My Telephone Number is[protected]. I am using a Broadband Internet Connection of BSNL for a monthly Combo Plan of Rs500/-. For the last 3 months my monthly bills include a charge of Rs 149/- under the head " One time Charges" towards " Hungama Music on Demand". BSNL never asked for my consent to give me this service. Strangely, I have never been aware of such a service in the Internet. I have never asked for nor used this service. Is it not a gross injustice to charge for an unwanted and unused service without the the consent of the customer. I Thought that BSNL is a government organisation and will not cheat its customers. Though I paid the amount, I would like to complain in some forum where this will be heard. It appears that there is no responsible official in BSNL to check this kind of frauds. My request is that someone please take action to deactivate these unasked for services so that we the poor customers are not charged from next month.

    I recd sms from BT 126300 stating music station will be renewed on 14.04.11 and requested unsubscribe dial 12630033. I have not done anything. But they have deducted Rs.7 from my balance available in my mobile phone. Again I recd sms from BST 126300
    stating music station will be renewed on 21.04.11 and requested unsubscribe dial 12630033. I have not done anything. I feel they may deduct again Rs.7 without my permission on 21.04.11. I contacted customer care of cell one and made my compliant, but they have give compliant no. over phone. I request you to kindly take up the matter with cell one and arrange to get my Rs.7 which was deducted by music station of BSNL. Kindly bar BT 126300 from my mobile No.[protected].

    BSNL — BE-126300

    Unwanted deductions are being made by BSNL. Today I receive message "Hi customer ur subscription 2 music station will be renewed on[protected]. To unsubscribe dial 12630033". I have aready requested vide complaint No E03UP863494 dated 03.05.2011 to unsubscribe all such unwanted subscription. Even after when I dial 12630033, which supposed to dial for unsubscribe for such services, I made to hear series of songs on further my bill charges.
    Please look into the such matter arrange to stop cheating of customer by such service providers.

        Dear Sir,

        I'm writing this from Dubai. This complaint is regarding my land telephone line at home. Internet as well. My father had complained on 13th of April through phone (Complaint ID: H1831), and went in person to complaint again at Thiruvalla Telephone Exchange on 18th April.
        Till now there is no proper action from their side. In between one technician had called and asked my father whether the phone is ok or not. He said no. Actually that's the only one time the phone worked during this time period. His response was quite embarassing. He said if you have a telephone line this is normal only.
        My parents are aged and they are not able to run behind these kind of issues all the time. Please take necessary action to solve this issue.

        I am complaining about my broadband connection for the past 4 months, but no result. Some line man came once and said tel.line is ok, that is all he is concerned about. I am calling the Mallappally Telecom office practically every day and I get the answer " I will look in to it" .That is all.
        Is there any way to get it working. I AM PAYING RS 750 EVERY MONTH FOR THE BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION for nothing.

I want to migrate postpaid maha krishi sanchar to prepaid maha krishi sanchar. Customer care says its possible but exicatives from bsnl office wont allow me. They says migration is not possible. I want to retain my number and dont want postpaid.. So plz do something..

Complaint also got registered with BSNL Circle,Ambala,Haryana,(complaint docket No.HAR/CO/2011/1845,dated 14.03.2011.No action is being taken by BSNL to settle my account.Meanwhile,this telephone No.has been reallotted in some others name, after disconnection.My present address is: PRAN NATH DHAR,N-434,TARAPORE TOWERS,OSHIWARA,ANDHERI(W),MUMBAI- 400053.               I received a message "thank you for downloading MVDO" on my BSNL prepaid mobile no [protected] from 58558 and Rs. 30 were deducted from my balance on 19-April 2011. I never requested any download and nothing has been downloaded on my handset. Unnecessary deduction of Rs. 30 must be refunded to me by 58558. Which company is this by the way? Please help me and many other harassed mobile consumers.

                Dear Sir,
                I want to draw your attention to the following matter, my Cell No. [protected].

