I have a broadband connection against my telephone number[protected].which is disconnected on dec 10th 2010, because it has a huge outstanding amount of bill.I paid the bill of rs 8010/- on 23rd dec 2010. the bsnl authority was reconnect my line on 24th dec 2010. after that i did not use the connection, but on jan 5th 2011 a new bill arrived, that was rs 7095/-. how is it possible?
so, I think that it is unauthorized used by somebody. I want detail bill of its usage.

I HAVE A DOUBT THAT MY BROAD BAND CONNECTION

IS BEING MISUSED BY SOME BODY . IT APPEARS

THAT SOMEBODY LOGS ON UNAUTHORISEDLY.

ON 16 SEPTEMBER 7 30 PM MY TELEPHONE DID NOT

HAVE THE DIAL TONE AND SHOWED INDICATION OF

SOMEBODY USING THE INTERNET - THE BUZ TONE

AFTER SOME TIME I WENT TO THE SITE TO

CHECK THE USAGE AND IT SHOWED:

BSNL — EXORBITANT DEDUCTION

I took a bsnl- 2G Connection on 19/11/2009 with a prepaid monthly plan of Rs. 230.
Today on 21/12/2009 I recharged with Rs. 230(for gprs)& Rs. 30 as topup ,since main balance was below Rs. 50= exactly(Rs.47.30) .at around 12.29pm.My balance after that was RS. 72.30 & free gprs usage of 206 Mb .Later I was compelled to rechage with Rs.55=at 2.19pm.since they deducted Rs.22.70 for around 20 minutes o[censored]sage in between(for surfing only ),Later at around 2.50pm.again deducted Rs.10.49 (surfing only) then again at around 7.05 pm. deducted Rs.6.30(surfing only) .
After no. of attempts i could contact with their customer care exe.at around 10.30am.,1.00pm. 3.45pm.&5.45pm.(at their toll free no . 1503),without any desirable response. Surprisigly my free usage of 206Mb. is unutilised.

Please help me & guide me.
to run gprs on bsnl 2g min balance required is just enough to make outgoing call i.e. 90 paisa, 230 pack make it free usage 4 one month, make sure that u have 2g or 3g becoz 230 pack does not work on 3g

I have purchased 2G connection with micromax device on 10.3.2010 but till now (22.3.2010) I COULD NOT CONNECT MY NET FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES DUE TO NET WORK PROBLEM .

Oflate Iam getting very exorbitant landline bills and despite regular clearance of bill ondate, Iam still at a loss to understand why the paid amount is not deducted from my tele phone bill having Telephone no- 2222576, Consumer ID-[protected] and Account No-[protected].
The broad band is also not used frequently yet the bills are very high.
Please look into this orelse the matter will be placed at highest level or will open to vigillance enquiry.

    Sir,
    I've been using BSNL mobile prepaid for 2 months i activated GPRS 89 plan(2GB) in my mobile as they directed and i used it, I liked the speed and I used to change my plan to GPRS249(unlimited) and i recharged on 20.1.2011 for Rs49+110(2 times) ;already I've my balance Rs46 in my account and now my balance is Rs315 and i activated my plan GPRS 249 by sending msg to 53733 and then i got the confirmation message.They deducted money from my account.After all my gprs usage a msg comes like you have 524288.00,407099.97 like that . On 21.1.2011 i got a msg that you have 0.00 and my account balance is -9. I complained and my complaint was registered by them(Complaint number KL [protected]) on 21st of Jan., they asked me to call after 24 hours for the query,every days i call they always ask me to wait for 24 hrs .. But still I didn't get my money back and i didnt get Query report. Sir now its 216th hour, still am using Gprs in same number and iam losing my money as unlimited plan's validity is not yet expired,Sir please help me and take necessary steps.           I have not given any request o[censored]stav pack. but every week they deducted Rs.5/- for the same. also deducting Rs.1/- every night 11:00p.m. saying your last call Rs.1.00/-. When i visited bsnl office. nobody knows what is utsav packe? also unable to tell me how same activativated on my cell. and how i deactivate it. i have lost more than Rs.100/- balance due to this.

          yes, I am also a BSNL user. I am facing the same problem.. I dont know(the BSNL customer care officer also dont know) what is the UTSAV pack. Its very very tough to reach BSNL customer care officer...for hours i have wait to get answer..

            My telephone number is [protected]. I have applied for BB HOME COMBO UL750. I had paid Rs6479 as( i am a public sector employee) the required fees for annual plan. The monthly statement of novi,e 01.11.2010 to 30.11.2010 showed the rent is nill. But the monthly bill of dec 2010 i,e 01.12.2010 to 31.12.2010 shows that the rent is Rs.701.61 etc. and the balance amount in my account is Rs - 4310.78. I am not anle to understand in which plan i am using broadband. Please explain.

              My telephone landline no.[protected] and I have Home 750 broadband connection for the last eight years. I am facing the problem in connecting the internet and complained to the local Divisional Engineer, Chidambaram. The technicians have attended my complaint and I am getting inter connectivity.

