I am using bsnl broadband with Rs.499 p/m plan. SDO promised me for 100kbps speed but i am receiving 30 to 35kbps.
So i want toget full speed promised by bsnl authority.

BSNL Broadband — Speed of Broadband

I have a unlimited broadband connection. I am facing a problem about speed. I check speed on the website www. testmy.net. but i am getting bandwidth 59 kbps.

BSNL — broadband speed

i pay Rs 750 per month for my dataone broadband
and u wanna know wats the goddamn speed i am gettin ???
ha well now its 7.3 kbps at times it goes to 25 or at the max 35...
who to tell ???
no one is really responsible... and i am tired of connection failures and for the moment satisfied with wat i get...

BSNL — broad band problem

my braodband is not working properly from saturday this month i.e,[protected]. I am now using it as dail up connection which is too slow i need my broad band to be worked as before . I even gave a complait to local J.E but he said to use my net as dail up but i need my net to work as preveous.

BSNL — Invalid Speed Promised

Bsnl promises 144 Kbps of total bandwidth (however in shops they say 192 kbps)... bu you never get that bandwidth... you only get 11kbps of downrate which is disgusting and cheating people.

when i fill the form i read that the net speed of plan 750plus is 256kbps download but i got net speed 25kbps what is this? why i can not get the full speed (256kbps). is 25kbps is right speed or not. u tell a lai that the 750plan got the 256kbps if not than solve my problem...

BSNL — bsnl bb speed

i've taken the 750 unlimited plan of bsnl broadband,according to the terms it should have the speed of 256 kbps,instead of that i'm getting only 30 kbps...
please take this problem in to consideration,lot of persons are not getting a worthful service.

I, Bhavesh Tala from Rajkot, Gujarat. I am customer of bsnl telecom service. I have bsnl broad band internet connection with plan 256kb/s (speed) but i get only 30kb/s. Often i complain to bsnl office Raiya exchange branch, 150 ft.ring road, rajkot, gujarat but they did not response me and not solve my problem. I paid all amount of my yearly plan. Please kindly do something.

BSNL. — Broadband speed

I have subcriibed BSNL Broadband HOME UNLIMITED service (Rs 750.00 per month). The downloadload speed I am getting is only 55kbps where as BSNL says in its official plan that it is 500kbps.
Actual download speed of 499 Plan is 55-65 KBPS for first 4 GB, later it will be approx. 30-35 kbps.(After Speed up-gradation on 1st feb 2012). Do not get confused BB Speed(Bandwidth speed ) and Download Speed...Even pvt operator claim 2 MBPS...while they offer download speed between 10 kbps-150 kbps

    My cellone no [protected] have been bombarded with cricket astro n other alerts without my activating it. I have tried to deactivate it by sending deactivation messages which does'nt work and calling customer care but no concrete action has been taken yet. I have been using this mob no since 4+ years and hence cant stop using it due to its wide circulation among my relatives and friends. Kindly help me in deactivating all advertisement messages and subscription services.

        I am using BSNL prepaid mobile No.[protected] for last 08 years. On 16 Jan 12, I received a message from +55678030 saying thanks subscribing xplore pack from Handygo and debited Rs.30 instantly for which I never subscribed. Then I sent two messages to 55678 for unsubscribing for which Rs.2 were deducted per message. Again on 16 Feb 12, Rs.30 was deducted towards renewal of the same Handygo pack. I could not get BSNL customer care on line. I do not know how reimburse the money for which i never subscribed. kindly inform me to [protected]@yahoo.com

          The telephone instrument is not functioning properly from July 2008. I informed my area Exchange for so many times but no action still today onwards. Even I have registered complaint on "1500" about the same and I got the complaint no : 170918
          From July, I am forwording complaint atleast once in 15 days. Now its December 2008, and still my faulty telephone instrument is not replaced.
          So please you take action for this problem, its my humble request.

          Hello,

          Our BSNL Landline phone has not been working properly for last 7 months. We have registered so many complaints, written so many emails, met so many telecom department offficials but for the past 7 months , we are neither able to make any call nor use broadband. We have paying bills unduly to BSNL.

I have to printing out the copy of my telephone bill and submit it, which is very critical to me. i have complaints many times in the BSNL office (West Bengal, BANKURA BRANCH). but still now it happens continuously.

          I would like to inform you that my land line No.2401542 is not in operation for the last 2 months.Inspite of repeated complaints to our telephone excahnge S.R.M.Road, no action is being taken to rectify the fault.Kindly investigate and do the needful to rectify the fault as soon as possible.             My complaint against the BV-ONMOBL service, this service provider allays sending SMS and disturb me, so I request you to please stop the service.
            From ; 56505005, without my permission they deduct Rs.5/- every month for their Masti Pack. Every month I deactivate
            this pack with expend Rs.2/- per SMS, current month I send two SMS to 56505 for stop the Masti Pack. Please stop the pack.

