My telephone [[protected]] has not been working since 20.04.2011. I lodged a complaint about this in customer care [ 198] on the very next day and I reported directly at Cheruvathur BSNL Exchange also.
But no response from there till this date. So I request you to do the needful at the earliest.

    I have more than Rs.100/- as my talktime balance in my BSNL Cellone number ([protected]), however why can't i able to make ISD calls via my BSNL mobile? Whenever I call Estonia I'm getting connection error. Whenever I call Tabriz, Iran I'm getting no response. Why?

    BSNL CellOne (Prepaid) — No uncalled SMS

    I am getting uncalled SMS messages in the cell. I would request the service provider to kindly stop this.

    I make a call to Saudi Arabia Riyadh only after 2 rings the call got disconnect but Rs 10.00 got deduct from my account. No ISD call connect and No Received. I am facing a problem before 8 month. Many times call to customer care but no shoot-out because customer care caller says that every time sorry sir my server is updating.

      I have a land line connection of BSNL. Since 6 monts it is oftenly dead or in very poor service we canot even hear the opposit voice. they collecting the bills but not trying to solve problem. I call there sevral time but no result. every one who attend the call gives a another number to call this type you can call 10-15 numbers but response is 0%. so i did not pay the bills because why i should i pay for which I not consumpt.What I have to do for this.

        sir, i gived my bsnl sim [protected] to a person to use it some time, but she take MNP and switch to vodofone AND TRANSFER Name & I.D. On own name. Its all dond without my permision.so pls restart my bsnl service on orignal issued sim. And take legal action on 2party who change document

          Telephone bill dated 50 Apr 2011for the period from 01 to 31 Mar 2011 received by me on 26 Apr 2011 and the payment of Rs 511/- made on next day 27 Apr 2011 vide Branch PO vellora receipt No 0343.
          My telephone No is [protected]-251720). Even after paying the bill before time, the computer message was getting stating that the bill has not been paid and from 02 May 2011 the outgoing facility has been barred on the said telephone. This shows the lack of coordination within the department and the result - the customer is facing difficulties.
          May I request the concerned authority to do the needful for getting the outgoing call facility restored in the telephoneNo 251720 without any delay.

          Land line BSNL telephone — outgoing facility blocked by authority

          Due date of bill payment for[protected] telephone was 27.08.09. My a/c with SBI has been debited on 22.08.09 vide a chq 708921 dt 18.08.09 for Rs.479.00 ( the bill amount). But from 27.08.09, the outgoing facility of my phone has been suspended and one voice record is going on for paying the bill. I have lodged a complaint vide docket no.A 5912 on 28.08.09 . I am surprised that the Telephone authority may be suffering from communication/ co-ordination problem with the Bankers, but Subscriber like me have to face the sfferings? My mother, she is 90 years old, stays with me. For different reasons we have to contact the Doctors, mainly at night. Now I am in fear, how long it will take to regularize my telephone facility.               I applied two Land line telephone through BSNL Direct Selling agent M/s Dharmik Enterprise, Shyam Super mall, Mehsana in Jan 2011 & also installed in Jan 2011 & they have not give any information regarding installation charges but in the first bill BSNL debited Rs 1000 for two connection as an installation charges so we are not in any fault to pay such charges without any infomation so for that we already met Mr.Sharma saheb, Meenaben and also Mr.bagora saheb in the month of March so as per him it waived off & not will not show in the next month bill so we paid bill after deduct Rs.1000 amount but this month also same amount carried forward so again I met Mr.Bhagora saheb but he said you have paid this charges so please do the needful.Please find my details as below:

                I subscribed to the plan home 900 unlimited of bsnl broadband. I was promised 4mps till 8gb and 256kpbs afterwards. Not only am I getting the promised speed, the connection keeps resetting frequently. Sometimes the disconnection lasts hours.

                I tried, regularly, the customer care lines '1957' and '[protected]' from my landline. Both of the numbers give busy signal

                I am a freelance designer, this unreliability in the service is affecting my business in the worst way. So far i lost two major clients.

                Please dont let this be another complaint in the pile.

