I have a prepaid connection with BSNL which is giving error as'SIM card registration failed'. Currently I am in Banglore on my office duty. My communication is completely blocked due to this issue.

After trying lot of times to BSNL customer care, They told that I need to take a duplicate SIM and that to in base location. When I contacted one Customer Care centre in Rammoorthy nagar in Banglore, They asked for local Address proof and Identity proof from Govt issued. How is it possible for me, who came for office work tempororaly.

As a customer do i need to stay without my connection till go to the base location. Is this a right service to the customer.

Please help me to get my connection ASAP.

hi, my BSNl number is not working well.the network is not working well and they dont show the incoming number.i got many miss calls but the number is not shown very well.my number is [protected] this is my himachal number.

    My name is Nikhil.I had applied for address change from mahalaxmi layout to vijaynagar on nagarbhavi main road 2months ago and there is no progress on it.On enquiring at the BSNL office at chandra layout,they give reasons saying they do not have the cable wires for providing connection.

        I'm fed up with BSNL... But since it's the only ISP which provides Broad Band in my area, I had to go for it. My problems with it started right from the start. When I applied for an internet connection, the fraud official didn't sent my application to the head office, she hid it in her own desk and told me it's missing, this repeated 2 times, the next time I checked her table and found it. And I had to stay there to make sure they sent it. Now.. During a heavy thunder storm, my modem went "Kaboom!" this happened one month back, exact one month back. Similar events occurred this time too. The officials didn't register my complaint. They booked it on my next visit.. I used call them weekly to know if there's any actions being taken.. But no use... Now it's more than one month after I booked my complaint , still nothing...

          Myself Kaushik Solanki, working with General Motors India Ltd In Halol, Gujarat Dist.of Panchmachal want to get to your attention that I feel betrayed by your 3G DATA CARD service which I have tagen on 20/11/2010 and after so many time reconnect it work with very poor speed I am getting a maximum speed of only 14-34 kbps and the download speed is only 05-10 kbps. Sir it is just like dupping the people that this service is started .I tried to contact the customer service 1503 for my problem but I did not get satisfactory answer..
          Sir my BSNL SIM Mobile no is [protected] IMEI NO: [protected] of the 3 G data card.
          And when I want to download some file always the line seems to be busy
          Sir, kindly look into this problem and rectify this as soon as possible

              Subject: 3 yrs of problem; How BSNL getting quality service report in every 6 months, though not maintaining service quality; Where call drop is high;
              Sir,

              We have lodged a complaint for poor signal at our area Baguiati, Kolkata.
              Docket No. 2778829 dtd 26/06/2008.
              Complain No. DOTEL/E/2010/07705
              DOTEL/E/2011/00460

              Just check the call details of [protected] at 19 HR to 20 HR on 10.5.11. and see how much call drops occurred.

              The CGM on this time mailed a letter ( PGRAMS case ) noting that it will be cleared soon.
              SDE officers also being contactd - they also assured that a tower will be built in Baguiati area.

              WE had complained at least 8 times.
              But , till now problem as it was.
              We demand compensation for not availing service during last 3 years.
              Area: Baguiati, Near Ganapati Vihar, Pubali, Aswininagar.
              Within our house, no incoming , no outgoing in/from my [protected] impossible.

              In the whole kolkata , no problem.Whenever, we enter my home , only missed call alerts arrived at my numbers- when anyone tries , it shows " not reachable". We can not call anyone from my number.

              All the person , have switched to another provider. Only I , who loves you very much, can not switch to another.

              Will it be solved? I am waiting for your solution.

              BSNL — Poor service and call drop

              I am using BSNL since 9 months and in this whole period I have just experienced call drops and blocking. If we want to call on STD then we have to start calling before 1 hour so that we can have clear line once call is established then it will never remain for not more than 10 mins. Forget about calling in busy hours all this is happening in normal hours in busy hours it is impossible to get connected before 2 hours of struggle with phone.
              I am just fed up from BSNL's service. I don't think that BSNL people are doing anything for their network.Even if you want to log a complaint they just provide you a no. which is not in use from a long time so that you can not even complaint for their network.

              Totally agree with the scenario.

              It has become nuisance. Cannot change the number because I am using it for too long. I can't call anybody, nobody can call me. It simply says network is busy all the time.

              Even if after all the hassles you are successful to make or receive a call, it won't even continue for 2 minutes.

              I am not sure if only BSNL is responsible for this or the war between these telecom elephants is responsible for this.

                My Residential Telephone No. 2650955, is behaving erratic for the last one month.Despite a complaint was lodged on 1500 and was given a complaint No. which still stands.
                Last week AGM of the respective area was approached and the fault was rectified on the same day. It would have hardly worked for two days there after same thing happened ( Click Click instead of Ring) and heavy distortion on line. Please Help.

                            The BSNL WLL mobile handset which I have got from BSNL after getting new connection is very old and bigger in size. The name of the set is YUNDAI CURITEL.

                            Please suggest me some smaller and good brand handset like Nokia, LG, Samsung, Sony ericson, Panasonic etc. with powerful signal which I can purchase by my own from market and configure it from the BSNL office...
                            I have few more question---
                            1. What is the specification/type required in the handset which i can purchase from the market ??
                            2. Is WLL and CDMA phone similar??
                            3. Can i use any CDMA like tataincom etc. and get it configured from BSNL??
                            3. How to get internet connection from WLL handset??

