Dear Sir,
After complain to customer service on 25/03/2011, I did not get my money back Rs50/- so far. This was deducted from a/c balance without my knowledge in two month i.e. 25/03/2011 and 24/03/2011 respectively. Firstly I saw one message from service reply when I put on my mobile on 25/03/2011. The message was "your last call cost is Rs.25/- for activation for WORD BSNL POWER. Your a/c balance is ... And got a sms from 51234025 that "WORD BSNL POWER Alerts is active.Rs.25 per month.Dial *456*89#, if you wish to dct @"
Immediately I called customer care and got a case no C25WB354807 dated 25/03/2011.
I said without my concern how you deducted Rs.25/- from my a/c. It should be credited as early as possible. I didn't activate any service. Customer service forwarded the above case no.

After few days i.e on 23/04/2011 again I call customer care for the above case and ask when I will get my Rs.25/- but they said it is already noted but we can’t say when it can solve.
The very next day again I got same message from service reply after putting my mobil on
24/04/2011 "your last call cost is Rs.25/- for activation for WORD BSNL POWER. you’re a/c balance is ...” And another same sms came from 51234025 that "WORD BSNL POWER Alerts is active.Rs.25 per month.Dial *456*89#, if you wish to dct @" . So I was surprised from BSNL Service.

Same day I call customer care that yesterday I complain and today again you deducted another Rs.25/- for the same why?

I told them if you can not solve I have to complain Consumer Forum and discontinue my family’s all BSNL numbers.

On 27/04/2011 I call customer care and ask about my cases. When I will get my money back? They didn’t reply. If you can’t solve now, next month again same amount will debit. Again I received another case no D27WB517295.

If BSNL Service provider can not solve immediately, day to day they will receive lots of complains ultimately they will lose their customer. Instead of one create lots.

So I request kindly look into this matter & solve immediately.

unwanted service activated — deducted @25/- on 25/03/2011 & 24/04/2011

3rd reminder.
What is the benefit of complaining to customer Service & Complain Registration form? So far I did not get any solution after complaing to customer serice. After complaing to customer service several times I did not get my money back which was deducted in two months vide docket no C25WB354807,D23WB499486 & D27WB517295 .Today I called customer Service again & Ms.Chumki Ghosh of customer service told me that deducted amount is not possible to credit my a/c. But why not? If I did not get my money back I have to complain Consumer Forum with my all authenticate documents and I have to bound discontinue my all BSNL nos. Ultimately you will loose your business.

So please solve the above matter immediately.

I am having a prepaid mobile connection with No.[protected] (Plan Name is 3 Star). My main account balance is shown as Rs.78.13 to-day morning. However, I received a message around 11.30 AM stating that an amount of Rs.30 has been deducted from my prepaid balance and the main account balance shown as Rs.48.13. Again another message also received stating that "News - BSNL Alerts service is activated. You will be charged Rs.30 for 30 days. To deactivate *456*32#".In this connection I would like to state that I have not asked for any News Alert service, even then my account has been debited. I request you to kindly credit the amount of Rs.30/= (already debited to day) to my Mobile No.[protected] Main Account. Kindly confirm deactivation with immedite effect. Thanking you, Sir,

        BSNL Recharge — Local shop owners collecting extra charges for Bsnl recharge

        Sir, i'm from kiltan island, lakshadweep. In my island shop owners are selling recharge coupon at more than m r p (eg 360 coupon at 400 rs). Similarly they collect additional 2 rupees for every 10 rupees. So kindly take necesory action.

        BSNL — recharge not successful

        i recharged a bsnl no. of kerala ([protected]) from U.P. of 200rs.
        neither i got the transaction no. nor the recharge was successfull on that kerala bsnl no. but the balance was deducted from the retailer .
        both did not get any transaction ID instead 200rs. was got deducted from retailer"s no.
        Please tell me what to do.

        BSNL Recharge — NON-RECEIPT OF BSNL RECHARGE

        Sir,
        Today i.e. on 30/03/2013 at 11:00 AM I recharge Rs.49/- as usual my regular practice. After few seconds I would be receive SMS and confirm recharge done successful. But on above date shop keeper told me recharge done and his balance also deduct hence I paid him but I am not get the recharge benefits or any intimation from company side.
        After 1 hour, I speak with customer care executive of BSNL but they told me due to some technical fault regarding recharge get after some time but still now I am not get it.
        Please do needful.

        I have recharge to mobile No. [protected] through online from my VISA debit card No. [protected] of Canara Bank main Branch College Road Nagercoil on the following dates
        2/5/2013 recharge for Rs.55 At 03:09:36PM (I have received message form Canara Bkank " "An amount of INR 55.00 Has been debited to your account XXXXXX3680 on 02/05/2013".)

