my phone no is 27294673 last one and off year i was using bsnl wireless phone and i have payed all bills properly.
and i did't apply the internet connection any thing but from apr 2010 extra amount comming in my phone bill, i told this issue
in kanchipuram BSNL office but no one response me. pls take action immediatly

    I have registered my cell no. on DND service in Feb’11 and the DND service has been activated for my mobile phone. But still I get some promotional SMS from different company, especially from BP. When to curb the Unsolicited Commercial Communication, the NDNC Registry has setup law, it should be adhered to without going into vain. Competent authority should look into it to see that the rule framed is not violated.

      with due respect i am kamal narayan pandey residence at pandey dham near laxmi rice mill jharsuguda sir BSNL have been deduct my account balance without any notice/masseges when i am calling customer care he says that i have booked your complaint docket number is BO8OR176151 on date 08/02/2011 but when i recharge my account bsnl deduct my balance daily 10 rupees when available i am total disturb due to if i have recharge my account then he deduct my account balance after balance is 4 rupees every time when i cont again with costumer care then he send me 1051 more sms iam totaly disturb please help me once again thanks for your help

          I'd registered a complaint in Krishna Nagar Telephone Exchange regarding No dial tone (in my BSNL landline phone[protected] on[protected]. But all was vain. I tried my level best to get it corrected soon, so i met to its SDO three times in between[protected]. On[protected], after getting no solution, I'd decided to surrender my phone connection. To get further process in this regard, it needs to be signed by the SDO of the same exchange. So I filled the form of its disconnection and went to the exchange on[protected] at 3.05 pm. He refused to sign and asked me to change the reason of disconnection in the application form and ignored me away. I again went there on next day,i.e.,[protected]. I met the SDO at 2.10, he asked to me either to wait an hour or come after an hour. I waited there. At 3.15, he came from inside and gone somewhere with some of his friends in a car. On getting an inquiry from the other employees presented in the office, i got no response. Same was weird to me. so I asked to call the SDO or to do something regarding my problem. Suddenly all the employees started yelling at me in abusive language and started beating me. They would also called the nearest police and made a fake report against me that i had threaten them and damaged a computer and some furniture in the same office. But the truth is that there's nothing had happened except what they did with me.
          I asked to get an inquiry in this regard and verify the following things:
          1) If they were right, then what loss they had in the same premises on[protected]?
          2) Does there anything intimated to appropriate authorities regarding such incident and loss?
          3) Where did the SDO gone on the duty time?
          4) Why did the employees took the such steps in the absence of SDO?
          5) What did the nearest police verified on the spot?
          6) How my phone connection got corrected in an hour after this incidence which was impossible from last more than a week?
          7) Why should i pay for the services which were not rendered to me?
          8) Why should i pay the service tax and surcharge for the services which were not rendered to me?
          I requested you to take the necessary steps and get me justice in this regard. I hope you will do the needful to me. Please consider my request against such a bad behaviour of employees of telephone exchange, Krishna Nagar, Mathura.

            Hello Sir,

            I am Surendra Nath Chintapalli, I took a 3G Post Paid SIM in a six months offer by paying (4200/- + 2000 = 6000/-).
            Number is [protected], A/c No[protected].

            I took this connection from a BSNL Marketing agent.

            Complaints -

            1. Inspite of paying full 6 months tariff for an Unlimited Plan, the BSNL accounts section put me in the wrong plan and they disconnected me and kept on sending me the bills for every month. when contacted they gave different numbers and finally the Account section restored my connection and said that they will correct the mistake.
            They never corrected the mistake and still I am getting the bills.

            2. The BSNL 3 G connection is not at all working in Alwerpet (Chennai), When informed to the technical department they said they are aware of this problem and they are trying to rectify that but are not sure when they will be able to fix this. From last one month this problem is there and no BSNL 3 G SIM is working.

            3. In the BSNL portal there is no place for launching a 3G SIM related complaints all that we have to do is to call the customer care and then follow their instructions for getting other numbers.. if the customer is lucky then he will get some accounts department or technical department number.

            When i asked the accounts department that I am not at all able use the 3G services from last one month hence wanted to disconnect the services and also requested then to pay back my rest of the money for 4 months.. they said this is not at all possible.

            All this shows that BSNL is doing a DAY LIGHT ROBERRY by cheating the comman people making false claims on 3G speed (3.6MBPS) and taking the money in advance for the service which they never gives.

            -> Please cancel my connection and give back my money, I will wait for your reply for a week then will take this issue to MEDIA and CONSUMER FORUM.
            And my act should not be looked as any kind of offence on BSNL.

