I want to bring my problem in your kind notice for a necessary action.
1. I fond an SMS at 9:15 pm on 21.02.12 from[protected]
Thank you for subscribing Chalisa pack. Will be charged Rs
10.00/30 days .
2. I call 1503 immediately my Complain No. - B21UP1825995
3. My problem is that----
a. When neither I call a no nor I receive any no there is not a
reason to subscribe any pack.
b. When we call Costumer Care , Different Person give us
different information, they also misbehave us, they cut
our call during conversation at 11:00 am Sarika Jiand Kavita
Ji cut my call during conversation .Disciplinary should be taken such
Costumer Care Officer who cut the call during conversation.
Officer should provide correct information .One say your
Balance will be refund then other says your complain
Is not made for refunding ,it is only for Deactivation.
4. Now I want ----
a. My balance should be refunded.
b. Disciplinary action must be taken to the Costumer Care Officer who
cut the call during conversation .
c. There should be provision ,No service should be activate unwontedly.
Balance is kept for our call not for Advertising Company.

    Sir,
    I have a BSNL Pre paid Mobile connection which no. is [protected] on 22/02/2012 I had E recharged my account wirh Rs. 50/- (Fifty Only) which ref no.[protected]. Ihave a hand set Nokia 1616-2 in which ther is no facililty of GPRS or MMS, but the balance of Rs. 50/- deducted from my account on 22/02/2012 at 14:15 I submit complain on BSNL Complain center FOUR (4) times but they cannot give a satis fy reson thats why I wish to draw kind attenetence of your in this matter please help me to solve the problem for which I will ever great full to you.

    balance deduction is going on from 1 month, no customer care number is been connected & poor quality of network.

    i have received a message from bsnl ."Thank you for subscribing xplore Pack from Handygo at 23/02/2012 11:13 Am for Rs.30 valid till24/03/2012. to unsubcribesend unsubxp to 55678" . I don't like to subscribe this scheme. so i try to cancel this option. but it is failure to me . so i request to BSNL to cancel this Subscription and give return my amount Rs.30/- to my Cell no [protected]. Otherwise i will take legal action against BSNL.

On 6/02/2012 on line payment of Rs.110 towards topup for my mobile No.[protected] vide tnansaction of bill No.Bil/[protected]/PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE of ICCIbank Nallkunta branch Hyderabadhas been done and confirmed from the ICCCI bank.ABOUT 6 TIMES I have given complaints to the customer care ICCI bank and Cell one A.P. helpLINE. The reply is that the :system is not responding. On enquiry from the ICCI bank, they gave Cell one transaction of operator No.[protected] dated 6/2/2012. Inspite of repeated compaints tothe bank and cell one, they gave evasive reply and being looked in to it. Nearly 15days gone, nothing has been done.

            BSNL — deduction of money without any reason

            during surfing, my account money is reduced aroound 30 rupees(i.e.from 80 to 49), without any reason.
            I am subscriber of bsnl prepaid mobile having no.[protected] & [protected].On dated i have received a message in my mobile inbox for renewal of bsnl tunes without my subscription & rs. 30 has also deducted from my account balance. therefore reply me why bsnl activate TUNE on my above given cellnos and why deducte rs. 30 from each no.

            BSNL — deducting money and not giving service

            I have activated the 1p/ sec plan on 25/11/2009 but still this plan is not activated after deducting 69 Rs from my balance and when i call to customer care every day they are saying that this plan will strat from tomorrow

            One message is regularly coming from 56505 frequently without my activation and deducting money. How this is possible unless you have given permission. Another number 56505005 on regular interval without my consent and activation is deducting money from my balance. I hope it is nexus among BSNL people and with the number to cut such amount.             I am very much upset for that. So request you to resolve the issue as early as possible and come up with a solution as early as possible.

            i have registered 2complaints in bsnl customer care.and my money has not been return to me and whenever i asked their executive for the services which i have started(according to them) they said that they don't know

            iI didn't subscribe any other extra services, except the BSNL Prepaid Mobile Service. But on 05/08/2014 (at 6:48:49 p.m.), a message came stating that I have been charged Rs.20/- for Renewal of Celeb Diaries. I want to mention here that I didn't subscribe this service, also I wonder that I didn't recharge my mobile for the past two weeks; I recharged my mobile for Rs.30/- on 05/08/2014. Unexpectedly it was deducted due to a service which I don't know nothing about it (I didn't subscribe for it), and this happens on the same day I recharged my mobile. So, I want the MONEY BACK to my MOBILE account and also to UNSUBSCRIBE the service. Although they give a number to unsubscribe the service, but I was scared that another 20 rupees or some other money would have been deducted. So please do the needy thing that I have mentioned above and it would be solely helpful also thanks in advance.

              Hello Sir,

              Recently I had applied for BSNL boardband connection online.

              The next day one person called and told he will collect the documents from me at my office([protected]). On the same day one more lady called([protected]) and told they are from BSNL and please submit the documents to their person. I had submitted the documnets and some money to them (Karthik - [protected]). Next time onwards they are not responding to my calls properly. It looks like they are doing cheating in the name of BSNL.

              Please do the needful sir. I have lot of respect for BSNL. But these people are doing disrepect for it

              Hello All,

              I have filled BSNL BB connection form online yesterday and I got multiple calls from various people !! and I really got surprised by thinking BSNL has become so prompt and quick response !!!

              I reached this post by searching for the mobile number which I received the call but that was from a man not a lady. The same number mentioned here - [protected].