                1) Easy Recharge of SMS voucher of Rs. 46/- failed several times neither from Barrackpur Telephone Exchange nor from outside in my Cell Number [protected]. Complain has already been lodged at BKP Telephone Exchange vide Docket No. 7250 Dated 01/01/09, 8148 Dated 03/02/09.

                2) To Subscribe For Caller Tune on 56700, Rs. 5/- deducted twice time inspite of Rs. 3/-, the complain has already been lodged to Customer Care vide Docket No. 3307824 Dated 11/01/09 & 3413748 Dated 05/02/09.

                I do hope that the above problem will be solved shortly by the tentative action from your end.

                I am living in Joshimath(Uttarakhand), here Mob service of BSNL is very poor.Every time comes Network busy.If ringed then call disconnectes so many times .And cutomer paying the full puls for the talking of 2 or 3 seconds.Is any body can improve the service of BSNLL here.
                I am living in village majuke(Distt. Barnala ) from Punjab . In this place the broadband service is very poor .when we connect it, it gets disconnect . so we are facing very much problem .so i am requesting you to please help me

                BSNL has the most deplorable employees in the world. I wanted to apply for the EVDO plan, and thus purchase a CDMA connection. I went up to the BSNL office, BSNL Bidhanagar and enquired in details about the various plans and pricing. I wanted topurchase it the very day , but was asked to come the next as they were CELEBRATING VISWKARMA PUJAS !!!
                When I go there the next day, the employee...Mr. Mukherjee from whom I took all the details was absent. Other two guys said the device is not in stock and they wouldn't anyways sell it to me as I am not a local resident of that place.
                In pouring rain I got all the necessary documents ready , spent so much of my time to hear this.
                Please DONOT TAKE BSNL DATA CARD / CDMA. they employees are insensitive, idiotic and only interested in everything else other than their job.
                With the rising competition in telecommunication I pray to God BSNL gets wiped out soon.

                I saw a message in my mobile that an amount of Rs.2 has been deducted as service charge at about 8.45am on 14.12.2010. I was instructed to ring up *456*00# to check for active services. There was none when I approached again [protected]. I was told to speak to senior executive. I waited for 5 minutes from 9.41am to 9.45am on 14.12.2010 there is no response .
                This has happened earlier too. If this is a mistake please advice your staffs to check the correction and not repeated this same.
                I also recommended for periodic training for your staffs.

I called and am calling many times the person didnt take the phone. I have internet connection also. Please make the people to take action immediately. Our Alandurai BSNL Office number is 2650198 and my telephone number is 2651221.

                  Sir / Ma'am,
                  I have a landline connection with BSNL, phone number[protected]. The landline is not working since MARCH 2011, it has been more than a month now. I have tried various options placing complaint with the BSNL office to get the issue rectified, MADE COMPLAINTS ON 198 AND EVEN ON 1500 for more than 4 MONTHS with not a productive response there is no option left with me other than this complaint forum.
                  This is not the first time, this has happened earlier also and many times for more than 15 days. There is a waiver of rental if the landline is disconnected for more than 15 days. But the bill every time is generated with the rental charges and I'm paying the the bill each and every time. We have logged several complaints on this issue.

                  Still my phone is out of order and I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service

                  If this complaint forum is really worth, then this would be my last and final option.
                  This is humble request to concerned authorities to take this forward and offer some help in getting my landline fixed.

                    Sir, My Telephone No is[protected]previously it was[protected] before shifting).

                    My telephone was out of service w.e.f[protected] to[protected]. In that connection I have booked complain to the local BSNL office vide No 66995 dated[protected]. But the company failed to provide me service w.e.f[protected] to[protected]. I have submitted a written application To the SDE (Commercial ), O/O the GMTD,BSNL, Tripura on[protected] seeking rental rebate as stated above. But till date they have not responded to my case in spite of my repeated verbal request.