                  My name is Dhananjay from dombivali. I have a BSNL landline telephone and broadband connection. Six month back my landline and broadband connection get disconnected, when i complaint about it in bhoirwadi telephone exchange dombivali they said there is a cable problem. Your telephone cable get burried inside the gutter and we are not getting any person to do the work inside the gutter. I keep on inquiring but they keep the same answer work is going on. It took three month to start the connection. Telephone work normaly for one and half month and again ger disconnected and when i complaint again they are saying there is a cable problem. Now almost one and half month over that the telephone is disconneted. And the officer in the telephone exchange did not doing anythig. I complaint to their sinear but of no use. i want my telephone and broadband connection get started as early as possible. Please suggest me what can i do. Mobile-[protected]

                        I recharged my BSNL prepaid mobile from my pc for Rs 55/- through internet(net banking) on 20.04.2011 from the site http://portal.bsnl.in.The transaction was successful but unfortunately I didn’t receive any recharge on my mobile.

                        The transaction id isTXT[protected],Receipt no.- [protected]
                        I complained many times in bsnl customer care but it is of no use….I didn’t get any solution and they just consoled me by saying that the complaint is under process.Finally I talked with the in charge of the customer care on 25.04.2011.([protected]) But still there is no solution to my problem.
                        Can any body suggest any solutions?
                        What can be done if we face such poor customer care service???

                          I transferred my bsnl connection to attingal from Shangumukham exchange this February. I had already paid the braodband connection charges at Pattom, Trivandrum for my telephone number- [protected].

                          When I transferred the phone to Attingal number changed as [protected]. Along with it my broadband wireless connection was also transferred.

                          In April I received a bill stating that have to pay an amount of 1862 /- by 09/05/2011 which is mentioned as One time charges for my broadband connection. I had already paid this while taking the connection previously at Pattom.

                            The due payment has been made on 31.10.08 in cash, but the telephone line is not yet restored. Kindly immediately restore the connection because of patient at home.
                            the telephone line is dead for past 3 months, with which i cant able to use broadband connection too.
                            i made complaints several times to Mrs.Jayalakshmi working in bsnl office situated at ambattur telephone exchange.

                              I am Jayesh Atmani, a BSNL broadband customer from Pimpri, Pune.. I am using the bsnl 750 Combo Broadband Plan. The Latency for streaming and gaming is too high. Gaming and Streaming has become impossible on BSNL. Please act on this and improve latency as soon as possible.It is unfair to have high latency for 750 BB Plan . The speed should be greater as promised by BSNL, but it is far less. Low latency is requuired for better streaming and gaming. I have attached the proofs of latency that BSNL really gives.Please consider this complaint and i hope the issue will be soon solved.

                                BSNL — Deactivation of HUMSHAKAL

                                I want to deactivate HUMSHAKAL Value added service from my mobile no. [protected]. I sent SMS to service provider on 22.08.2010 but they take no Action and deduct the money and renewed the service pack. Again I complaint twice. Complaint nos are 6003104 on 07.09.2010 and 6087124 on 22.09.2010. Till now no action taken
                                want to deactivate HUMSHAKAL Value added service from my mobile no. [protected]. I sent SMS to service provider 5-6 times but msg didnot send on tahat particular no. I have compalint to custmer care atlest 20 times but no action has been taken. And Every after 15 days deduct the money and renewed the service pack. I have 2 recently complain no 6342804 and 6340711. Till now no action taken.My distric is Etawah (UP) Plz solve the problem

                                  On 29 april i recharge my bsnl krushi prepaid card with 109 rs. Till time i dont get the validity and i can't call anybody from my mobile.I ask the recharge dealer he told to contact customer care.I tried for customer care after dialing they not pick for approx. Half hour. I will try for 3-4 times and get eritate with the service. Please jelp

                                  i mam ismail g shaikh from aurangabad maharastra this mail is regarding i have krushi prepaid sim card no. of [protected].as plan i get every month 1GB to internet using it is ok .that 1GB i use with my data card, i have purchase your BSNL 3G data card, and name of data card TERA 3G but i have problem for the speed of inter net use, becuase i get speed very fast but only till use 1GB which you are providing with krushi plan and thing is when i recharge with Rs.98 plan of internet i dont get speed than tell me what should i do which plan should active for permenent to use your internet service becuase tera data card is not working with 98 plan

                                  Sir, i have done recharge (CUG)for Krushiplan of Rs108/- through SBI Net banking using BSNL PORTAL on 29/10/2014 at 9:52am Transaction ID-TXE[protected] and Receipt No-[protected], My Mobile No is [protected]. This transaction is successful but no response from BSNL please activate the service immediately and oblige...Dr U S Panpatte.

