Dear Sir,
My bsnl prepaid SIM which I started using in May 2011, it validity was to get over by 25th March 2012. Now I am for some reasons in U.P. Knowing well that validity will get over on 25th I requested my people in Gujarat to fill validity and top-up but trying a lot and spending more than Rs 200, it is not getting activated. I recently got message that I should use proper voucher but I now do not remember it. So kindly help me to know the voucher plan. I am not able to use any customer care numbers from the SIM. The officers in Anand seem not to be helpful in this regard. The last for reactivation, I am given now, is given 5th April.

    I HAVE THE ABOVE CONNECTION FOR LAST MORE THAN 15 YEARS BUT SINCE APRIL 2011, THE CONNECTION IS HAVING LOT OF DISTURBANCE DUE TO WHICH IT IS NOT USABLE. I AM TIRED OF COMPLAINING AT 198 AND ALSO THROUGH MAILS BUT ALL THE TIME CONCERN AUTHORITIES OF BSNL HAVE DONE NOTHING IN RECTIFYING THE COMPLAINT . I HAVE ALSO SENT A WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO THE BSNL TO LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM AND TAKE EFFECTIVE STEPS TO RECTIFY IT .I HAVE PAID THE MINIMUM BILL AMOUNT TILL SEPT.2011 BUT SINCE THE COMPLAINT IS NOT BEING ATTENDED PROPERLY I HAVE STOPPED MAKING FURTHER PAYMENTS TO BSNL .

      have recharged rs 500 on april 1 st 12 32 am through pay tm ,,,,paytm have said recharge is successful but i didnt recieve the recharge from bsnl ,,the reference number for the recharge of 500 ( spl rc ) is [protected] to the number is [protected] and i have called nearly 60 times to bsnl customer care they always saying some technical problem ,,call later ,,,,,

      BSNL prepaid mobile recharge

      I have tried to refill my BSNL prepaid Mobile (gujarat circle) using ICICI online Mobile Prepaid Recharge Facility Through Internet Banking and refill of Rs 56.0 on 13/3/2009 at 2:00 pm and haven't received any refill as yet (5.00 pm same day). Amount of Rs 56/- already been deducted from my account.

      i got my bsnl bihar number [protected] by Rs 330 from lucknow and i have not received the amount yet and the amount has been deducted from the recharge store's account.
      I tried to recharge my bsnl prepaid phone through online for Rs.550/, my account is debited but recharge not done. sbi ref no is IG[protected]
      Money got deducted but I have not received my recharge.

        sir,
        Bsnl has rivised its prepaid plans from 1st of april, which insists to its customer,those who make use of old plans(excel student),cannot conitune in the same plan anymore. How it wolud be tolarated by the customers,those who enjoy the services of the old plan. Bsnl forces us to migrate to any other plan, which are on offer. We do not want to migrate and wish to continue the same plan. bsnl has to bring up new plan vouchers to continue the same plan.

        BSNL — NEW PLANS.

        please e mail me the different teriff plans about cheaper calls, cheaper sms, and cheaper calls to some particular numbers as i unable to get it from retailer.
        NETWORK PROBLEM INSIDE THE ROOM
        I am ussing bsnl prepaid connection from november 2005.
        all is ok.but no network inside the room.Outside it is ok.
        I have several time asked to solved the problem to customer care
        (i.e.[protected]) but no steps are taken.I have already wrote complain to nearest exchange, cgm of kolkata telephones, several times.I also meet with them.But no steps are been made.

        I am a BSNL customer having an prepaid mobile plan called students suvidha introduced by kerala BSNL exclusive for students. In it they had offered free 2000sms/month, 49p for /min call etc .
        But due to new TRAI Rule kerala bsnl had stopped all plans including students suvidha and bought new plan s which cost high for customer s . They cancelled all the freebys offered .
        The new plans require monthly cost to be alive . They eliminated the validity for top up s and other recharges too forcing the cstomers to spend high amount monthly to use the connection .
        Kindly revirse this and let the customers have the plan they had opted .
        Please give customers freedom and protect them from this malpractice s .

