Subject: 3 yrs of problem; How BSNL getting quality service report in every 6 months, though not maintaining service quality; Where call drop is high;
Sir,
We have lodged a complaint for poor signal at our area Baguiati, Kolkata.
Docket No. 2778829 dtd 26/06/2008.
Complain No. DOTEL/E/2010/07705
DOTEL/E/2011/00460
Just check the call details of [protected] at 19 HR to 20 HR on 10.5.11. and see how much call drops occurred.
The CGM on this time mailed a letter ( PGRAMS case ) noting that it will be cleared soon.
SDE officers also being contactd - they also assured that a tower will be built in Baguiati area.
WE had complained at least 8 times.
But , till now problem as it was.
We demand compensation for not availing service during last 3 years.
Area: Baguiati, Near Ganapati Vihar, Pubali, Aswininagar.
Within our house, no incoming , no outgoing in/from my [protected] impossible.
In the whole kolkata , no problem.Whenever, we enter my home , only missed call alerts arrived at my numbers- when anyone tries , it shows " not reachable". We can not call anyone from my number.
All the person , have switched to another provider. Only I , who loves you very much, can not switch to another.
Will it be solved? I am waiting for your solution.

BSNL — Poor service and call drop
I am using BSNL since 9 months and in this whole period I have just experienced call drops and blocking. If we want to call on STD then we have to start calling before 1 hour so that we can have clear line once call is established then it will never remain for not more than 10 mins. Forget about calling in busy hours all this is happening in normal hours in busy hours it is impossible to get connected before 2 hours of struggle with phone.I am just fed up from BSNL's service. I don't think that BSNL people are doing anything for their network.Even if you want to log a complaint they just provide you a no. which is not in use from a long time so that you can not even complaint for their network.
