Dear sir /Madam;
I recharged my 3G data prepaid mobile number[protected] on dated 27/01/2012 at custumer care centre Avadi,Chennai with Rs,3102/-and got the receipt for that.No.18105.After consulting the staff of BSNL csr centre only I recharged.As per the present promotional offer dated 24/01/2012 of Chennai Telephones,50% extra data usage avilable above 1000MB RCV.This offer is available from 26/012012 to 31/03/2012.But after successful recharge I got only 15GB of data for 180days only.Asper the offer I should get 22.5GB of data totaly.Regarding this I contacted bsnl customer care over mobile and landline several times.But they are telling irresponsible answers.Please kindly help me and do needful.

      handyago is a blood sucker company. it has bad tie up with bsnl officers obviously.thats why handygo is sucking money from bsnl mobile holders

        I am a yearly subscriber of BSNL Broad band (COMBO 500) with telephone connection[protected] providing free 175 local calls. But for the last two years the instrument provided by BSNL is defective and this has been confirmed by attending technicians at various times. I have made many number of visits to the BSNL office and I have been informed by the Officer-in-Charge of the exchange that their is no fresh instruments to replace. I have been forced to connect my personal instrument to avail the free facility. At present their is no facility for outgoing local calls. The broadband service is the WORST considering other areas. I pay yearly subscription which is going down the drain. The exchange personnel escape saying there is line fault. I just want to question the authority when my problem can be addressed?

        Hi,

        I register my land line no in the AP.BSNL portal 3 months back.
        after that i got my bill by post. but i din't got the ebill or the billing amount in the portal. i searched many ways how can i get the bill through online but no proper portal to asseses me.

        even i called 1500 they are saying the same thing as i used to do.

        Sir, With due respect I would like to draw your kind attention regarding poor and pathetic functioning of BROADBAND (Bsnl) services from SGPGI Telephone exchange, Lucknow I tried my best to solve this problem in Bsnl, Lucknow but unfortunately without any result So I am writing to you with a lot of hope that you will resolve this problem using your god office.
        Sir, I have taken broadband connection 5 months back (Ph[protected], Lucknow) but every after a few days broadband line gets disconnected and it takes 5 to 7 days to restore the connection, this is happening continuously for the last three months. More painful is the poor response from the Exchange. Even today (18/04/2008) broadband is lying Non-Functional. I have been complaining to GM Office, GM Office, SDO etc.but without any result
        Sir, I can understand that BSNL being the largest network
        in the country and there is always a possibility for technical-fault to occur but its very difficult to understand the fault becomes regular feature and No action is being taken to solve the long standing faults. It is fifth (8th) time in the last two months that Broad-band line got disconnected. Kindly do not treat this letter as a complain but as a consumer grievance which is an opportunity for a positive action.
        So I request you kindly to do the needful to solve the long pending problem of Broadband-connectivity, this problem does not get repeated in the future and preserve the pride of BSNL in which I am also a part of it.

        BSNL — Poor Service from BSNL

        To start of with, i had made my bill payment for my mobile a couple of weeks ago for which i wasn't given a proper receipt. I was taken by surprise when i saw a piece of paper with the BSNL seal on it mentioning the date, amount paid and the mobile number towards which it was paid.
        The BSNL staff incharge gave me an reply that the printer wasn't working properly so they couldn't print me a proper receipt. When i said that i will collect the proper receipt the very next day for other purposes, the reply i got was, "we could not print a duplicate bill for this, we could only print it when the payment is made."
        I am still puzzled, was it true that BSNL has an application that does not allow its staff to print a duplicate bill for the mobile services, whereas the same service is been offered for the landline customers with a dedicated queue for it.

