On 4 feb 2011 , i submitted my bsnl broadband bill through this website:

portal.bsnl.in



Now even after payment , my broaband has not been started , moreover when i called bsnl representative , they told me that i have outstanding bills.That means they didnt recieved my payment , i pais 3323 INR, and cleared all balance , but they say i have outstanding bill of 3700 INR ! Please help me sir.

      i have submitted a form for PYARI JODI OFFER on my land line. i got a new sim card on which 1000 SMS and 1 GB internet was free for first month. i send SMS to concerned number told by Customer care officer dapoli for starting net facility, even i have talked with district nodel officer, ratnagiri of BSNL. he tried to activate the same but not activated. i have proff of SMS send to BSNL. till my facility was not started. what i should do?

        my bsnl mobile balance is being deducted for using service of wap.handygo.com/bsnlw/dfever. i have not subscribed to any services, please discontinue this service, since my balance is deducted unnecessarily.
        Please discontinue the subscription. I have received a message on my BSNL Mobile -"thanks for using our service.To kow more please click @ rs8' This is received on my mobile. I have to discontinue this service immediately as my balance is deducted.

          My land line no.2544119(Ernakulam-bsnl) is not working properly for the last one month. Complaint is the Caller can't hear our voice though we can hear caller's voice. Number of times I have registerd the complant but everything is in vein.

          If ernakulamtelecom.gov.in is not working then use in http://210.212.232.34/index.html instead, it will work as long as the website is up and running.

          It is indeed a shame that officials do not pay attention to the running of online services like these that bring revenue to them !!

              The transaction of status is showing as successful in transactions, they have deducted the amount from my bank account, but i didn't receive any message about the recharge.

                  I am a prepaid mobile subscriber of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL). Without any authorisation by me, amounts are being often deducted by BSNL in the name of FIFA service and Hamshakal. We dont exactly how this sort o[censored]nauthorised deductions can be stopped. This is going on since several months. I have sent messages for unsubscribing to the number from where they have deducted money but not action has been taken. Hence, I want BSNL to stop unauthorised deductions by such people forthwith. Else I will have to claim amount deducted aloongwith damages from BSNL through consumer forum at Kolar. Hope BSNL will take immediate action on this complaint. Thanking you.

                      my mobile no.is [protected] . i had asked for a number portability from BSNL to AIRTEL as i had coverage issues . i had done all the required formalities & documentation .

                      when airtel had submitted my application the BSNL authorities had rejected the application stating that my number is under contractual obligation but i am very sure i had not signed any contracts with BSNL stating that i will not move out of BSNL.

                      i had contacted local BSNL officials even they say i have no contracts as such and they themselves do not know why my application is being rejected not just once but thrice.i feel humiliated as i am not able to get what a consumer is supposed to legally.

                      kindly look into my issue and help me out as some service providers harass consumers & deny their basic rights.

                        I had been using one BSNL prepaid SIM card (connection number [protected] ) since 2009, purchsed from CHAKI AGENCY, PADIA MARKET BUILDING, HIGHSTREET, KRISHNAGAR ,NADIA, WEST BENGAL. PIN 741101, one BSNL authorised franchise,against my velid document. By showing " SIM REJECTED" message this very sim stopped working from 14th January '11, though there was enough fund and validity to use. Next day ( 15/01/11 ) I went and informed the problem to CHAKI AGENCY, where I was informed that the said Sim, which I was using last two years, issued by them, but, not in my name, rather in the name of some "SARKER", though I submitted each and every valid document, essential for having a Sim Card.

                        I became very much worried, if it is possible to hand over a wrong Sim to me which was actually issued for some one else, it is also possible to hand over the Sim to some one else, which was actually issued against my document. Due to misuse, illegal use and criminal use of the Sim, actually issued for me and using by some one else, must put me into trouble.

                        I requested CHAKI AGENCY to give me the actual Sim which was issued against my document or return my document or confirm me in writing that no Sim was issued against my document in the year 2009, but they did nothing.

                        On 17th January '11 I informed to the G.M. Telicom Nadia, West Bengal,in writing they did nothing.

                        I ,therefore, request you for your kind intervention and necessary action to solve my problem and oblige.

                          I also Recharged BSNL Rs.56/- Through ICICI prepaid mobile feature, but the thing is that even after 24 hours i did not getting any Recharge message to my mobile. why this happen to bsnl, at the same time i did recharge to my reliance mobile, after 1 minute i got recharge . why this happen, why do u guys maintain this felicity with out proper functionality, who will responsible for my amount. when did i get my recharge?

