being a central govt officer i have not been provided with 20% rebate till date.

i do not get my bill in time resulting in disconnection.

i have apprised this matter number of times with BSNL authorities but till now no action has been initiated.

Dear Sir,
I have not received the Bill of April-12, as it is under ECS, so I overlook the non receipt of Bill. But yesterday a call received from automatic call system that my bill April-12 bill is outstanding. So please send one duplicate copy to my mail id so I can make my payment.

    My land line No.22473224 and shifting request was given on 3rd Oct,2011 from Madipakkam to Kovilambakkam.
    Since that day, nothing happened but regularly bsnl billing dept sending bill for non used period.One bill was paid by me and when I enquired about customer care at1500, they replied to ignore the bill but they registered my complaint No.68731124 dated 14th Jan,2012.
    And also I enquired with SDE, kovilambakkam and was replied that due to not getting permission from Highway, they could not route the line. He added that they could not specify when it would be cleared. It's ashamed to note almost 4 moths they could not do anything.
    I HAVE GIVEN THE APPLICATION OF SHIFTING SINCE MORETHEN SIX MONTH AND I AND MY WIFE VISITED PUNE SHANKAR SHETH ROAD OFFICE HADAPSAR OFFICE AND FATIMANAGAR OFFICE NUMBER OF TIME AND WE MET NUMBER OF OFFCERS

    BUT STILL ITS NOT DONE NOW WE DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

    WHENEWER WE SHOW THE OFFICER WE ASK THEY ANSWER THAT IT WILL TAKE TIME BECAUSE WIRE
    IS NOT AVALABLE

    WE BOTH ARE STAYING ALONE AND WE AGED PERSON SO REQUEST IF YOU LOOK IN TO MATTER PLEASE

      I have made my landline bill thro online on 11.01.2012 for my home phone no.[protected].
      The amount is debited to my bank a/c. But I have not received the BSNL receipt for the payment made. My bill status still shows pending. My payment transaction shows the status as initiated. I want that my outstanding bill to be cleared or the bill amount is refunded to my bank a/c

      I made an online payment for my Landline Telephone bill on 2nd October, 2011, from BSNL website portal.bsnl.in. After making the payment, the transaction status screen shows that the transaction has been initiated 4 (four) times instead of one single time as it should have been. I made the payment only once, then how can BSNL initiate the transaction 4 times with different transaction numbers as can be seen in the image attached.

      I contacted the BSNL customer care number 1500 on 2nd october itself, and I was told to call 1525. The problem is that nobody is answering on 1525 despite trying repeatedly. On 3rd Octber(today), even on the customer care number 1500, no one's answering the call. This is a third class service being provided by the service provider. I want my issue to be resolved as quicly as possible.

        Sir,
        I wish to bring to your kind attention on the problems faced by us on the WLL Telephone connection No: [protected], provided by BSNL.
        1) The Telephone Instrument, which was a replacement device given to us from BSNL Vytilla office, is not functioning properly. The person at the receiving end is complaining of our disturbed voice, on every call.
        2) The message function of the instrument is not in proper order. After a SMS message is send from the instrument ,Continuous repeated messages are send to recipient without our knowledge. In effect, we had to shutdown the instrument.

        Please do the needful at the earliest, to avoid billing over the unwanted messages sent from the instrument automatically without our knowledge.

          Hi,

          Last month i have applied for BSNL combo plan 600 in St.thomas mount Customer care office chennai.
          When i applied for that connection they told that , as per BSNL offer (valid till dec 2011)INSTALLATION charges will be waived off .

          So, they won't provide telephone instruments , and i did modem configuration on my own.

          BUT , they charged rs 250 for installation charges and rs 600+500 for security deposit.

          I went to St.thomas mount customer care and they given BSNL account office number . she told the different story...

          WHY BNSL SELL THEIR PRODUCTS BY GIVING FALSE COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER and WASTING OUR TIMES !!!

          Can i apply this case in consumer court ????

          I have proof for the above commitment given by BSNL in their portal and also have the same by printed plan doc while apply for this line.

            Despite sending sms "UNSUB BB" to "51123" on 02/01/2012 to discontinue PUSH service under Bharat Berry Plan , Rs. 50/- has been deducted from prepaid balance of my Excel Prepaid Mobile No. [protected](Bangalore No.) on 06/01/2012 ignoring my clear request (timely delivered on 02/01/'12) to them n acknowledged as well by them instantly - an irritable act of carelessness n dishonesty on their part ! The deducted amount may plz be refunded to my prepaid A/C(Mob. No. [protected]) forthwith ! - Birendra Prasad Sahu , Retd. Class-I Officer , Resreve Bank of India , Bangalore .

                  phone — Refund after surrendering the phone connection

                  Hi,

                  I have a disconnected/cancelled my WLL phone (#[protected] connection on 16 Mar 09.I went inperson to the telephone office(arcot road, porur) & handed over the instrument, ariel & all the accessories and got the approval letter from the JE, which I then handed over to the regional office @ kodambakkam.