        I was proud to say I'm the BSNL customer.I'm using STUDENT SUVIDHA BSNL plan in KERALA from 2009, they had introduced 1 year validity recharge.It was ok till last year.But now they had stopped the validity recharge. It's AGAINST CONSUMER RIGHTS to discontinue validity recharge of old plans.They can stop providing old plans to new one's in future but cannot order their consumer's to change the plan by forcing.This some what like British ruling INDIA

        The plan was quite a satisfying one even in the middle of thousands of offers from other networks. It is really frustrating to know the revised policies of BSNL Management.I havent even thought about another connection for the past 3-4 years. But now.. I think i am forced to do it.
        I request the authorities atleast to continue with the message offers even if they abandon other features.

          I have taken a new landline phone (FTH) in December 2011 from BSNL, Thrikkakara Exchange. The phone number is 2972018. I got the internet connection also enabled with the connection. Till date, I have not rerecived any bill/invoice from BSNL. Please rectify this issue and send me the bill from December 2011 ro March 2012 at the earliest.

          I want to change the internet connection to unlimited. Since I dont have the consumer number, I am unable to do that online.

          Pelase do the needful for issueing me the telephone/internet bill asap.

            I am chandan kalamuri from paschim medinipur.. I am using bsnl’s{[protected]}2G internet with micromax 310G modem. At last Saturday night my gprs balance is more then one GB, but at Sunday morning, it is become 220 MB….Ausual, I contact at customar care,they tell me –“this is our technical problem ,and wewill credit the balance as early as possible”……..But after 48 hrs they added less then 50% of deduct balance………
            If I use 30 MB,, they deduct 300 MB form gprs balance…. They deduct 10 times more then useg balance..
            Customar care officers behavior are not so good
            PLS TAKE ACTION OF THIS KIND OF SERVICE PROVIDER

              Hi, I have a land line phone at Ooty bearing number:[protected]. I have been paying my telephone bill through BSNL online portal, where it clearly states that 1% discount will be passed over to consumers, who use the ONLINE payment option. My enquiry and complaints on this subject in their own customer care portal has gone into the deaf ears. Will some one, clarify, whys such promises are made, when you cannot track the ONLINE payments. Will I ever get this discount. BSNL could you at least now, wake up to fast changing trends of technology and automate your process, by passing the said discount at the ime of online payment?                 I haven't subscribed any pack for prepaid mobile, on 28th march'2012 i got a massage from BSNL (message centre 12555) that are thanking for subscribing "Bhavisyavani Ppack" will be charged Rs.20/30 Days. I have complained to BSNL-customer care no. 1503 on 29th march'2012 and registered my complain as they have given me the complain no.C29NE286422 and they have assured me for looking after the matter. On 02/04/2012 I again enquired for further advancement about the matter but surprisely the customer care executive(one lady) told me that they charged Rs.20 after getting response from my side and they will not refund it. But I didn't subscribe any pack any time I repeatedly answering them. Now, how can I get back my duducted amount for cheating activity of BSNL.

                sir/madam my self satwinder pal singh .i had installed internet broad band on[protected] with my self at my home.but when bill come to my home the installation charges mention in bill..i gave them a application of waveoff the installation charges. but they take long time to solve my problem..plz tell me now how can i solve this..for contact me the contact number is[protected].thank you

                  Myself Ravi Prakash Pandey, living in DAE Township, Anupuram, (603127) Kancheepuram Tamilnadu.
                  I have applied for BSNL Landline and Broadband New Connection on 17th January 2012. And today is 2nd April 2012, still i am being told that i have to wait for one more month to get the new connection.
                  SIR, initially I was told that some new software has been installed and all the staff is going for the training so come after 2 weeks.
                  Then i was told that the software is showing some error and i have to wait for another 15 days.
                  Further they added that some major wire cut is there and contractor is not available and i have to wait for another 15 days.
                  Then they told that ports are faulty and they asked for the new ports so please bear with us for another 15 days.
                  Now ports are available but wire is not available which would be laid by contractor. So please wait for another month so that new contractor can be hired.
                  Please take some necessary action to address my problem.

                  BSNL — waiting for new connection for 5 months

                  Dear Sir,

                  I applied for a BSNL land line connection and broad band connection 4 months ago in Hyderabad. I was promptly assigned a phone number[protected]. I was told that my work order number is GCBL-23370 and I can expect a connection within a week.

                  Since then I have been following up with BSNL customer service, Mr. Narayan Reddy, and Assistant Engineer in my area, They have been continuously giving me false promises and have not done anything yet.

                  I will really appreciate if you can help in getting me a BSNL connection.

