I HAVE TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE 3 DAYS AGO REGARDING GPRS SETTINGS, HE TOLD ME THAT I WILL SHORTLY RECEIVE MESSAGE OF SETTINGS, THEN AGAIN I CALLED IN THE NOON THEN AGAIN HE TOLD ME THAT WE WILL SEND YOU SETTINGS IN SHORT TIME, NOW THE TIME IS OUT OF ACCESS THAT YOU PEOPLES DOES'NT UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF THE CUSTOMERS.NOW WHEN I CALL AT CUSTOMER CARE AND TELL THAT I WANT THE ANSWER THEN THEY JUST PUT MY CALL ON HOLD, AND DON'T EVEN...

My telephone No. is[protected] in village Mandhol PO Thara Tehsil Baijnath Distt Kangra HP is faulty since 14/1/11 and complaint lodged with BSNL Dharamsala not attended till today though 14 days has elapsed.It is under SDO BSNL Baijnath.Bsnl is going to introduce new schemes of Broadband and not paying attention to od connection.

I HAVE BEEN BILLED WRONGLY. WHEN I APPLIED FOR THE CONNECTION HOME COMBO ULF-1000, IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I FOR THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, THE USAGE OF THE MODEM IS FREE OF CHARGE AND FROM THE AFTER THAT TIME, I WOULD HAVE THE OPTION OF EITHER MAKING A FULL TIME PAYMENT FOR THE MODEM AT ONCE OR PAY RS. 80 PER MONTH UNTIL THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE MODEM WAS RECOVERED (10-13 MONTHS, IT WAS TOLD).
THERE ARE NO CALL CHARGES. IN MY DEBIT ADJUSTMENT...

hello everyone i hv bsnl modem MMX372G 3G USB MODEM.IT is disconnects after a minutes.actually my sim is from uttar pradesh but i am using it in trichy (tamil nadu).does it has some thing to do with roaming issues...........plz help me,,,,,,,,, it's over 2 weeks and prblm still continues......

for Prepaid sim card, BSNL without information activation done and debit Rs.110/-, as done topup on 22.1.2011 on the same date they have debited Rs.140/- (for activation for History, Subash Chandra bose, Swamy Vivekananda and Astrology ) Rs.30/-+Rs.30/-+Rs.25/-+Rs.25/-

To whom we have to consult and yet waiting for credit from BSNL.

Any body please help us after day work we earn a sum of Rs.100/- and recharge...

I hd revd a call from u on Oct 2010 informed that this from BSNL and open the site,is not chargeable
it is absouletly free hence I hv opend the account and downloaded the player after that I hv not go to
this site.In the meantime I hd revd my telephone bill noted Rs.200/- for Games, then I hv checked the

Hi i am a bsnl prepaid GSM Mobile subscriber. My Mobile No. is "94******99".

this is to bring to your kind attention that for last 2 mths the BSNL staff (both St.Thomas & Patelnagar branches) are not cooperating to change my broadband plan from 600combo(2.5gb plan) to 625 combo (ultd plan). I had given my first application on 26Nov10 which was rejected for unknown reason by the BSNL staff. At second time I had changed my plan online on 30Nov10 and the status is still pending...

I talked with customer care executive(BSNL BROAD BAND SERVICE)few days ago, in order to check usage of the perticular service. BSNL steals my money RS.30/- for providing tunes of stupid cine songs / BSNL promotional songs without my consent. every month. All their customer care give advice only; never care to take the complaints. The deactivation procedure of +56700 also so callous of attending the request. Insisting us to continue the tunes and without hesitation steal the money again.

Please advice me how do I go about RTI...
