BSNL — automatic chat service activated

Res sir,
My number is [protected] in this before 4-5 months i activated chat messenger service which charged me 30 per month but i deactivated to it after 2 months.
But now before 1 month AUTOMATIC chat messenger activated even i not activated to it then also it was activated today on[protected] month completed n again it was renewed.I want to complaint that if i not activated it then how it automatically activated on[protected].
That chat messenger really hurt me mentally because in this service my bad messages came to me of different girls from net like "i m waiting to listen your sweet voice honey call me on this number " and many more from different different numbers.

On 13th august 2011 bsnl voice service is activated on my mobile automatically and Rs.30 is deducted from my balance and a message for this comes on my mobile and they provide me 12630035 for deactivation for same service. but when i try to deactivation the same service on my mobile this number does not work. kindly solve my problem and refund the same on my account.

    My BSNL Mobile number is [protected]. I have received an IVRS call from BSNL on 2nd March 2011 for assigning caller tunes, without assigning any caller tune, I disconnected the call. After sometime I received a sms saying that a charge of Rs. 15 have been deducted for setting the caller tune. I registered a complaint at the call center - C07WB286141(complaint number). There was no update on this and periodically after every 5 days Rs. 7 is getting deducted from my balance. I have called the customer care again and again, they always said that I need to wait and my balance is getting deducted. They registered the complaint again for the same issue(C22WB341964). Today is 1st April 2011 and again Rs.7 has got deducted from my balance. Please help me to get rid of this problem.

      My name S.Joseph Engels & my no.is[protected] BSNL offered a free package on 15/02/2011 the same was installed on the same day. I received a bill for Rs.102/- from BSNL in bill dated 10/03/2011. I have paid the same on 24/03/2011.In the meantime I have sent a message for deactivation of the Game on demand before 24/03/2011. In spite sending message to BSNL, No action has been taken yet.To my surprise I received a bill from BSNL on 10/04/2011 to pay a sum of Rs.221/- to pay the bill before 30/04/2011. I have not used the facility and I have already sent a proper message to BSNL also before 24/032011.I hope BSNL will take necessary action in the above matter and render justice to my complaint. Your quick respond is appreciated.

I got the 5 missed call from 'Unknown Number' ( In my caller id I got it shows 'Unknown Number' instead of caller phone number) On March 30 th 2.12 PM. I think some one trying to call using VOIP and it is illegal to call VOIP call in India. I want to know where I have to give this kind of complaint.

              I am bsnl( general plan) prepaid customer for past one year. Now BSNL has introduced a new plan viz"BSNL Mithra".I want to migrate to new plan with out changing my number.But this facility provided by BSNL for the existing customer. But this offer is provided to the other mobile providers with out lossing their number by way of number portability. so i request you to take steps to provide this offers to the existing BSNL customers also

              I am bsnl prepaid customer, , it is neccessary to provide life time validity for all plans of bsnl... all other networks except bsnl is providing this...this force customers to change the network from bsnl to any other by number portability facility, i am using 3 bsnl sims, , i feel difficulty in recharging sims for validity, , , i am forced to give application to change my network...i kindly request you to take necessary steps to provide lifetime validity to users..all customers have same mind like me...

                  I HAVE PRE PAID MOBILE CONNECTION FROM BSNL, INDORE NO.[protected]. IN THIS EVERY WEEK RS.10 AS HUMSHAKAL SERVICE CHARGES ARE RECOVERED FROM MY PREPAID BALANCE. I TRIED TO CONTACT BSNL SERVICE, BUT NOBODY LISTENS OVER PHONE. ONE DAY ABOUT TWO MONTHS BACK, I LODGED COMPLAINT IN BSNL 1503 (WHICH IS VERY RARELY LIFTED I.E. IF WE TRY ABOUT 25 TIMES ONE TIME THEY LIFT AND DISCONNECT AND NEXT AFTER 25 TRIALS, THEY LIFT AFTER STAY AND WAITING 15-20 MINUTES ON THE CALL). THEY DISCONNECTED FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS. AGAIN FOR THE LAST WEEK ONWARDS, IT IS BEING AGAIN RS.10 RECOVERED FROM MY BALANCE. LAST RECOVERIES DATES ARE 22.3.2011 AND TODAY 31.3.2011. BECAUSE OF THIS I AM SCARED TO LOAD THE BALANCE EVENTHOUGH BSNL IS OFFERING FULL TALKTIME FOR THE AMOUNT ABOVE RS.100. I AM INTENDED TO DISCONNECT THIS CONNECTION ALSO. BEFORE, I REQUEST TO STOP THIS NON-SENSE SERVICE OF HUMSHAKAL WHICH IS NOT AT ALL KNOWN TO ME.

