I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 5 months. My BSNL landline number is[protected].Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But last month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.125/- and 149/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand)and God(games on demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said servvice.

I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.


It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this.

BSNL — charging without consent

My mobile no. is [protected]
From my a/c Rs 30/- (two times) has been deducted without any reason. First on Aug 15, 2010 and second time on Sep 15, 2010.
My complaint filed to customer care on 16 Aug 2010 provided me docket no. H[protected] & assured me not to deduct next time but of no use. On 15 Sep 2010 I complain of the same for with docket no.
I[protected].

No proper action has been taken so far
Kindly refund my amount of Rs 30+30 at the earliest.
No use of making calls to customer care for any issue. BSNL has got the worst possible csutomer service desk in India. You should visit local BSNL exchange where people deals with BSNL mobile issues (not landline matters only).

BSNL — Charging for games without consent

My Mobile No. [protected]. My service provider is BSNL. It observed that I am getting SMS stating that, "You have been charged for Games". For this I never had given my consent, but even then in Bill No.[protected] dt. 5th Nov. 2011 I have been charged rs. 100/- fro SMS content down loading, which is NOT acceptable to me.
Kindly see that this amount is reversed to me & I will NOT get such unwanted SMS in future.

    I am a consumer of BSNL landline services[protected], over the past 6 months I have not received a single bill, my only indicator for the amount due is the online registry I have done where it tells me the amount due and that too without any breakups.

    Request you to please take this forward with the concerned officials as I am not getting any support from BSNL.

      i m a bsnl cellone customer user from jharkhand
      presently i m in dhanbad
      i m having no [protected](bsnl prepaid)

      auto subscription by company is being done and my balance has been reduced from rs 71 to rs 41 ..

      even if no reply or call being made by me to company or any msg

      1 msg frm company came about the subscription automatically ..

      i had activated dnd(DO NOT DISTURB) too 2 months before ..
      how is it possible then

      i want my money back and no such complains in future

      i hope to respond soon


      i have called customer care many times but no response is given

        I had paid my bsnl land line[protected]consumer No. [protected]) for Rs.903/- on 19.02.2011 through bsnl online via Indian bank credit card the amount was deducted from my account but the bsnl receipt was not generated and its showing the was outstanding till date .please confirm the receipt of payment of the given phone number, having the bill no-[protected] dated 10.02.2011.

          After many months I received soft copy bill showingRs 1664.60 outstanding.Last bill I paid in Jan11 and present bill showws2405/including outstanding1664.60p.Out standing bill amount does not indicat details. I demanded details vide my bsnl complaint HAR/CO/2011/1161. No reply received.Mycust ID is [protected] and a/c no is [protected].It is common to my area that bills are not sent.
          What should I do.

          my phone no.[protected] is dysfunctional since one year still i hv been continuosly paying the rental in hope of revival. my security dep[opsit of Rs. 3000/- is also with the telecom company.
          Now i hv received a notice of outstanding bill from march to july 2009 dtd. 28-10-09.

          My family suffers mental anguish due to non functioning line. when the lineman used to come he reported that the underground line cable is faulty.

          What can i do? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

            Seeing the advertisement at BSnL office trimulgherry i contacted Mr.Srinivas and his mobile number is [protected]. He is the representative of 'MY WAY IPTV (BSNL) Smart Digivision Pvt., Ltd,Himayath nagar, Hyderabad. MyWay IPTV rep Mr. Srinivas came to my place and explained about the systemm and he told me that if i am not satisfied with MyWay DTH system the deposit Rs 1500/ will be refunded. he gave an application form prepaid CAF No. 10067823.(MYWAY CUSTOMER APPLICATION FORM FOR INTERACTIVE VIDEO SEVICE BSNL. dated[protected].
            SRINIVAS ASKED ME TO FILL UP THE ADDRESS AND REST OF THE FORM DETAILS HE WILL FILL UP. I gave a cheque for Rs.1500/- Copy of the application form no. 10067823 was given to me. Later on when i was going through the copy that I found it was used for some one else. Next day I reported the matter to the Hyderabad office of MYWAY IPTV.
            After four days two persons came and installed IPTV connection.I was not satisfied with the system and returned the IPTVSTB BOX (S/N AT[protected]; MAC::001CA8A09D74 ), REMOTE, ADAPTER AND AUDIO VIDEO CABLE to Mr.Ibrahim Area manger MYWAY IPTV Hyderabad on[protected]. The corespondace resting on the subject resting on the subject can be provided. I request to you do the needful to get the refund of Rs 1500/- . MYWAY office telephone Number[protected] and Mr. Ibrahim's mobile number [protected].