              But I could not access the yahoo account. In the same plan, other city customers access yahoo account, including my son, who is studying at chennai. Why the problem persists only at Chidambaram or Cuddalore division. Can't you identify and set right the problems? Instead of giving some answers to the customers, consult the higher officials and solve the problems immediately.

              I got BSNL land line at Neyveli 3 land line no is [protected]. I used phone only for the purpose of getting broad band connection, Though all the land line phones are connected through OFC cables my land line phone is connected only through loos temporary line from 300 teh telephone post at away from 300 meter.So the broadband connection is in less speed and frequently got broken due to this .But i regretted to inform that the the land line phone form my neighbor house was connected through the OFC cable from my house junction box only.Henc i request to provide telephone connection through OFC cable from the junction box available in my house to get quality and uninterrupted broad band connection.V SUKUMAR, E52, AMBEDKAR ROAD, BLOCK27, NEVYELI 3

                From my BSNL Mobile number ([protected]) i am not able to call on some specific number from last 6-7 days. Earlier i was able to call those numbers but not now. All of those numbers are BSNL also. Also i tried to talk to BSNL Customer Care representative but they put me on hold for 20 minutes around and then themselves disconnected the call. This hanging up of call by customer care executive is not 1st time it had happened many times back too. After that I don't know how but we are not able to call them as if they have done something so as we cannot connect our call to customer care.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am having IPTV connection on my BSNL no[protected].For same I have paid 2000/- Rs for IPTV setopbox.Since Apr2010 due to some resion I hadn’t recharged this myway connection and when in Nov2010 month I tried to use this connection, setop box not authorized shown in TV screen.
                  When I have made a call in IPTV customer care then they confirm me that my this connection has disconnected and I have to take new connection in place of our old and pay 2200/- Rs again for new setop box for new connection. I have shocked this type of cheating. No person communicated at a time of first time installation of IPTV new connection on my BSNL no. this type of conditions that if we fail to recharged you myway services you have permanently disconnected my services and your setop box for which I have paid 2000/- has total worthless and no use for me.

                  So, I have requested for the cancellation of the MyWay IPTV connection during Nov 2010 and till today (Jan 2011) no action on this and not refunding my Deposit 2000/-. I have sent continues reminders by mail and also called the help desk about same and getting the same response that within 48 hours it will be resolved. Please help me to resolve my discussed issue.

                  myway iptv — connection

                  I have applied to My Way IPTV dt 17th Aug 2009 vide application number 60023507. At the time of application they have given me the time of 10-12 days to setup the installation. But till now no one from My way have contected me and no installation has been processed. I have contacted several time to the costomer care and every time i was told to wait for 24-48 hours. but no respose till now.

                    BSNL is the worst internet provider in our country. They want to us to pay the bills on time and if not they know how to impose the fine on us. But, they aren't concerned about our problems at all. I'm facing the broadband cable problem since 2 months. They come repair and in 2 days again the problem repeats and when I asked the technician to change the cable, he tells me, from where to get the new cable? What a disgusting answer? Does he going to spend from his pocket to get a new cable for me? They take our hard earned money and just sit in the office and take their monthly salary without any worries. We're the people who suffer even after paying the dues religiously. Shame on BSNL and their authority. I wish, I could change my broad band connection. Unfortunately, due to my location, I can have only BSNL :( and that's why BSNL is taking advantage of poor people like us.

                      BSNL is running value added services and the sms from 56505 are sent by BSNL Source for info: http://bsnl.onmobile.com:9000/KolWeb/sub_ser_1.html.

                      They deduct amount from your balance even if you do not subscribe to the service. The customer care people do not have answer, they just ask whether you want to continue the service or stop the service.

                      BSNL and its allies in the value added services part are cheating customers. I have suffered from such instances two times and want people to act against it and complain to the authorities so that we will not suffer from such problems.

                      I'm using dual SIM Android phone. Using Jio sim for mobile data & bsnl sim only for outgoing & incoming. But Bsnl is deducting for gprs & sometimes for call which I've not done. If I call customer care, they're not responding proper.

SMS IS COMING FROM[protected] WHICH IS REGULARLY DEDUCTING RS 10 EVERY WEEK. FROM YESTERDAY SMS CAME FROM 55678001 WHICH DEDUCTED RS 1. I HAVE PAID MONEY TO BSNL & CREDIT STANDS TO MY MOBILE ACCOUNT. WHEN I HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY AUTHORITY TO DEDUCT, FROM MY ACCOUNT HOW BSNL IS DEDUCTING AND TO WHERE IT IS BEING SIPHONED. I HAVE TAKEN THE HELP OF BSNL CUSTOMER CARE [protected] , THEY TRACK THAT THESE MESSAGE ARE CROPPING UP FROM THEIR SERVER AT CHANDIGARH, BUT ARE NOT ABLE TO STOP THEM. pL HELP & GUIDE TO STOP DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT AND TELL ME THE PROCEDURE TO GET INFORMATION UNDER RTI ACT AS I WANT TO SUE THESE BSNL OFFICIALS FOR UNNECESSARY HARASSMENT TO CONSUMER.

