I registered for a complain for my interrupted BSNL broadband connection repeatedly. Even I sent a mail to one of the senior officer, but still there is no feedback from them. Following is the mail text.

Subject: Disappointing service of BSNL broadband.
Dear Subhendu,
This is a highly disappointment letter regarding the BSNL broadband service.
I am facing the following problems with my connection since last two weeks.
1. Frequent disconnection (on an average of every 15 minutes) 2. Some times completely out of order of the service (ADSL link is down) 3. Very slow connection, (speed test shows 100 kbps bandwidth, where as I opted for 512 kbps. in initial days of the connection the speed test was showing 500kbps to 550 kbps) 4. No resolution even after repeated complaints.
5. Since last 1 week, I am enquiring the status of my complaint, and getting the same answer (It will be resolved in 24 hours)
Kindly take proper action for the resolution of the above issues, else I need to go ahead with termination of the service.

BSNL — IPTV/WRONG BILL
I take the connection of IPTV in my BSNL phone and they said its free of three months trial . but they started sending the bill from the first month and change the plan also itself. i registered lots of complaints but no action were taken. and they disconnect my phone also. what i do? can anybody tell me.