            I have undergone the same plight !
            I am a resident of Gachhibowli, having a BSNL landline connection. The same guy(Srinivas) that Mr. Kalyanaswami referred to had come over to our place as well to sell the idea of a "Trial Offer". I verified with his mobile that I have stored in my phone.

            I was also dissatisfied with the quality of the system (switching beween menu items or channels - very slow / bad picture quality / not user friendly). When I called up their customer care, I was bluntly told, that there would be NO refund ! And I was forced to use it as I had already been duped of Rs.1500.

            This is a classic case of fraudulence; I had agreed to the trial offer as it is a partnership with BSNL, which I thought would have done due diligence before partnering with such a company.

            They dupe people into buying the set top box with false commitment of a 'trial offer' and then refuse to give a refund !

              If log my compaint 15-20 days before to you and BSNL Jalandhar office regaridng installation of Broadband connection of bearing[protected] , but upto till date there is no any action have been taken regarding this. We have many times contact wth SDO, JE, BSNL Employees but no one gives response. Is there is no one who attend our compaint. Why BSNL publish false news in Newspaper (i.e. in today dainik Bhaskar Newspaper regarding 75% deduction in tarrif in broadband) , if you are unable to gives service. This is not good for your Company and not for us. If you are not providing us proper service. If you do not attend our complaint with this week. Then we will disconnect our connection along with Consumer Compaint Form, why we do not want to be customer of your BSNL.

              This is for your information and necessary action.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have applied for BSNL Scheme "PYAR KI JODI". Under this scheme, the BSNL Landline/WLL holder can get SIM card free and talked free with one Landline/WLL.

                  I have a WLL line no.[protected] and I have taken free SIM card of BSNL, after that as per the rule of BSNL it sholud be recharged by Rs.33/- for operation. I have tried to recharge the SIM card no. [protected] but it not recharged by any retailer or not activated. The BSNL scheme is totally failed in operation. They have advertised for that and when we have tried for that the benifit is nothing..

                      result DND not yet activted in my mobile.


                      So my earnest request is that please activate DND at my phone number.

                      THE BSNL CDMA KOLKATA CIRCLE NUMBER 9189XXXXXX NOT ACCEPTING DND REQUEST. NO RETURN SMS COMING. AM TRYING FOR LAST 2 WEEK WITH "START 0" TO 1909. EVEN CALLING 1909 FAILS. BSNL HAS STOPPED WEB BASED DND REGISTRATION. LOCAL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE ALSO FAILED TO ANSWER.

                      HOWEVER GSM SERVICE FOR DND ACTIVATION IS WORKING FINE. THE PROBLEM IS ONLY WITH CDMA

                          Have purchased a Micromax MMX 300G Data Card from BSNL with a 3g sim of the current Rs606 plan.The problem is that the network signal keeps on fluctuating between 3-4 bars and for downloading the speed hardly reaches 120KBps.I stay in RameswarPatna area which is near to the Old town in Bhubaneswar.I had the impression that BSNL will be the best service provider but it isn't.Please help me out in this regard.

                          I purchase BSNL 3G datacard and 3Gsim but till now i not meet the good speed.I am in vellore and i complaint lot of times by directly to BSNL office but thier is no proper response... BSNL thefting customers money...
                          BSNL 3G speed is extremely slow even at many places in Bhubaneswar. So now it is our foolishness that we are biased by BSNL 3G performance. Please take proper steps to improve the download/upload speed by which the reputation of BSNL will remain intact.