        Rubbing salt to wound was my next bad experience a couple of days after this, where i had to step into the BSNL office again this time for shifting my landline connection. When i handed them my requisition letter i was refused for acknowledgment, where i had to make my own acknowledgment. I made a photocopy of the same letter where they had marked it received with their seal and the date on it, considering that would help me in my further follow ups regarding this issue. When asked when will the connection be shifted i was told within 4 or 5 days. But two weeks have passed by, yet no signs of the connection being shifted, where i am paying my rentals for the landline and the broad band connection without any usage for almost 2 weeks. Getting really frustrated i walked up to the BSNL office to follow up what was happening with my application for shifting. The responce i got was that the new exchange people (where i have requested for shifting) are responsible anymore and not us. They where polite enough to at least give me the new exchange phone number for further follow up. When i call up on that number, the guy who answered the call asks me all such question which gave me an impression that he hasn't received my application yet, he goes on giving me another phone number saying that this guy will help me out in this regard. It has been 2 days I've been ringing this number for which no one has responded yet. Is this the service that BSNL provides its customers with? It has always been a problem with BSNL when ever and for what ever there has been no proper explanation given by its employee for any delays caused by them. But still i could see hundreds of people queuing with new connection application and some for shifting which includes me. I could see BSNL loosing many of its customers' in the near future, if this will be the quality of service it is ready to provide.

        i am not able to check my usage account under brodband connection.my landline no. is [protected].due to this problem i used over memory than i have. i comliant it to my city bsnl exchange.i did not get suitable response from them.plz solve my problem.
        i have brand connection form above company for last one week (from 16.12.2008 ) still the date i does not have proper connection for just 1 hour . most of the time connection does not exit. even if connection exist data speed is very low . response to our phone calls very very poor.         BSNL — LANDLINE FAULT FROM 20-01-2009 UNATTENDED BY BSNL

        Phone is dead since[protected]. Registered complaints through 1500 and 198.

        Till today, i.e. 29.1.2009, nobody attend and rectify the faults. Due to this, we are
        unable to operate Broad band and surf through NET for my Sons Marriage alliance.
        He has come From Australia for this purpose. Everything is spoilt because of inaction
        non rectification of faults.

        I am thinking of shifting to Other private connections.

        Can anybody attend this complaint and set right my land line connections.

        I am vineet mittal from 395/B Clerk colony indore. We have more problem with Bsnl including landline and also mobile services.
        Actully my mobile no. of bsnl is [protected] and i take a complaint at your customer care service no. 24365, and your senior executive are attend it after 35-40 minuites and they will not come to any satisfied answer to me actully problem is that i recharge my mobile with sms voucher of rs. 56/- ( inclusive tax). and now i have 300 sms and 20/- rs talk time, and when i send sms to my relatives so than 0.1 rs./ sms are reduced in my main a/c balance. This is to reason of because i have on my delivary report option. but you do not specify any of further location to related on sms voucher. so how i know that when the delivary report option is on so that 0.1 rs ./ sms will be charged and your customer care executive are speeking to me when i call him than he will tell to me about that. Why
        so please return my main a/c balance and plus also.

        And with landline bills i have problem is that i have send to you a request about pay bills through my sbi a/c before approximate 5-6 month. and with your side any approval of related to it's not proceed recently. and i am go on your office at nehru exchange and meat the person are related to a/c mr. khan and he said to me bsnl not tiup with any of bank to pay online bills.

        Now i have purchase a nic data card at rs. 1681/- at bsnl nehru exchange, and after 3-4 days i call the no. 1662 for inquiry of nic data card and the person tell me contact with mr. lodhi at[protected] but the attendor cant received phone and than again i call at 1662 and than they again take me landline no[protected] so the attendor are tell to me please collect your card at meghdoot exchange, indore.than i collect my data card on self and than i install my data card self, but i can't do installed properly and the internet are not to be work, than i again call for installation at[protected] please complete my nic data card installation by your technical hand but with your side no budy come here for installation and no one to take any satisfied answer to me . Why?.
        If when i pay to you installation charges so why I install it self
        Now i have installed my nic data card on self. but i cant have more than 2 to 12 kbps maximum speed on net operation, not to downloading speed. (12/02/2009)

        BSNL is one of the worst service i get, not able to connect properly. Every time it disconnects. Complaints been given no use.

