Do not call not registered no action from BSNL despite reminders

BSNL Cannot connect always

I am a BSNL customer for a long time (Tel #[protected]. Unfortunately the telephone is not working good for past six months. I have raised the issue to our immediate telephone exchange chadayamangalam and they didn't even cared to check/replace the faulty device.I have even raised a complaint to customer care (1500) Trivandrum but no response from there too. Its very disappointing that the BSNL customer care service...

Frequent non-function of internet connection on Tel No.0250-2415204

Dear Sir,

I have taken an unlimited Broadband connection on my tel no.2415204 somewhere in the month of September 2010. The Plan I have selected is Rs,749/-.

The net is not working approx. 10 to 15 days every month and BSNL sending bill for the full every month. With fear of disconnection of my phone connection I go on paying the bills.

I have made possible complaints to Nallasopara, Nodel Officer...

Unauthorised deduction from my mobile # 9426433528 account balance

Dear Sir,

Since lst Nov. unauthorised deductions are being made by the BSNL from my Prepaid Mobile # [protected] I am requesting to call ceneter frequently for unwanted deduction. Customer call center is not responding since then and deductions are continue. I want to know the authorities where I could request for stopping such deduction and also for refund towards such deductions.

I also submitted my passport picture and a xerox copy of Driving License (Address Proof). On 10th april'2011 , I also recharged 149/-. unable to connect the net i.e. 192.168.1.1

I want to use WIFI with my broadband as i have the Desktop and the Laptop, with which i can use my laptop mobile for which i tried to configure but when i tried to open the site 192.168.1.1 and type the username and password as admin for both as said by the bsnl, it says authenticated password failure. Can anybody tell the procedure to re set the password or how to over come this problem....

Poor Service & DND Service not activated

To The G M, BSNL Orissa, Cuttack. Sir I have repeatedly requested the authorities to solve my problem, but they are unable to solve the same. network failure in most of the time in new alipore