                            I AM SUBSCRIBER OF BSNL BROADBAND SINCE LAST 6 YEARS. NOW I AM SO MUCH DISSATISFIED WITH THE POOR SERVICE OF BSNL BROADBAND.

                            1. MY BSNL BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING SINCE LAST 15 DAYS. MY COMPLAINT NO IS [protected]. THERE IS NO POSITIVE RESPONSE OF BSNL STAFF AND OFFICIALS. THEY TELLING ONLY THAT WE BOOKED COMPLAINT DOCT.
                            2. I GIVEN LETTER FOR MY ADDRESS CHANGE TO KAPURTHALA BSNL OFFICE IN THE MONTH OF SEP 2010, BUT TILL NOW THEY NOT CHANGED MY ADDRESS.I NOT GETTING BSNL BILLS SINCE LAST 5 MONTHS.
                            ALTHOUGH I DEPOSITED BSNL BILLS OF LAST 3 MONTH BOUCHER NO JL-D[protected] DT. 10.2.2011 RS. 2349/-.
                            3. IF BSNL CONTINUE THESE TYPES OF POOR SERVICE AND NON-RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR WITH THEIR SUBSCRIBERS THIS WILL CONTINUE OF BSNL SRVICE DISCONNECTION.

                              I am the user and of the BSNL prepaid mobile no [protected] Iit is more than a week when ever I am calling the customer care centere No.[protected]no one attending the phone. Further the same problem occurs to my cousin Umapathi Mobile No.[protected] that unauthrisedly deducting money for devotional songs as he never applied for providing the devotional songs . This practice continuing last two months onwords . So humble request is that kindly stop this practice of deducting moey with out any demand from our side for installing devotional songs. Further please take care of your custumer care or call centere providing service to customers.

                              Hi,
                              I am using my BSNL prepaid card for last one year, my no is +91 [protected].
                              Yesterday on 14.02.2011 I made a recharge top up of Rs 200 with my usual shop. The shop owner got sms immediately about successful recharge. But I have not got any amount credited to my account. The shop owner said that it will be credited after some time. So i left the shop. But still today 15.02.2011 there is not credit to my account. Shop owner is declining because he debited for the amount. I tried to BSNL Cust. care no but there is o response to call.
                              This not the first time, previously 25.01.11 when I was moving to Tirupati, I asked my sister to make recharge to my mobile for Rs200. When she made first recharge of Rs 100 the amount was credited to my account but for second time when she made recharge of Rs 100 I have not credited that amount to my account. And as usual there is no way to escape from the situation.
                              Shop owners always decline to give money back because they show the SMS from bsnl confirming successful rechrge done to mobile no.
                              What should i do with the issue? Where to lodge the complaint?
                              Can anybody help me to come out of the issue?

                                I had bought a 3G Data Card from BSNL customer centre at TDM Ballia, Dist- Ballia(UP). with Reciept No 3939 dated 05/02/2011
                                Along this I get a 3G SIM free with [protected] and officers alloted mobile no . [protected] of the same SIM.
                                The officials at BSNL O/O T.D.M. Ballia(UP) suggested me to do the FRC of RS. 120 and for net surfing charge with Rs.275/= for running your SIM.
                                I had Spent my money in doing FRC for Rs 120/= and Rs 275/= for net surfing.
                                But I am in vain when I didn't get any recharge amount in the Said Number. After Due enquiry I came to Informed that the SIM no. does not matched with Issued Number(for mobile) i.e. SIM No.[protected] does not matches with mobile no . [protected] of the same SIM.

                                I asked the BSNL officers who is responsible about my Vain and mental harassment for more than 10 days also I asked the officers to refund my all dues and alloted me new 3 G Sim free of cost, or do some needful

                                    Hello sir,

                                    Iam owning number [protected] under iea network...and i have successfully applied for mobile portability from idea to BSNL and i paid 100 rupees for portability. I have done with submitting id proof , and application with photo...It is almost 18 days before ive done all and still there is no progress...