        So many wrong calls were coming even in midnight.

        BSNL — Data One Broadband is not giving proper service

        This is Shefali Hada I have taken bsnl boradband and landline service. The landline is giving me reasonably average service but the broadband service hardly works. Specially this month it's hardly working. When i call at the help center, they make me wait for some 5 mins to be transfered to the operator and even if i get lucky enough the operators put me on hold and they just forget about the call.

This is very horrible thing as, they didn't hear to our voice and they said; its as per instructions. This time we had really a hard time in the examination hall to make out for solutions.please kindly take any action or remedy for this. Many of the students like us had to lose our chance to be employed by these blunder mistakes taken up by Exam centers.

        registered several coplaints on 198 as complaint noL7390 on22.10.2009, M3149 on 28.10.2009, N7832 on
        3.11.2009.On 17.11.2009 when i again tried to register the response was-already registered no N7832.
        I have also lodged a complaint on e-mail on 5.11.2009 on consumer complaint.in but it is regretable that
        i found my all efforts sheer wastage of time and energy.At no level your department tried to redress my
        greivance.Do you think that even in such type of irresponsible attitude of your department consumer like me should keep on relation with BSNL.
        I am using landline of BSNL for the last 3 past years I am very much dissatisfied with your service. Last week a line man came to check and informed me that the problem is with tel.line and it will be rectified soon but till 28/12/2009 my phone remains faulty.

        A BSNL land phone no -[protected] is out of order sine last 7 months..But regular bill is comming and we are paying also.
        I have a Broadband connection from BSNL for about one year. But I have never felt that BSNL is giving me a optimal service. I can't access the speed what I am paying for. Several times there is no network coverage. Even after many complaints they are not at all careful to the customers.

        i have a evdo connection in maligoan area till date BSNL IS not able to give service what THEY calmed there is always a server down and speed is only 56kbps average and there is always connecting problem i have contected GM bsnl they said it will be over bye 1mounth since they are setting up more bts in guwahati but in reality for 6mounths its the same, its a cheating to the costumer for not giving proper service which IS bsnl's duty THIS SHOULD BE BAND IF ANY PROVIDER CANNOT GIVE SERVICE HE SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN RIGHTS TO GIVE MORE CONNECTION. BSNL CLAM TO GIVE 256 TO 2MBPS SPEED BUT THE SPEED IS 18 TO 56KBPS IF CONNECTED IF YOU DO THE SPEED TEST. ACTULE REQUREMENT IN GUWAHATI CITY IS AROUND 25 TO 40 BTS BUT TILL DATE ONLY 15 APPROX IS WORKING THIS POOR SERVICE SHOWES THAT BSNL HAVE TAKE BRIDE FROM OTHER COMPANYS TO MAKE DELAY OR GIVE A POOR SERVICE TO CASTOMAR SO THAT OTHER COMPANY CAN TAKE THE ADVANTAGE.         i agree bsnl improved much but still customer service still remains a vaccant spot.
        I too facing the same kind of problem but for the last 12 days.i am not sure i can post this comment or not because any time the bsnl connectivity go off.
        connectivity gets disconnected every minute or two[protected] i informed all the possible concern in lucknow but my problem remains unresolved.
        Bsnl higher authorities must take note of this kinly.we are proud indians we should do what we can do to others as far as we are capable of.thats God's gift they got the chance to serve for better atleast for theie perks Govt. provides

        BSNL — IGNORE OF COMPLAINT

        MY TELEPHONE CONNECTION FREQUENTLY DISTURBING LAST THREE MONTH
        I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAIN SEVERAL TIMES FOR DOING BEST BUT THEY ALWAYS TRY TO AVOID OR IGNOR MY COMPLAINS. THEY COME TO REPAIR MY TELEPHONE LINE AFTER 4/5 DAYS AFTER MY COMPLAIN LAUNCH. THIS IS VERY UNFORTUNATE BECAUSE I HAVE PAY TELEPHONE BILLS COMPLETELY. I PERSONALLY THINK HOW BSNL RUN IF THIS TYPE OF SITUATION PREVAILS DUE TO THEIR EMPLOYEES