        3/5/2015 recharge for Rs 100 at 9:40:02PM ( I have received message form Canara Bkank " "An amount of INR 100.00 Has been debited to your account XXXXXX3680 on 03/05/2013" )
        But so for the amount is not credited and activated to the cell no [protected] (BSNL)
        Why the recharge in not successful in the above cell number. Also How to verify these details
        ON 28 NOV 2013, I Hv recharged my BSNL no [protected] with Rs. 100, my order no isMSBI[protected]IGO3252657 TRANSFER TO[protected] but still i hv not got any talktime or any thing else, pls refund my money thank you.

          i have using caller tune from last 6 month. somehow from last 2 days suddenly change my caller tune whitout any intimetion. i have complaint to bsnl call center they have given the reply in our record the tune of "aaj mara mandiriyama mahale shrinathji". any body can tray to my mobile no [protected] this tune is not working.

            My telephone number is[protected]. There has been almost a total breakdown of internet services for the past three months. a number of complaints verbally or telephonically has yeilded no results. Telephone number [protected] meant to receive complaints is never manned and the call are oftenly have to be abandoned after long wait without any response. I would request if a proper defect analysis and repairs are carried out in order to alleviate frequent breakdown.

            BSNL — frequent breakdown of telephone and broadband services

            Dear sir

            There is frequent breakdown of my landlne no. [protected]. There is also chronic problem of instablity in ADSN link on Broadband which is installed on the above stated number.Despite registring complaint with the local exchange as well as at Higher authorities the problem is not rectified to my satisfaction. BSNL is doing only lip service but not taking any concrete action on it.
            Sir, I wanted to block download in my broadband. Will u please give password for blocking download?.

            Agreed. Mine is a BSNL broadband. The plan is 4Mbps but the speed never goes beyond 1.7 Mbps. This is the maximum that I get, it was as worse as 200Kbps many a times.

            I have raised multiple complaints but they got closed even without a single call from the tech support.

On this connection I take BROADBAND INTERNET connection. from last 20 day's I found an error name 691.For this I have complain my AREA MANAGER and all the officer as MR. SATYAN SHARMA, MR.                 i have activated the service of game but unfortunately i have forgot the user id and passward and due to this i am unable to play due mozilla firefox linex computer system it does not accept the program hence i do not want to continue with the service. hence I want to deactivate this game service imadiately hence please cancel the service henceforth.

                  Thi is with reference to our BSNL telephone #[protected].

                  I have been billed with excessive amount i.e. almost Rs 40000 plus and we had requested the higher officials to provide us with the detailed bill for clarification but no one seems to be responding and all of them are very arrogant and adamant and they are not ready to help us whatsoever. Also as per Mr Gopalkrishna we also made payment of Rs 18000 as he told that he will settle the issue but now after making the payment they are still insisting on making the rest of the payment.

                  Currently they have blocked our internet and it is extremely inconvenient for us as we are running a 25 seater company and we are forced to close our office as we are basically into online jobs.

                    This isHarini from Chennai. This is to inform you that I have already contacted BSNL Customer care to unsubscribe this GOD (Games on demand) plan. In fact we got a call from BSNL before 2 months regarding this that we could download games for Free so i registered(I clarified again andagain whether it wouldbe charged and they said it is a FREE TRIAL OFFER) but later in the month of February and March, we got charged Rs.200/- for this plan. Though we have not downloaded any games, we are forced to charge this amount which is merely useless. In fact contacted BSNL customer care to unsubscribe this plan for which they asked me to send a mail which i did too. If again in this month i get charged for this plan, Then we may need to disconnect total BSNL service and should look after another provider. So kindly unsubscribe this plan at the earliest possible which is not at all useful for us. If this plan persists, we cannot pay anymore amount for this plan. So please unsubscribe my account. Landline bill in the name of my Father ,R.Sreeramachandra Prabhu and number[protected].

BUT STILL NOW,ON 26.04.2011,I HAVE GOT NO RESPONSE.

But since 16th till now I am not able to access the service in roaming. Regarding this I had registered many complaints but there is no response yet . Its been more than a week now.Customer care executives are so rood, they are just making fool of me.I had already mailed this issue to Mr. Ram nath (AGM ambala) but i don't receivedany response.
                        I m requesting u to take strict actionst against the BSNL, Ambala and help me to issue me rebate in my monthly phone bill as per TRAI rules bcoz my GPRS not working more than 1 week and i am daily registering a complaint.Iam sending u all complaint no. with dates. Hope u will take appropriate action against CORRUPT BSNL OFFICERS and help me to issue refund or reabte in my monthly bill.

                        i am regular user of bsnl gprs but from few days back its not working properly.
                        firstly i was working with edge but these days have to work with simple gprs that gives speed around 4 kbps but edge gives 25 to 28 kbps
                        i complaint it at nearly bsnl office but there is no response from them
                        so i want please look into the matter.