                                      It is sad and very unfortunate, in spite of my repeated complaint, Internet connection is getting failed frequently and no solid action taken from BSNL to help their Customer.

                                      I am really sorry to know the unhelpful attitude of all though there are several GMs, DGMs,.DETs, AEs, Nodal officers, Grievance officers etc.No one is taking any responsibility to rectify & find out some solution for trouble free internet.

                                      Whenever i make complaint, I am getting different version from various BSNL Officials like:

                                      1) Cable Fault
                                      2) System Failure
                                      3) Server problem
                                      4) unauthorized digging of trenches
                                      5) Different cable connections for different people
                                      But no one takes little responsibility to find out "WHAT IS HAPPENING IN MEDAVAKKAM". Some people neighbors are not having the similar problem. Why only particular residences are getting affected frequently?

                                      I feel, it is a SHAME and bad example for poor performance & unhelpful attitude of BSNL

                                      IT IS A SHAME FOR THE ENTIRE TEAM (CGM to Technician / Line Man) OF BSNL COULDN'T SOLVE THIS ISSUE FOR LAST ABOUT 6 MONTHS. IT IS BETTER TO DISMANTLE BSNL WITH INEFFICIENT PEOPLE
                                      similar same issue rotten third rate services offered by BSNL . Because we do not have any other choice we have live with the same devil.

                                        I PURCHASED SUPER POWER PACK ON FEB 09 & THE VALIDITY END ON JULY 2011. AT PRESENT I HAD Rs 76/- IN MY ACCOUNT. SMS WILL RECIEVE ON 17.02.11 TO MAKE RECHARGE WITHIN 18.02.11, TO AVOID TO SUSPEND THE A/C, BUT I RECHARGE IT ONE DAY DELAY @ 19.02.11. NOW I HAVE Rs 176/- IN MY ACCOUNT, AGAIN THEY SMS ME TO RECHARGE WITHIN 06.03.11, & AGAIN SUSPENDED ALL MY OUT GOING CALLS, ( THE VALIDITY OF Rs 110/- IS 30 DAYS), SUSPENDED THE OUT GOING CALLS IS TOTALLY INJUSTICE I WANT TO KNOW HOW THEY CALCULATED THE RECHARGE CURENACY SHOULD BE USED WITHIN 24 HRS. SO I WANT CLARIFICATION 7 SUBMIT MY COMPLAINT.

                                        BSNL — Unauthorised debit from prepaid a/c

                                        For last one year Rs.20/- and Rs.30/- p.m. are being deducted from the prepaid balance of my mobile no.[protected] (Assam Circle) by no.55888020 and 54000030 respectively towards cricket subscription without my consent. How can it happen sir? I have never given any auto-debit instruction to any service provider.As per fair practice rule, any deduction towards renewal of any service offered, consent must be obtained from the beneficiary. In both the cases, no service provided but regularly debiting the amount and only the confirmation of debits are sent through SMS particularly after midnight.Sir, please do the needful and save me from mental agony.

                                        BSNL — unauthorised debits

                                        my cell no. [protected]. sum totalling Rs. 80/- was debited during the last month. i am getting only msg of Rs. 20/- debited. i have tried to contact customer care centree and everytime they ask me to give msg to some Numbers/call some numbers which are either not existing nor not responding. last month on 31.11.10 I obtained a complaint no, after prolonged trial the number is [protected] and my subsequent call to customer care, i was told that the activations are cancelled. But on 24.12.10 again another sum of Rs. 20/- was debited from my account and msg recd that "thanks for using our cricket service and we have renewed the next 30 days". I have not requested for any service and when I am contacting now on the Tel. No. 1503, the person attended the call is not ready to hear what i am telling but he tole me that "radio service is activated" and to cancell it he asked me to call another number wnd that will cost me 1.20/min. pl solve my problem and refund me the amount o[censored]nauthorised debit Rs. 80/- to me.
