I have already surrendered my BSNL land line no.[protected] and submitted application for the security refund some six months ago.
I have not received my refund till date.

Please arrange to refund mu security ASAP.

Dear Sir. I have applied for broad Band connection with telephone no.279356 on the plan of Rs.500 per month on 08 Feb2011.Telephone was installed on 12 and broad band was installed on 16 feb 2011.I.Due to poor service and noncooperation of your technical staff I applied for disconnection on 29 Apr 2011.Broad Band and telephone instrument was also handed over to your office on 29 Apr 2011.I have paid the bill up to 30 Apr on 30 June 2011..Now I got message for pending bill or Rs.808.17 today 02 Sept 2011.I have applied for refund of my security on 30 June.But till today my security in not refunded and it is beyond my understanding why I should pay bill after 30 Apr.Hoping early positive action .This is harassment being caused tome.from your side.

      BSNL Prepaid — No one to attend Customers on 1503

      The name is Customer Care but NO ONE to listen on the other side it is only we to listen to what they say ( BSNL Computer ) So will our problems to be resolved, their ads,. their sales promotions pre recorded in their system

      my name is CHANDRU .and my mobile number is [protected] and i have the operator from the Airtel to Bsnl and i Recharge of Rs.46 from and inform me that u get the amount 46 along with the 1000 sms free and 500 mb download free but bsnl has deducted the amount of sms then i contacted at gandhidham custom care from where i recharged the mobile but they cannot give the satisfactiory reply and told u come to tommorrow then again i contact them they again not give reply satisfactory told me that the we send the ur complain through email but cannot get the reply.at present i helpless and what to do, so it is requested to solve the my problem because i think bsnl harrass the customer with the wrong informantion.
      ys there is nobody to attend the customers, and we have to hang for long time... a very ridiculous service... not at satisfied

      BSNL — non responding behavior

      I am pankaj kumar.I have applied for a broadband internet connection on 17 of august 2011 (for area hunasamaranahalli near indian air force station yelahanka ) but its pending till now. I went to yelahanka customer care twice they told me you better contact Mr.prakash he used to install new connection but both the time he is not present in the office.I called him on his mobile number (provided by customer care yelahanka help desk ) he usually don't answer the call if he answer some time he is getting some single problem or he says,he has no cable for installation & he says don't call in this number. My customer no. is 54313340 & OB no. is 87040848.I logged a complain in BSNL online my complain no. is[protected] but of no use.So its my humble request to kindly look into the matter.

The amount the already deducted from my Punjab National Bank account, vide transaction ID Nos. TRTR/[protected]/[protected]:37:32/UBP and TRTR/[protected]/[protected]:44:01/UBP

        I am registered user of BSNL online recharge, My user ID is : shajanjosepj

        Kindly look into the matter and recharge my mobile Phones at the earliest.

          When i call to other network they charge more than respective my plan.
          my plan is : nastham
          (when i call to except BSNL network they charge extra amount)

          for example:

          i called [protected] at 12:11p.m in[protected] and my call duration is 457 secondas,to this call they charge Rs 5.70 ,according to my plan to charge Rs5.484.
          in this case they charge more than actual charge.

          i faced this problem since 2 months.

          i teel this problem BSNL they are not respond properway.
          and i given complient also my complint number is [protected] this is given[protected] date.

          Local call chagrs diducted 12/-per min. when we had complent to customer care no any responce properly.

          They replyed & told than [protected] is international number & call charges rs 12/- pm diducted for the same, but above number is local reliance number belongs my family.

            The Mobile Service Provider 59595 activated some service as free trial on my mobile. Later on they subscribed it without user permission. It looks as the company is adopting illegel ways to earn more profits.Please Deactivate services of 59595/[protected] and refund money.               This is to inform you that we are facing some problem from your BSNL Office staff and field staff. We have applied for new connection on dt 02.02.11 of Landline and New Broadband for home use. But upto till date Broadband is pending. After many times request to your BSNL office for Rural AREA, Jalandhar regarding Installation of Broadband. They said your order firstly made on dt 10.02.11 after some problem they cancel the same. Now their conversation, they said orders are pending at Chandigarh office (As per Chaman Lal (J.E.) and Mr. Rajan[protected]. Please give some small attention to our written request. We are facing problem regarding Installation of Broadband of Tel .No.[protected]. The Service man is also lazy and does not pay attention to our request. Please give proper reply when you install the connection either in this month or next one or two months. As your know now BSNL is Covering India but due to some of Lazy and irresponsible employee’s, customer are facing problem. Please give attention to our written request ASAP. Waiting for reply.

