I OFTENLY GET MESSAGE FROM BZ-BSNL BILL ABOUT SOME OTHER'S BILL PAYMENTS CONFIRMATION MESSAGE. I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY OTHER'S PAYMENTS CONFIRMATION MESSAGE DELIVERED IN MY CELL WHERE I ALREADY ACTIVATE DND ? & ALSO MY COMPLAIN IN DND WITH NO.A[protected] DATED 28/01/12. YET I GET THIS TYPE OF MESSAGE REGULARLY....

my prepaid mobile has not been recharged from 14/2/2012. It is shown after pressing 16 digit RCV NO. " Result unknown" till date. No any information received from bsnl against my no. inspite of that i was produced my photo/id proof to the concerned bsnl office hailakandi, but till now the problem is not solved.i urge the concerned bsnl to take necessary steps to log out the same immediately otherwise i will arrange another cell...

New connection formality done, Security amount depsoited in Sector 17 Chandigarh BSNL office. Now they are saying that they dont have budget to install. More than a month time laps. No confirm date now avaialble for same.

My BSNL landline number under Parakkadavu exchange[protected] is not functional from last 1 month , I am working in Riyadh - KSA, my parents registered several complaints but the problem is not yet solved by authority till date, each of the technical people visit are trying to put the blaim on other department and go back. we need a permanent solution please, what ever be the problem cable related , phone related,...

I opted for telephone connection withe BSNL chennai. I was to pay thee phone bill by due date - 30the Jan 2012 & however I failed to pay because of which connection got disconnected. I payed thee bill withe fine & following from pillar to post to get thee connection back.

I am extremely sorry to state that I am getting such messages that " Your Hot Videdos Pack would be renewed on 16.2.2012; Rs.30 for 30 days. To unsubscribe, click http://203.199.70............ Please note that NO SUCH PACKAGES ARE REQUIRED BY ME. Please stop such behaviour. In case any charges of such package is levied on me, I shall have no alternative option except to knock the door of legal authorities.

I have been using Bsnl 3g service since 6 months....But i am very unsatisfied with this...
Actually what happened about 15 days ago.....all the service were going good but suddenly one problem occurred and it was .." About 15 days before i was getting very good speed. I use 3.6 mbps device with 3g sim and i was getting speed of 300-450 KBPS, the speed was awesome & i was very happy but now I am not getting even...

The faulty Telephone instrument, which was replaced by BSNL is also not working. This complaint was registered in BSNL months before vide ref No: krl/co/2012/524. Till date, there is no response from BSNL to rectify the instrument. We are at lose, paying the rent for the BSNL Telephone connection, which is of no use to us. We expect that an immediate action to be taken, as we are totally handicapped without a Telephone connection at home....

We have a broad band connection under ULD900 plan which is supposed to be upto 4Mbps speed. But till date the speed has not improved more than 1.5Mbps. Why is it so?
I tried with the exchange regarding this issue and they seem to be highly courteous and obliging but could not help in this issue.
