Res Sir,
Sir i have join BSNL in 2002. I hav ecompleting 9-year but till date i and our other colleagues are not get any statement from our office. Many times we approaches to our office but they have only one answer "We send all datas to Jodhpur EPFO office and they are proceeding". We r listening this answer from last three years. Neither we get any statement nor we know how much amount has been deducted from our salary till date from the joining of BSNL.
Sir it is my humble and cortious request to u please look in this matter seriously and do the needful as soon as possible.

    Sir my name is Anand.K and Iam a customer of BSNL cellone excel,my complaint is the Hyderabad customer care is not working properly when I call them the reply is wait for four minutes our customer care staff are at work and the time to connect to them is minimum three or four minutes and immediately after two minutes the call will be ended.This is going on for the previous three months and Iam facing severe problem with this regarding solving my problems.

      Dear sir,

      I have BSNL Landline Telephone in my name Ranjana Laxman Burhade having Tele. No.[protected], which was permanently disconnected since November, 2010. But till date I have not received Refund of my Telephone. I have visited number of times to telephone office but I haven't get proper satisfactory answer. The staff have informed me that we are unable to say about your Refund as the software is not working properly. Further they asked me not to come to BSNL office and they will inform me on my Mobile. But till today I have not received a single call from them. Also, they gave me 5 - 6 Telephone Nos. and asked me to contact on that numbers.
      Thus, after nearly 5 to 6 months, I have not received my Refund. Please look into the matter and do the needful for getting my Refund.

        iam the broadband user of BSNL-ulhasnagar tel no[protected], wanted to highlight the poor management and shabby response to customers compliant by BSNL.

        Issue: two months back my landline phone had some problem, we'd made commplaint and one technical person came from BSNL and he resolve the phone problem. we infromed him about the broadband connection and then he immedietly told that there are chances that after this may your broadband will not work, since there were no electricity at that time we've not checked the internet and the person left from the home.
        he was right when electricity came we checked the broadband and it was not working.

        ways we've tried to register the compliant:
        1) BSNL Broadband Complaint No 198: we; made complaint several time on this no but all in vain
        2) BSNL Office No :[protected] : either this telephone no has some problem or the person sitting nr this telephone is deaf, b'cause the no comming cont. busy / ringing.

        to resolve the simple problem and and its more than one n half month now and still its pending and the worst case iam receiving the Monthly bill for the payemnet of broabband.

          I bought a BSNL 3G USB modem last week. It was working at 126 Kbps max speed while the claimed speed is 3.6Mbps. Very poor and too much fluctuating speed. But now the softaware is collapsed and windows asked to reinstall it. But when I tried reinstalling, there is no such option..the hardware is just a dummy. For rectifying this, i had to visit BSNL office at Yeshwantpur several times but of no use. I purchased the modem 1 week back Now I want a proper service as claimed by the company or full refund of cost of modem. Absolute waste the hardware and software they suppy. It looks like that the manufacturer is some Teracom company.... which looks like a cheating business without any norms and quality standards. I can be reached at [protected]@yahoo.com

              I have recharged online voucher of Rs.550/- to my mobile no. [protected] on 4.4.2011 by using BSNL portal. The transaction No.: TXT[protected] & receipt no. is [protected]. Rs.550/- has been debited through my bank account immediately. But I did not get the relevant top up in my mobile account.

              Complaint lodged in BSNL care on 5/4/2011 with docket no. 4909865. Although it has been promised to me that it will get solved within 24 hours, matter is still unresolved. Customer care now is unable to give me deadline to solve the problem.

              BSNL CellOne Prepaid Mobile — monthly credit of 150/-

              package provided by me in my cellphone used to fetch me a credit of Rs150/- per month since I bought the package. This month, the amount has not been credited and the helpline phone is never accessible for enquiry

[protected], once again the same has been renewed without my consent on 02.4.2012 and Rs 20 has been deducted. And moreover for unsubscribe message Rs 2 is further deducted. In this way Rs 42 has been deducted so for. This is great annoyable to me.
                  Therefore I request you to kindly stop the service immediately with returning money back to my account and no other service would be activated on my number in future. Otherwise I would have been left with no other option to seek suitable legal means.

