Dear Sir,
Now i haw BSNL Broadband conection on Rs: 625. (Home )(246 kbps) speed plan.
but now i am reciving only for 18.5 kbps speed only . this problem starting on 3 day. i am complaint on BSNL office but your staff not sallw tha problem. my internet conection is very very slow . i cant read my e-mail all so . one email page open it tacking 10 mint. pls make to sallw tha problem. my phone number[protected] . ayyampet, thanjavur (d.t). thankyou .

    BSNL — not connecting reliance user

    hi, i m a bsnl pre paid user and want to call my sister reliance phone no. but the computer always says no. doses not exists but the incoming from same no. is possible and i also talked on same no. from airtel and tataindicom phone and i have also complained three times on bsnl custmer no. but every time complain no. given but no action taken, from last 15 day ..KINDLY HELP ME ...ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME...I M A BSNL suffurer and guide me to take action aganist BSNL SERVICES

    BSNL — Not connecting to Reliance GSM mobile

    BSNL Andhra is not allowing to connect to my Maharastra Reliance GSM mobile.
    My complaint with Reliance is 97217333

    I am able to get incoming from BSNL gujarat, karnataka but NOT andhra.
    SURRENDER BSNL LINE .THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION .I HAVE SURRENDERED LONG BACK

    i have book my ortability number at 20/01/2011 and i have fill my complete form fill at 22/01/2011 my mobile number is [protected] i have want to change my servece reliance cdma to reliance gsm. but today i have not take this facility according to this problem i have complain many times at reliance customr care but they can not give me satisfied answer
    Mine is also same problem as AVINASH..
    I am from Hyderabad and My number is [protected].
    I dont know what kind of technical issues that RCOM is facing to just change the network of CDMA to GSM of their own customer.
    When ever I talk to call center I will get same answer "There us some technical issue and we will reslove it with in two days"...Same answer for the last 20 Days.
    If RCOM is not resolving their own customer who is with RCOM for the last 5 Years, How they will pull the customer Base from other competeors.
    You know when I call on Customer Care on the other Day, I asked the Guy that I will go to other network if dont change my net work from CDMA to GSM. He is very shame lessly saying that I can not change to others because My case is already processed and Trai Approval has been completed. It means I should not go any where and keep begging for conversion to GSM till they finish the job.
    Just 6 Days back one guy from RCOM called me and said that they will do the change of net work in 2 days. But no change of status till now.
    I am just topping up my existing CDMA (Prepaid) phone for every 2 days and using (managing) it. More over I am always keeping my new GSM phone in pocket with a GSM sim (useless as of now) given by the Rel Webworld 4Days back.

    Ohh GOD ..Am I able to retain my (5 Yesrs) OLD phone or not .

      I have taken a broad band - combo plan 500(U/L) plan in the month of january 2010, Every month we have receipt bill of Rs 550 to 580 a month & pay the same up to sept 2010 in my consumer no 170848 but in the month of january 2011 I have recd a bill of sept 2010 of Rs. 2762.60 less discount 1068.99 and net bill rs 1762.60, As I am out of city my spouce thought that this bill of three month and paid in january 2011, today I am not only surprised but shocked to received your sms and pay bill amting Rs 5213.11 up to 01.12.2010 and mentioned A/C no [protected], as we are out of city and not using intenet for last 3 months there is no question of interent usges charges Sir I am well aware of your I/L plan 750 hence its seem that either faulty billing or this bill pertain to some other person ,you are requested to provide me full details itemize billing o[censored]sges charges immeditately on my E-Mail rakesh.[protected]@licindia.com to enable me to continoue or Disconnect the broad band service with immeditate effect.

          Sir, the bill of last three months of my broadband connection is so high. i went to all bsnl offices of my town,fatehnagar [circle office] & my district office at hiranmagari sec. 4 but i didn't get the sufficient information about the usage. they not give me the details of broadband usage & send me here & there. how can i submit the bill without no more usage of bill ? my phone is dead from 2 & half months & we have 250Rs plane of 2.5gb usage we sure that we had not use more than limit. what will i do ?

