We have registered Phones under user ID serdnpur for online payment.

My Telephone number[protected] is dead for last six month I have registered complient morethan 10 times with local Telephone Exchange (karakkonam Trivandrum dist) it seems local BSNL support is very poor, they are not responding.bills coming time to time
I am paying monthly rent with out using phone. please do the needful at the earliest...

I am living in Kalpataru estate, pimple gurav which apparently has a small office having BSNL franchise. I wanted to apply for a new landline number for which I initially visited the BSNL office and and was offered a 149 plan with 149 free calls and a few other features. But I was told that the society I am staying in will fall under the local franchise and I will have to approach them for any new connection and I also confirmed...

I am fed up with frequent disruptions in the lines, wherein my telephone remains unserviceable most of the time. Whenever we register our complaint at the local Exchange, i.e. Ambad Telephone Exchange, only one line answer is given to us, lineman is not there, the cable needs to be changed, you speak to JTO mr. Pushatkar.
The state of affair is such that Mr. Pushatkar is not at all reachable, neither on his cell phone nor his landline....

have not recieved any telephone bill for my tel. no:-2480321 till date, instead I was infomed through telephone to pay an amount of Rs. 4247/-, which I did .Now I want get duplicate bill through my e-mail for this [protected]@vidyalankar.org so that I can know the details for which I have paid this amount, thankyou.

i used bsnl card since 5 years. but they are not given good service. i also activation the internet service since last 6 months but many time network problem and i cant satisfied. many times in our village network is off nobody take care of the mobile tower. i live in palsana and work at jolwa. same problem at jolwa also. my no. It is unfortunate that there is no one responsible to attend the telephones for registering a complaint with BSNL Ernakulam
with regard to connection problems of Internet Broadband .
Even if somebody picks the phone, they will pass the buck to the next person and relieve himself!
The result is that we have to spend a lot of time and money on local calls without getting any results!

I have been using the broad band connection of internet from last one year. from few days I am not able to use the internet. So I contacted bsnl office.
