Sir,
I Had BSNL Broadband plan of 250. Then I changed the plan to 500 [Unlimited].
In the previous plan I got speed of 256 KB/sec as the plan said. But my new plan gave me a speed of max 70 KB/sec till my usage reached 5 or 6 GB and after that the speed reduced to 32 KB/sec. Why it's so? Does the plan gives only this speed? But others who have this plan gets 256 KB/sec.
When I searched BSNL plan list there they shown 256 KB/sec.
Please help me.

Respected Sir/Mam,

I am having problems regarding my Bsnl Broadband speed, my bsnl landline No is[protected]. For the past 2-3 yrs i am using Bsnl Broadband and my Plan is 500c Home combo, i was getting surfing speed upto 1.5 Mbps and Download speed upto 250-300 Kbps but for the past 20 days my broadband is not working properly. The speed is very very low (surfing speed 30-40 Kbps and downloading speed 5-10 kbps). I have made several complaints with Bsnl but they haven't rectified it yet and are ignoring my complaints, Latest complaint no are 08689 dt 24.8.2010 and 08903 dt 2.9.2010. Also i had made personal complaints to the S.D.O., J.T.O and the Area Manager but no response it seems they are not bothered at all. So i kindly request you to look forward towards this matter.....

I HAVE BSNL BROADBAND HOME 750 PLUS UNLIMITED PLAN FOR BROADBAND SPEED OF 512. BUT THE SPEED IS ONLY 50 -60 KBPS FOR MOST OF DAYS WHICH DOSN"T COME IN DEFINATION OF BROADBAND BY ANY MEANS.I HAVE COMPLAINED TO CMD BSNL BUT SPEED COMES TO 512 AFTER COMPLAINT FOR 1- 2 DAYS ONLY AND AGAIN REVERTS TO 50-60 KBPS.
WHY BSNL CALL IT BROAD BAND AND WHY THEY CHARGE FOR 512 SPEED. WHAT THE TRAI IS DOING.
IF BSNL CAN"T COPE WITH CONNECTIONS WHY WASTE MONEY ON ADVERTISEMENT FOR BROADBAND.

      Hello Sir,
      My name is Gourab Bhattacharjee. I've taken a new BSNL sim one week back(number [protected]). I've submitted all necessary documents and it was also activated. I've recharged with FRC 48 and RC55. I'm able to receive incoming call and sms bt unable to call and sms to any number. It is showing sms barred. Also outgoing calls are barred. Even i'm unable call customer care from my number also. Please help regarding this.

        I can't see my broadband usage for almost 10 days.It say's " This error may prevent further successful operations. Please logout and try to login after some time. If the problem still persists, please contact System Administrator." What to do? please help.
        I am not able to see my bsnl broadband usage details online.
        i logged in with my portal id and password and there is no details for paid month and also for the current month.
        please help me to find the usage details of every month
        I got five messages intimating me about billing of my Broad Band account.
        total of which comes to Rs.14020.17 even afer my prompt payment of regular monthly bills.I am unable to view the details also online. my BSNL BB a/c No is[protected]
        I am unable to see my usage reading nearly 15days .It says that "This error will prevent for further successful operations. Please logout & try again after sometime. If the promblem still persists then contact system administrotor."Please take immediate steps to get rid of from this promblem.

          My phone number[protected] is out of order on many accasions particularly on fridays and fualt is being rectified only on Monday afternoon
          resulting in interruption of phone for four days in a week.This can be checked in the complaint recorded in ur electronic complaint register.(doc number for your reference[protected] dated 12/17/2011) .At times the net is also not made available due to this.Please do needful to have pernamnnt remedy in attending to the fault in order not to repeat the same complaint in future atleast.

                    I had sent SMS reading "MSEC" to 53733 on 11.12.2011. Received reply SMS stating to wait for confirmation from BSNL. But till the time of writing this complaint I have not received confirmation from BSNL regarding migration plan to per second plan. I have to incur more expenses for every call. Pl. send the confirmation immediately for having migrated my plan.

