    from this site i saw a notice regarding stv recharge through sms..so i recharged stv47 through sms...bsnl deducted 47 rupees from my main balance account..i got a message written that ur service will be activated shortly and wait for the confimation message...but already 10 days passed i didn't get any sms regardind stv47...and its nt working too...and my 47 rupees was also deducted frm my account...so kindly resolve this problem...my no. is [protected]

        Hi,
        I've registered for the Do not disturb service with BSNL. Few months back. But i'm getting promotional SMS from BSNL almost every day and rarely i get recorded calls also. my no: is [protected]
        Allready registred in DND from last one year. No use. Company is sending unnecessary permotional and other messages about 6-7 times in a day some times calls also. Requested to stop on customer care also but no use.

                i have one bsnl mobile number [protected] i keep it number from 8 year its is prepaid liftime sim.
                befor i live in city but nou a dayes i live in village.and in viillage the network of bsnl i very poore and the charges of bsnal liftime is .99 paisa per minit. its too much costilly

                  Prepaid Sim — Pripaid connection

                  Dear Sir/Maam,

                  This is the 2nd time complain in this regards. I had received a prepaid SIM on 26-sep-08 and given the acknowledgement copy to delivery boy. But still my sim is not sctivated. Although I was received the same from Mobile Store, I had once again deposited another acknowledgement copy at Mobile store on 1-oct-08, but still my SIM is not activated. I had already registered a complain at Reliance Customer Care and having no-[protected]. I had also tried to talk with Reliance Area Manager Mr. Das, Cell No-[protected]. But no body is responding.

                  BSNL is probably the worst telecom provider. You man write n number of complaints to them but they would simply ignore it. Complaints as old as 6 years is still pending in queue. I took a wimax connection from BSNL and words can not even describe the experience. Forget rainy days, if there is just a single cloud visible in the sky, the wimax stops working. You lodge a complaint and the guys will take a week minimum to acknowledge the complaint and another week to resolve it. These guys should stop providing any services to the people if they can not provide good customer support.

                    I have mistakenly with out my knowledge on what exactly the pin Number and the PUK number were meant for. I Entered wrong info as i wasn't aware of what it was nor any information is given to the user (In this case Me)..

                    Now the SIM is rejected and I need my SIM to be immediately activated.

                    Give me information and Make it activated ASAP.

                      The power pack of Rs.124 has been stopped after 3 months without any notification which make my cll cost higher. How could service like yhis is stopped since many customers bought new SIM and changed their no. for the particular scheme? This is absolute loss in any sense. They(BSNL) are making themselve a bogus co. though hve the super capability in anywhere than the other providers...

                          I am Tanuja Kharche. I am facing very disappointing reponse from BSNL officer. I have done top up for my BSNL 3G Data card on 1 may 2011 with 400 Rs vourcher (1GB)

                          The top up was successful, on 3 may 2011the balance got null without full usage and before the validity period.

                          I have logged complaint in Customer care at Bajirao Road center, near tilak road, pune on 7 May 2011. Daily calling to the brach and not getting the satisfactory response. Still I am not been provided the refund balance.

                            I have a prepaid connection with BSNL which is giving error as'SIM card registration failed'. Currently I am in Banglore on my office duty. My communication is completely blocked due to this issue.

                            After trying lot of times to BSNL customer care, They told that I need to take a duplicate SIM and that to in base location. When I contacted one Customer Care centre in Rammoorthy nagar in Banglore, They asked for local Address proof and Identity proof from Govt issued. How is it possible for me, who came for office work tempororaly.

                            As a customer do i need to stay without my connection till go to the base location. Is this a right service to the customer.

                            Please help me to get my connection ASAP.

                                  I'm fed up with BSNL... But since it's the only ISP which provides Broad Band in my area, I had to go for it. My problems with it started right from the start. When I applied for an internet connection, the fraud official didn't sent my application to the head office, she hid it in her own desk and told me it's missing, this repeated 2 times, the next time I checked her table and found it. And I had to stay there to make sure they sent it. Now.. During a heavy thunder storm, my modem went "Kaboom!" this happened one month back, exact one month back. Similar events occurred this time too. The officials didn't register my complaint. They booked it on my next visit.. I used call them weekly to know if there's any actions being taken.. But no use... Now it's more than one month after I booked my complaint , still nothing...

                                    Myself Kaushik Solanki, working with General Motors India Ltd In Halol, Gujarat Dist.of Panchmachal want to get to your attention that I feel betrayed by your 3G DATA CARD service which I have tagen on 20/11/2010 and after so many time reconnect it work with very poor speed I am getting a maximum speed of only 14-34 kbps and the download speed is only 05-10 kbps. Sir it is just like dupping the people that this service is started .I tried to contact the customer service 1503 for my problem but I did not get satisfactory answer..

                                    And when I want to download some file always the line seems to be busy

                                        We have lodged a complaint for poor signal at our area Baguiati, Kolkata.
                                        Docket No. 2778829 dtd 26/06/2008.
                                        Complain No. DOTEL/E/2010/07705
                                        DOTEL/E/2011/00460

                                        Just check the call details of [protected] at 19 HR to 20 HR on 10.5.11. and see how much call drops occurred.

                                        The CGM on this time mailed a letter ( PGRAMS case ) noting that it will be cleared soon.
                                        SDE officers also being contactd - they also assured that a tower will be built in Baguiati area.

                                        WE had complained at least 8 times.
                                        But , till now problem as it was.
                                        We demand compensation for not availing service during last 3 years.
                                        Area: Baguiati, Near Ganapati Vihar, Pubali, Aswininagar.
                                        Within our house, no incoming , no outgoing in/from my [protected] impossible.

                                        In the whole kolkata , no problem.Whenever, we enter my home , only missed call alerts arrived at my numbers- when anyone tries , it shows " not reachable". We can not call anyone from my number.

                                        All the person , have switched to another provider. Only I , who loves you very much, can not switch to another.

                                        Will it be solved? I am waiting for your solution.

                                        BSNL — Poor service and call drop

                                        I am using BSNL since 9 months and in this whole period I have just experienced call drops and blocking. If we want to call on STD then we have to start calling before 1 hour so that we can have clear line once call is established then it will never remain for not more than 10 mins. Forget about calling in busy hours all this is happening in normal hours in busy hours it is impossible to get connected before 2 hours of struggle with phone.
                                        I am just fed up from BSNL's service. I don't think that BSNL people are doing anything for their network.Even if you want to log a complaint they just provide you a no. which is not in use from a long time so that you can not even complaint for their network.

                                        plz improve your network or else we can change operator for better service.

                                        Totally agree with the scenario.

                                        It has become nuisance. Cannot change the number because I am using it for too long. I can't call anybody, nobody can call me. It simply says network is busy all the time.

                                        Even if after all the hassles you are successful to make or receive a call, it won't even continue for 2 minutes.

                                        I am not sure if only BSNL is responsible for this or the war between these telecom elephants is responsible for this.