                          I am a customer of BSNL, Srinagar(J&K). My complents are as follows
                          Frequent SMS for ring tone, Chat Gazal etc which i do not like.
                          Do not get mobile bill in time resulting in disconnect of mobile service due to non payment of bill.
                          Roming charges when i do not on roaming
                          Poor connectivity in Shalimar area of Srinagar
                          Detailled billing is not being provided on my email address.
                          Phone no written in the bill ([protected]) for further clearification is always out of order.

                          I am one of the BSNL excel consumer.

                          I have a connection of excel jodi prepaid plan, the numbers are [protected] and [protected]
                          using myself and another one with my mother respectively.

                          BSNL service has been deducted unknown deduction from my Mobile from December 2010,
                          I was try to contact their consumer care number 123,1503,[protected] continuously but unable to reach the call center executive and directly contact the customer care center in Tiruvottiyur, they are also not response to me.

                          I have send a mail to nodal officer also, there is no reply for that also.

                          I expect your favourable reply.

                          I am a BSNL Pre paid subscriber and using atariff card of Rs222/month. According to this plan BSNL to BSNL night calling is free. But some of my balance is daily deducted by BSNL service provider .I have already complain many times, But BSNL customer care has not taken any action till now.

                          BSNL — unknown deduction of money

                          Dear Sir
                          The BSNL number [protected] (BSNL < Kerala) is in of women power scheme , used by my wife. Please look in to the many comp[laints registered through your customer care centre regarding unwanted SMS (like wap activation, hot pic download etc.) followed by deducting of money from the account
                          Please note that we have never activated or requested for any such cases. So this unwanted money deduction may be stopped immediately or else we are moving ahead with recovery procedures.
                          Also , we feel that the complaints are not considered as these were registered by women and taken it as granted and ignores. Also please note that we were compelled to use this forum due to ineffective response from your staff.(for example please check what happened to complaint no. J04KL572812 dtd 04 Oct 11 which is informed to us through SMS)
                          Thanking you in the hope that an ealier action will be initiated by BSNL.

                            From 28 May 2010 till 28 July my landline no-2729540 remained cut-off due to GVMC road work and cutting of cable.On contacting the concerned DEE and down yhe line SDO and JE all promised me for providing rebate for that period but so far nothing has been rebated.Truely represents India "Hopeless"

                              My Name is Bhole shankar goyal. i have took a BSNL Broadband Internet connection dtd on 3 jan 2011 on my landline no. 233547 but since the date thare is no regular connectivity of internet and after calling on customar care centre they give a No. that is 1957 and told me to register your complain on this no. and after half and hour contuine calling on this no. i didn't get any satesfied answer so will this consumer fourm do a fovour for me its a highly oblised request from my side plz. short out my complain as soon as possible plz. otherwise i have to do somethiing vary strong.

                                I have Bsnl prepaid mobile phone. On 18/01/2011 Bsnl charged me Rs.5.00 but I have never call or message to anybody. Then I have complaint customercare ( Complaint no.4678246) they told me your problem will be sloved within 24hr but problem not sloved. Then After 4days I have again call to him then agian he told me sorry sir your problem will be sloved within 24hrs & disconnect the call & thattime he charged me again Rs.9.59 for calling with him on his toll free service no.So I have agian complaint ( no.4691295) but they till never sloving my problem & never return back my balance refund. So i calling again & again but they are not transferring my call to his & never slove my problem.My other Bsnl user friends are facing same problem.

                                  Hi im Shiva, im a BSNL PREPAID customer since 2years, in this two years i faced some problems with this provider like deduction of balance from my prepaid account for unknown reasons, charging me more rates than usual, and more over the customer care providers, they will make me to hold for nearly half and hour or more to take one complaint and not solving it after more than 72hrs after making a promise in solving it in 24hrs, making me hold in line and improper response from customer care people.
                                  I recently logged a complaint against my balance deduction recently while i was looking to change my service from bsnl to other service through MNP, i got shocked by looking my balance as negative from positive.i logged a complaint on 23rd jan 2011 regarding this, cc people said i activated some service which i dint do. after taking that complaint he promised to clear that within 24hrs, which he dint do, later i called again after 24hrs they said they will review my complaint and send me details in 2hrs, which again he failed. After 48hrs i called again, but response was again poor i logged a complaint again on that, no response again yet. Each time i was wasting my half an hour to one hour of time for calling to cc, answers i used to get were, NO ACTIVE SERVERS, NO SENIOR EXECUTIVES, CANT HELP, MUST WAIT FOR SOME MORE TIME, CALL US AGAIN AFTER 1HR OR SO, etc..,
                                  I please request you to solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you
