Gujarat There is person Mr, Brejesh misbehave with me That Person say me
tere ko bolo na ki barbar bolu how they behave to
customers please do something about this topic because There Is Person Mr.
Brejesh on 18/04/2011 at 01:15 PM i talked with him & i said i want to talk
with your senior person & directly he put me on hold for 5 mint after he
talked & directly transfer to any other way i don't know please i am
requesting you kindly take any action on that.

my present download speed is 2-5 kbps.
I had registered complaints, many of them and there has been no change and even there has been no response.
The last complaint I had registered, I haven't even received a call asking for whether the problem is resolved pr not. And now the customer care executives (pretty much the useless executives).
The whole system is corrupt. Government office, no responsibility, they are all a bunch of crooks.
Broadband service by BSNL is the worst in the world as it was rated. And its true.
