on 9th sept 2011, I hads applied for a Landline with broadband connection at BSNL office, Kondhwa. Work order was released on the same day, [protected]/KBK13000063. I have been relentlessly following up for the new connection. Mr.Malegaonkar, who head the office at Khadi MAchine Chowk at Kondhwa Budhruk has repeatedly being telling that we are busy and have less manpower, fault at connection/line near your building is not known etc etc. Once the fault was known, now he has been saying that I have no manpower, the seniors are not giving us enough support. Also he said that pls call the Div Engineer Mr. Jagtap. I am not knowing how these people operate, it is 3 months now that I am paying 800Rs to some stupit wireless broadband, at the same time, BSNL is loosing Rs. 750 per month .... are they not interested in Business..there are around 7 more connections in my bbuilding itself which are pending. Can someone help me ??? Can this mail reach some responsible official at BSNL ???

I am having problems regarding my Bsnl Broadband speed, my bsnl landline No is[protected]. For the past 2-3 yrs i am using Bsnl Broadband and my Plan is 500c Home combo, i was getting surfing speed upto 1.5 Mbps and Download speed upto 250-300 Kbps but for the past 20 days my broadband is not working properly. The speed is very very low (surfing speed 30-40 Kbps and downloading speed 5-10 kbps). I have made several complaints with Bsnl but they haven't rectified it yet and are ignoring my complaints, Latest complaint no are 08689 dt 24.8.2010 and 08903 dt 2.9.2010. Also i had made personal complaints to the S.D.O., J.T.O and the Area Manager but no response it seems they are not bothered at all. So i kindly request you to look forward towards this matter.....