THEREAFTER , I MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO BSNL THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NO.24365. ALTHOUGH , AGAINST EVERY COMPLAINT , IT IS ASSURED THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED WITHIN NEXT 24 HOURS, NO SUCH THINGS HAPPENS. OF LATE, I HAVE NOTICED THAT WHENEVER, I DIAL THE NO. OF MY SON (i.e.[protected] , SOME VOICE MESSAGE LIKE," PLEASE CHECK THE NO. YOU HAVE DIALED."                           I have given an application to shift our landline and broadband (landline[protected] in december 2010. I got a letter /order no 4280 dtd 13/12/2010 from BSNL this is like a work order. Till date the nothing has happend. I am paying rent and Mr Vitankar of Model colony exchange says that we will get it reverted once the transfer happens.

                          My request is to shift the phone in the same exchange but BSNL says the area is isolated. Prabhat road Pune is a good revenue area for BSNL and so many new apartments are coming in that area. Wonder why this does not make a business sense for these guys.

                          Hope this forum will help me get the phone.

                            per month 286 my rental..

                            two months after i got three months bill.. one bill excessly came..

                            i had made a complaint in bsnl office with my bill..

                            and i had paid the three bill also..

                            there is no response for my complaint.. so only i made complaint in this site..

                            I Venu gopal reddy.pulagam one of the customer the BSNL internet service (USING NIC CARD) bearing service number[protected] got the excess bill of total amount 300(nearly) for first 3 months from the date of my service activation.(approximately form the month of December/January 2008/2009)when I immediately consulted respective person who is looking at this section he told me that unfortunately a voice service has been activated for which I have not requested and he told me that the amount for the service which I haven’t requested will be returned in the next month bill and he requested me to pay the bill and he deactivated that service, but the amount did not returned when I use to consult him on this issue every month he is post posing it for the next month continuously .so I venugopal reddy. pulagam requesting to verify my account and the service which I have not requested and kindly return the amount .

                              hello sir
                              i had sent a request - "GPRS E" to 53733 as per instrcutions on the BSNL site on 20/2/2009. I got a receipt msg asking me to wait for confirmation msg. It didn't come till today -22 Feb 2009. I called up the customer service [protected] and told them about my problem. They asked me to send the GPRS E msg again. I did that and this time, I didnt get the recipt msg either, eventhough, the SMS was sent. The customer service is of being no help at all in this matter and they keep repeating the same - "Sir, please send the GPRS E msg.."
                              End result: GPRS still not activated
                              I am using an nokia 5300 mobile phone. I wonder when this issue will be resolved.

                              i an a bsnl customer with mobile number [protected]. I have subscribed for gprs on dec20, 08 by rs.197. But due to networks's technical reasons i were unable to use this service from jan.7 to jan.11.Due to this problem i have complained again and again(Complaints numbers A[protected] rekha 8jan 7.05am, A[protected] rakesh 9.23am 10jan A[protected] rahul 12.30pm 11jan Since this service is for 30 days, it is clear that i faced a loss of 5 days. But when i contacted customer care, they were refused to extend my service by 5 days. This is the case of cheat and fraud. Please do something.

                              I am facing the problem with GPRS. The GPRS works fine within my home circle (UP WEST) & outside the home circle except haryana. I complaint to the customer care representatives sevral times but they are unable to fix this problem. Several times I am within haryana from my official work & I face too much problem without this service. Please ask Haryana BSNL department why they do not connect UP West roamers with GPRS. Although it works fine in Delhi, Punjab, Himachal. Please take this matter to the department, I shall be thankful to you.

                              I am using GPRS service on BSNL 2G Network, and guess what I was unable to receive incoming calls during my browsing and to my surprise i got the following reply " I can't use GPRS and Voice at a Time" from BSNL authotities.
                              the bsnlnet access point is damp slow. download speed of 3g phones has come down to 21kbps whereas gprseast.cellone.in can go more than 1mbps
                              I have recharge with rs. 98 gprs pack on 19/12/2010 and whose validity is up to 17/01/2011. but BSNL is not providing me appropriate services as the connection fails many times telling 'package data connection not available, temporary network problems, etc.& due to which I am facing many problems. So, I request you to please take proper action so that other customers and I can get good services ever after.

