I AM HAVING BSNL TELEPHONE NO[protected] WITH BROADBAND AND IPTV. THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY AKSH OPTIFIBRE IS OF MATCHLESS POOREST QUALITY . THE CABLE TV REMAINS UNAVAILABLE FOR LONG PERIODS RANGING UPTO MORE THAN A WEEK .
THE LATEST EXAMPLE IS MY IPTV IS NO WORKING SINCE 28.03.2011 MORNING . AS USUAL DESPITE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN MADE BY ME ON DEAF EARS SINCE THEN . A VERY IMPORTANT CRICKET WORLD CUP MATCH IS SCHEDULED FOR 2.30 PM TODAY BUT EVEN AFTER 3 COMPLAINTS SINCE MORNING ON[protected] I AM YET TO GET RELIEF .I AM MENTALLY DISTURBED BY THIS CALLOUS ATTITUDE AND DEMAND IMMEDIATE REFUND OF MY SECURITY ALONGHWITH MY RECHARGE AMOUNT OF RS 1000/- IN JANUARY BESIDE RS 10000/- FOR MENTAL AGONY BEEN CAUSED TO ME AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS BY IPTV.

    My telephone No.2433928 is dead from 12.02.2011 onwards and I made a complaint vide complaint No.[protected] dated 14.02.2011 which has not been atteded till today. I spoke to Mr.Gupta of Ddombivli exchange on telephone No.0472006 who looks after the matter number occassions and nothing is happening. All other lines in my building is working perfectly.
    Our land line no. 2321069 is not working since 24th Feb.2011. Please look into it urgently.

THEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT DEDUCTION AND DONT GAVE A SATISFACTORILY ANSWER. I WAS SHOCKED. NOW TODAY ALSO 30 OR 40 RS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. IN THIS MSG "YOUR DAAL MEIN KAALA SUBSCRIPTION HAS BEEN RENEWED AND CHARGED FOR RS.30/-" .I WAS SHOCKED BECAUSE WITHOUT MY REQUEST TO THAT SERVICE THAT SERVICE IS ACTIVATED TO MY NO AND CHARGED FOR RS.30/- THEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE NO.1500 TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE. THEY ARE NOR RESPONSED FOR THIS DEDUCTION. PLEASE I WNATS TO TAKE NECESARY ACTION REGARDING THIS SUBJECT.

          Sub : Reconnection of Phone : 23303083 – Waiver of Rental & BB charges – reg.

          Sir,

          Kindly arrange to reconnect the telephone :[protected]. We had requested for the change of name for the telephone from Harry Peter Dass to Shri. John Peter and all necessary documents were submitted for the transfer of phone and the telephone charges have also been paid till then.

          The telephone bills from the date of effect of change of name where not generated by BSNL due to various software problems. In the meantime the connection has been disconnected and no telephone services are available including the Broad Band Connection was disconnected for no fault of ours.

          In view of the inordinate delay in generating the bills by BSNL, customers have been forced to wait and our connection has been disconnected. I therefore, request you good offices to kindly look into the matter and arrange to :
          1) Change the Name of the subscriber to John Peter from Harry Peter Dass as per the documents submitted to your office.
          2) Kindly arrange to waive off the rental and BB charges for the time period the phone has been disconnected due to delay in generating the bills and due to disconnection of telephone services and broad band services.
          3) Since the customers has not been availing the services for the period of six month or above kindly arrange to re-connect the telephone after deducting the charges for which no service of BSNL has been availed.

          Since we have been regularly paying the bills and due to software problems at your ends and bills not being generated and after disconnection has happened, BSNL services have been totally stopped.

          We would like to continue with BSNL Telephone services, hence we request you to kindly do the needful by waiving off the charges for the period of disconnection and reconnect the phone services at the earliest.

          Thanking you in anticipation of your favourable action at the earliest.

            On 9th March '11, I requested for a bhajan song from 54646 by sending a sms AKEB9 from the sanskar TV. I liked the bhajan & want to download the same without knowing the charges applicable! But I expect a one time charge cut and waiting for a sms/link to download. But till now no link is received and no call back tone set, and they are charging 5 Rs daily from my prepaid account. I called to customer care twice, who failed to retrieve the information regarding any scheme activated on my no. I could not find any way out of it. I don't want any song but need to just stop the cutting

            THIS IS BLACKMAIL BY BSNL. UNABLE TO COMPETE, THEY ARE INVOLVED IN THIS KIND OF MONEY-MAKING SCHEMES. THEY SHOULD REVERSE ALL THE CHARGES THEY HAVE DEDUCTED ELSE WE SHOULD FILE A CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST BSNL. THIS KIND OF AUTOMATIC CUTTING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT BSNL PERSONNEL INVOLVENMENT.

