on 9th sept 2011, I hads applied for a Landline with broadband connection at BSNL office, Kondhwa. Work order was released on the same day, [protected]/KBK13000063. I have been relentlessly following up for the new connection. Mr.Malegaonkar, who head the office at Khadi MAchine Chowk at Kondhwa Budhruk has repeatedly being telling that we are busy and have less manpower, fault at connection/line near your building is not known etc etc. Once the fault was known, now he has been saying that I have no manpower, the seniors are not giving us enough support. Also he said that pls call the Div Engineer Mr. Jagtap. I am not knowing how these people operate, it is 3 months now that I am paying 800Rs to some stupit wireless broadband, at the same time, BSNL is loosing Rs. 750 per month .... are they not interested in Business..there are around 7 more connections in my bbuilding itself which are pending. Can someone help me ??? Can this mail reach some responsible official at BSNL ???

Broadband — mistake in bill
Dear Sir,My self rajesh kumar i am working in moser baer india limited.i have take internet connection from bsnl plan 250 monthly.Last three month my bill was came to me looking ok.but in the month of bill sep.-10 bill shown 401rs.but current charge shown 2750rs appox.i have submit my all bill every month.there is major mistake in my bill i am not using too much as per bill shown there must be a very major mistake in my bill.i am requested to you please correct my bill immediately other wise i will not use this service because when i have not used net then how my bill came with huge amount.please investivate what is the problem and reply soon with correction.i have manually submit the complain regarding this matter and have fiven request to change my plan 499 per month.