                                  बीएसएनएल ची सेवा व्यवस्थीत मिळत नाही त्यामुळे मी असमाधानी आहे. चालु असलेला फोन मध्येच कट होणे, नेटचा स्पीड कमी, रेंज व्यवस्थीत मिळत नाही. सर्वात मुख्य गोष्ट म्हणजे माझा रु.109/- चा कृषी प्लॅन होता तो प्लॅन आता शासनाने रु.141/- चा केला व या प्लॅनमध्ये ग्राहकाचे फार नुकसान आहे. दर महिन्याला 600 mb नेट, 350 मीनीट other कॉल कमी केले. तसेच 32 रु.चे रिचार्ज जास्त करावे लागणार आहे. रु.109/- च्या प्लॅनचे एक वर्षासाठी मी दिनांक 31.10.2015 रोजी रु.1199/- चे रिचार्ज केले त्याचा ट्रांन्सक्शन आयडी नं.-[protected] असा आहे. परंतु हे रिचार्ज झालेच नसल्याचे कस्टमर केअर वाले सांगतात. व दिनांक 31.10.2015 रोजी भरलेली रक्कम दिनांक 03.11.2015 ला परत येते. म्हणजे जाणुनबुजुन बीएसएनएल कंपनी आपले ग्राहक कमी करुन इतर कंपनीचे ग्राहक वाढवण्यास मदत करत असल्याचे यावरुन दिसते.
                                  जर मी उपरोक्त ट्रांन्सक्शन आयडी नं.-[protected] चा विश्वास ठेवला नसता व पुन्हा त्याच ठिकाणी किंवा वेगळया ठिकाणी रु.1199/- चे रिचार्ज केले असते आणि हे दोन्ही रिचार्ज (ट्रांन्सक्शन आयडी नं.-[protected] व पुन्हा केलेला) झाले असते तर रु.1199/- चे माझेच नुकसान झाले असते. या चुकीच्या सेवेमुळे माझा 109 चा प्लॅन गेला.

                                  I also recharge with 1199 Rs on 31 Oct transaction successful but bsnl side busy so my recharge is in queue. After 3 days my recharge value refunded. But because of bsnl site down I loose my recharge plan . so I think bsnl should give me benefit of that yearly plan as I done it on 31oct.
                                  Bsnl should extend the days for recharge as bsnl don't given proper instruction about that recharge. All bsnl cug customers became nervous as bsnl convert that plan . bsnl should increase recharge value but keep the same plan. So I kindly request to keep that plan with increased recharge value.

                                  BSNL Kisan CUG plan of Rs. 109/ is now CHANGED to MKSNEW for Rs. 141/ having validity of 30 days. And plan is also changed.
                                  This new BSNL crush plan recharge not comfortable for every plan holder. This costumer are farmer, not a businessman . So change this plan and given the facility old type plan .
                                  I am using this MKS prepaid from last 5 years my no is [protected]/200 on 8 February 2016 recharge my bsnl krushi prepaid card with 141 rs (Transaction ID - BSW[protected].This was not successful again i have done recharge of Rs141 on 10 feb. 2016 (Transaction ID - BSW[protected] this was also not successful, I had lost my money two times there is no reply from your customer care, I ask the recharge dealer he told to contact customer care. I tried for customer care after dialing they not pick for approx. Half hour. I will try for 3 - 4 times and get eritate with the service. Please help

However till date we have not received the security deposit(initial deposit money). As I am in UAE with my husband, I am unable to visit your office and check the same.
