Hi, I have the similar problem, I do not know how this service was activated to my mobile number. I am trying to deactivate the service for past 3 months Not able to do. Every month the service automatically deducts Rs 15, but to make things worse, I got deducted again for Rs 15 last month at a gap of 15 days. Every time I try to send message to deactivate. I recieve a confirmation message that your service has been deactivated, but nothing happens, as usual they deduct Rs 15. Can some one pls help me, my mobile no is [protected].
i also affectionate this type of chargable amt. please unsubscribes it.

    sir my phone no. [protected] is under bsnl karnataka network. from past 1 year i have been loosing rs 30 every month. the reason which i belive was some chat i suscribed is what the bsnl concerned officer says from 1 year. but from beging i have asked them to cancel the service but they have failed to do so. i really dont know how the sevice got activated nor have i used the chat service for which i am charged rs 30.
    sir i am a house wife and this 30rs every month means a lot to me. please help me. when i call the bsnl care they dont respond well and speak harshly. its been a year or so and i have been calling them every month.

        Subject: BSNL Broadband connection not working since last week

        Sir,

        My BSNL BB connection isn’t working, at Local area connection it shows as “Limited or No connectivity” from last week, I tried calling the helpline number provided where was informed to call exchange 26860000 but in vain. Its either answered by a lady who doesn’t know anything about BB or someone who keeps transferring. I am not well enough to visit BSNL office and keep on calling several times a day. I live along with my wife and daughter –in-law who has a nine months baby and my Son Ex-Navy petty officer is out of station, Internet connection is required as its used for many purposes.

        I am not getting any fruitful response on the same. Would request you to help me with the same at the earliest.

          We have been forced to take a fiber to home broad band services by BSNL with in this VGN Minerva Nolambur, Chennai 600095 gated community. I had applied for this connection on 7th September 2011. After a lot of follow up it got activated on on October 19th, 2011. Till date the fiber optic cable is not laid properly and get cut or miscreants can play mischief. If any fault occurs there is no help line numbers. No user manual or user name and password was given to us by BSNL at the time of connection. Things were done in an adhoc manner. Though on the bill they indicate 1500 and 1504 as help line numbers for voice and data line numbers respectively. I have several problems. The telephone instrument became faulty in 3 weeks. The battery back up provided by BSNL is not working. I need to re-install the network connection on my lap top for which BSNL should render assistance by giving Network ID, user name and pass word.The normal 1500 and 1504 of Chennai telephone do not know how to render assistance. I am try to desperately get some assistance today, December 10, 2011. I contacted 1500. They gave a contact number[protected] which is not a working number. Again I contacted 1500 as ked me to contact 1504. 1504 they were not answering the call or they cut the call with out answering. This has happened for 6 consecutive time. Finally one gentle man answered and he asked me to contact[protected]. This number was answered by a rude lady who said it was mobile fone section and it is not her business. I tried to contact the JTO Ms. Karpagam on mobile [protected] /[protected] / 26533400. No response. I tried to escalate it to GM Mr. Paniprasad [protected] by call him and sending SMS. He replied to my SMS saying that he has been transferred and contact 1500. I am with out any broad band connection at home and I will forced to wait till Monday 10.00 AM. It is a working day and there will be no one at home. I am not sure when and who will resolve. BSNL has created a monopolistic situation in this premise and they charge the normal rate applicable to all broad band services with out rendering any service.
          Action required, Immediate resolution of issue, Compensation for the harassment, immediate provision of 24 x 7 help line and discount in service charges till such facility is activated.

            Sir,
            I am Sayantan Mondal from Kolkata. I am very much dissatisfied while using Bsnl Mobile connection. I have two bsnl dosti sim cards. Before I bought it, I throughly read what was written in the Dosti plan. There it was said that between 2 Dosti cellphone number there will be free phone calls and 1 BSNL Lindline can be included. That is why i paid for the connection. Now from 8th of Decmber 2011, they are saying that Dosti unlimited plan has got reduced to 30 min per day. Now how can they change a Unlimited Plan to 30 min free plan? How come they can change the plan what they had proposed? Didn't we pay for the facility? Is it a way how to revise a plan?

