Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Pradeep kadam. I have BSNL SIM card. I want to complain against it. on(19/03/2011), I got message as per below,
“Thank you for Subscribing Masti Pack. You have been charged Rs. 5/30 days.For other exciting subscription packs details, SMS HELP SUB to 56505.”
But reality is that I had not subscribed any pack. Without any my request, they subscribed the Masti Pack automatically. So, I called customer Care No. and one person responded and told me, “If you don’t like this scheme then tell me your message no. then I will deactivate this pack”. But till my prblem not sloved by bsnl customer care executive 7 deducting by balance.This matter is not for Rs. 5 but this is fraud. Service provider earns money by activating schemes automatically. I call several times but now they never take my call & also they not slove my request & deducting money from last three months back. My last request no.is 4678246 they told me your complaint is sloved but till date my balance deduction not stopped. I contact his senior customer care executive Mr.Dyaneshwar more, he is not take sereiously my problem & tell we are not responsible for that. Kindly help me on this mattar.
Hi i m from Assam, , , and d same is happening wid my no. too...its true it is not d matter of Rs.5 but dis is fraud and dis is happening from last 8-10 months wid me. Infact 4 weeks before Bsnl did 1 more shocking thing 2 me, , ,
i got up in d morning n i looked a msg in my inbox written thank u 4 subscribing Radio mirchi FM n u have been charged Rs.7/7days.
i complained atleast 7-8 times but each n every tym dey giv me a new complain no. saying dat, "sorry mam d camplain no. u hav given us is not in our records". And as per my expectation it has not been deactivated till now...
Its ridiculous... y d hell such a popular and reputated network do dis kind of cheap activities...
It will sure spoil their complete reputation...

Before 1 year i disconnect the BSNL Landline. and i gave the application of discnnect the land line and refund our deposit 3000/- to Vejalpur branch. now till today they can't send any deposit cheque. and when i went to BSNL main office they didn't gave us proper response. they send us vejalpur branch, but when we went at vejalpur branch they told us the refund will give us at Main Branch. so they send us vejalpur to Navarangpura branch. the details are as under

      On July 19th, 2010, Monday, and Dated 26th July Monday, I requested to fix my landline problem and as a result I requested and wrote to following respectieve people from telicom dept.

      On 20th July 2010 I got e-mail epaly from Addl. Private Secy. to Minister of State for (C & IT) saying that The message has been forwarded to the concerned authority for necessary action.

      But nothing has happened till date its been nearly 1 year the BSNL is not able to fix the dead phone.

      Please note the damages was done by one of its linemen. BSNL Karnataka is responcible.

      Please let me know if anybody can help from yor end.

      Dear BSNL Team,

      Sub: Line connectivity issue

      On July 19th, 2010, Monday, I requested to fix my telephone problem, after experiencing terrible problem from your lineman. I am writing to obtain damages for a huge mistake for which I strongly believe that you and your staff is responsible.

      The bottom-line: I missed the communication with aged parents, along with my family members. I was trying to sort out this mess in a decent manner; unfortunately your lineman is making us sick day by day. We were unable to speak with my father and mother till date.

      Because your organization caused the problems, for that we expect you to work with us to obtain a satisfactory resolution with immediate effect. Specifically, we expect you to:

      1) Verify the whole incident thoroughly.

      2) And to be fix the existing landline in three days time which I have been used for more than 10 years[protected].

      Your line man has changed the phone without our permission or any notification.

      The issue was fixed for a day but resurfaced the next day. Someone called my mother on 23- Jul-2010 around 20.00 hours enquired about telephone working condition who was refused to give his name. But the connectivity issue resurfaced on the next day.

      We have always been loyal to BSNL because of the exemplary treatment we have received from you and your attentive staff till 2006. We suggest that you coach Mr. Dharmappa-lineman in proper policy procedures and in customer relations. His impolite behavior does not reflect positively on BSNL.

      Please call me on my HP number or please give me your (respective personal) direct number for confirmation that our requests will be honored. If I don't hear from you, I will report you to the appropriate regulatory agencies in India as well as Indian consulate in abroad.

      Please note its 67 days and so far nothing has happened. Please find the previews complaint with this mail.

      My phone is dead for last 60 days and nothing happen despite continue complaints in BSNL office in Athihally, Sakaleshpur and Hethur. It seems that no system works for us and we are paying the bill for dead phone.