            SIMILAR SCHEMES ARE DONE BY LIC WHEREIN THEY ARE NOT PAYING THE PENSION AGAINST JEEVAN SURAKASHA. INSPITE OF WRITING MANY TIMES TO LIC AS WELL AS IRDA, NO USE . OF COURSE SUCH PRGANIZATIONS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUSTAIN. WE HAVE TO FIND SOME ONE WHO CAN FIGHR AGAINST SUCH FRAUD.
            SMS 54646 is engaged in defrauding people which is masterminded by the firms called M/s Virtual Marketing India Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai, M/s Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Oxyzen Webmedia, Indore and BSNL. Booty looted /syphoned from millions of mobile users are being shared amongst these firms.

              DEAR SIR,
              I am a customer of BSNL Broadband under 500 combo night unlimited pack.landline number is[protected].I am facing problem with my landline connection.I have disappointed with the BSNL service.My BSNL landline goes blank after every 1 or 2 week from december 2010 till today(no dial tone).Every time when the problem started i register complain within 24 hours.But I got service from BSNL(HARIDEVPUR exchange) after 3days(or after 1 week).Amazingly i can't get the clear tone from landline speaker after the service.It sounds a buzzy tone with the dial tone.I cannot get the clear sound of the person of other side.And it also effect my internet connection too.My internet connection link stops after every 5-10 minutes.The link stable after restarting the modem.I really disappoint with this service from BSNL.In the current month (march 2011) i have not got the connection atleast 14 days!!!JUST IMAGINE!!!

              I am really disapponinted with the service.Currently there is no dial tone on my land line from 5 days.i am using internet using mobile phone.I made a complain also.please attend the fault as early.

              Me also facing d same problem ...now a days can't getting internet brdband and land line service from last 30 days near about.Many more times i hv lodged a complain but all efforts are going in vain repeatedly...

                I am a BSNL-prepaid customer from past 5 year, my no. is [protected].
                recently for changing my provider from BSNL to other service provider i applied for porting and my porting has been rejected from BSNL Side

                i got a message from 1901 that "There are subsisting contractual obligation from the Subscriber agreement"

                and when contacted to customer care, they asked me to approach BSNL local office,

                but in BSNL office Vaniyambadi and telephonic conversation with BSNL Thirupattur office i did not get any proper response.

                i really don't know what is the reason?

                Can you please instruct me how to resolve this conflict.

                BSNL — portability out rejected

                I have a problem while porting out of BSNL. I received the 8 digit MNP code by sending msg (PORT [protected]) to 1900. and filled form for MNP to other service. I received a message that
                "Dear customer, your request of mobile number portibility is rejected due to there are subsisting contactual obligation from the subscriber agreement. ".
                Please look into the matter and oblige me by letting me to port out.

                  I have a WLL phone connection. I received my bill of billing period 08/01/2011 to 07/02/2011with annual rent (MPLS-L2TP) charging me total Rs.1512/- As I was not willing to pay annual rent this time, I met Mr. Agashe, the account officer at Room No. 7 at O/o PGMTD, Kothi Exchange Building, Vadodara and requested him to amend my bill by charging monthly rent. He guided me to change my plan from annual plan to general plan first. I fulfilled the necessary formalities, and got the rent plan changed.
                  I went to the account office, and requested the officer on duty to amend my bill. He amended the bill and instructed me to pay Rs. 406/-, which I paid by Receipt No.[protected] on 18/03/2011 and went to the officer with receipt with requested him to do necessary formalities to get my phone reconnected. I waited and made so many calls requesting to reconnect my phone. But as my phone was not reconnected, again I met Mr. Agashe on 23/03/2011 at 11.30 am, and informed about not getting reconnection. He told me that his officer has miscalculated the amount of Rs. 406/-. He instructed me to pay Rs. 79/-, more which I paid instantly by Receipt No.[protected] on 23/03/2011 and met Mr. Agashe with the receipt. (I paid Rs. 100/- instead of Rs. 79/- to avoid nominal calculation mistake) He promised me that my phone will be reconnected within an hour or two. But unfortunately it did not happen. So visited Mr. Agashe to inform him 4.50 pm again. He called someone and instructed to reconnect my phone. My phone was reconnected at evening of 23/03/2011. But it is disconnected again at noon of 24/03/2011 and I am hearing that my service is suspended temporary due to unpaid bill.
                  Office of PGMTD, Kothi Exchange Building is 7 kilometers away from my residence. I had to visit this office 5 times and spent hours for all this. But all went in vain. Now I am tired and do not have mental strength to face more harassment. So please discontinue my telephone connection and grant me rid from facing any more harassment, as I am 55 years old. It will be better to run my life without a BSNL telephone. I am ready to pay instantly any outstanding amount, if Account Officer O/o PGMTD, Kothi Exchange Building, Vadodara has made any mistake in calculation again.
                  Please kindly help me this time to get rid from all this. I promise you I will never come to BSNL again in my remaining whole life. I will surrender my cellular phone connection of BSNL too.