            In the name of "revising the Dosti plan" the BSNL telecom service is deceiving us.
            Therefore I want to report a complaint against this change in plan.

            Sir, with due respect i would ask you to take care of this.
            I AGREED WITH SAYANTAN MONDAL during this bsnl dosti plan revised plan cheating issue.its really a harrasment of customer who spent more money to get this sim for its offers actually.it is not a process to change a lifetime plan like that.bsnl was really caused a very bad impression, which was really very unfair with peoples.agar aisa hai to yeh bsnl cheating company 30m/day ko kabhi bhi uske marji se bandh bhi kar sakti hai, yeh kya koye khel hai hum customer o se?hum logo ke paisa kya khilona hai?bsnl is now a cheater company. BSNL CHEATING KIYA HAI.KYA ISKE LIYE HUMARE HONOURABLE GOVT. ke pas koyee punishment nehi hai?sirf hum customers k liye punishment hai?

              I am very disappointed with your service, I had tried to shorted out my problem with your customer service executive but I thing they are not bother about customer & there organization. After 26 days my problem not resolved. I asked many time even complain no. but they not provide to me.
              After wasting my valuable time to complaint your customer service executive & sub divisional officer also problem not resolved yet.

              Since I realize that like people say BSNL means Bhool se na lena & Bhai sahab nahi lagega etc.

              If my problem not resolved within 24 hours than I am going to disconnect no. with other operator who are more customer oriented.

                  Dear I have a BB Strom 9530. on 5th Dec 2011 i have recharged 399/- for BIS service they told to wait for 48 hours after 48 hours i called and logged a complaint so that i have not still not got the BIS service on the hand set. They raised a complaint and gave the no.L[protected] and said will be solved by 7th Evening.
                  But still today when ever i call 1505 they say my service is activated and my hand set is not registered. before i used BIs service on the same hand with Cell no[protected]. No one is able to solve my problem waste of money and the cc executive are not much knowledge.
                  Kindly help me in this regard or else refund my amt. I m willing to go for other service provider.

                    BSNL DOSTI . — Connection problem

                    I brought two BSNL DOSTI Sim Card on 11.07.2009 and it activate on 13.07.2009
                    I send a sms 53733 on 13.07.2009 but normal call charge i.e 0.90p/minit deducted from my mobile.

                    Till todate i am not avial that facility which declared by the Company.

                    They attracted us by saying that it is an unlimited plan thus we took dosti plan...

                    This is simply cheating!!!
                    We can't expect this type of cheating from a Govt. recognized telecom company(BSNL).

                    This is not fair..comsumer court should solve this issues.

                    Hi, my name is DEBASHIS DAS. I am working in a KPO as an Operation Manager. I am using BSNL dosti connectiion for last 3.5/4years. But few days ago I came to know that the plan is no more.They attracted us by saying that it is an unlimited plan thus we took Dosti plan.
                    Now they are telling that it will b 30min/day.
                    This is simply cheating!!! We are existing customer, so they can't change our current plan with our permission. This is our right to get unlimited free calls to DOSTI number because, we bought this connection just for free call purpose & we have already paid for this.
                    We need justice...

                    Guys, i went to the Bsnl office in ranikuthi on 4.4.2012, they told me that this dosti problem will be sorted out within this month, their will be a new plan "Bondhu" which is the bengali of dosti, this plan will be same as dosti, we have to migrate to this plan with some nominal charges.All other things will be same as Dosti.They said that this plan will be coming out around Poila Boisakh.Lets c what happens...