          Broadband Connection — very high billing

I made a complain that my bill is exess and my connection may please be discontinued.In the month of May my internet connection was non functional for morethan 15 days Again i have received a bill of Rs 15588.As my residential phone has been provided by my office .I have to deposit 14000 from my pocket

            Dear Sir,
            I am bsnl IPTV user in Jodhpur and facing the same problem as others. The service is very poor and no body takes care to solve the problem.Here in Jodhpur the customer care office works at 8 am to 7pm on 6 days. Their atitude is not co-opertaive and helping. They are not working on sunday. Often I am having the probelm either network disconected or waiting signals, Today I did contact the customer care officer, Jaipur to book the complaint but he said to book the complaint at bsnl no. 1500 which again not responding. It gives mental tension to have this connection or to change to other. Really the bsnl ececutive or incharge should look in the mater to stay in the market and satisfy the customers, either they will loose their creditablity. Do not send the messages to refer IPTV to friends & relatives to take IPTV connection in this situation.
            I hope"Bhai Sahib" will do utmost to improve the services of IPTV. Thanks,

                I got a cell phone No.[protected] under Bandham plan. It offered 2000 SMSs free, 1000MB GPRS free and free calls to my landline-[protected]. Today morning when I made phone to my landline 0.03ps is deducted and when SMS to [protected] was sent between 6.30 to 7 p.m, 0.50ps was deducted, which is a clear violation of the offer under Bandham plan by BSNL. I demand an immediate enquiry into this complaint and let it not be repeated in future

                  I have a Mobile Postpaid Connection of BSNL. I had submitted an application to Vodafone for porting out of BSNL on Feb 03, 2011. On Feb 05, 2011 I received an SMS from Vodafone stating that BSNL has rejected my port-out application because of outstanding amount in my account. I had made payment for my bill of Jan 2011 and had attached the payment receipt of the same in my application. My next bill date is Feb 10, 2011. So, I do not have any billed outstanding. If and amount has not been billed to me, it cannot be treated as outstanding. Now to get clarification on this I have to be go all the way to BSNL office because BSNL customer care on the phone is worthless. In six years of the my association with BSNL, the first time that I got a call from BSNL Customer care was after I had put in my request for porting out. I found the entire experience very amusing. The customer care officer called me on my number and asked my name! Basic rule of customer service to your own customers - at least have his name and contact details before you call your customer up. The officer asked me why I was porting out. I simply told that to do anything - change bill plan or to get any information on my postpaid connection I have to go to the BSNL office everytime. This is ridiculous because for all other operators the needful is done simply over phone. Best part is that the BSNL call center does not even have the contact number of the local BSNL office! The officer said thank you sir and hung up. Wow.....amazing customer retention. Not sure what was the purpose of the call from BSNL. Was it a retention call or an exit interview? Why is BSNL wasting money on such meaningless activity?

                  Any way coming back to my complaint - If I do not have any billed outstanding on what basis if BSNL rejecting my port out request? For any unbilled outstanding, the rule states that if I do not pay the same once it is billed to me, I am liable for suspension or disconnection. What is the meaning of this harrassment? I feel really sad at the fact that an organization that has the capability of being one of the top most Telecom companies in the world is simply a waste.

                  Is there anyway by which this complaint could be sent to the relavant regulatory authorities?

                  BSNL — Rejection of Porting OUT

                  I am having BSNL Postpaid connection[protected]. I wanna port out from BSNL to Tata Docommo. From last 3 months i tried much,but BSNL is rejecting the request again and again. Last time Tata applied on my request for MNP on 20th July. But BSNL rejected the request with remarks "Bill overdue" .Whereas there was no pending bill on BSNL side.
                  BSNL is creating lots of problems for me.

