Hello Sir,
I had requested to shift my connection from 23770114 on March 9th 2011 and till march 24th, i didnt get a new connection, I requested to waive my bill for non using the connection from above period and they approved it and the forthcoming bill, it doesnt get reflect, when i contacted them, i didnt get any proper response from Mrs. Suseela(Joint divisional Engg of BSNL in valasaravakkam branch). For that connection, i went to valasaravakkam branch for atleast 10 times in 16 days. Later i got a post regarding that I need to contact "Accounts Officer, KK Nagar for rental rebate"... Kindly justify and take necessary action.

it is shame on company likes bsnl for performing these businesses...they are MANAGING THE FRAUD DONE BY RAZA AND CONGRESS PARTY BY THE INNOCENT STUDENT OF THE NATION.
