Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

I am using post paid mobile of BSNL. On 12.05.11 I subscribed the Pocket Dictionary Service. The service provider must have deducted monthly charges. However, the service was discontinued from next day. I am making all out efforts to contact the customer care, but all in vain.

I want to deactivate the bsnl jokesh services 55678 jokes message 55678 which got automatically activated.Customer /BSNL support services is very poor & unable to resolve the problem.For jokesh sice, since last 2months I had called sevaral times the information given by.

I had booked a new telephone connection on 18 May'11 in the name of Mr.John Shulman Gordon with the BSNL office which is within the compuond of the Telephone exchange in Secunderabad adjacent to the General post Office.
The address on which the new telephone is booked is Plot no 9, P & T Colony, behind Apollo Hospital Vikrampuri, Kharkana, Secunderabad - 500 009. The new telephone alloted is 27816565.

I had been to the BSNL JTO's office which is situated near Saibaba Temple Ishaq colony near picket school to find out about the installation of the new telephone line. I was told that the concerned lineman was on leave and he will do the installation once he is back to work. There is no information about the date on which the concerned lineman we be back after his leave.

Please do the needful to get the new telephone line installed.

i dont know the called person and he threated me on call 3 to 4 time.and i block his no on my mob then he
send me 2 messages full of abuses.i m afraid.
so do the need full.

Some service provider is deducting Rs 5/month from my cellone a/c and sedning me some useless SMSs. The no. of service provider is[protected] and has no name. Every month it send a SMS for thanking me for renewal of the said service and deducts RS.5, for the service which I never subscribed. I want to immeditely stop this nuisance. Kindly help. Dear Sir,

I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 3 years. .Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But in last month ( April -2011 ) i saw that an additional amount of Rs.149/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand).
Once phone call received from Hungama and my son give a my mail ID . Also i have saw mail from hungama but i have never login on this .
When enquired at exchange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly surprised that BSNL office not aware of this service ,accounts officer give me a number and from his table i have requeist to hungama customer care for deactivate my services . I asked for any key number for cancellation but he denied and they have not such facilities.

I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.

It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (as Rs 149 makes bigger amt). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama OR BSNL, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this.

EVDO data card purchased on 03/08/2010 ,number allotted[protected].Till activation I have never received any bill for using the service.I always applied for duplicate bill for payment.No satisfactory reply given by the official attending the matter.I have land line phone also having number[protected] for which getting regular bill,means no address problem.Why I am not getting bill for EVDO, is my problem.

I had sent sms to activate DND service on 31st march. I was told it will be activited after 45 days. But after 45 days also I am getting same commercial messages. I complained to bsnl help center . complain no E18as30589. But no respond. I am getting sms from LM-DEalSNu,BV-55666,BV-59595,ETC Please take necessary steps. My mobile no is [protected] [pre paid]

I have de Activated BSNL Game on demand subscription in the month of March. 2011. But still i am receiving a amount of Rs. 200.00 in monthly bill regulerly by the BSNL while i am not using it.

I have requested for a transfer on 7th May 2011. Its is not yet shifted to my new address.

I use broadband ona regular basis.

My mobile number is [protected], I am using farmers postpaid plan . There is lot of network problem in BSNL network. So many times call gets dropped. I am also facing problem like conjestion, most of the time whenever somebody tries to call me then he/she gets error "call cannot be completed OR Aap jis BSNL grahak se sampark karna chahte hai unse abhi sampark nahin ho sakta" even when there are full signal bars are showing on my phone display. I also changed so many handsets thinking that may be it is the problem of handset.
I hope you will give some attention towards this & some improvements will be done.

i am having this prepaid numbers..[protected] & [protected]..n complaint is that wenever i do recharge in my mobile,immediatly all the amount is deducted..i havent activated any scheme or plan or any other service..i tried complaining in 24365..i get no response from there..and no other complaint office is there in the city n not even in the state..i am fadeup of this..please solve my problem as early as possible..or do make call in my numbers given above..and i[censored]you are not able to solve this problem then i have to go in "trai"...