                    I have a BSNL Pre-paid mobile SIM having no. [protected] (Rajasthan) . Suddenly on date 16/01/2012, i got a message from[protected]MIMOBITV) about subscribing all Channels/Week , Rs. 40/Week and an amount of Rs. 40 deducted from my balance. Then i talked with Customer care officer and informed me that the balance will credited in my account between 01 Feb to 10 Feb 2012 and docket no. given was A18RJ742162. But this was not solved and complaint closed without giving any credit to me. When i again talked with customer care, no proper reply on this.
                    I am very much harassed by this matter and want a justice on this matter. Pl do needful as soon as possible.

                      My BSNL landline number under Parakkadavu exchange[protected] is not functional from last 1 month , I am working in Riyadh - KSA, my parents registered several complaints but the problem is not yet solved by authority till date, each of the technical people visit are trying to put the blaim on other department and go back. we need a permanent solution please, what ever be the problem cable related , phone related, or server related we need this line to be functional, Please be noted dial tone is available at line and it rings also, but unable to hear any thing both side due to voice disturbance.
                      Hope some body will come up with solution and support us.

                        I opted for telephone connection withe BSNL chennai. I was to pay thee phone bill by due date - 30the Jan 2012 & however I failed to pay because of which connection got disconnected. I payed thee bill withe fine & following from pillar to post to get thee connection back.
                        Till now neitheer no responded & also all thee telephone number related complaints are just ringing theere is no response from anyone.
                        I spoke to Adyar Telephone exchange - Accounts office on thee number[protected] & was confirmed by thee officer my payment has reached & connection will restart withein an hour & broadband will be by night.
                        When I check after two hours, notheing has happened & now thee number [protected] is not answered at all. Hence again I spoke to kotturpuram exchange under which my telephone number comes, thee Sub Divisional Engr. TD is not responding in a manner to resolve thee issue.

                          Its OK but 3 years is very long time.

                            voice chat services in my mobil ([protected]) is activated without my knowledge and charges for a month is deducted. this is fraud done by BSNL, it should be deactivated and hharges should be remburseed

                              I'm Kathir here. I got my sim in thanjavur and i'm staying in Chennai. But whenever i calling thanjavur or anywhere, it mostly shows " the network is busy or not able to reach". I have BSNL number for the past 5 years. Previously i didnt face that issue. Last One Year BSNL is very very Worst in their service.

                              If i conveyed to Customer care people, they simply gave the complaint number. But thereis no response in technical people.

                              WORST SERVICE WORST RESPONSE.

                              Please take action for everything and provide a good service. Dont irritate us.

                                    I have been using Bsnl 3g service since 6 months....But i am very unsatisfied with this...
                                    Actually what happened about 15 days ago.....all the service were going good but suddenly one problem occurred and it was .." About 15 days before i was getting very good speed. I use 3.6 mbps device with 3g sim and i was getting speed of 300-450 KBPS, the speed was awesome & i was very happy but now I am not getting even 2g speed ..i am getting about 15-20 KBPS speed from last 10 days and then the download speed suddenly drops to zero and i am very disappointed ....Earlier I thought it must be some network problem but it continues from that time till now, I have registered a complaint regarding this twice and almost call daily to the BSNL customer care services -"24365" but they only say that we have registered your complain and will solve it 24-48 hrs or they say we are transferring your call to our cust. care executive head but all they do is nothing...
                                    Please help me ........

                                      The faulty Telephone instrument, which was replaced by BSNL is also not working. This complaint was registered in BSNL months before vide ref No: krl/co/2012/524. Till date, there is no response from BSNL to rectify the instrument. We are at lose, paying the rent for the BSNL Telephone connection, which is of no use to us.                                         I have made complaint about my Land line number [protected], which is not working from, 06th Feb 2012. I registered my first complaint on 06th Feb 2012 (Document No:[protected]) , second complaint made on 09th Feb 2012 (Document No:[protected]), Third complaint made on 10th Feb 2012 (Document no:[protected]), Forth complaint made on 12th Feb 2012 (Document no:[protected]) and final and fifth complaint on 13th Feb 2012 (Document No:[protected]) through 1500 customer care service, but when ever i made a complaint with in 12 hours time i'm getting a sms stating that " Your complaint has been closed". Employees from BSNL are not even attending the problem ,without our confirmation, that complaint is being closed by the people. without visiting the location, they are writing a remark"Door Lock".

                                        I request E-Consumer forum people to help me out in this regard, and requesting you to instruct the BSNL department to not send any bills for this phone problem period.