                    Shifting order was issued by the company vide No Agt15228,RMN 523,Dated[protected] to shift my telephone to my newly purchased home at Ramnagar road No-7,Agartala. But the company did not shifted my telephone in spite of my repeated persuasions to the concerned officials of BSNL. On[protected] I have submitted an application to the SDE (Commercial ), O/O the GMTD,BSNL, Tripura with a copy to the GMTD BSNL Tripura , and the Chief Accounts officer(BSNL), Telephone Revenue, BSNL, Agartala With request to shift my telephone within 7 days or to let me surrender my land phone connection. Besides this I also requested for rental rebate (telephone & broadband) for the period from[protected] to[protected] due to out of service(complain No 66995 dated[protected] and from[protected] till date due to disconnection of my telephone for shifting.

                    After all my telephone has been shifted on[protected]. But the company did not given me the rental rebate as stated above involving an amount of Rs 1643.20.

                    Besides this the company charging @ Rs 149.00 per month being Hungama MoD since september,2010 without my concent. In this connection kindly refer to my previous complain.

                    So till date BSNL have been taken illegally a total amount around to Rs 3000.00. from me and they have not taking any step to refund the said amount to me.

                    So, I hope that a early action will taken from your kind end in this regard and thus obliged.

                      I am a user of BSNL 3G since the last 5-6 months and I am now fed up with the constant poor service of BSNL. I have the 3.6 MBPS device, initially the speed was around 200 kbps(no where near to the promised bandwidth), but now its worse...

                      my present download speed is 2-5 kbps.

                      I had registered complaints, many of them and there has been no change and even there has been no response.

                      The last complaint I had registered, I haven't even received a call asking for whether the problem is resolved pr not. And now the customer care executives (pretty much the useless executives).

                      The whole system is corrupt. Government office, no responsibility, they are all a bunch of crooks.

                      Broadband service by BSNL is the worst in the world as it was rated. And its true.

                      I have purchased bsnl 3g usb data card MMX 310g and my bsnl mob No inserted in data card is [protected]. Its speed is too slow ie from 0 to 48 KiloBytes per second , in starting the speed was approx 120 kilobytes per second . In same modem and same laptop, i am getting 120 kilobytes per second speed using my friend's BSNL sim card with same 274 unlimited plan.
                      Now, i migrated to 3G using some recharge, but still facing same problem.
                      so i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible, if not possible than intimate what should I do to resolve this problem.

                      BSNL 3G — Poor service

                      Hi
                      Im using BSNL 3G for the past 6 months and when I first bought the connection the speeds were good with an average speed of 3.5 Mbps though the promised speed is 7.2 Mbps.
                      recently I have moved to the 6 months unlimited plan i.e Rs. 4200/- for six months and I was told by the customer care that the speeds will be 7.2 Mbps but practically I will be getting 5 Mbps depending upon the signal reception. I live in an area where BSNL signal strength is full and now BSNL has capped the speed limits to 2 Mbps and many times the connection will be active but data transfer doesnt take place, even though if data transfer takes place the speed will be 0.6 Mbps at max . I have checked with 3 to 4 different computers running different operating systems and also tried to check the speeds in different locations. But all these attempts were of no use as there is no problem with the hardware Im using but the only problem is with BSNL as they are limiting the 3G speeds to 2 Mbps.

                      I even tried calling customer care (they pick up the call once in a blue moon) and all i hear from them is that speed depends on signal strength and they ask me to reinstall drivers and restart computer. They have got no clue about 3G at all and they are not technically experienced people.

                      so people, my sincere suggestion is not to buy this product as Im not the only one suffering from this issue but there are a lot of people on the net who has the same problem.
                      I am a customer using BSNL 3G (for internet). My contact no is [protected]. I am from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Pls Cure it.

                        I am using BSNL landline since last 10years& my telephone no is[protected].I was paying my telephone bills on regularly .Since last one year my telephone is not functioning at all,In this context ,i have noticed so many times this problem to concerned JTO even if also i have informed this problem to TDE phulbani,but till today no body has came to solve this problem.as this no is my business no ,i am facing so many problems.