            I AM FACING SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH BSNL 3G PREPAID CONNECTION IN ANNANAGAR AFTER PAYING ( RS 2500+ DATASTICK + 4200 FOR SIX MONTH PREPAID CONNECTION ) - [protected] WAS ASKED TO VISIT ANNANAGAR, PURASWALKAM, KELLYS & RK MUTT ROAD OFFICE - NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS SENT ALSO- EMPLOYEES ON CONDITION OF ANONYMITY STATE TAHT SIGNAL STRENTH IS POOR AND UNLESS BSNL ADDS EQUIPMENT THERE IS NO SOLUTION - I AM UNABLE TO USE THE INTERNET AFTER SHELLING OUT RS 7000/-

            BSNL IS TAKING US FOR A RIDE
            My name is karthik varma from hyderabad, i bought bsnl 3g 7.2mbps datacard in dec 2010 and opted for 6months unlimited plan.
            From the past 10days my dwnld speed is drpped to 100-150kbps which was previously 350-400kbps.
            Can any one suggest any procedure so that i might retain previous speeds..

              My phone no.[protected] is not working from more then 03 month, in this regard when i lodge complaint through telephone sometime it give response and somtimes it does not work, please give the reason why my telephone is not working properly and also returm my telephone rent for above period.

                This is my second complain via this site,but it seems to me that,this site is useless because nothing has happend or no one has taken any kind of Steps about the irregularity of Broadband Connection in Patratu.
                People are paying lots of money every week just for nothing, and the BSNL's Officers are not paying attention for this problem,they are already getting their Salary,but their salary also comes from Us. Indian Government is also not paying attention about these problems which are facing by his own country people.
                At one side we claim that we are the fast growing nation but when we see these problems inside the government things, then the hope of being good is lost.
                Please do something to set our nation at the TOP.

                  Hence I wrote second reminder mail hoping that it shall be taken up urgently.

                  But This problem is still not solved even after so much of communication

                  There is no positive response from the department or the phone.it is a decorative item and non functional.Are we 3G or no G?

                  This is Prabhu.g BSNL landline phone customer at arakkonam, vellore

                  I have requested for broad band connection today(23/10/12) at bsnl office
                  arakkonam and I submit filled application form for broadband connection,
                  they replied with good response and they said that, "because of already
                  available land line connection in your home, today you will get broadband
                  connection and kindly contact ur area telephone exchange office near taluk
                  office to get user ID and password".
                  I have gone to the same office for user id and password, but they response
                  is very bad and they told that, "today it is not possible, dayafter
                  tomorrow you will get the user ID and password. so don come here we will
                  contact you".

                  Today date is 04/NOV/12 yet i have not get any response.

                  Even I have land line phone connection already in my home, why should I

                  wait for more then one day for postpaid broadband connection ?

                  Kindly let me know the status for my requestand reason for delay.

                  Please let me know if you have any concern.

                  i am anis begam from Gudiyattam working as a Education Dept BRC on ssi scheme i have been used Broad Band last six years in your BSNL. sir my telephone no is[protected]. this month bill seen very shoked due to raising Rs 94.47 additional amnt charged on the Hungama movied download. i did't used this website for downloading purpose. what are the relation between Hungama and Bsnl? why is your bsnl allowed this cheating website? this Hungama website cheating not only me but many of others in India.I have not want this service at all. you are unnecessarily put this on my bsnl accountin the month of may, june, july 2012 Rs 64.57 May, 149June, 79 July.i have many time complained through phone call and email. after augst2012 deactivated. next four months no problem. after this month Nov 2012 bsnl bill very shocked to me for additional charged Rs 94.73 on the basis of hungama movies on demand. this is cheating to me. i did't go to your website for movies downloading. so unsubscribe this & refund all my money other wise u will sent legal notice through consumer court.pls refund my money. pls reply.

                    Since the 3G Services started in the city, i used to get good 3g signal form the bsnl tower nearby my residence. Since last 1 week, the 3g signal has stopped completely. The written complaint was given at the Customer Care Center as well as registered the complaint at the BSNL Call center & docket no. was given. But so far, no change in the status.

                    I am a 3G user in Himachal Pradesh and My experience of bsnl 3g is
                    3g Speed is very slow in H.P.
                    I have Nokia handset Which Supports upto 10MBps But Average speed at user end is 20K to 30K
                    some time it increases to 1mbps but its in a rare case
                    I spoke to Some Tech person (Service Provider for bsnl3g) and they said that Bsnl is a govt enterprise
                    and are not serious about competition in market and Day by day 3g&2g customers are increasing And
                    bsnl is not upgrading there equiptment to full fill users need for bandwidth.

                    BSNL — Non-reception of BSNL 3g signal

                    Sir,
                    Since past one week I am not getting BSNL 3g signal in my mobile. My residence falls under the coverage area of Mahadev Tilla tower in Haflong, Assam. Please help.
                    Hi Rajesh,

                    First write to the Nodal Officer about your complaint about BSNL 3G. In Sawantwadi there is Mr. Tiwari as Nodal Officer in Salaiwada Office. If this doesn't work the go to BSNL Maharashtra web site and get name and address of Appellate Authority, and you can write to them. Please allow 30 days to process. If you did not get any response from both then either you can go directly to the TRAI Trabunal or in Consumer Court, which is in Oros. Before going to TRAI or Consumer Court, send a written Notice with demand for compensation to BSNL Authorities.