                        Sir,It is informed that the solsn circle is debiting amounts from my mob.telephone No.[protected] and my wifw mobile No.[protected] from the services which which we have not opted or asked for and we regulary getting messages for their renewal or cancellation or unsuscribing for the service by sending SMS which would cost Rs.2 per sms. If we donot send the sms for unscribing it then the renewal charged would be debited from our credit of prepaid connection.For example message from BP-HANDGO date 06/11/11 whic read as "your Boss Ka Toss Service will get renew in next 2 days to unsuscribe send UNSUBKT to 55678,chage Rs.2." It may please be pointed out that we have not asked fpr any service when the we hvae been charged from our prepaid credit by BP-54646 and we have to send the sms for unscribing it.Every time we are charged for unsubscribing sms .Is it not called cheating the gullible customer both way? Would you please look into the matter for preventing such cheating at the hand of Govt. department of bsnl,solan circle which has resorted to such modus operandi of debiting the credit of the prepaid customer.This may please be stopped forth withby issuing the instructions to the concerned department under intimation to me.M.L.DEWAN,

                        I also receive this type of massage form BP-HANDGO "your spicy joke service will get renew in next 2 days, to unsubscribe send UNSUBSPICE to 5567899 Charge Rs 2" I don't remember previous balance so I was not sure that any this type service was activated or not .I call customer care and told my problem and he told non of this type service is activated on my number, If I response this massage than it may happen that I lose my balance .
                        I received message from BP-MIVASB at 12;14 on 09/06/2013as under' 'you have been subscribed successfully for MJOKE20 Service..For deactivation, please send unsub MJOKE20 ATat155223.Then I sent message at 13;27 and delivery confirmed, but on the day I received message from+54334 at 14;52 as under'Dear User, you have been charged Rs.20 for MJOKE20 service.For deactivation please send unsub MJOKE20 at 155233.I recd. such type messages earlier and deduction like this has been occuring every month.at different messages like it.It is a clear case of cheating by BSNL Solan and it seems that BSNL Solan is lootig by this method for it, 's MANAGER and other officers because it can not happen without the consent of BSNL officials as I have never subscribe for any services rather than making and receiving calls The matter may please be invastigated and nessery action may please be taken against culprits like this and further this type deductions may be stoped in future please.                             we changed our Plan & from last 5 months we are continuously getting Rent of Rs. 180/- included in our Bill but
                            no calls have been provided to us.

                              I am a BSNL customer under pariyaram telephone exchange. The phone initially i had was one WLL phone with caller id and memory storage. Once a problem with the battery back up happen they have changed the phone and give one non caller id phone with no memory. Still my phone battery haven't any back up. It was under repair more than one month and given letter for rental reduction and a good battery, they have signed and told me they will not forward it to higher authority. whenever the problem comes i my self going and giving the phone. i have to take leave for submitting the phone. while i ask for battery with back up and phone with caller id and memory as earlier she spoke roughly, as she cant bring it from her home. I asked for complaint book they haven't shown it, told will be there at its position, i was unable to find it. What can i do to get justice. since i saw some advertisements about consumer forums trying this. Expecting to get justice...

                                My phone no[protected] is not working for last 06 months several times I have complained but no result but every month BSNL is very smart to generate bills.To my perception BSNL is one cheater without providing service they are generating bills.
                                The matter is resolved just one hour before.

                                  I am a student residing in M.G.R nagar market road near K.K.nagar, i have been using BSNL EVDO since 2010 aug. I got really frustrated because of its slow download speed.

                                  I've posted regarding this complaint in sense if anyone would take steps....hope it would work.

                                  I had a BTS nearly 1km and i just dont get a speed more than 300kbps...pls do something.

                                  Speed of internet through evdo is too much slow i.e.50kbps to100kbps in haridwar but signal strangth is very good. I cannot uderstand problem.Please check it and solve the problem.My connection no.is [protected].

                                    I am a regular bsnl broadband user since its launch in my town. Broadband facility is not available in my land number since october. I have contacted different personalities in the numbers mentioned below in this regard. Also I filed a written complaint to Sub Divisional Engineer in our area last month. I also contacted the J.E many times regarding this; but all in vain. According to the authorities, it is the problem with the land line and they use to say the problem will be corrected within two days...... but no use

                                        I am a bsnl post paid suscriber.My no. is [protected]. Last month I put a complain here regarding some unknown charges charged in my bill but till date I din't got any feedback from them.In this month also they charged those unknown charges which i never suscribe. My bill shows they are charging for MT SMS and SDP USAGE which I never suscribe I want whatever amount being deducted in last few month bill be refunded as early as possible. Otherwise I am going to use mobile portabilty service and switch to other service.