                              Activation of GPRS facility on my prepaid mobile
                              Hi,

                              I had sent a request - "GPRSPRE" to 53733 as per instrcutions on the BSNL site on 22/1/2009. I got a receipt msg asking me to wait for confirmation msg. It didn't come till today - 06 Feb 2009. I called up the customer service [protected] and told them about my problem. They asked me to send the GPRSPRE msg again. I did that and this time, I didnt get the recipt msg either, eventhough, the SMS was sent. The customer service is of being no help at all in this matter and they keep repeating the same - "Sir, please send the GPRSPRE msg.."
                              End result: GPRS still not activated
                              I am using an NOKIA N8 mobile phone. I wonder when this issue will be resolved!
                              GPRS NOT WORKING SPECIALLY AT NIGHTS i.e FROM 7PM TO 12PM

                                This is kind infomation that my mobile no.[protected].on 01/4/2011 i recharge my phone Rs.100/-.yesterday i will observed that Rs.12/- deduct from my mobile,then i contact with customer servic and talk with customer excutive he told me that i look in to matter and complain lodge.Docket No.DO6CD411567.Today morning i observed that Rs.24/- deduct from my mobile.i know that no any coller tune,no any type of activate with my connection.what is possible?
                                Therefore,i am request you that pl look in to matter as early as possible.This is too much hardship labour money.

                                  First of all, this is not a city specific but has concerned with consumers of whole HP State.

                                  BSNL HP has introduced a pre-plan for Rs.175/- pm recharge, giving Rs.100/- as talk time and whole BSNL network (Mobile, LL, WLL etc.) is unlimited free. From Rs.100/- consumer can make call to any network local / STD @ per second pulse rate with charges 1 pc. & 1.2 pc respectively. Many of existing customers either from Post Paid, or Post Paid Employee Plan or other pre-paid plans started using this plan. But all of sudden BSNL started sending SMS alerts that the plan has been changed w.e.f.[protected]. Now according to changed plan BSNL is giving Only Rs.50/- for STD on BSNL network only. For Local calls/ STD on any network consumer has to TOP UP extra. Call charges: 90 Pc./ min LOCAL and Rs.1.2/- per min STD (As claimed), because I have been charged Rs.10.50/- for 6 min.54 sec. call.

                                  This way BSNL has cheated his many existing valuable consumers. Is it not a crime.

                                    my telephone no is 2555009 is having braught band also but i am not satisfy with their servic e since 10-month my phone is not properly working it will work only 3 to 5 Days in a month rest of all the days is not working were as we R paying every monthly.
                                    If it is not working then why we hv to pay either we hv to discunnect the phone if not work in furture please advice what is to be done.
                                    Now a days is phone no it means Degital name of the person and we do not knowne that who R having my nos.
                                    your advice is a waited.

                                      Mera No. par mere dwara bina kisi request k service activate kar di gayi aur paise mere account se deduct kar liye gaye....aur jab maine usk regarding coustomer care par baat ki to sabse pahle 1503 no. par representative ne kaha ye bsnl ka no nahi hai jabki bsnl ki website par all india helline k liye yahi no likha hai magar usne yahi baat kah kar phone disconnect kar diya ki ye bsnl walo se pucho ki website par kyun ye no diya hai....usk baad[protected] no. par lagatar 3 baar call ki magar sabhi jisme representative ne bade hi missbehave k sath phone dissconnect kar diya ........

                                      ab mai ye chahta hu ki bsnl mujhe is baat ka proof de ki jo service mere no par activate hui hai usk liye request maine ki thi.............nahi to mere account me mere paise wapas kare...............

                                        Actually I am having a landline connection in Sirsa. But from last 20 days outgoing service from my no. Is barred .
                                        Incoming is okay.
                                        And from last 15 days i am going to telephone exchange daily. I met with Mr. Godara (SDO) but they always used to say “we will do it today surely”
                                        This same is happening from last 15days.