                    After I sent on 24/01/2011 ( Monday at 1145 IST AM from my CellOne Prepaid Number [protected] to 1900 & within few seconds I got in my mobile from 1901 Unique Porting Code so immediately I approached Airtel Relationship Centre at West Veli Street Madurai and showed this & after checking they gave me an application form and I duly filled that and handed along with my colour photo & Ration Card ( Family ) for Address Proof and my ID and signed relevent pages and after paying Airtel gave me a sim for which they asked to pay Rs 30/= on the spot ( No receipt ) and gave a New Sim and asked me to wait till 7 working Days to change into Airtel from CellOne
                    But so far CellOne NOT stopped it's service & allow me to migrate to Airtel so when I enquired at Airtel Office they asked me to wait Already 7 working days elapsed from 24/01/2011 Now almost 10 DAYS
                    I dont know why a Govt.Unit behave like this without allowing one to migrate> It is very shame for BSNL

                    Reason for my shifting to Airtel > I paid Rs 1046/= 0n 10/01/2006 my Calling rates are Rs 1.60 per mins to BSNL Nos & others Rs 2/= No proper Booster for this number Old Anant Live time Number
                    I lost so many Rupees due to BAD treat for this Old Anant Number Once they offered me 1p/sec
                    but from November 2010 all gone & so many Booster Changes No adjustment to this number

                    I, Prabhakar now using CellOne prepaid Number [protected] approached your Airtel Relation Ship Centre at West Veli Street, Madurai 625 001 after getting Unique Port ID from 1901 in my above mobile number, on 24/01/2011 Monday at Airtel Office they gave me An Application Form to Sign ( I gave my Colour Photo & for ID & address proof my Family Card on completion, they asked me to pay Rs 30/= for new Airtel MNP prepaid Pack, they gave me
                    And asked me to wait till 7 Days and at that time BSNL CellOne stop & once stopped
                    I've to insert this Airtel Sim and migrate to your esteem service
                    But almost 10 Days Passed I am unable to change to Airtel, Please help me

                    As said by Prabhakar I too suffer in the Hands of CellOne
                    No proper Booster to this Live Time Old Anant Prepaid Plan
                    so I never take Out going Rs 2/= & BSNL Rs 1.60 per min <just hang on Incoming only > just Rs 50/= is o.k every 6 months to
                    keep active this plan so I just top up for Rs 50/= & keep alive & active
                    Now a days Live time of CellOne every 6 months one have to top up to Rs 200/= to
                    keep that alive without death !!!
                    To wipe out this, , that is just Top Up for Rs 50/= BSNL Staffs Play game after all a Govt. Unit as said Prabhakar above
                    No proper Booster > CellOne treat very bad this Customers But I too tried to shift
                    CellOne end NOT allow me just Rs 61/= available just for 30 Days with 0.30p/mins to all BSNL & to Others No 0.1p / sec facilities as given earlier before Oct 2010
                    So soon I through away this number and inform all to whom I gave this number
                    to call me to my new number may I shift to Aircel, Airtel, Relianace

                      I am able to receive the incoming call but don`t got any message from BSNL. Again i have refill 50 rs but it doesnt show the balance after that and it show message "your sim is inactive".

                        I have a 750UL Plan for Data one connection in Ambernath (Thane Dist.) which am using from 2 years on my number[protected].

                        And from past 2 years I have been facing the same problem with my connection i.e. I never get a constant connection, the link keeps on getting disconnected. Even when complaint is done for the same there is no proper response is given in time. Then eventually after 4/5 days ever thing goes back to normal. This especially happens when there is a long/extended weak end, and no one is there is office i.e. no net connection for entire week end.

                        On 2nd February 2011 I have again made a complaint for the problem which am facing from 29th January 2011. I requests the concerned authority to look into the same.

                        I'm from kalyan. From past 2-3 weeks I'm facing the same problem with my connection i. e. I never get a constant connection, the link keeps on getting disconnected.Even when complaint is done for the same there is no proper response is given in time.
                        I requests the concerned authority to look into the same.

                          I have bsnl mobile number [protected]

                          It is normal prepaid card but in your system it shows as a life time card. I have called 2-3 times to bsnl care, they replying that your card is life time.

                          I have done recharge in may month of Rs. 19 for Life time from normal card

                          Than between 15-20 august 2010, I have called in bsnl care & request for normal card, I received SMS after 2 days that your card is normal

                          Than I recharged with Rs. 110/- & got validity[protected].


                          Recently I have added two land line number for FF(Friend & Famiuly) Scheme. in which I found that 0.30 paisa deducted instead of 0.20 paisa. Hence I called to BSNL care, they give me answer that your card is life time card.

                          How is it possible ?

                          Once recharge of Rs. 110/- & got validity of one year than my card is life time ??