                      i want to discontinue and unsubscribe from the bsnl god but bsnl is putting off by offering peculier forms to fill up on line and not responding promptly to drag the chargs for the next month delibrately.
                      really they are cheating the customers
                      My landline no.is[protected].I was told that bsnl gaming is free for 1 month and till i did not activate it, it would not be charged to my bill.Since last 5 months I am being charged 200/- per month.I have gone thrice to bsnl office but they tell me to contact some toll free no.On calling the toll free no.they say they will send you password on your e-mail i.d through which you can log-in and discontionue, but they do not send any password to your e-mail.I have called toll free no atleast 4 to 5 times but no password has yet been received.I am really fed up and maybe will disconnect my bsnl line if my problem is not solved within a week-Sanjay Sajnani

                        BSNL Agent RAJESH, who claims to have an BSNL BroadBand Wi-Fi Offer with limited period offer is cheating the customers. He comes on weekdays and makes calls from your land line and describes about the Broadband Wi-Fi offer from BSNL with speed up to 2 MBps and maximum 8MBps. He installs the landline Instrument from MOTEL company and charges 2250 Rs for it saying he connected the Wi-Fi Modem itself.

                        He has given his name as RAJESH and Mobile no: [protected]. I tried dozen times that number it is Temporatily Out of Service!!. He is not reachable and not tracealbe at BSNL Customer care office also!!.

                        Beware not to accept any offer from BSNL regarding Wi-Fi Modem from such FRAUD BSNL AGENTS.

                          I AM HAVING BSNL TELEPHONE NO[protected] WITH BROADBAND AND IPTV. THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY AKSH OPTIFIBRE IS OF MATCHLESS POOREST QUALITY . THE CABLE TV REMAINS UNAVAILABLE FOR LONG PERIODS RANGING UPTO MORE THAN A WEEK .
                          THE LATEST EXAMPLE IS MY IPTV IS NO WORKING SINCE 28.03.2011 MORNING . AS USUAL DESPITE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN MADE BY ME ON DEAF EARS SINCE THEN . A VERY IMPORTANT CRICKET WORLD CUP MATCH IS SCHEDULED FOR 2.30 PM TODAY BUT EVEN AFTER 3 COMPLAINTS SINCE MORNING ON[protected] I AM YET TO GET RELIEF .I AM MENTALLY DISTURBED BY THIS CALLOUS ATTITUDE AND DEMAND IMMEDIATE REFUND OF MY SECURITY ALONGHWITH MY RECHARGE AMOUNT OF RS 1000/- IN JANUARY BESIDE RS 10000/- FOR MENTAL AGONY BEEN CAUSED TO ME AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS BY IPTV.

                            My telephone No.2433928 is dead from 12.02.2011 onwards and I made a complaint vide complaint No.[protected] dated 14.02.2011 which has not been atteded till today. I spoke to Mr.Gupta of Ddombivli exchange on telephone No.0472006 who looks after the matter number occassions and nothing is happening. All other lines in my building is working perfectly.
                            Our land line no. 2321069 is not working since 24th Feb.2011. Please look into it urgently.

                                  Sir,

                                  Kindly arrange to reconnect the telephone :[protected]. We had requested for the change of name for the telephone from Harry Peter Dass to Shri. John Peter and all necessary documents were submitted for the transfer of phone and the telephone charges have also been paid till then.

                                  The telephone bills from the date of effect of change of name where not generated by BSNL due to various software problems. In the meantime the connection has been disconnected and no telephone services are available including the Broad Band Connection was disconnected for no fault of ours.