                  Im facing very bad experiece with BSNL people, they are giving very rude answers. Past 10days they are telling that will come and give new connection. everyday same answer, i called to number[protected], one lady will handle all calls and will not give proper answer. finally i beg her and got lineman number, he is Mr. Vakrisami#[protected], he is only one person available in this area and alwas on leave.

                  I called above number, they said we are coming, however they'll not come. if we call again, they'll give same kind of answer they are coming...god only know when they are coming. so i wasted my valuble time belaving these people.

                  Please make these people to work properly, like pravate organazations.

                  There people feel shame that everyone scholding them, however they will not change their attitude.

                  Please take proper action on them to give correct service.

                    Sir I have a bsnl no.This no is [protected].I am checked my no on bsnl pcpr portal.I see my surname was changed.My actual name is prasanta kumar sahoo.But it changed prasanta kumar patra then I talk to there custmoer care they told me u change u r surname,u brought the sim in same area.But this is not possible for me.I brought sim brahmapur,now I am stay jharsuguda.Its distance is 600km.I go to the jharasuguda bsnl office they told we r not change this type of problem.Then I goto bhubaneswar bsnl office to my address proof they told me u r surname and u r address willnot match.But I give proof my sim this address.But it is changed.They told me a court affidavit is required.But I am suffering from too much problem.This type of change in bsnl office.I am use this sim last 4years.But now it is continue.

                        There is some problem in dealing problem , . in the first bill i was charged Rs.1200 extra , later i was asked to pay that with a promise that they would refund the amount . . it did not happen . after clearing this i needed bill , and the bill stated that i should pay the bill on 28/03/2012, but my broadband connection was disconnected for non payment . i am asking peoples to provide a soft-copy of the bill and my payment . they are reluctant to provide ...

                        whenever there is problem i get a wrong information about the problem and they don't rectify the problem until i pressurize ..

                        i want a good service from BSNL Broadband.

                        When ever i go to BSNL exchange of our area they dont give acknowledgement for any letter i give , and they dont keep up the word they say.

                          Respected sir,
                          I am the customer of B.S.N.L. WIMAX internet service, Connection No.271514. my connection in not working, I paid my bills. I complained several many times to Mr. BALDEV (manager of bsnl wi-max department of rudrapur) and Mr. SANDEEP (B.S.N.L. WI-MAX it engineer) but they still do not gave any support, I have my own new little business (online registration of network marketing customers) from last 2 months and my annual salary is approx Rs. (1,30,000/-) and I warred lot of loss in my new business and I can’t still do it, the responsible is only (B.S.N.L. WI-MAX). My connection is closed from (6-march-2012) to still today (1-april-2012) means total (27 DAYS) for the B.S.N.L.’S bad service I am not able to give a (T.I.N.) number. I warred lot of losses that’s are contained below.
                          (1) Security of BSNL WI-MAX approx Rs. 2,500/-
                          (2) Bill of 27 days approx Rs. 783/-
                          (3) Buy an IDEA DATA CARD on 1-4-12 (for running my business) Rs. 2,100/-
                          (4) 3G plan for 1 month approx Rs. 700/-
                          (5) My income of 27 days Rs. 9,616/-
                          (6) Mental hurt (this is not comparable)
                          Total Lose (approx) Rs. 15,699/-
                          I am not able to were this type of huge lose and have not any believe on BSNL so please I am no able to give B.S.N.L. WI-MAX modem receiver to BSNL before they give me my security money and my business lose total Rs. 2500 + 13,199 = 15,699. Please take an action as soon as possible.

                          I applied for broadband and phone connection with BSNL on 28Aug-2009.

                          Finally managed to get the phone connection in SECOND WEEK of OCTOBER and that too after agreeing to give Tip (bakshish or bribe or inaam ) to the line man. It seems they informed the watchman that they will come to my home only when Madam (that is me) at home so that i can give them appropriate tip. I could not beleive it when my watchman told me this but agreed since i had no choice.

                          After that i was hoping that i will get broadband connection. I am repeatedly calling them on the following numbers, but no one comes home to give broadband connection:
                          044:22437300, 22437400, 22433000, 22430100, 22436383.

                          I wanted to tell this to the manager but not able to get any numbers from anywhere.

