I applied for a data card (BSNL data card -IX-1299) on 23/08/2010. The same was not given to me until 1 week which I was told to be given in 2 days and I went to BSNL offices in Belur Math/ Satyaballah many a times to know the reason for the delay.

Then I came to know the connection was cancelled internally and was not being processed any further with no intimation of that regard to me. Also the officials at both the offices...

Previously I was having Dataone broadband plan BBG FN Combo 600. On July 2010, I have changed the plan to the current plan (BBG FN Combo 500). With this current broadband plan,

Net speed problem

BSNL Hungama music on demand

I Anilkumar TF [protected] using BSNL broadband servie had an offer from BSNL for BSNL Hangama music on demand at the ending of October 2010 and I used for just for 2 days i.e.end of Oct 10 by unsuscribing at the end for which Rs24.03 was charged which is fine.But billing is still continued without service being provided @Rs149/-Kindly cause to stop billing and get refund from Nov 10 onwards.

Non receipt of refundable security deposit