        Hi,

        I think the service of BSNL Durgapur is pathetic. We are BSNL customer for more than 13 years. But in this 13 years, I think never we had a good phone service at least for 6 months. I live in UK and my family is in Durgapur. Every time I call the landline, either it is dead or else so much disturbance that hardly either o[censored]s can hear anything. Repeated complaints have been made for years. No remedial action has been initiated. 2-3 time they have changed the phone instrument by an old repaired one which again starts giving problem within 1 month or so. My question is if half the month the phone line is dead, then why do they charge the monthly rental. ONLY BECAUSE IT IS SARKARI ! This is where India is lacking. Government and companies tell customers/consumers what to do but they fail to tell people what people should do when govt/companies fail to render the required service. In developed countries, in this condition, will not only write off the monthly rental charge but sometimes will give compensation for the inconvenience caused. Thats call service.

        i, toufiq ansari, my BSNL ph. no. [protected], im experiencing very bad service from my fone since 1 year (poor voice quality, disturbance, cross connections) i have complained in the office to the line man even the GE of the respective office but they don't respond to it in a positive way.so please help me out.
        I am having broad band (unlimited plan) on residential phone no.[protected] My husband is a Govt.Employee (PSU) As per rules of Lucknow Telephones I am entitled for 20% rebate on bill of above phone. For which I have applied thrice alongwith photo copies of identity card & employer's certificate to Commercial Officer of Mahanagar Exchange, but they did nothing resulting which I am paying more money for 3-4 months. I also visited to Smt. P.Saxena, Accounts Officer, Mahanagar Exchange, Lucknow but instead of doing any help they behaved very rudely. Give full amount for unlimited plan and go to sleep or just forget it you ever bought any connection. you will see internet connection for some minutes in a very lucky moment of day or night. you can also complain unlimited times as per unlimited scheme.There are actually people you can see working behind those messed up lines and department but if you find fault you will be more miserable.

        BSNL — their poor service

        they hav activated hello tunes and i called several time to deactivate it and till nw no response from their side.so many amount has been gone from my mob.
        without our permission tey are activating several things and all our amunt has been cut by them,and we don't hav any balance
        very poor service , every now n then network goes and sms also fails, 3G service is also very poor, very slow speed and very low network bandwidth...............customer care also don't help.
        I have a landline connection & broadband connection of BSNL The connection plan is Rs.750/month but it never works properly.

        It never works more than 20days in month regularly.

        If I am paying the rental for the full 30days so why do they give service for less than 20 days?
        We reside near Darul Uloom Bilaliah at Bilalaabad Ahmeda Kadal Lal Bazar Srinagar Kashmir ( Latitude 34° 7'8.18"N - Longitude 74°49'16.77"E ). We were having very very satisfactory mobile service from BSNL till BSNL Launched 3G Services. Now we are having terrible problem while using mobiles from our residence. Network signal on our mobiles Fluctuates. If we get the dialled number, there is either no or poor speech or our calls get disconnected within 3 or 4 seconds and message flashes "error in connection". Many a times while dialling we get following messages:
        1. Connection error,
        2. Network busy,
        3. No. does not exist, etc.
        GPRS service is either unavailable or remains highly disturbed from this area. This has put us to a lot of discomfort and we are seriously considering shifting to some other mobile service provider. Some people say that the service has deteriorated because some heavy duty Jammers have been installed to curb misuse of mobile phones from inside Central Jail Srinagar, which is aerially 1.5 Kms away from this place and by road around 3 Kms. Some people state that this problem has started with the commissioning of 4 or 5 Vodafone mobile towers in our vicinity. BUT the fact is that the mobile phones of other service providers like Airtel. aircel, Vodafone etc are performing normally. Will some authorised officer of BSNL look into the matter and redress our grievance under intimation to us?         My BSNL broadband is not working for the past 2 weeks. My landline number is 2533448. I talked to customer care and even talked to the SDO of the Janipur area but to no avail. My complaint no. is [protected]. The SDO asked me to come to the exchange and get the modem checked instead of sending a person to our place. Left with no option my mother went to the exchange. The modem is fine. We are still waiting for their kind consideration...........