      We have been using BSNL land line (+[protected] for past ten years without having any problem. Past two years the land line connection has been (your line man Athihally Exchange[protected] switched to wireless phone (+[protected] without my knowledge and since then we are finding hard time to stay connect.

      I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. And also from now onwards you (Respective Divisional Personal and your line Mane - Athihally – Sakaleshpur Personal) is responsible further damages for my phone and etc.Please be informed that I/ We already spend many thousand rupees to get it repair and for my travel expense but that is not helping to get to the bottom of my problem because of you lineman and next in line BSNL Staff.

      Please also make note that your line man having fun on my elderly parents (aged above 60 years) for making them to travel three exchanges (Athihally, Hethur and Sakelshpur – Hassan District). I/we will not accept this kind of behavior anymore from your Athihally lineman)

        Dear Sir,
        I am residing at A-3, N.G.O. 'B' Colony, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli which is a prime location in Palayamkottai. Because of the reputation of BSNL, I am having seven Connections [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] of BSNL Cellone for my family, office, business etc. but I am sorry to say that there is no network coverage in my residence. Due to this I am loosing my business and also my earnings. I cannot contact any body through my mobile phone from my house because of the poor network of BSNL. Kindly rectify the problem immediately or otherwise I have to switchover to some other network to rescue my profession and business.

          BSNL landline o[censored].P.(East) with the no. of[protected] is not working as yet with the complaint ragistard through bsnl facility through 198 alongwith written complaint to concern SDO,Indira nagar related to sector-8.H.No.100,indira nagar and a complaint to 198 today with the number of [protected] also. This is not working last week of December,2010.
          It is very sameful to Bharat sanchar nigum limited with its worker in regard to concern SDO.
          Request to forum to help me to stop billing and refund all paid bills from the date of non working facility with the hassashment allowances due to non working facility with immediate effect.

            I am a BSNL customer. My postpaid no is [protected].On 18 March 2011 a caller tune was activated and charged Rs 30 before prior notice. The service no was 56700. On calling on this no they charged Rs 12 as changing the caller tune. Kindly give the proof of this activation. I kindly request you to deactivate this caller tune and do not activate such services without information.Please refund my charges. Please co-operate immediately or your service will be suspended.

            A REQUEST FOR BSNL CALLER TUNE FOR MOBILE NO [protected] WAS SENT BY ME ON 17.05.2010. ITS 04.06.10 TODAY.                 i had activated my caller tune jai jai ram jai shree ram but it only works 10 days , after that normal ring ringing & i complained in bsnl my complain no. is 4828554 but problem was not solved .i complained 5 times.after that they not solve & deduct next month charges rs28 too.i complain bsnl repeatly that please refund my charge because caller tune is not ringing but till now it was not solved.
                & when i tried to deactivate it its not deactivated, only rs2 deducted per msg. what i do.its very problomatic

                  hello this is b.nageshwar rao from hyderabad, bsnl online radio service was forcefully started on my cell.i have customer care, those pupil gave a no.12630033 and said u call dis number and tell them 2 deactivate.but when ever i call dat perticular no. its teliing dat no. doesnt exist please check the no.
                  please deactivate this service immediately.
                  from past so manny months im troubled with this forcible avtivation(every month 25rs. is deducted), it had becum a big headache for me.please stop this service as soon as possible...

                    My Land Line Telphone No.[protected]is not working properly since beginning. Telephone is dead after 1 or 2 month. I have already filed complaint with Telephone Adalat at Jaipur before 1-2 year but no permanent solution was done by BSNL officer/officials. Recently my telephone was dead on[protected] for which I complaint on 198 which No. was [protected] . The same was repaired on 14.03.2011. My main problem is telephone cable which is connected with DP which is far 500-600 meter and cable is having 7-8 cut. BSNL has not making DP near my house for which I have requested many times in writing to PGMTD,Jaipur (Vigilence)

                        This is to inform you that I am a customer of BSNL having Mobile No. is [protected] (Prepaid Mobile Service).

                        I am suffering a problem from service provider for last few months which I want to explain you.

                        On 23rd January, 2011 Company (BSNL) deducted Rs.20 from my TALK TIME BALANCE without any Intimation rather without any reason. After that I immediately called to customer care (No.[protected]) and lodge a complain (No.A23WB110801) to know the reason on the same day. After this I rang up to customer care several time but unable to get any response or feedback from them.

