Dear Sir,

I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 3 years. .Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But in last month ( April -2011 ) i saw that an additional amount of Rs.149/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand).
Once phone call received from Hungama and my son give a my mail ID . Also i have saw mail from hungama but i have never login on this .
When enquired at exchange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly surprised that BSNL office not aware of this service ,accounts officer give me a number and from his table i have requeist to hungama customer care for deactivate my services . I asked for any key number for cancellation but he denied and they have not such facilities.

I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.

It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (as Rs 149 makes bigger amt). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama OR BSNL, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this.

    EVDO data card purchased on 03/08/2010 ,number allotted[protected].Till activation I have never received any bill for using the service.I always applied for duplicate bill for payment.No satisfactory reply given by the official attending the matter.I have land line phone also having number[protected] for which getting regular bill,means no address problem.Why I am not getting bill for EVDO, is my problem.

      Dear, I registered my prepaid mobile No:[protected] more than a year ago for DND but till 10.09.2011 I am receiving SMS from BV-55666. Please take necessary actions, so that my inbox become free. The message are like making happy life partner or such nonsence is very disgusting and non-sence.

        I had received a phone call from a service provider regarding a free trial for Games on Demand. But that is charged monthly 200 rupees it is happening above seven months please deactivate it sir.

        I recived a call in the month of April from BSNL office (He told that). He forced me to activate games on demand and told that this is a free trail offer for one month. But i recived a bill of Rs 133.33 for that games on demand in the next month.

          My request for shift of phone No. 25678274 from G 202, Jagriti, Old Airport Rd (under Whitefield) to F 703 in the same building was submitted on 9 April 2012 and receipt obtained. This has not been done so far despite a formal letter of complaint and two personal visits to the officer in charge at the Brookfield Exchange building.
          I was told that work order No. 25002653 was issued on 11 April 2012 and the shift shoud have been carried out, being in the same building where wiring exists. I was advised to follow up by phoning the following numbers: 28541457 and [protected]. I have been dialling these numbers several times daily but get no response.
          This is very disappointing.
          I request action and response to my complaint.
          I am a 86 year old senior citizen who has spent 56 years in the field of Telecom and Electronics and feel sad to see the gains of technology being squandered by such gross inefficiency.

            My mobile number is [protected], I am using farmers postpaid plan . There is lot of network problem in BSNL network. So many times call gets dropped. I am also facing problem like conjestion, most of the time whenever somebody tries to call me then he/she gets error "call cannot be completed OR Aap jis BSNL grahak se sampark karna chahte hai unse abhi sampark nahin ho sakta" even when there are full signal bars are showing on my phone display. I also changed so many handsets thinking that may be it is the problem of handset.
            I hope you will give some attention towards this & some improvements will be done.

                    Despite repeated requests by me not to send messages and deduct money thereby against bsnl prepaid mobile [protected], they have not stopped this unwanted practice. I have warned on 19/5/2011 through sms to take legal steps. Still they are sending it to my irritation and causing monetary loss.They ask me to type UNSUB and send it to 52906. I did it on a number of occasions . They charge @ Rs2/-and don't stop it. This is a trap. i lose money . Please stop it forthwith or face legal action.Refund what you have deducted illegally.

                      My land line (no.[protected] not working properly since last one month. I have not get any proper response from my nearest exchange (Pandappily) after repeated complaints too. one or two times some guys visited the sight, but no action has been taken still. I have paid the rent in advance but the phone remains as not usefull. Kindly solve the issue or disconnect the connection if BSNL not able to solve such small issues and get my rental money back.

                        I have been using BSNL 3g data card for 6 months with the initially opted plan o[censored]nlimited usage for Rs. 1359/- per month excluding service tax. Recently they have changed the tariff plans 1 or 2 months back limiting data usage to 15 gb (anytime) for my plan. The billing is as said above till last month, whereas this month i got a bill for an amount Rs. 24,550/- which is impossible because my data usage is not more than 8 gb (according to my download history and log statistics in data card).
                        What action can be taken and how to proceed in this issue as i cannot pay this much. Anyway i have decided to get disconnected this today only.

                        Me too. I have been using BSNL 3G for more than 8 months now. I have never crossed 7GB. My limit is 10GB. I got shocked when I saw my last month bill of 12500Rs. I don't know whats going on wit BSNL. Now I realize why people are not choosing BSNL. When I checked in BSNL office, they said I have crossed the limit in first 20 days only which I can bet that it should not be even half of my limit. Going crazy thinking abt this.

                        Can any one guide me how to take this forward. :-(

                          i have a BSNL Prepaid no. [protected]
                          on 17th April 11 evening suddenly Rs. 5 deducted from my account.
                          and then a msg came from[protected]
                          and msg was:-" Thanks for using our service.To know more please click @ Rs8 http://wap.handygo.com/bsnlw/dfever ".
                          i didn't understand why BSNL charge to me without using any service
                          at that time i was not using my mobile that was on stand by.
                          also give me bsnl email id for complaining

                              Hello, My name is Bhadrasinh Gohil. I have taken Bsnl Prepaid Sim card on 04 May 2011. On the 06 May 2011 i have requested BSNL customer Care to activate one service/ scheme i.e. selected two numbers on which i can do call for 20 Paisa per minute. The customer care executive told me that this service will be activated on within 7 Days.

                              On 13 May 2011, while i chek with BSNL, the same has not been activated. They told i will take another two days for activation.

                              On 19 May i again rechek with BSNL, and on that day also i have received same reply, it will take another 1 or two days.

                              Today on 20 May 2011 while i cross check with bsnl they have given the same reply.

                              No one from BSNL is sure that when the same will be activated.

                              Pl help me.

                                  On my mobile no.[protected] GPRS conectivity is stopped by bsnl service provider since last fifteen days without any reason. I had contact five times to coustmer care for same problem, but there is no any action taken from there side, they all had told me that my problem wos solved with in day but unfortunetly my problem is unsolved even after fifiteen days and monthly rental is going on.. last time I had talk with coustcare supervisior he has promised me for solve my problem with in 12 hrs..but it is still unsolved.Now what I have to do ?

                                        I have been charged for Rs.1 daily at 3.00 AM and the message comes as ''Ur request for CRBT subscription renewal is successfull''.I tried to call Customer Care Executive lot of times but this damn BSNL call center but i didnt found any executive free to talk even at 12.00AM also.I think there is no customer care service for the BSNL.

                                        I have been losing Rs.30 every month without any benifit to me.

                                        Pls make me free from this issue.

                                        BSNL — CRBT SUBSCRIPTION

                                        My mobile No. [protected] . I have sent SMS UNSUB ALL to 56700 FOR DEACTIVATING BSNL CRBT SERVICE but still Rs.30 have been deducted.Also in a Message dated 17 AUG 2017 I DIALLED 56700 TO UNSUB I Lost my remaining balance Amount.Such things are are unaccepted from telecom giant BSNL