                        BSNL/LANDLINE — TELEPHONE NO CHANGINGING WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE FORCIBLY

                        Out Phone is Diconnected Even after Payment Made for Phone no[protected] which is Booked In the name of Sri Srinibas Mishra) operating Since 2001.

                        When we have logged the Complain in Internet No reply Received nor any Call Received For Resilution. When We personaly Meet The SDO. He reply We can Do one thing only We can issue afresh no. We said How it can be issue the No. to Some other party which is already active. They said by mistakes we did it. Now only option of Issuing afress no.

                        Pls Help as BSNL Does not Help for Issueance same Number which we are ussing since 2001.


                        I am attching my Complain no which I have Recoded in Internet portal and attched in the Option of Photo acchment Breower.

                          Mobile companies use value added services to dupe gullible customers (particularly PrePaid customers)
                          On my above mentioned no. BSNL has activated BSNL RADIO and VOICE CHAT without my request and knowledge. Now they are deducting a handsome amount (more than my real usage) on it. As soon as I recharge my phone balance gets reduced. Moreover whenever I tried to contact their toll free no. it gets disconnected as soon as I press the option to talk to Customer Care Executive.I got this phone as BSNL is a GOVT. Comapny and I expected them to be more genuine from their private counterparts. But experience shows they are no different. Profit is the sole motive and it should come even by looting the public

                          I am Dr. pradeesh CB doing my house surgency at academy of medical sciences Kannur. for the last two months i am losing 30 rupees for some cricket alerts that i am not receiving from 54000. i called BSNL customer care and they gave me a number to deactivate the alerts. but while doing so it was not deactivated. today[protected] i lost another 30 rs. i called the customer care and they cannot provide any solutions, they simply hung the phone upon me without giving any details and now i got a message that a complaint has been registered for which no action was taken.
                          I had 59595 SMS service on my mobile which is chargable. Now i want to deactivate this service. Service is still not deactivaed even if i requested for by sending SMS on prescribed format. Please Deactivate LOVE TIPS FOR GIRLS Rs.15p.m. and my BSNL mobile no. is [protected]

                          BSNL — Duping Customers

                          It has become a style with the mobile phone service providers to earn money by duping the consumers. For example, when you pick up the mobile to respond to a caller, a caller tune will be heard and a prerecorded voice will instruct you to press star. An innocent user without waiting for the words following the instruction presses the star and unknowingly subscribes to the tune which he becomes aware after he hears from some body that his phone plays such and such music when responded. Then month after month the subscription continues automatically.What a method of earning by duping millions of consumers out of which many are not so much literate to understand the prerecorded voice. We are making people aware about the cheating of grocery store fellows by using nonstandard weighing mechanism. Now the Government companies like BSNL is not behind. Government should take stringent action against such mobile operators.

                                  I have many complaints through BSNL CustomerCare number i.e 1500 for the bad internet service provided by BSL Broadband. Since last week of March '11 the broadband link is horrible. My crucial bank transactions,class room coachings etc got hamperred and suffered a lot. I called upon the area Mancheswar SDO,and then he asked me to to call another number,then again from that person I got another persons number and the loop contineus. No respite till date. I am distant MBA student and I need a fast internet connectivity to attend the classes. So i rely on BSNL Broadband. I think I have no option other than this.

                                  Hope anyone listens to it and help me in my studies.

                                  This time I am lucky,as the connection is stable for sometime and I am posting this complain.

                                    This is to inform you that I Mr.Soumik Ganguly using the broadband services of BSNL and my landline number is [protected]. On 20th March 2011 I received a promotional call from BSNL Games on demand and they informed me if I activate this service initially to pay Rs. 200 which will adjust with the bill and I will able to download free games and software at a higher speed without affecting my current package but they did not inform me about the monthly charges. After getting the verification call again from them I came to know that I will be charged Rs. 200 every month. I request them to deactivate the service as I misleaded by them but I did not get any fruitful action. Today I again called them and requested to deactivate the service and now I informed that the service will be deactivate but I have to pay Rs.200 because of the activation which I will not pay.
                                    I would like to request you kindly accept this letter as official complain and take immediate action to revert the charge and deactivate the services even asked for several time the service is not yet deactivated. I would like to inform you clearly that I will not pay the charge and for that whatever is required I will do but I will never allow anyone to cheat me and its never expected from BSNL as a Government undertaking organization.
                                    Please do the needful.