                  I was told that, I would be getting the deposit(Rs 2000) within 20 working days. But, it is almost 2 and a half months since surrendered the phone connection, even now, I did not get the refund.

                  I called the Accounts office, customer care, DO but in wein. No help from anyone. "DO" said that he'll talk to the telephone office & get back to me. But he didn't.

                  I've almost made 10 calls. But couldn't get a positive reply.

                  Request to look into this matter & help.

                  BSNL — Security Deposit still NOT received

                  I have submitted the final documents with the request for Security Deposit cheque on 26.09.2011 at the BSNL office (Salt Lake).
                  I was told to contact them at a phone no. - [protected] if the cheque does not arrive at my address after two months.

                  As usual, it has NOT arrived yet. I have been contacting them at the above said phone no. but everytime they say that the cheque has already been dispatched but it is almost 6 months over and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CHEQUE.

                    BSNL broadband (Phone no.[protected] provided at B-71, Deepwali colony,Ismailpur Vistar, Palla is not working since last one week, It’s just been around 25 days we have installed this connection and in these 25 days it has not worked for almost 14 days.
                    Now I am really disappointed with BSNL and suppose to discontinue the services from them if the same will be persist for one more week.

                          I've raised a complaint with BSNL that my telephone and internet is not working on 31-Dec and today is January 9th I'm checking the Madipakkam customer care office daily for the past 8 working days , I will go and check with them in the morning daily at 9.45, they will mark the number and they will tell me that a line man will come today.
                          For the past 9 days the same is happening, not even one guy came or bothered to attend my request.
                          More than 10 days my internet not working, I 'm going to pay my monthly bil without using any connection whatsoever.

                              Sir: I happen to be a consumer of BSNL EVDO on a monthly plan of RS.250. This package allows me to download 1GB o[censored]sage per month. My usage is very limited, i.e I use my internet connection mostly for web browsing, visitng social websites,, using skype, and sending occasional mails. My usage is very limited and the package has been more than enough. but, of late i have been experiencing some problems. Mostlikely the software for billing purposes has been manipulated by some one in conivance with an officer from BSNL. Some body might have done this with a personal grudge in mind. I went to lodge a police complaint with the magistrate and police officer. They have advised to wait and if possible file a compalint with the consumer forum. I intend to take this case further and see that the erring official or person is punished and fined heavily. I intend to use this forum to publicly voice my grievance, and request others with similar problems to come forward. Our PSUS in
                              india must do everything to retain the cusomers and chieve scale economics. And, this is the duty of all o[censored]s to safeguard the interest of our PSUS which have been the backbone of the country in providing some essential services. But, one reason for their declining profit margin may be the presence of corrupt and arrogant officials, who intend to make these PSUs their personal fiefdoms. i am keen to listen from others on such issues.                                   BSNL internet not working in my area for past 6 months. I have tried calling them over the phone many times but there was no response. I also went to the Customer care center to register the complaint but they were not ready to take the complaint saying that there is some major fault in my area. Every month they are sending me the bill without fail.

                                  my telephone number is[protected] take by HARACHAND SINGH my grand father. when they apply for this connection he deposit an amount of 10000/- in OIT account 9 year ago. this telephone hardly number work properly only 3 year and this was always dead 15 days in a month. during last 3 year this telephone was always dead 25 days in a month. yesterday we go to exchange he said cut your phone and took your deposit amount and we are unable to repair yor phone. when we connect our lineman he say i am not able lonely to repair your phone please come with your 3-4 man and we do something.

                                  as you know this time period is very busy for a farmer because this is rainy season sir when we took this phone we not know we are apply for a lineman job in bsnl because from 5 years we regularly and personly repair this phone.

                                  yesterday i was calling in bsnl customer care for broaband on WLL phone they answerd this facility is avilable on WLL phones and they suggest me for visit the exchange and when we ask this quistion from GTO he say this not avilable on WLL and the customer care is nothing know and this officer is not know about EV-DO facility for internet when we ask this quistion he reply what is the EV-DO.