                    Hope this will solve your problem. :)

                      I am a BSNL cellone prepaid customer.My number is [protected]. I got a message saying that if I want to start DND (DO not disturb) to avoid unwanted calls and messages,please sms the 'start DND' to 1909. I did the same.I got a reply also that it was registered.

                      After 2/3 days I got another message from the same number saying my previous message was not in the proper format and I was to resend it in the format as shown.There was no mention at all about any charges etc.

                      I tried to contact the company on given toll free customer care number but it took more than 40 minutes to get through and as soon as I mentioned of this new message,my call got discontinued.I tried again and same thing happened again after say 32 minutes.

                      Getting tired I resent the message in the shown format 'start DND1,2....7.

                      Next moment I got automatic information that Rs.5/- were deducted from my balance.

                      This is either cheating or stealing by the Gov.run company.

                      There are no email addresses available any where to contact the proper authority in this regard.

                      What to do?

                      totally agreed. Same stealing has been carried out from my bsnl prepaid mobile for RBT without providing service and without requesting for RBT also.

                        This is to be informed that I am a BSNL customer with Customer Id:[protected]. I have been using this service since last 10 years. I am also using the Broadband service provided by BSNL. But I am very sorry to say that I am not much satisfied with the recent poor response from BSNL regarding resolution of any faults pertaining to my connection (Tel No:[protected]. This connection gets dead very frequently, and after logging a docket, it takes more than a week to get the problem resolved. And after a few days the problem is resolved, it happens again.

                        Even now the connection is dead since last 3 weeks. I logged a docket for that long back, but am yet to receive any response. In order to follow up with this fault, I called up the call center numbers of Shyambazar and Cossipore exchange, and from there I was redirected to Baranagar exchange. I tried to reach out to Baranagar exchange at[protected] and[protected] several times, but no one answered for both of these. Finally, after several attempts, I was able to connect to Baranagar exchange, but everytime I called them, they would say the issue would be resolved at the earliest. Last week also I called them, and they promised to activate my connection, but I am yet to get any response from them.

                        This connection is extremely important for me, and I hope you understand the problems I have been facing because of such frequent issues with my land-line.

                        I have logged online complaints in http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp, and also sent mails to
                        Nodal PG officer for West Bengal circle and -Kolkata SSA ([protected]@sancharika.com) on 01-FEB as mentioned in the website-http://www.bsnl.co.in/pg/pg1.htm, but am yet to obtain any response!

                            I am ajay sehrawat citizen of palwal city. I change my vodafone number to BSNL nunber[protected] and submit my documents to Palwal BSNL exchange on 26 jan 2011 for porting , at that time they say that u got a benifit of Rs 150 and 1 month free GPRS but i dnt get the benifit because BSNL exchange update my data on 4th feb but this is not my fault.
                            And when i go to BSNL exchange they talk soughtly and say now nothng happing GO and Complain for this
                            I request to u to take any action and i hope that i got my right

                                  sir, i subscribe bsnl broadband connection on my telephone. at the time of subscription i subscribe the night plan but they give me unlimited plan without my permission .and after that i give a application to change that plan but they don't do anything after that once again i give another application to change my plan from 1st date of month but they change that plan at the same time without informing me so it make many problems in my telephone bill now when i make complaint about it to telephone exchange raman and bathinda they do not respond me . they are ignoring my requests and do nothing

                                    I have bought BSNL 3G datacard + wireless modem.
                                    For first 3 weeks it worked fine, but not it almost stopped working.
                                    Hardly it connects, that too loose connectivity after every 5 minutes.
                                    Now i have already recharged with 4200 ( 6 months unlimited plan).
                                    Feeling like BSNL cheated me.

                                      I am trying to unsubscribe caller tune, but no success.
                                      The BSNL mobile number is [protected].

                                      1. I sent a message with text BT DACT to 56700 ( I got a reply that this code of song is invalid)
                                      2. I tried calling 56702 ( reply, I am not allowed to call on this number.) (On BSNL site it is mentioned to call 56702 to unsubscribe)
                                      3. I tried calling on 56700 and followed the instructions to unsubscribe ( at the end reply with error message)
                                      4. I tried calling customer care numbers [protected], [protected]. ( for the first one reply is number invalid, and for the second there is no reply)

                                      Now PLEASE suggest me what should i do I am helpless.

                                        I am Deepak Prakashrao Jaykar,customer of BSNL with Landline no.229892 for Broadband connection with Plan of 900/-Rs per month with assurance by Bsnl to give speed of 1 Mbps. But from 2 months giving poor speed i.e.from 0kbps to 30 kbps such a lower range against plan of 1000 kbps i.e.1 mbps.
                                        So many times communicated at their complaint no.240051.Everytime their executive came and just by giving assurance get them out.Everytime gives different answer which is not convincing and afterall all the problem of speed is as it is.
                                        Against such poor services still I had paid total bill till date.My work is depend on speed.I am Suspicious that deliberately department giving poor services.
                                        Also communicated their sub-divisional officer named Mr.Thakur and given them attachment proof i.e. screenshot of lowerspeed. But still problem is as it is.
                                        It is my request ,Please look into this matter and guide me what should be done against such poor services .
