sir, i subscribe bsnl broadband connection on my telephone. at the time of subscription i subscribe the night plan but they give me unlimited plan without my permission .and after that i give a application to change that plan but they don't do anything after that once again i give another application to change my plan from 1st date of month but they change that plan at the same time without informing me so it make many problems in...

I have bought BSNL 3G datacard + wireless modem.
For first 3 weeks it worked fine, but not it almost stopped working.
Hardly it connects, that too loose connectivity after every 5 minutes.
Now i have already recharged with 4200 ( 6 months unlimited plan).

I am Deepak Prakashrao Jaykar,customer of BSNL with Landline no.229892 for Broadband connection with Plan of 900/-Rs per month with assurance by Bsnl to give speed of 1 Mbps. But from 2 months giving poor speed i.e.from 0kbps to 30 kbps such a lower range against plan of 1000 kbps i.e.1 mbps.
So many times communicated at their complaint no.240051.Everytime their executive came and just by giving assurance get them out.Everytime...

I Registered my Complaint about DND service many times at DND no. 1909, But it will not activated, Any time i call to Customer care of BSNL they Tell me that Ur service will be activated within 45Days, and now Customer care of BSNL tell me that we are helpless about Ur problem, So Please. help me and activate DND service on my No. "[protected]"...

We have a BSNL Broad band service which not working since last 6 month and we are receiving the bills continiously and the same was paid regularly without fail. We have made several complaints to BSNL but regret to inform the line starts for 2 mnts and gets disconnect immediately. BSNL service engineers are not at all attending the complaint nor they rectify the problem.Now a days all children get their school notes...

I am using Bsnl nestam plan mobile connection last 2 years costamer of Bsnl. i faced lot of problem in sms service, monthly i am using 23 bonus card for msgs balance. Msgs sent not correctly but balance always reduced, i am complating lot of times bsnl costmer care but no respone plzz solve my problem.............

we have taken unlimited plan of BSNL broadband connection ,but every time broadband has out of order not working properly. Also in this plan we havnot avail free call. we anecessary pay to BSNL.

Gentlemen,,
We M/s Prima Automation (India) P Ltd having ISD facility and facing problems in Diling ISD Nos with the same since long. We are approaching Mr D M Patel[protected] and Mr A C Patel on 224500 @ Kalol Office as well on 252000 @ Mehsana office too. Till date, we havn't found any solution for the same. We have given application for phone transfer due to shift in our place of residence in kalyan only . 1 month have passed but we have not received our new bsnl landline number and also our internet is closed from last 1 month due to this problem. I have personaly met to the officer to discuss this problem he told me that within 2-3 days our landline will get started we will send our men . but it has also not happend 10 days have passed away....

bsnl bradband is nt a god site.There are so many useless similar sites openning when we go for bsnl uasage check.but the site which is recommende for bsnl broadband uasge is"selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in", which is not oppenning from last so many days.Ihv got two bills , one of rs.9000, & another 1 of rs.11000.