        BSNL — Service not restored in time, even after registering a ticket

        Hello Sir/Madam
        I filed complaint 61206187 on 03/12/2011 that the line is dead and hence the internet is not working. I received no communication regarding this till 05/12/2011, so I called them at around 1 pm on [protected]. I was told that the personnel will come in to fix the problem, but no one turned up till 4:30 pm. I called them again and I now got a response saying their working time is over and hence none would come to fix the service. This is not how services are supposed to work. I've already stayed data dark, without internet for three days no.

        Don't go for BSNL atleast here after. Why did you wait for 1 year first of all?

        Go for private service providers like airtel. Though expensive, its reliable in terms of service. Or get datacards and reduce your usage according to ur budget.

        I was being told that my services will be active within a day or two but till now no action has been taken.

        The internet service in my area is very poor. I am complaining about the continuous line drop for a very long period of time but no person in the Bsnl office seems to take my complaints seriously. We are paying them in advance the charges of early internet service yet most of the time our phone lines remains dead. Our internet wire in the the street has beeen broken by the monkeys and we had asked the concerning person to change the wire but the joined the broken wire from 8 places so we are not getting proper signals. The concerning person is very careless and doesn't take our complaints seriously. Please do look in this matter as soon as possible they are looting us of our money and are not providing services properly. Thanks in advance.

        hello...I am sudam Ingle I am using bsnl gprs on [protected] number...and I am facing gprs problems.gprs is disconnects after some time..and then it takes too time to connect again. .BSNL's gprs service is the poorest service in India...when I tried to contact costumer care from 123, the call is not connecting to costumer care service, its automatically disconnects..solve my problem immediately otherwise I will not use further services of BSNL..

          1. I have been a subscriber to BSNL Post Paid for last 7-8 years. I have had immaculate payments and only got average service from you to date.
          2. For last 3 months I am contacting your Customer Care at 1503, for changing over to 3G, which I am not getting any help, and advised to contact local BSNL office.
          3. With requisite application duly filled up, I had also submitted my application at Jharsuguda office (PIN: 768201), with request for, mobile TV as well, I was told they do not have present stock of 3G SIM and cannot help.
          4. Subsequently, I found that the call forwarding from my no.[protected] to my official Blackberry no. [protected] has been stopped (which was active and working for last 1 year or so). On inquiry to Customer Care, I was numerously advised to try again, but that did not work.
          5. When I asked to lodge an official complaint, I got a reply that call forwarding to other service providers other than BSNL is denied.
          6. In this circumstances, I am confused to what do next.
          7. I finally decided to change with MNP from BSNL to Reliance as BSNL refused to address to my inconvenience.
          8. I had intentions and also applied for to buy BSNL 3G Post Paid with mobile TV and additional value added benefits along with basic call forwarding services which BSNL refused.
          9. This is put up for our kind considerations, and a review for what finally you message “ a silent friend comes into help .........late” is an absurd statement.
          10. Please do provide service as promised obligatory and not as a favour, and please abstain your Customer Care Personnel from abrupt cancellation of calls, and advise them to be aware of all recent BSNL policies. I NL in this regard wherein, it would be proved that your Customer Care personnel have misbehaved and cancelled calls abruptly.

            I hav been unduly charged rs5 every month for onthly masti service 56505 without any prior info. Want to deactivate it and refund the money.