                          Today 04th feb 2011, In any life time card, maximum validity given is six months from last recharge. Suppose I recharged today than also my validity will be 04-august 2011.

                          At the same time, My sim card expiry date is[protected] & it is due to normal card & recharge of Rs.110/- on your august month scheme. (GET 1 year validity & full talk time on Recharge of Rs. 110/)

                          So I request you to update your system & give right status of NORMAL CARD with expiry date[protected].

                            we are a 25 years old 100 bedded Hospital at Joka/Thakurpukur, South 24 Pgs. having 18 phone connections. All these connections are out of order from 29th, August 2011 at 9.40 pm. Till then we are suffering. In between 2 supper line & 2 Broad Brand connections were restored after a long persuasion.                               My BSNL Landline no.[protected] is not working from Sept 2010, Intially it was dead because of the work on road undertaken by PMC,now many connections in my buildings are working but not my number already made complaint but not entretained.Though the phone is not working I Have to pay the bill,Why should I pay the bill is there any waiver of rent in the period when phone is not working.Suggest some way . I am thinking of disconnecting it.

                                I have BSNL broad band connection at my home . My Id is [protected]@dataone.in. My land line number is 23605629. My complaint is Hotmail.com & microsoft.com web pages not opening. Other websites are opening . I have compainrd to the call centre two days back. After trying ceratain set up tests . I was told that the the back end people will call me over my handphone. Nothing has happened even after three days. Getting through to customer service is impossible; I end up getting only their commercial record messages endlessly either in the early morning or day time or night time . I need this problem to be solved soon. Thanks

                                  Hi All,
                                  Recently I have taken connection for BSNL broadband (28th Jan 2011). First two days the network was good and from third day I have issues in internet line. I raised complain in 1500 & 1504 on 26th Jan 2011 and they provide me a docket#. After that till date I am following up with them, but no one has responded back about this issue.
                                  Even today I spoke to one of lady in the customer care about this issue (1500). For which she responded me that if you are not satisfied with the service please provide a letter to cancellation of connection in Mandaveli office.
                                  One Sad thing is I raised complaint for resolution, but they are providing the resolution to move me to some other network.
                                  I haven’t experienced such kind of worst service from any other servicing companies in my life time.

                                  NEVER CHOOSE BSNL for LAND LINE or BROADBAND.. DEN YOU NEED TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO FOLLOW UP AND CLOSE THE ISSUE YOU GET.

                                    I never subscribed for your mobile radio service .but one day i got a message saying "thank u for renewing the mobile radio" and Rs 25/- charged to me.the next month also same thing happen .I request you to stop harassing your customer and deactivate the services from my mobile immediately.My mobile number is [protected].
                                    If this type of harassment will continue then in the era of mobile number portability it will difficult for you to get or retain customer.deactivate the services as early as possible.

                                    My BSNL Prepaid mobile number is[protected]. I am being charged Rs.5 on 4th of every week for mobile radio service, never subscribed by me. Every month I am getting message from +1255005 that my account is renewed. I have taken the help of customer service on mobile several times and I am given different procedure everytime for deactivation but none works. Please deactivate this service. Tapan Debnath, Tripura

                                    my phone no [protected] i got a message that i have subscribed for monthly radio and 30rs was charged...i called to customer care and asked how to deactivate...they said to call 1263003 and deactivate....i called to that number and can't find any deactivation option..i was charged 20rs for calling to 1263003..

                                    this is too much...what should i do now?

                                    Kindly deactivate mobile radio for which unnecessary amount of Rs. 25/- is being deducted every month
                                    I see BSNL is become a pro in trying to avoid calls to deactivate service and in the bargain loot the customer. I sure hope they sort this problem out for good and not with loop holes again. Many people have complaints like this, is there a way to sort this out.
                                    Nothing works, you dail the numbers to de-activate you loose more money. BSNL is making us fools. 12630033 doesn't have any option to unsubscrbe only you can subsribe there. The number which they give along with renewal 1255533 plays only music and 1255530 which is again they claim to be an number for de-activation plays music.

                                    Nice tactics BSNL to milk hard earned money from people without giving an option to unsubsribe. Shame on you.
