Need a duplicate bill for BSNL landline conection for the month of Feb 2011.
My details are:

I' Ahri Singh Sroa(hari),had submitted a application regarding disconnecting my Landline number[protected] on 16/3/2011 at Customer care centre ,Nakodar(distt Jalandhar,PUNJAB)
And I have deposited the Landline phone set.
but they gave not taken any action yet.
as i have to leave this country permanently, i want to disconnect this number as early as possible.

I have applied for a broadband connection, through SMS and nobody came for the connection. Without getting any respons from my telephone exchange (Maneed,Ernakulam Dist.) i went to exchange and enquired the same. But the respons from the concerned officer was very poor, as he told to take Broadband connection from any other provider. So i request you to do the steps for getting BSNL Broadband Connection.

We are facing problem in our telephone line, since 18 months, we are given many complaint to karwar exchange They checked it but did not solved the problem. We are requesting you that to see this matter. Our problem is we are getting more noisy.

So we are decided to close our BSNL line as soon as possible...

My landline phone number[protected] is dead for the past 8 days. I have lodged complaints with the concerned telephone exchange 3 times so far. And upon every complaint I am getting prompt acknowledgement SMS to my mobile number, with new complaint number each time. This shows that they are not bothered about the previous complaints. I don't see any guilty feeling expressed by the staff. Please do the needful....

I have lifetime prepaid mobile [protected]. My account is being debited every month by Rs 28/ for some BSNL CRBT[protected] subscription renwal charges I have not applied for any services.Please takeup the matter with appropriate authorityin MP. I am not able to contact customer care. I want to dicontinue this service which I never applied and want the refund of all the deductions have been made from my prepaid balances.

I saw the plan of Rs. 500 unlimited bsnl to bsnl calling on http://www.bsnl.in/service/tariff_excel_pre.htm#RC
here it gave recharge with the top up voucher and will get the scheme.
I did so but only got the balance of 453.31 instead of the scheme.
Company it saying u shoud recharge under Recharge voucher category not under Top UP
Here two thing apply
1) recharge voucher is fixed voucher of 110, 220, 55,...

Dear sir,
I had buy a bsnl krushi plan card before 1 month for high speed gprs. Its gprs speed is great but only for 20-25 days. Then, its gprs speed become so poor. Now i hate to myself that why i had buy this card.

It is regretted to mention here that when the whole world is connected by means of faster internet & gprs services, then why the place like Little Andaman has been kept avoided from these kind of services. The speed we are getting at Little Andaman is dead slow. Kindly improve it or provide 3G service earliest please.

bsnl invoice no. [protected] invoice date 17.01.2011 due date 14.02.2011 is allready paid before due date on 12.02.2011 .
next bill send by BSNL Invoice no[protected] invoice date 17.02.2011 with previous pay amont Rs. 232.73 and late penality Rs. 10.00 . due date 11.03.2011

this bill deposited by me on 10.03.2011 without previous bill and late penality.

My BSNL Mobile number is [protected]. I have received an IVRS call from BSNL on 2nd March 2011 for assigning caller tunes, without assigning any caller tune, I disconnected the call. After sometime I received a sms saying that a charge of Rs. 15 have been deducted for setting the caller tune. I registered a complaint at the call center - C07WB286141(complaint number). My name S.Joseph Engels & my no.is[protected] BSNL offered a free package on 15/02/2011 the same was installed on the same day. I received a bill for Rs.102/- from BSNL in bill dated 10/03/2011. I have paid the same on 24/03/2011.In the meantime I have sent a message for deactivation of the Game on demand before 24/03/2011. In spite sending message to BSNL, No action has been taken yet.To my surprise I received a bill from BSNL on 10/04/2011...

I am using BSNL Mobile No : [protected] last 4 years. I got the 5 missed call from 'Unknown Number' ( In my caller id I got it shows 'Unknown Number' instead of caller phone number) On March 30 th 2.12 PM. I think some one trying to call using VOIP and it is illegal to call VOIP call in India. I want to know where I have to give this kind of complaint.

Inspite of my sincere efforts since last 3 months the BSNL people are not even accepting my application for new landline telephone connection at D.No: 9-1-123, Bhagthnagar area of Karimnagar proper and Telecom District stating that there is no feasibility. Kindly the concerned may be directed to take steps to provide new landline connection by accepting my connection.