              The person came to my house today and filled the documents and collected all required documents and asked for 650 rupees. I denied to give that money.

              So he convinced me by showing the writeup in the application form the security deposit of Rs. 500/-. At last of arguments he agreed to take that amount Rs. 500/- as cheque towards BSNL.

              He begged for document processing fee starting from 150 and reached down to rs. 50/-. I held my stand and last he agreed not take additional amount.

              I really feel there is some thing bad happening with BSNL Managers and the private document collecting people...

              I am waiting for BSNL response on my connection request. Otherwise I can cancel the cheque.

              Hello All,

              Even I was trying for BSNL broadband connection and applied through online.

              After 2 days I got a call from the BSNL customer care to enquire about my broadband connection request.
              The customer care person said someone from BSNL will come and collect the documents from you.

              Two days later a guy (Manjunath - mobile no: [protected]) called me and told me that he will come over to my home to collect the documents.
              He came the next day and collected the documents and security deposit of Rs600.
              He also gave another person number, saying he is his manager (Suresh mobile no: [protected]) and I can check with him about any further details.

              It has been 3 days since I gave the documents. I could not reach them after that. Their mobiles are always switched off.
              I planning to file a police complaint regarding this. Not to get my Rs 600 back but atleast to avoid my documents being misused.

                I bought the Bsnl 3g data card 2 days back in Koramangala 4th block from Bsnl customer centre, Bangalore and since then I have not been able to connect to the internet for 5 minutes at a stretch. It gets disconnected very often and speed is mostly around 10-15 kbps , often going down to 0, whereas my roommate has Airtel 3g which works perfectly fine. Even connecting to intenet in laptop via phone has better connections.
                Is there a way out??

                  GPRS activated on my mobile no: [protected]. in 7-8 months i have use 2g inetrnet service. as per slow service i have not use it properly.........
                  BSNL GPRS is good in Ludhiana...But no idea from last 3 days.. as i am using BSNL 3G from last 3 Month... Contact Customer care if any Handset or GPRS setting may be issue...hope BSNL Guys will resolve ur issue.

I personally contect to the operator but he do not give any attention to this problem.The BSNL Dept. will awake after reading this text/ complaint.

                      BSNL Broadband — Speed of Broadband

                      I have a unlimited broadband connection. I am facing a problem about speed. I check speed on the website www. testmy.net. but i am getting bandwidth 59 kbps.

I am now using it as dail up connection which is too slow i need my broad band to be worked as before .                       BSNL — Invalid Speed Promised

                      Bsnl promises 144 Kbps of total bandwidth (however in shops they say 192 kbps)... bu you never get that bandwidth... you only get 11kbps of downrate which is disgusting and cheating people.

                      when i fill the form i read that the net speed of plan 750plus is 256kbps download but i got net speed 25kbps what is this? why i can not get the full speed (256kbps). is 25kbps is right speed or not. u tell a lai that the 750plan got the 256kbps if not than solve my problem...

                      i've taken the 750 unlimited plan of bsnl broadband,according to the terms it should have the speed of 256 kbps,instead of that i'm getting only 30 kbps...

                      i am using BSNL 500 plan . some problem with my network ,my downloading speed is less than 1kbs, also the browsing speed. On connecting the modem there may see a message that" your net work is limited period or no network please contact your service provider". I kindly request you to avoid my problem with my net work

                      I, Bhavesh Tala from Rajkot, Gujarat. I am customer of bsnl telecom service. I have bsnl broad band internet connection with plan 256kb/s (speed) but i get only 30kb/s. Often i complain to bsnl office Raiya exchange branch, 150 ft.ring road, rajkot, gujarat but they did not response me and not solve my problem. I paid all amount of my yearly plan. Please kindly do something.

                      BSNL. — Broadband speed

                      I have subcriibed BSNL Broadband HOME UNLIMITED service (Rs 750.00 per month). The downloadload speed I am getting is only 55kbps where as BSNL says in its official plan that it is 500kbps.
                      Actual download speed of 499 Plan is 55-65 KBPS for first 4 GB, later it will be approx. 30-35 kbps.(After Speed up-gradation on 1st feb 2012). Do not get confused BB Speed(Bandwidth speed ) and Download Speed...Even pvt operator claim 2 MBPS...while they offer download speed between 10 kbps-150 kbps

I have tried to deactivate it by sending deactivation messages which does'nt work and calling customer care but no concrete action has been taken yet. On 16 Jan 12, I received a message from +55678030 saying thanks subscribing xplore pack from Handygo and debited Rs.30 instantly for which I never subscribed. Then I sent two messages to 55678 for unsubscribing for which Rs.2 were deducted per message. Again on 16 Feb 12, Rs.30 was deducted towards renewal of the same Handygo pack. I could not get BSNL customer care on line. I do not know how reimburse the money for which i never subscribed. kindly inform me to [protected]@yahoo.com

                                        I have a BSNL Pre-paid mobile SIM having no. [protected] (Rajasthan) . Suddenly on date 16/01/2012, i got a message from[protected]MIMOBITV) about subscribing all Channels/Week , Rs. 40/Week and an amount of Rs. 40 deducted from my balance. Then i talked with Customer care officer and informed me that the balance will credited in my account between 01 Feb to 10 Feb 2012 and docket no. given was A18RJ742162. But this was not solved and complaint closed without giving any credit to me. When i again talked with customer care, no proper reply on this.