                          This is so disappointing and disgusting.
                          I recharge my mobile phone with BSNL rupees 175 power to serf the internet for 1 month unlimited free useges,but I cannot access the internet for 2 days.I lodged a complain before two days ago but I cannot get any response from the provider.
                          I am having BSNL internet connection it is working only 5 days in a month

(1,30,000/-) and I warred lot of loss in my new business and I can’t still do it, the responsible is only (B.S.N.L. WI-MAX). My connection is closed from (6-march-2012) to still today (1-april-2012) means total (27 DAYS) for the B.S.N.L.’S bad service I am not able to give a (T.I.N.) number. I warred lot of losses that’s are contained below.
                          (1) Security of BSNL WI-MAX approx Rs. 2,500/-
                          (2) Bill of 27 days approx Rs. 783/-
                          (3) Buy an IDEA DATA CARD on 1-4-12 (for running my business) Rs. 2,100/-
                          (4) 3G plan for 1 month approx Rs. 700/-
                          (5) My income of 27 days Rs. 9,616/-
                          (6) Mental hurt (this is not comparable)
                          Total Lose (approx) Rs. 15,699/-
                          I am not able to were this type of huge lose and have not any believe on BSNL so please I am no able to give B.S.N.L. WI-MAX modem receiver to BSNL before they give me my security money and my business lose total Rs. 2500 + 13,199 = 15,699. Please take an action as soon as possible.

                          I had problem with my ADSL modem from long time so i decided to contact a BSNL techinician whose number was given to me by BSNL office. He came at my place checked everthing and finally he said "Sir, your modem has problem so i need to replace it. Unfortunately we don't have any modem right now as their is shortage of modems so you will have to wait for few months." I said ok its fine i will wait for sometime. Later after few months, when I didn't recieve modem, I decided to file Online complain through their website and after few days I received a response from them as "Technical adjustment rejected"!!!! I have annoyed to see them declining my request for a new modem. Now today again when I am facing a new problem, with BSNL Internet i.e my internet disconnects every 10second, i decided to file another complain on their website, but now it says "You have already filed one complain. Plz wait for your previous complain to be resolved". Now what I have to do???

                          I am a resident of Balapur "X" Roads and following are my grievances:
                          1.My telephone number,[protected] belongs to Badangpet Exchange, very frequently goes out of order and it takes a lot of time to get it repaired. For the last 2-3 days the telephone is out of order. In spite of repeated reminders the telephone exchange has not received my complaints.
                          2.I have been issued with a caller ID telephone (equipment) for the last 5 years, but sorry to inform that day one onwards the caller ID does not function, even as on today. The matter has been brought to the notice of telephone exchange authorities, but it is of no use.

                          Therefore I request you to kindly note the problems and sort it out at your end. Sorry for the disturbance.

                                  At indira nagar customer care(BANGALORE) a guy(employee or contract worker?) gave me an appliction stating that, it(application given by him) is enough for ecs clearance of both LAND LINE AND POSTPAID MOBILE([protected]).Repeatedly I asked this guy will a single application will do the magic?                                     Couple of days back I applied for new connection through http://udaan.bsnl.co.in. To my surprise, within 2 days a person called me and inquired about my application and asked me for couple of documents and photo for the connection. He called me for almost 50 times till he come to my home and collect the necessary documents along with Rs.500/- security deposit. He promised that I'll get a call in couple of days from BSNL for the connection. Finally he gave me a receipt for the cash payment bearing the name "NIDAGAL MARAMMADEVI PRASANNA". Now from the next day, the mobile from which I received 50 calls is switched off and when I verified in BSNL, they say that no application is submitted yet. This guy called me from the mobile [protected] and his name is Raviraj. Attached is the receipt provided by the DSA agent with code 1376.

                                    Raviraj Telecommunications — Telecom Services Unavailable

                                    Hi,

                                    I am customer of Raviraj Telecommunications which provide VoIP calling services to India and other countries globally. I am their customer in APAC region in Singapore. Recently I topped-up my account with them by paying S$50.00 and just after a week their all services are shut. I am trying to contact them through their Customer Service and E-mail, but there is nobody to response and even their land-line customer service phones are either coming switched-off or out-of-service. Their website address is www.ravirajtelecom.com and their Contacts page is coming under maintenance with no point of communication available regarding customer grievances. They are believed to operate out of Mumbai somewhere from Thane region.

                                    I am highly concerned about the money I paid and similar customers like me who have committed money to them now left-out without enjoying the services promised.

                                    Please let me know if anybody has any information related to this matter.

