not working since last one month

Deduction of balance

i have a BSNL Prepaid no. [protected]
on 17th April 11 evening suddenly Rs. 5 deducted from my account.
and then a msg came from[protected]

CRBT subscription issue

I have been charged for Rs.1 daily at 3.00 AM and the message comes as ''Ur request for CRBT subscription renewal is successfull''.I tried to call Customer Care Executive lot of times but this damn BSNL call center but i didnt found any executive free to talk even at 12.00AM also.I think there is no customer care service for the BSNL.

sde not answering my call

Delay in shifting telephone line and broadband

I am retired employee from BSNL. I have given a request letter in madipakkam BSNL telephone exchange requesting to transfer the existing BSNL connection to a new place named Karthikeyapuram. I have given the request on mid of febraury 2011. But till now no action has been taken. We have been calling the exchange and getting only irresponsible answers. Even the higher officials are behaving as if they do not care for it, when we submit a complaint....

I have problem of sending SMS from my BSNL postpaid connection. When i called the helpdesk people,they ask me to change the message centre number ,switch off and on and then resend.

I called 4 to 5 times in 6 weeks ,and the same response. but SMS is not going through.

mine is postpaid plan 225.
