPUR NEAR POLASARA THERE IS NOT NETWORK . ALL MOST STAYING SURAT,BANGALORE,BIHAR. THEY ARE UNABLE TO TALK IN MOBILE WHEN THEY WANTS. AT THAT TIME NO BSNL NETWORK. WHEN SMALL TOWN BERHAMPUR PEOPLES PROBLEMS ARE NOT HEARING BY YOUR CUSTOMERCARE STAFF OR OFFICER , HOW WE EXCEPT ABOUT THE RURAL PEOPLES GRIVENCES.

                                  SIR, MY REQUEST IS PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS A PRIORITY BASIC , SO THAT BSNL CUSTOMER WILL GET GOOD SERVICE.

                                    Hi I live in village Gulabgarh, Paonta Sahib (HP). BSNL. For about 3-4 months we are getting a very weak siganal in the area which is causing problems in communicating our beloved ones. Despite of many complains, the matter has not been resolved I kindly request BSNL to sort this signal problem at the earliest.

                                    NO BSNL SIGNAL IN GAUR DEFENCE OFFICERS ENCLAVE, ADJACENT DILKUSHA GARDEN, SULTANPUR ROAD, LUCKNOW. COMPLAINT SUBMITTED MANY TIMES AND PROBLEM RESOLVED TEMPORARILY.
                                    Dear Sir,
                                    1. I am an Army Officer and am staying in GAUR DEFENCE OFFICERS ENCLAVE, NEAR DILKUSHA GARDEN, SULTANPUR ROAD, Lucknow
                                    2. I have a BSNL connection, which is used to access internet through a dongle. The connectivity in this enclave for BSNL signal is extremely poor and at times it is either 'NO SIGNAL' or one bar and a max of two bars. I had submitted complaints last year for the same also but the problem was resolved temporarily.
                                    3. Many times the signal just gets interrupted leaving us in a fix.
                                    4. Please intimate if the problem could be resolved permanently. If not, due to some technical reasons, we may like to switch to a different operator as Vodafone and Airtel have better connectivity.

                                        Since few months I am getting unnecessary SMS from no[protected], and charged RS 10/110 days for subscribing for WAP Bollywood subscription Pack. I never requested for that. I request you to stop sending sush messages and deducting money immediately. Thanks