                                  The officers are make a joke all servieses sir tell me what i do and please give me justice and repair my telephone connection

                                  ...When I contact to Telephone Exchange they told be that your computer may have virus, but when I contact to Computer hardware, they told me that the computer have no virus.                                   I have been using a BSNL broadband connection for the past two years and all of a sudden the connection went dead last month. I complained to BSNL helpline on 26th April 2008 and was given a complaint no:235837. Till date nobody has bothered to attend to my request. Meanwhile I had several representations to the helpline team, their supervisors, the Divisional Engineer who promised immediate redressal but to no avail. I am just frustrated about this and I dont know whom to complain to now. I would be happy if the honourable Minister of Telecommunications has a look at this. Would be glad if he understands that a common man like me has to keep trying for so many days for getting the internet connection restored while BSNL charges me for service not provided. God save us.                                   This is Raja. I have urgency to make a call from my mobile. But i don't have to balance to make a call. So, I have purchased a recharge coupon, (Coupon searial no. [protected]) from your retail outlet on[protected] at 12.15 PM. But unforunately the recharge coupon did not support my urgency. i tried lot of time, but vain but it give always the error message( Recharge not possible).

                                  I approached your call centre to rectify the above issue, but your call centre excueted giving same reply of "Please wait for some time" always. and not responding my issue. and they teling about "our network failure".


                                  I saw your advertisement in TV other medias saying that "Crystall Clear Network". but practically not only on the TV only.


                                  Eventhough no message in your BSNL network regarding the delay of the Coupon recharge.

                                  I am realy fedop with the above issue. I feft shame about the BSNL network.

                                  I feel there is no such a person (Call Centre) to rectify my issue.

                                  So, I write this to you. I feel you may rectify the above issue.

                                  I have broadband connection on[protected],but after numerous complaints on phone and on 1500 the broad band connection is not working,some times if it works the speed is so slow that no site gets open.I dont know what to do.The only option left is to go for some other compny's broadband connection.

                                  This is with reference to internet service provided by bharat sanchar nigam limited (Broad Band connection). Since last 3 months I had been paying BSNL for internet connection but even after several time complaints I had not been provided services. My telephone[protected] is always out of order, and on complaining to BSNL office they are targeting to Nagar Nigam (Varanasi), as lots of digging is going on in Varanasi for some renuvation work. Because of that my work is seriously affected and unnecessarily I am paying almost 850 Rs. per month.
                                  Please look into the matter and find what could be done regarding the whole issue.

                                  if there is disruption of service for 3 consecutive days, you are eligible for rental rebate. call 198 and register complaint and get a docket number, read the consumer manual of BSNL for more details. U can also approach consumer court
                                  Thanks Mano. I have tried calling them many times but they are not providing me any docket number or complaint no. for this issue. I usually call 1500 from bsnl phone to register the complaint. Will try call up 198.
                                  I spent Rs 251 to get a 2 GB 2G/3G internet pack from BSNL for my number [protected] and downloaded and installed the internet settings, but the internet didnt work, their was no net connection symbol, nothing, I called customer care and complained 5 times but they were not able to solve my problem and didnt even transfer the call to higher representative even after several request's saying that the senior is not available.I even registered complaints but these people closed the complaint docket after 2 days changing the whole topic of the complaint and saying that the complaint has been resolved.I need my money back, I dont want net now
                                  Hi this is naveen mehmi, and i live in village alawalpur district jalandhar and we paid 2900 rupees for internet on 25 june 2015 and it's still not working as today date is 1st of july 2015., please help us to fix the internet as soon as possible and as you know it's been 7-8 days we are paying money for nothing.they are not sending any qualified engineer to fix the problem they are just wasting our time and money.                                     I have a BB 750 plan. The plan is for broadband and I do not use the phone for any other purpose.

                                    I was out of town for a few days and when I returned home on 1.1.2012, the New Year Greeted me with a very noisy BSNL landline. I could not use the broadband. On 2.1.2012 early morning I complained for noisy line docket number [protected], they just removed the noise and closed the complaint on 4.1.2012 . I had to once again register...

                                    My mobile number is +91 [protected]. I received the Message from 2 year back, that I have been "Successfully" charged 19/- for unwanted Radio Service.. that too without my concern. Atleast I did not expect this kind of cheap tactics by Public sector company like BSNL. From then I have been charged 19/- each month (i.e., Rs. 556/- till Dec. 2011).
                                    When I contacted the customer service center regarding this issue, they give me a reply that, I pressed some buttons while talking to somebody and that’s the reason for enabling the Radio Service... Ridiculous...
                                    In November 2011 i also make complant in Jalna BSNL office to stop this service. The consert officer assured me that from next month It will be stop.
                                    Dear BSNL, Even if any type of such arrangement is there in your system, it is your minimum responsibility to send a request to me for confirming weather this facility enable or not.
                                    Further whatever procedure they gave to unsubscribe from this scheme simply did not work. So, I here by request the concerned authority to take action against such schemes and refund my Rs 556/- talk time. Also unsubscribe me from this service.
