Despite of lodging complain on 18th feb with complain number-[protected] against phone number-[protected] , there has been extraordinary delay in taking up the matter.Its strange and quite pathetic that complain related to such emergency services which should be undertaken within72hrs, but the service of BSNL has been poor.Without extending proper service,must get rebate on its rental for this period and must be reinstalled also as fast as possible.

    Sim card activation
    This is to inform you that I bought a SIM Card beareing No:[protected]. Applied for activation fifteen days back but not yet activated. Please do the needfull.
    My BSNL Sim Card No.[protected]Mb.No.[protected], Sunil [censored]ole) was lost on 4 Jan-2013.So i lodged FIR and replaced my sim card from BSNL office on 19 Feb 2013.

    Since 19th Feb 2013, my new replaced sim card has not been activated yet.I am getting error as "Sim card registration failed" each time when i insert sim in my mobile phone.

    I called BSNL customer care and lodged complain on 4 March 2013.Since then i am calling bsnl customer care daily and each time they are saying that problem will be solved within 24 Hrs, but still my sim card has not been activated yet.

    Its my regular number and i am missing many important calls due to this.

      Dear Sir / Madam,
      We from M/s. Faizan Shoes (P) Ltd., Solur, Ambur.
      We are having a broad band connection (242058) from BSNL over 6 years and for the last one year we are facing the same problem lot of times, (i.e disconnection of internet service). When we used to complain, they do take several days to sort out the issues. But the problems persist often.

      Also they gave a suggestion to change the internet connection from Baroad Band to Wimax Service (newly introduced). As per their suggestion we subscribed one Wimax Connection apart from the BB connection, which finally worked from the connection date i.e[protected] to till[protected].
      I complained on 24.02.2012 to one of the J.Es, after some hours he got our Account Number and sorted out issue.

      Now, today 25.02.2012 from the morning we had the same problem still not sorted out, and complaining to J.E, he ignored our complaint by rejecting the voice call given to his mobile.

      Finally we completely fed up of your connection & your customer service. If you check our previous billing, you can understand that we the upper rated customers in your network for many years. Since you are providing a low customer service, irrespectivness to us, how can we suggest about your network to others.

        I have applied for wi-max internet connection in the name of SWARGIYA SURENDRA BABU SMRITI SANSTHAN, IHHS Academy, Bathnaha at BSNL Forbesganj on 20/2/2012 but till date the connection didn’t established. It requires 16m wire but the department provides only 10m wire. Mr. Manish Kumar expresses helplessness to solve the problem. But billing started.

          I, Mohammad Sadiq, have a BSNL landline, number[protected]. One week ago, while I was out of station and my sister was in college, Mr.Ramesh from BSNL Sait Colony office came to my residence at No:6/10 Sulaiman Zackria Avnue, Egmore, Chennai - 600008, and disconnected my landline and also took away the phone and modem without my knowledge or information.

          I wish to ask BSNL Chennai telephones the following:

          - How can your representative disconnect my landline without my consent?
          - How can he enter my house and take away my modem without my permission?
          - What about my deposit? Will I get it back or not?

          I have also sent them an email on their online website complaints page with no response from their side.

          My Telephone no:[protected] is dead for the past one month. In spite of booking of complaints no action is being taken to rectify it. I was told that its due to "Cable Fault", whenever the poonamaravathy, exchange is approached. In the last two months in similar occasions they took 20 days to correct it. As a result, my telephone worked for 20 days only for the past 60 days. Still, they are claiming the bill for telephone and broad band as usual. Kindly advise me what to do next?

            Sir,
            I applied for a bsnl Land line with broadband connection on October 2011 in Irinjalakuda Telephone office. Till now i didn't get connection and there is no reply from their office. After one month i visit Vellangallur area office, they reply that they have no cable to give connection.

            In front of my house there is a public Taring and road land line cable also available. Land line cable and my house is left side of the road, so no need to cross the road for getting connection. From my house to the road, there is only 15meters distance and i need only 15 meters cable for getting connection. From the same place they provide other land line connections to other homes.

            So, what i wants to do for getting connection and how long i want to wait. waiting for your information.

            Even I applied and having similar experience, the Irinjalakuda BSNL simply tell they are not able to give connection saying vague reasons when there is a cable going in front of my house.

                  I am using the BSNL CDMA service for last 2 months and I am highly unsatisfied with the service and the attitude of the Customer Care Executives of the BSNL service. My Mobile No. is [protected]. Today, on 23/02/2011 between 10 PM -11:30 PM around 19 Rs. of my balance was deducted while I was calling on the BSNL local no. I have recharged with 210 rs. unlimited BSNL to BSNL pack. So, my main balance should not be deducted from my account but it was happened. This is not the first time, it was also happened with me before couple of days. I really don't know whom to contact to resolve this issue since the Customer Care team is highly unprofessional and impatience. I even can't connect to CDMA Customer Care team at 1502. The call is disconnected as I deal the no. Please help me out with this problem.

                    I have met many offices for it and have given written application.
                    But all in vein. I have gone Bill section SDO and GM Office Mission Compound

                    2. Due to this I can’t know the counting of my calls ,I can’t take the
                    Benefit of my Free Call.
                    3. I need Telephone Bill ,It is an Address Proof.