                                  In view of the inordinate delay in generating the bills by BSNL, customers have been forced to wait and our connection has been disconnected. I therefore, request you good offices to kindly look into the matter and arrange to :
                                  1) Change the Name of the subscriber to John Peter from Harry Peter Dass as per the documents submitted to your office.
                                  2) Kindly arrange to waive off the rental and BB charges for the time period the phone has been disconnected due to delay in generating the bills and due to disconnection of telephone services and broad band services.
                                  3) Since the customers has not been availing the services for the period of six month or above kindly arrange to re-connect the telephone after deducting the charges for which no service of BSNL has been availed.

                                  Since we have been regularly paying the bills and due to software problems at your ends and bills not being generated and after disconnection has happened, BSNL services have been totally stopped.

                                  We would like to continue with BSNL Telephone services, hence we request you to kindly do the needful by waiving off the charges for the period of disconnection and reconnect the phone services at the earliest.

                                  Thanking you in anticipation of your favourable action at the earliest.

                                    On 9th March '11, I requested for a bhajan song from 54646 by sending a sms AKEB9 from the sanskar TV. I liked the bhajan & want to download the same without knowing the charges applicable! But I expect a one time charge cut and waiting for a sms/link to download. But till now no link is received and no call back tone set, and they are charging 5 Rs daily from my prepaid account. I called to customer care twice, who failed to retrieve the information regarding any scheme activated on my no. I could not find any way out of it. I don't want any song but need to just stop the cutting

                                    THIS IS BLACKMAIL BY BSNL. UNABLE TO COMPETE, THEY ARE INVOLVED IN THIS KIND OF MONEY-MAKING SCHEMES. THEY SHOULD REVERSE ALL THE CHARGES THEY HAVE DEDUCTED ELSE WE SHOULD FILE A CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST BSNL. THIS KIND OF AUTOMATIC CUTTING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT BSNL PERSONNEL INVOLVENMENT.

                                    SIMILAR SCHEMES ARE DONE BY LIC WHEREIN THEY ARE NOT PAYING THE PENSION AGAINST JEEVAN SURAKASHA. INSPITE OF WRITING MANY TIMES TO LIC AS WELL AS IRDA, NO USE . OF COURSE SUCH PRGANIZATIONS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUSTAIN. WE HAVE TO FIND SOME ONE WHO CAN FIGHR AGAINST SUCH FRAUD.
                                    SMS 54646 is engaged in defrauding people which is masterminded by the firms called M/s Virtual Marketing India Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai, M/s Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Oxyzen Webmedia, Indore and BSNL. Booty looted /syphoned from millions of mobile users are being shared amongst these firms.

                                      I am a customer of BSNL Broadband under 500 combo night unlimited pack.landline number is[protected].I am facing problem with my landline connection.I have disappointed with the BSNL service.My BSNL landline goes blank after every 1 or 2 week from december 2010 till today(no dial tone).Every time when the problem started i register complain within 24 hours.But I got service from BSNL(HARIDEVPUR exchange) after 3days(or after 1 week).Amazingly i can't get the clear tone from landline speaker after the service.It sounds a buzzy tone with the dial tone.I cannot get the clear sound of the person of other side.And it also effect my internet connection too.My internet connection link stops after every 5-10 minutes.The link stable after restarting the modem.I really disappoint with this service from BSNL.In the current month (march 2011) i have not got the connection atleast 14 days!!!JUST IMAGINE!!!

                                      I am really disapponinted with the service.Currently there is no dial tone on my land line from 5 days.i am using internet using mobile phone.I made a complain also.please attend the fault as early.

                                        I am a BSNL-prepaid customer from past 5 year, my no. is [protected].
                                        recently for changing my provider from BSNL to other service provider i applied for porting and my porting has been rejected from BSNL Side

                                        i got a message from 1901 that "There are subsisting contractual obligation from the Subscriber agreement"

                                        and when contacted to customer care, they asked me to approach BSNL local office,

                                        but in BSNL office Vaniyambadi and telephonic conversation with BSNL Thirupattur office i did not get any proper response.

                                        i really don't know what is the reason?

                                        Can you please instruct me how to resolve this conflict.

                                        BSNL — portability out rejected

                                        I have a problem while porting out of BSNL. I received the 8 digit MNP code by sending msg (PORT [protected]) to 1900. and filled form for MNP to other service. I received a message that
                                        "Dear customer, your request of mobile number portibility is rejected due to there are subsisting contactual obligation from the subscriber agreement. ".
                                        Please look into the matter and oblige me by letting me to port out.