                                    This is with the reference of earlier complain against of bsnl games on demand. I requested them several time to deactivate the service but its not done by there end and I am getting the bill from bsnl for the same.
                                    I am not able to understand how it is possible by bsnl such like a government undertaking organisation.
                                    Please assist me how to launch a complain in consumer forum.

                                        I am a BSNL customer for a long time (Tel #[protected]. Unfortunately the telephone is not working good for past six months. I have raised the issue to our immediate telephone exchange chadayamangalam and they didn't even cared to check/replace the faulty device.I have even raised a complaint to customer care (1500) Trivandrum but no response from there too. Its very disappointing that the BSNL customer care service is worst i have come across. It would be grateful if the complaint can be addressed.

                                        BSNL/LANDLINE — improper service provider.

                                        please take some strict action against this company this company is not interested in providing service to the custumer but only post there money in advertising rather than providing a service to the custumer.
                                        Our telephone no. is [protected] which is dead since 11/07/09 but it is not yet started till now. it was said from the BSNL office that there is Cable Break Down which is yet not cleared. And the number provided of BSNL HELP CENTER is not being received by any one.
                                        This BSNL workers are only LAZY about there work. PLEASE do take some strict action against this company.

Even though our landline connection is dead from almost 6 months, bills of telephone and broadband are continue to being coming n coming.i am really request you to please look into this matter and please refund or reimburse my bill amount of nearly 6months.

                                        BSNL — 8 Connection all faulty or Dead

                                        I am working as Incharge of IT & Telecommunication Department in very reputed engineering institute of Lucknow that is College of Engineering Science and Technology managed by Surya Bux Pal Charitable Trust whose Chairman is Shri Jagdambika Pal (MP), a reputed leader in Congress.
                                        In July we have opted for 8 BSNL telephone Lines for institution no. as 2822215, 2822216, 2822217, 2822218, 2822219, 2822220, 2822221, 2822223
                                        1. Your people have created lot of problems in installation.
                                        2. After that they enable the telephone lines in part.
                                        3. All the enable lines are all disturbed badly.
                                        4. Not more than 3 lines have worked at the same time
                                        5. I have visited to your offices many a times but no reponse have been recieved.
                                        6. I have tried to contact to SDO, Divisonal Engineer's Mr. IP Singh, Nishat ali, but either there mobiles were switched off or they do not responded
                                        7. When ever rains all phone's stop working.
                                        8. I have given a application for opening STD's on all connection 1 month back but no action have been taken.

                                        I am unable to understand how to mange with your company. I think BSNL people are more serious & busy is making TV Commercials. Please take care of our problems otherwise we have to go for some serious actions. Thanks.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I myself a customer of BSNL mobile ([protected]) for last 6 years and i applied for a BSNL landline connection on 11th May 2010 and i alloted the number[protected] on 12th May 2010. I was told that the connection will be done within 2 days but on 17th May 2010 when i contacted bsnl people for connection then they are not responded and telling that the SDO are not giving salary in time , so they are not responsible for giving connection in time.

                                        BSNL — Faulty Connection Not Repaired even for 5 Months

                                        My Telephone No. is 2426 0413 along with Broadband connection. My Connection is Suspended since 12th January,2012 due to a Cable Fault. Mighty Five Months have passed but BSNL Corp could not find me a solution. I went on complaining but ended up at Zero Yield !!! So What I must do..... Nothing !!!!! Just Sit and Watch cause they say "We are Trying Our Best"......



                                        So Now, as Five Months Have Passed.... I Find them disabled to do anything.....