                        On 17th February, 2011 your company deducted further Rs.30 from my TALK TIME BALANCE and I again do the same as mentioned in the earlier paragraph having complain (No. B17CD214204). After vigorously followed up, AGAIN they are SILENT.

                        I beg for the help from various complain department of BSNL but they are unable to solve my problem, just they send mail to each other but not take any positive action.

                        More of this, today on 19th March, 2011 BSNL further deducted Rs. 30/- from my TALK TIME BALANCE. Now I am just hopeless for repeatedly THIRD time TAKE TIME BALANCE deduction from my account in last TWO month.

                        For your kind information I am not rented any VALUE ADDED SERVICE from service provider. It is therefore requested to you kindly educate me how can I solve this problem.

                        This letter may please be treated as a SOS call!!!

                                  I Pay 2000 Rs Deposit to get Bsnl landline in 2002 ... then after in 30 june 2010..we remove connection officially .. they told us you get your deposit back via check ..! but i dont get any check .. wtf .. i wait so long ...its been 9 to 10 months ... now i decide to complain in consumer forum ..!

                                    It is a bloody fraud by BSNL, cheating values customers. We never asked for these games. Some body called our phone and said, it is free. In spite of telling the caller, that we do not want it. He kept telling us to download the games and play free. Hence, I have downloaded the same. But we never used and never logged in too.

                                    In spite of that, Rs.200 has been charged even in January month bill. Please refund the money and adjust the same in the next bill. Other wise, We will have to go Consumer court and you will have to heavily compensate for our mental agony, we went through..We will be mobilising the public and all the sufferer to join this campaign against BSNL. This is another SCAM after 2G, by BSNL employees itself.

                                    Very surprise to see the February bill that, again Rs.200 has been charged for GOD. Last time, I have taken up and given in writing to BSNL office as well as sent through this mail. Accordingly, when I visited your website for on line payment, bill was corrected and Rs.261 was paid. Already, we have un subscribed it and again and again why it reflects in the bill amount?. Please correct the bill and remove the GOD from the bill. This is the last warning to you. Do not repeat the mistake again. I will be paying through online by 24th March. Before that, please correct the same.

                                    yes i have the same problem i deactivated 3 mont b4 still they sendin me bll they cheaing lakhs of people lik us see hgow much they would have cheated we sold aware and stand together and put case
                                    Yes this is a scam. They told me this is a free offer and charged money.
                                    I told them like 20 times I do not play games. I am no kid and I did not ever need this gaming subscription. Still they charged me and when I complain about stopping subscription and refund, they just cut the fone.
                                    BSNL Games on demand is a big scam. Just killing already POOR REPUTATION OF BSNL AND GOVERNMENT CORPORATIONS.
                                    I too agree with you people. Blindly trusted their words, I have been charged from the first month itself. Though I have not used a bit of it. They have just found the new way to rob the people. No doubt that this is going to be a multi billion scam again. If they are really concerned about their subscribers they have to refund money.

                                      Hello, I am one of the users of the BSNL Broadband Services form last 2 years. Up to previous month, I was getting the Broadband bill around 500-600 Rs/- per month.
                                      But this month, suddenly I received the billing amount 1364 Rs/- because of Music on Hungama. If BSNL has given this site for this kind of purpose, they should mentioned earlier to all of the consumers of the BSNL users.

                                      But this is something that can not be obvious. BSNL has to answer for it otherwise this issue will be charged against them in the consumer court by all the BSNL users within short period of time.

                                      Will we get the correct answer at right time ?

                                      BSNL Broadband — CHEATING IN SERVICE

                                      I have registered a complaint related to problem in BSNL BROADBAND. my complaint no is BPN76742 for PHONE NO :[protected]. after two days I got message saying that complaint is cleared by BSNL but actual fact is no one has come to me for rectification and solution of the problem. Now i have complain about the same problem now customer care officer saying tht you need to visit nearest telephone exchange for this issue. my question is why such a bluff is played by reputed company like BSNL? they just cheat the customer nothing else.

                                        BSNL is rejecting the port out service that is not fair. If i give the request to port out from BSNL and port in to the VODAFONE.

                                        Then BSNL give the reply to VODAFONE that i am having contractal obligations.

                                        That is not fair. Help me out off this problem.