                                    I'm also facing same problem.. In fact they are least concern to reply to emails aswell.
                                    They are a big big BIG Hoax of a company .. :ooting people of their money and scooting. I am also one of many scapegoats they have .. and I too have lost over 70.00$.
                                    Hope someday someone Local can catch them and make them pay for this.
                                    They take advantage of the situation that most customers are farr away overseas and will not be able to catch them personally.
                                    Me too was cheated by them. After a week of topping up the account for 50 Singapore dollars (I might have made 5 dollar worth of calls in this one week), I could not make any further calls. As Rupesh said, I have also tried contacting them using the landlines, but they do not answer.
                                    What can we do?
                                    I too had suffered in a similar way.. However I approached paypal as I'd done the top up of S$100 through my credit card and payment was made through paypal channel. They've been kind enough to listen to my complaint and investigate the matter. As a result, I've been refunded my S$100 back on my credit card through their help though there was whatsoever none response from RaviRaj Tele / Intercall connect / the relationship manager's personal handphone no.

                                    If you decide to do so, do request them to black list the company too which they might looking at the track record of the vendor.
                                    I also did loose money. the staff from that company have moved and started another company. Do not believe in any of these offers on phone. I would prefer calling cards.

                                    Hi, I Regret to say that people are loosing trust almost every day in the name of service, in the end what they get is fraud.On June 07/ 2012 I called Just dial to inquire about BSNL service.I received a call from a person named Senthil ([protected]), he claimed to be a BSNL agent.He came to my house and took 1000 RS, for service and security deposit and informed me that I'll get the service in 7 days.Before week I called him and asked him about my service order number, he said BSNL has some trouble find my area for service.I wondered and told him that this not a remote place but posh area in Bangalore .I worked in telecommunication sector for 5 years and I knew how things worked.When I tried to call him for the second time, his cell phone was switched off, to my luck there was one more person who came along with him on 7 th June 2012, his name is Mr Elangovan([protected])I called that agents friend and he told me that MR Senthil is in Chennai.I waited for 2 more days and called him, he told me that his friend has left a message stating that BSNL service is not possible in my area.I later asked him if service is not possible, what do they do with the money which they receive from the customer, he informed that they will credit my money with in 5 days.As usual I waited and called his friend again.this time same story.Nobody is picking up the phone now.I went to BSNL service station and enquired about my service order, they said no service order exist.I called his friend again, he gave me his friends new number([protected]).I called the number, he mentioned that the number is incorrect, I verified the number with this friend again, the number was right.
                                    I think Iam few hours late in reading this blog. I have given Rs 500 to Raviraj S([protected]) in the morning only. He also gave me a receipt I wonder If I am also duped like you guys. He has promised to me that I will get a call from BSNL by This Saturday and Monday I will get the connection.

                                    I had given Rs. 500 to the same guy (Raviraj) for a new BSNL connection on 04 Oct 2012. I called him up some days later and he gave me a work order number. This WO number seems to be fake. His phone is not reachable now. Did you get your connection?

                                    I am also not able to get my 500 Rs back.I applied for the BSNL broadband connection through BSNL website.Within a minute I got an SMS with the lead ID and contact person as Raviraj mobile no:[protected]. He said post feasibilty check connection will be given.But it took almost a month time for them to do the feasibility check that too after so many calls.One person came for the check he was around 22 years of age .He showed his ID card and collected 500Rs and application. After 3 weeks they said connection is not possible in Electronics city and he said money will be retruned.Now I am not able to reach this guy Raviraj's mobile. Raised a complaint with BSNL and no response from them as well.

                                        I have BSNL Land line connection at home.

                                        One fine morning I received my land line bill & found there is a charge from Music on Demand - MOD from BSNL Hungama.

                                        I called up customer care, they took my request & asked me to send an email as I asked them to provide me the call detail between your executive & Divya (My wife).

                                        But as on date I have not received any call detail.

                                        Every time I call, they ask me to send an email. This is for your information that once you send an email, you have to wait for minimum 5 days to get a reply because the TAT (Turn around time) is 48 working hrs, it means 5 days & 3 hrs.

                                        When I asked the customer care executive to transfer the call to his Line Manager, he didn't.

                                        I asked them to deactive the service & they did it on 23rd of Feb. When I asked them through email check since I am not using this service please do not charge any more amount & I am not going to pay anything. For this also there is no reply.

                                        Any one please help me how to file a case in consumer court?