                      Ji cut my call during conversation .Disciplinary should be taken such
                      Costumer Care Officer who cut the call during conversation.
                      Officer should provide correct information .One say your
                      Balance will be refund then other says your complain
                      Is not made for refunding ,it is only for Deactivation.

                      b. Disciplinary action must be taken to the Costumer Care Officer who

Ihave a hand set Nokia 1616-2 in which ther is no facililty of GPRS or MMS, but the balance of Rs. 50/- deducted from my account on 22/02/2012 at 14:15 I submit complain on BSNL Complain center FOUR (4) times but they cannot give a satis fy reson thats why I wish to draw kind attenetence of your in this matter please help me to solve the problem for which I will ever great full to you.

I don't like to subscribe this scheme. so i try to cancel this option. but it is failure to me . so i request to BSNL to cancel this Subscription and give return my amount Rs.30/- to my Cell no [protected]. On 6/02/2012 on line payment of Rs.110 towards topup for my mobile No.[protected] vide tnansaction of bill No.Bil/[protected]/PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE of ICCIbank Nallkunta branch Hyderabadhas been done and confirmed from the ICCCI bank.ABOUT 6 TIMES I have given complaints to the customer care ICCI bank and Cell one A.P. helpLINE. The reply is that the :system is not responding. On enquiry from the ICCI bank, they gave Cell one transaction of operator No.[protected] dated 6/2/2012. Inspite of repeated compaints tothe bank and cell one, they gave evasive reply and being looked in to it. Nearly 15days gone, nothing has been done.

                                during surfing, my account money is reduced aroound 30 rupees(i.e.from 80 to 49), without any reason.
                                I am subscriber of bsnl prepaid mobile having no.[protected] & [protected].On dated i have received a message in my mobile inbox for renewal of bsnl tunes without my subscription & rs. 30 has also deducted from my account balance. therefore reply me why bsnl activate TUNE on my above given cellnos and why deducte rs. 30 from each no.

                                I have activated the 1p/ sec plan on 25/11/2009 but still this plan is not activated after deducting 69 Rs from my balance and when i call to customer care every day they are saying that this plan will strat from tomorrow

                                i have registered 2complaints in bsnl customer care.and my money has not been return to me and whenever i asked their executive for the services which i have started(according to them) they said that they don't know

                                iI didn't subscribe any other extra services, except the BSNL Prepaid Mobile Service. But on 05/08/2014 (at 6:48:49 p.m.), a message came stating that I have been charged Rs.20/- for Renewal of Celeb Diaries. I want to mention here that I didn't subscribe this service, also I wonder that I didn't recharge my mobile for the past two weeks; I recharged my mobile for Rs.30/- on 05/08/2014. Unexpectedly it was deducted due to a service which I don't know nothing about it (I didn't subscribe for it), and this happens on the same day I recharged my mobile. So, I want the MONEY BACK to my MOBILE account and also to UNSUBSCRIBE the service. Although they give a number to unsubscribe the service, but I was scared that another 20 rupees or some other money would have been deducted. So please do the needy thing that I have mentioned above and it would be solely helpful also thanks in advance.

                                  Recently I had applied for BSNL boardband connection online.

                                  The next day one person called and told he will collect the documents from me at my office([protected]). On the same day one more lady called([protected]) and told they are from BSNL and please submit the documents to their person. I had submitted the documnets and some money to them (Karthik - [protected]). Next time onwards they are not responding to my calls properly. It looks like they are doing cheating in the name of BSNL.

                                  Please do the needful sir. I have lot of respect for BSNL. But these people are doing disrepect for it

                                  Hello All,

                                  I have filled BSNL BB connection form online yesterday and I got multiple calls from various people !! and I really got surprised by thinking BSNL has become so prompt and quick response !!!

                                  I reached this post by searching for the mobile number which I received the call but that was from a man not a lady. The same number mentioned here - [protected].

                                  The person came to my house today and filled the documents and collected all required documents and asked for 650 rupees. I denied to give that money.

                                  So he convinced me by showing the writeup in the application form the security deposit of Rs. 500/-. At last of arguments he agreed to take that amount Rs. 500/- as cheque towards BSNL.

                                  He begged for document processing fee starting from 150 and reached down to rs. 50/-. I held my stand and last he agreed not take additional amount.

                                  I really feel there is some thing bad happening with BSNL Managers and the private document collecting people...

                                  I am waiting for BSNL response on my connection request. Otherwise I can cancel the cheque.

                                  Hello All,

                                  Even I was trying for BSNL broadband connection and applied through online.

                                  After 2 days I got a call from the BSNL customer care to enquire about my broadband connection request.
                                  The customer care person said someone from BSNL will come and collect the documents from you.

                                  Two days later a guy (Manjunath - mobile no: [protected]) called me and told me that he will come over to my home to collect the documents.
                                  He came the next day and collected the documents and security deposit of Rs600.
                                  He also gave another person number, saying he is his manager (Suresh mobile no: [protected]) and I can check with him about any further details.

                                  It has been 3 days since I gave the documents. I could not reach them after that. Their mobiles are always switched off.
                                  I planning to file a police complaint regarding this. Not to get my Rs 600 back but atleast to avoid my documents being misused.

                                    I bought the Bsnl 3g data card 2 days back in Koramangala 4th block from Bsnl customer centre, Bangalore and since then I have not been able to connect to the internet for 5 minutes at a stretch. It gets disconnected very often and speed is mostly around 10-15 kbps , often going down to 0, whereas my roommate has Airtel 3g which works perfectly fine. Even connecting to intenet in laptop via phone has better connections.
                                    Is there a way out??

                                      BSNL GPRS is good in Ludhiana...But no idea from last 3 days.. as i am using BSNL 3G from last 3 Month... Contact Customer care if any Handset or GPRS setting may be issue...hope BSNL Guys will resolve ur issue.