                              I APPLIED FOR MNP FROM BSNL (PREPAID) TO IDEA (PREPAID) FOR THE MOBILE NUMBER [protected] (UPC BA452789) IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2011.

                              ON 30TH APRIL 2011, I RECEIVED A MESSAGE CONTAINING "DEAR CUSTOMER, THE NO SERVICE PERIOD IS EXPECTED TO BE OF 2 HOURS. THE TENTATIVE TIME AND DATE FOR THE ACTIVATION OF YOUR NUMBER IS 30/04/2011".

                              FROM 1ST MAY 2011 BSNL PEOPLE HAS DISCONTINUED THE MOBILE SERVICE FOR MY NUMBER [protected] AND IDEA PEOPLE ARE NOT ACTIVATED THE SAME NUMBER TILL TODAY.

                              I CONTACTED THE IDEA PEOPLE MANY TIMES AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT YOUR PORTING REQUEST IS REJECTED AND THEY ARE TELLING WHY THE REQUEST IS REJECTED.

                              AND I ALSO CONTACTED THE BSNL PEOPLE ABOUT THE REJECTION OF PORTING REQUEST AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE MOBILE NUMBER IS ALREADY TRANSFERRED TO IDEA NETWORK AND THE RECORDS ARE SHOWING THAT THE NUMBER [protected] BELONGS TO IDEA.

                              NOW I AM NOT HAVING MOBILE SERVICE FOR THE LAST 11 DAYS. I REQUEST THE IDEA AND BSNL PEOPLE PLEASE RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AND GIVE ME THE MOBILE SERVICE EITHER IN BSNL OR IDEA WITH ANY FAILURE.

                              Idea — Failed to provide Mobile service

                              I switched to Post paid from Prepaid, now my outgoing and incoming is bared. They say that as Address is not matching or not finding they have disconnected. They asked me to resubmit Documents I have resubmitted my documents and still submitting my documents. Till now i have submitted my documents arround 5 to 6 times but the status is same no calls on my mobile neither incoming nor outgoing.

                              It is big problem for me now.
                              I am not satisfied with the above reply because i am not having bsnl service for my mobile number from[protected]. BSNL People has disconnected my number immediately on[protected] then how can re-generate the UPC Code. Even BSNL Simcard also showing as Invalid Sim. I already contacted with BSNL People in this regard, they told me that my mobile number is not existed in BSNL Network and is already migrated to IDEA Network.

                              From that Day i am having cellular service for my number [protected]. No body is able to give proper directions to get my number active in either network.

                              I need solution for my issue. Please take actions towards activation of my number [protected].

                                Yesterday i've used Online Recharge sevice for topup my mobile of Rs. 110/-
                                The problem is:- From my Bank Account Rs. 110/- debited to bsnl but I haven't got recharge yet
                                my transection detail is
                                10/05/11 10/05/11 IPAY/ESHP/TECHPROCESS SOL/7725716/L501_BSNL Cellon DR INR 110.00

                                During Banks account page to retuning to bsnl there's some error occured due to lost of connectivity,, so may be due to it my recharge not done
                                please help me,,,
                                If recharge is not possible now then refund my Rs. 110 back to my account - [protected] (IDBI BANK, SURAT)

                                  My complain request ID: 65706677 of[protected] for Telephone No.[protected] was attended on[protected] and it was very fine Broad band DSL link did not disconnect for more than two hours on[protected]. I informed the same to JTO /Aghatyer Nagar Exchange over phone and requested her to wait for one day and close my complain. But on[protected] Two field staff came to my residence and meddled with the line and waited for some prolonged time at my residence and gone with circustic smile I preferred not to entertain them and my problem started again. Unless you repair your field staff there is no point in repairing telephone line they make mockery of your administration. Kindly try to handle this matter in your way please.

                                      I am using BSNL 3G connection for last 5 months, but till now online recharge for the connection taken is not possible. My number is[protected]. While I am trying they are saying enter a valid BSNL number. I have called the customer care several times and they are also not responding to this problem, they are saying it might be network problem. If they say that online recharge won' t be possible i would prefer another connection in which easy recharge is possible. They had cheated me by saying you can charge this online.
                                      I too agree with this complaint. I also faced the same situation while trying to recharge online. Recharging was possible half an hour before this happened. I don't know how my number became invalid in half an hour... None of the customer care people are responding to this complaint. There is not even a complaint forum available for this.
                                      I too agree with the complaint posted. I too faced the same problem while trying to recharge my bsnl number online. I did first recharge successfully. while trying to do the second one they said enter a valid bsnl number. I don't know how my number became invalid in half an hour. It created lot of inconvenience as I was travelling. None of the customer care responded to this. Not even a complaint forum is available for bsnl to help with these.

                                        On 4 feb 2011 , i submitted my bsnl broadband bill through this website:

                                        Now even after payment , my broaband has not been started , moreover when i called bsnl representative , they told me that i have outstanding bills.That means they didnt recieved my payment , i pais 3323 INR, and cleared all balance , but they say i have outstanding bill of 3700 INR ! Please help me sir.