            BSNL — Unauthorised charging of add on services

            Getting caller tunes on my mobile number [protected] without request. I had requested BSNL Customer Care Portal(All India) on 7 Feb 2011 to disconnect the service with immediate effect. I had further requested them to inform me how much amount has been charged on the service in the last one year as also refund the amount so charged. Further, I had asked to disconnect all add on services to the mobile immediately. Now, even after one month, the complaint status is 'PENDING'. Even after the request, I have been charged Rs 28/- on 11 Feb and another Rs 12/- on 3 March, 2011.
            Their BSNL customer care mobile number [protected] is so badly managed, or call it mismanaged that the lady answering the call will never register your complaint, and that she will always misguide you to a wrong number.
            Kindly help me get back my money that has been fraudulently taken away from my account by BSNL in the name of caller tunes without my request.

Then I sent message them (56505) to deactivate. Yet they continue charging Rs 20 every month. Every message for deactivation costs Rs 2 to me, but stil they charge every month, why? Please do needful.

                    BSNL — BSNL Lanline not working

                    BSNL lanline is not working in my house for the past 20 days, for which we have already made a complaint. But, till now no body turned up. Kindly do the needful at the earliest possible. Our Lanline number is[protected].

                        I am using BSNL broadband from Nov'2010 but unfurtunately from last 3 months I am facing broadband and landline out of order ie, 10 to 15 days in a month and there is no waiver from BSNL side. While asking for the exchange engineer ( Kausalyaganga Exchange) they casually told that there may be modem problem. We will try to attend today or tomorrow.

                        I have taken connection with modem on Nov'2010 from BSNL, so if modem is faulty that should be replaced by BSNL.

                        Need your urgent help so that I can access my internet at earliest.

                        BSNL — Not getting satisfactory solution

                        Since last one month I am not getting solution for internt connection problem Linemen knows the problem that it has loose contect problem but they are not willing to solve the problem.
                        Hi Sir/Madam,

                        This is regarding the pathetic service i have received from BSNL broadband services
                        I did apply for a broadband connection 20 days back which got approved after 10 days and then they said there is no stock which further delayed by another 5 days. with continuous follow up with great difficulty it got installed but the speed which was promissed is not even nearing to what i am getting.

                        i have availed unlimited home plan paying 750 per month with 256kbps
                        the speed i am getting is not even nearing to 10% to 15% of the speed promissed by BSNL.
                        i.e. i have not been able to measure even 30 KBPS of speed till date. Have complained several times to BSNL but in vein. there are a few funny call centre agents who ask me to keep the system on for 6 hours continuously to check the speed. I wonder what it meant.

                        the support after you take a connection or even before you take a connection is worst of the worst. when enquiring about the broadband connection, they call say "We never asked you to buy the connection from BSNL. if you are not fine with the connection, go buy airtel or Tata. Pl donot trouble us for such simple things"

                        surprisingly the lineman who came to install the broadband service knows only how to pull a wire inside the home, connect the power socket to the modem and nothing else. He insists we call up the common helpline and seek help and setup the connection ourselves.

                        Its been an overall disappointing experience with BSNL and i insist this forum helps me and all others who want to buy the BSNL broadband service with the best of they advertise and promise.

                        My BSNL Broadband Internet Connection is very very poor. Even if I complain to BSNL people they say they are busy and issue never gets resolved.

                        I submitted complaints around 3 months ago. But, no one responded to that yet.

                        This issue is not just for me. It's for almost all the people in and around the place I stay. But, not one looks into the issue.

                        It's a shame on part of BSNL. Only solution to all these issues is not to make the jobs of BSNL people permanent. There should be performance appraisal for all the employees. Person who don't perform should be fired during a course of time ( after giving deadlines ).

                        What should be done to get my issues pertaining to BSNL to get resolved ?