                      Deduct Rs. 30 for BSNL voice chat as on dated 21/07/2012 and the same has been renewed Yesterday (20/08/2012) and again deduct Rs. 30.

                      Deduct Rs. 19 for BSNL music station in past (may be in June or July).

                      I never give the request or confirmation to activate these services on my number.

                      I have talk to customer representative to deactivate the services as on dated 18/08/2012 and the complaint docket no. is H18HR301674.

                      Pl take some legal action and help me to refund my amount Rs. 79.

                        "Thankyou for continuing Monthly CRICKET service. YOu have been charged Rs 15." This was the message I got on my mobile on 26th March 2011. I don't know how this company subscribes without my request. I even don't know how to subscribe it and this company just directly subscribes it without my conscent. I had talked to customer care also (1503) but got no response from there also. Do let me know how to unsubscribe it. This has happened second time, last month also they had deducted Rs 15 without my conscent. Some strict action should be taken on BSNL so that this kind of things do not repeat.                           BSNL Broadband — charged night usage

                          my phone number :2595350 i have been using bsnl broadband home500 plan for 1.5 yrs last month they charged night usage rs1999 this month 3 gb more i have no idea what to do .............................
                          I receives the broadband connection recently on 2 week of december 2009 and i make of home 500 plan... in that they mentioned about night unlimited downloading but whenever i switched on the connection in night above 2am they make my downloading charges for day hours... and my estimated bill have grown more than i expected... i think its really useless for getting the BB broadband connection... it is too slow... but they stated the connection speed as 2mbps... but its working at the speed of 256kbps... i don't think so BB connection is totally vulgar to use...

                          BSNL — Night Usage Charges

                          I have BSNL dataone plan with free night unlimited usage from 2am to 8am, but from last 3 months BSNL still putting the charges form downloading during night unlimited time, when contact with BSNL P.R.O. jalandhar, he said "give me proof that you have not use the same", I said u should check the detail in your system, he said we dont have any detail. BSNL charge me 1350 RS in last 3 months.
                          kindly forward the same so I will get refund from BSNL, they are not haring in BSNL Jalandhar office.

                          not solved, finally i hav changed my plan to unlimited, but i really disappointed from the speed with unlimited one.

                            the executives of nagpada loop gallery are providing fake information n using abusive language..... they do not provide proper service to the customers.... i did a recharge of 120rupees and i wanted to activate 98rs gprs plan... but they did not activate my plan they are not giving my refund back.... please see to it that i get my refund back or else a will have to lodge a police complain...... thank you

                                Sir, My elder daughter received a phone call since two to three months back approximately for activation of Games on Demand from your call centre of BSNL. As per caller options, the pack is free on charges for one month and if not renewed the same will be automatically deactivated. That time my daughter was on one month sessional break as she is pursuing her B Tech final year from Jaghadhri. But I surprised to see the details which are now issuing by BSNL on new system of billing that Rs 200/- has been charged for Games on Demand. It is purely a grabing money system from your subscribers. It is pertinent to say here that I am a old subscriber of BSNL since long. Hence this time I am totally unbelievable on BSNL due to such type of false options being given by your call centre representative. You can see so many complaints on Net against BSNL on such type of activation and later you charged on these packs. It is not so good with your valuable customers. Hence I request your kind honour that the Games Pack on Demand may please be deactivated with immediate effect which is activated on telephone Number[protected] installed at House No 201, Ground Floor, Sector 15 Panchkula and a confirmation mail be sent to my mail address and also can confirm on my another personal contact Number [protected] at any time please. Thanks and your kind cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated please.

                                Sir, I just request the concerned staff that Games on Demand activated on Tele Number[protected] be deactivated to save/favour me to unjustifiedly my deduction is being done by BSNL Rs 200/- per month. Please act promptly as requested please.

                                      i had recently bought a wireless router from the BSNL office and it has been configured.
                                      I am not able connect to internet in my iphone when i keep the security on, while i can connect if i keep it off.
                                      Its not possible to keep my connection unsecured and the bsnl officials are asking me to keep it off. Also they cannot explain the reason why it is happening and are not ready to take back the router as my purpose is not solved.