                        Don't believe bsnl or any of their service. Their basic phone service is even not good. Just dump them and go with some good alternative in your area. It has been almost 2 weeks and my basic phone has not been rectified yet by them. They will always complain about each other (their colleagues) when ever you approach them for some response over a complaint.

                        In my sense they are totally uneducated lazy government employees who know nothing about IT and telecommunication. As they just want their salary at the end of the month without any intention of performing their duties so they are scaring of recent humours of privatization of BSNL. Here in Ambala City they were condemning privatization of BSNL because they know if BSNL goes private then they will be forced to come office in time and perform their all duties.

                        It's better that you don't waste your time with BSNL and it's other totally failed schemes and go with some good non governmental alternative.

                          jaisa coplain sandeep verma ne kiya hai use jaankar pata chalta hai ki bsnl ke log jaanbujh kar deri karte hai taki anya private company isaka labh le le ye ek gambhir maamla hai jis connection ko chalu karne ka dawa vibhag 48 ghante me karta hai usi ko ek mahine tak nahi chalu karna ek sajish hai, ham dur sanchar mantri se aagrah karte hain ki is baare me kaarwai kare.

                              Dear Concerned,

                              Caller tune is started on my bsnl landline phone ,without my permission,and also i have tried every number
                              provided by BSNL department ,197,1500,[protected],12555,to stop caller tune,but no response and no authority where this complaint can be submitted.

                              Pls help to stop Caller tune on my BSNL NUMBER.
                              And help in refunding the charges which i have paid to BSNL for caller tune as i have never opted for caller tune and is imposed on my number without my permission.

                                I took one broadband connection from BSNL . Our line is noisy and the internet speed is very slow.I have being complaining for 1 month ,but they did not rectified till now.

                                I'd like to inform you that I applied for a broadband connection in Agra around four months back with a 500 monthly plan. I was given complete service except the facility of checking data usage. My plan offered night unlimited (2 am to 8 am ) which I used fully.
                                To my disappointement my bill has exceeded Rs. 8000 which is impossible. They are charging my night usage which is eventually free of cost. My day usage has never exceeded that much that it may yield a bill of above 8000..
                                I request the concerned authorities to kindly check my bill once again and make deserving deductions.
                                It'll be highly appreciated if my request is fulfilled.
                                Else to the most I will have to surrender this connection and take help from consumer court.

                                We have facing BSNL Broadband. We have regularly followup to Top-Bottom officer as well as do the complain through docket, but no response from their end.

                                My internet connection went off on 23rd of march and since then i have been registering a complaint evry few days. They ignore even to talk to their customers properly(on the customer care call centre, 1500). One person even came and checked and told its a problem in the telephone exchange, and since then, been ignoring all the calls. I request the concerned authorities to look into the problem and do the needful.

                                  I received a message of HUMSHAKAL SERVICE the message was not very clear however on clicking it started as REGISTERED and for the last few months it started charging a sum of Rs 10 per month as being registered. This service does not give the option to deactivate the service as many others do. Now since fedup I am resorting your help to please get this service deactivated. As well make WARN BSNL not to entertain such services as the same may lead to redressal with Consumers Forum for harraasment of consumers who do not intend the privelage of message service as burden of receiving such uncalled for mesages.

                                    EVDO ph no [protected] i have paid the bill regularly after receiving the bill . But before receiving the bill BSNL disconnect/ deactivate the data card. I did nt know why did they do such activities?

                                    If anybody knows the answer pl inform me On purchase of that data card i have paid Rs 2500 and every month i am paying the Rs 750 as monthly usage.. before sending the bill they have deactivated the connection.

                                    EVDO - BSNL — Regarding receiving of bill

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    This is to inform you that I have BSNL EVDO WLL data card for internet services. Currently I am paying my monthly bills online, but unfortunately am not receiving hard copy of bill in time. Thus if I wish to pay bill manually it's not possible unless I receive it by time or alternatively I need to rush to one of the BSNL offices to find out whether bill has been generated or not. Also, whenever the bill is dispatched it's always late to pay the bill which causes to paying late bill and that make impact on my goodwill paying the bill on time. So, I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and let me know about this matter.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have bsnl broadband connection with 550 combo rural housing plan. I have paid approx. Rs. 650 (including modem charge Rs. 50) per month. But, this month bill came Rs 14000/ for using only last month. I went to office and ask them how it is possible. They checked online and told me that internet bill was showing you used and you have to pay. They did not listen any other things.

                                      My internet plan is showing that it will never come Rs. 1000/. I know that I never used what they are showing? What will I do now? Whom will I complain? How can I pay Rs 15000/ for only last month) Please let me know what to do now.