                        This application submit to the Kozhencherry BSNL exchange.Now is finishing one year.But they have take no any action about this application.Now i am working with United nations mine action office in Sudan.In my home wife and two young children only staying now.There we don't have any good mobile network. I can't contact with my family. So i am too worryed about this.My wife speek to the Kozhencherry BSNL incharge officer about this application, Then answer was' They can't give this connection".                           I have applied for mobilenumber portabilty from bsnl to tata docomo two months ago but still it has not done. I do request to the authorities who are reading this complaint that please look into this matter as soon as possible as i have a very good experience with bsnl services. And i want you people to not to ruin this for this simple issue.
                          Its very necessary necessary for me to port in to tata docomo. Your services was good everything was good but due to some personal reasons i am doing this.
                          So make it happen as soon as possible i will be thankful to you.
                          I sent massage from my mobile Number [protected] (BSNL Mobile) for MNP on 08.02.2011 and got code from 1901. On the same day I registered my request for Port in my No. with TATA DOCOMO through its dealer. They told me that My number will be ported from BSNL to TATA DOCOMO within 7 days. i.e upto 15.02.2011. But till today i.e. 20.02.2011 my number has not been ported. TATA DOCOMO people say that BSNL is not porting out my number. when I contacted BSNL customer care at number [protected]on 18.02.2011, I was told by their executive that my data is not available with them. I could not understand what to do now. BSNL people are not Porting Out my number even after 12 days of my registration for MNP.

                          i have registered twice in MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY for converting BSNL service to DOCOMO.Yet i have not get satisfactory response from BSNL.

                          BSNL — about number portability

                          I am BSNL customer since 2006. Now in my locality, the signal strength is not well and it interrupts the conversation very much. I have been frustrated.
                          I requested for number portability from BSNL to IDEA. In this process I received the unique verification code. I have submitted the application form and the porting form in IDEA office and got the new SIM card. But the service from BSNL is not being deactivated. I have contacted the local office of BSNL,
                          but although the problem is not being solved.

                              The receipt copy of the appilation form is attached herewith for your reference. After submitting application forms we are moving one office from another for the service to get started but we are being forwared to various places like a ball in football ground.

                              Due to non startup of the service we are incurring losses in terms of call charges and in terms of rent accruing at your end. If you cannot provide the service then let us know that you are unable to provide the service and we would look for some other alternative/operator who can provide the service. In this competition market how can BSNL take risk of not providing the service to the customers.

                              We have written to Nodal officer as well as higher authorities but in vain......

                                      I have BSNL connection for the last 30 years and having Broadband connection (Plan Rs.750/-unlimited per month). This connection is working on WIFI router.

                                      Since last one month my Lap top is not accessing internet smoothly especially in the evening after 7 PM. Most of the time ASDL is connected but it is not reaching to the system due to which my very purpose of work on internet is defeated. I have personally contacted over phone to the person Shri Nadim as well as line man Sri Akhtar who is looking after the same but nothing has been done so far.It is necessary to mention that my job is based on the internet and I am totally helpless in this regard.

                                      Please have a look and depute a technician immediately otherwise I shall have no option but to surrender the broadband connection and switch over to another company.

                                      ITS SPEED IS VERY SLOW 30KBPS .
                                      AND FOR 2 DAYS ITS NOT WORKING I HAVE CALLED IN UJJAIN BSNL OFFICE, MR. JOSHI [protected], HE IS NOT ABLE TO SOLVE PROBLEM AFTER MANy COMPLAINTS.
                                      AND NOW I AM. FEED UP OF THIS PROBLEM .KINDLY LOOK IN TO IT OTHERWISE I HAVE TO CLOSE MY CONNECTION.

                                        I have a landline connection since March 2011.Since it's inception i didn't get any bill and i have been paying bill by enquiring from bsnl office.Many a time i have lodged complaint in this regard but no adequate step has been taken and everytime i am bound to face diificult situations.Therefore i request finally you to look into the matter otherwise i have to take any legal step in this regard.The duplicate landline bill may be sent to my E-Mail ID i.e [protected]@rediffmail.com

                                        I have a BSNL LANDLINE NO [protected] for more than 6 years and I pay my bills without delay. For the past three months my bill payment has not been accounted and the bills are raised. My account No [protected]. I have paid Rs551. on march 23 and Rs 551 on May 7th by cash and my user cash bill b[protected]. kindly verify an send correct bill