SEKIYA AND ALL ACCOUNT OFFICER INCLUDED GM FINENCE BUT I DIDNOT GOT MY SECURITY DEPOSITE BACK.AS ACCOUNTANT MR. SEKIYA TOLD ME THAT MY SOME DELTA AMOUNT IS REMAIN UNPAID ,THAN I SUBMITTED ITS PAYMENT RECEIPTS OF THAT DAY INCLUDING A RECEIPTS OF MY SECURITES DEPOSITE WHICH I HAD DEPOSITE RS.2000/-(TWO THOUSAND ONNY)AT THE TIME OF CONNECTION.THERE RS.800/-INSTALLATION CHARGE IS EXTREA ,I HAD PAID IN THAT TIME.                         But till date they are not doing any needful or no communication from their side only they are sending Bills where we have approch the BSNL office but they deny the request and say we will not disconnect your line and you have to receive the bills.

We are not hear clear voice and always with voice with unwanted noise, I tested same line with other phones also samething happen. We have already registerd the complaint at kilakarai bsnl exchange & JTO incharge also. They visited my place said will replace the line immediately. But no result.                               I am a coustomer of BSNL mobile prepaid since about six years.I want to submit a complain that,in 12/12/2011 at 05:29PM a got message from 55678030 indicating that "Thanks for subscribing Xplore Pack from Handygo at 12/12/2011 05:29PM for Rs30 vaild till 11/01/2012." But i did subscribe any such service.

                              Without any information or any request Rs30 is deducted from my balance.I want to get back the balance as soon as possible.In this case I already forward a complain to BSNL coustomer care.My complain No is L12AS204986.

                                  We have a BSNL Landline with number[protected]. For the last 5 years, we have faced lots of issues with the connection and the BSNL employees will come and rectify after a long invitations.

                                  They are not changing the cables, inturn clubbing up the wires and they are not putting the tapes; due to this when the wall is wet, we feel earth/current in our body.

                                  Now we are facing another issue like, we are able to get the ring but the voice is not heared on either of the side.

                                  Since this is a rural area, people are not aware whom to contact for this issue immediately as the contact substance itself is failed.

                                  Please do check with the concerned department to take a necessary action by doing a health check of the connection from the junction box to avoid multiple disconnections in future.

                                    On Saturday, i got the alert on my BSNL mobile no. [protected], about the free download of caller tune kolavari DI, by sending a call to *567*#1, I opted and on Monday they have deducted Rs. 30/= without even intimating me. This is just a fraud..these companies are looting the customers by sending false alerts/sms...when I talked to their customer care executive and supervisor, their behavior was very rude..and they were talking like some businessmen rather than the persons, who are there for resolving the issues. I am shocked to see such a behavior of these telecommunications cos.The TRAI and supreme Court must look into this.

                                    I request the concerned authority to do the needful, otherwise, i will, you will loose lots of customers, as I have also decided to change my service provider.

                                    On 14nov2012 I got a SMS on my cell [protected] for automatic activating festival pack and they charged Rs. 20 for that and today another deduction for another service . These companies are making fraud with customer and the executives are talking like that they are our boss their behavior are very rude and they are pretending that there server and system are not working so that they can't check our details. These things are happening after activating DND on cell phone .

                                      on 9th sept 2011, I hads applied for a Landline with broadband connection at BSNL office, Kondhwa. Work order was released on the same day, [protected]/KBK13000063. I have been relentlessly following up for the new connection. Mr.Malegaonkar, who head the office at Khadi MAchine Chowk at Kondhwa Budhruk has repeatedly being telling that we are busy and have less manpower, fault at connection/line near your building is not known etc etc. Once the fault was known, now he has been saying that I have no manpower, the seniors are not giving us enough support. Also he said that pls call the Div Engineer Mr. Jagtap. I am not knowing how these people operate, it is 3 months now that I am paying 800Rs to some stupit wireless broadband, at the same time, BSNL is loosing Rs. 750 per month .... are they not interested in Business..there are around 7 more connections in my bbuilding itself which are pending. Can someone help me ??? Can this mail reach some responsible official at BSNL ???