                          I agree because I have similar experience. I had bought a prepaid conectivity with no.[protected] under 'sathi' scheme( in Kolkata, W.B.) in the month of May2009 from a BSNL road-show. I was told that next recharge will be of Rs.200/- after one year and after recharge the validity will be extended by one more year. On checking through'124' I saw the next recharge is due on 28th Feb'10. I got it recharged on 27th Feb'09 with Rs 220/-. Surprisingly it showed validity extended up to 28th April '10.However, recharging was done though for a smaller span.
                          Surprise again on 3rd March evening the no. as mentioned above got invalidated. Complaint lodged through help line on 4th March '10. The complaint no. being 5203367.Till now the said mobile no. is disabled. I had a balance of more than Rs.1500/-. My present contact no. [protected].

                            My prepaid connection no.[protected]. For last three months on three ocassions BSNL charged Rs.30/= to my account. On enquiry to their customer service on [protected], they have not provided me the reason for this charge. I have never subscribed to any promotional service of any organisation/company. Please let me know the nature of charge levied by them.

                            BSNL — Fictitious deductions

                            I am having a prepaid mobile connection of BSNL no. [protected]. Today the 4th July 2011 at 9.48 AM I received a message from +51234030 stating "Cricket BSNL Alerts is active. Rs.30per month.Dial......" and to my surprise Rs.30/- is debited from my balance, with an "alert massage" from BSNL that my last call cost was Rs.30/- This has happened earlier also.Please note that my last call was with [protected] at 9.41 AM and costed .80 P only.

                            I have NEVER EVER opted or dialed for the Cricket Alerts but it is coming throughout day and night since few months.

                            I had opted for DND, but in spite of that such messages are disturbing me a lot as I do not like these messages.

                            This sort of theft from BSNL is not at all acceptable and I demand for the money back immediately.

                                I applied for an BSNL online std recharge of Rs.501 from www.easymobilerecharge.com on 29April,2011...amount is deducted from my bank account but still it is not recharged...I did not get any mail or message regarding that recharge failure...I want my recharge amount back to my bank account as soon as possible.

                                  I am trying to register my mobile no ([protected]) in national do not call registry from 2009, but till date i failed to resister my no.
                                  I have tried by sending message "START DND" to 1909. and also by calling to 1909.
                                  When i tried in 2009/2010 i get message as "It will take 45 days to register no in DND registry." but yet not register.
                                  from feb/mar 2011 when I tried lot of times to register no, I get mesages as "You will get registration number in 24 hours." till date i didn't get any registration number.

                                  I can connect once to 1909 custmore care but it also failed.

                                  Now I can not connect to customer care also. This is very irritating and fustrating

                                  I have evidence of sent and received messages.

                                  Can anyone help me?

                                    I am very frustrated with BSNL Landline service. I am living in Wardha,Maharashtra,INDIA.
                                    Our landline phone is dead most of the time. We get surprised if it work. Though we pay regularly to BSNL department They dont have time to fix this issue. We did numerous complaint using 198 service.
                                    Those people just connect cable and go. We always told them to switch connecting Pole. Right now it is connected to Pole which is not suitable and Used to break wire by vehicals. We have Anather telephone pole just in front of our house. We even personaly visited BSNL office , But nobody taken any action.
                                    I even emailed their District Engineer. But I think he hardly check his email.
                                    We dont want to change phone number as it is circulated everywhere.Otherwise I could have change the landline service with services available in Market.

                                    Action expected from BSNL: Send someone who is efficient to work to change the connecting pole .

                                      I AM RECENTLY SWITCH MY NUMBER FROM AIRTEL TO BSNL,BUT I DONT KNOW THE BEHAVIOUR OF THERE CUSTOMER CARE.

                                      I AM VERY MUCH UN SATISSFIED BY THE SERVICE THAT THEY ARE GIVING AND ALSO THE NETWORK IS SOOOOOOOOO POOR.

                                        I want a boardband connection for internet use, but given cdma wll connection telling that no line are vaccant for wired connection, and told that they will be doing it very soon, and i was told that charges for this connection what they installed is 250 Rs per month with unlimited access of internet, but they monthly bill was 850 Rs, on inquiring on this they told that was internet useage charges. please do the need full.