                  I'm Kumar From RajaRajeshwari Nagar,Bangalore.I'm a retired PSU employee.I'm obtaining Landline and broadband service from BSNL,Bnagalore (I'm in Broadband Plan:BB Home Combo ULD 900). I've chosen the payment method as annual (Rs.9000 p.a. - 20% PSU Rebate= Rs.7200 p.a).and I have payed all my bills up to date. I've been charged some or the other charge every month for the amount less than Rs.500 until last month. Inspite of that I've been paying the outstanding amount.but this month BSNL have charged me Rs.1958 as Accesories Rentals which I think is in appropriate. I've surrendered the Modem that they had provided long time back. I'm not sure what accesories charges are they talking about. Please look into this issue and help me on the same. I'm a senior citizen and I cannot bare such huge misclaneous expenses.(Below is the image of the bill for the month Jan-Feb'11 attached for the reference).

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 1 years. My BSNL landline number is[protected].Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But from 6-7 months i saw that an additional amount of Rs.149/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said service.

                      I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.

                      For the past 3 months , i am trying to escalate the issue with support.[protected]@hungama.com, but i am not getting a proper reply from them.

                      It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (as Rs 149 makes bigger amt). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

                      If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama OR BSNL, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

                      I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this.

                      i didnt activated any mod services but i have been charged 687 rupees for last four months...so please deactivate MOD(music on demand) to the phone number [protected].
                      I agree, I have the same problem (paid 149 * 5 months). This is number one cheating. BSNL has to take care of their reputation.
                      I too agree to this, as they are cheating. From the last 4 month i too getting Rs.149/- as MoD which i have to subscribed at all. we have to fight it at the consumer court.
                      I agree. Even in my bill also we are charged with 6 months @ Rs.149 without my consent.
                      I totally agree reg rental of Rs.5/- charged to me towards renewal of hungama portal. I did not ask to them for renewal but an ack sent to me as a sms against mu post paid connection of banl mobile under manik jor plan.

                      I strongly raised my query and want to get immediatate solution to stop renewal charged of RS.5/- per day to me on post paid mobile connection.

                      Dear sir,
                      Iam using BSNL BROAD BRAND since last year and there was no problem either in payment or in bill. But in the last month bill suddenly they charged me about Rs 142.00 as Debits charge. Even I enquired with BSNL customer care regarding the addition of extra charge as an BSNL HUNGAMA TONE CHARGE even I never opted for this facility.

                      I request you to cancel the extra debits and issue me a new bill or send me an SMS on my cell to avoid late payment.

                        If call the toll free number[protected], it goes to Tata Indicam. But my service provider is BSNL and I am Switching to Tata Docomo. If i ask Docomo Officer he says its BSNL error.

                        But bill details is found as "S. Anandan, New 10 Ayanavaram, Periyar Salai, Ayanavaram, Chennai 600023." My name & address details are spelt incorrectly..

                          Iam writing this complaint from hyderabad..I Use to have an Airtel mobile connection ([protected])..I applied to change my Mobile network from Airtel to BSNL on the same num by using mobile num portability..when I applied for this portability at paradise cellone office on 27/01/2011 they advised that the network change will be done in 1 week and also advsd me that once my airtel sim gets deactivated then the number will get activated on BSNL sim within 1or2 hrs..however ...on 05/02/2011 my sim was deactivated from airtel and since that day every day iam calling to BSNl customer care and was checking when it will get activated ..every time i gave a call to the customer care ..they use to advise me that it will be activated in 24 hrs ..but it was never ..some how it was activated on 11/02/2011.. since that day on my sim it is showing up as bsnl mobile..however iam not abel to recieve incoming calls..when i call to that number it says number does not exist ..so every day iam calling teh customer care on 1503 from the sae num ([protected]) and speaking to the agents about it and they were advsising me that it will be done witin 24 hrs..but still it was never succesfull..On 12./05/2011 i spoke to a supervisor called usha in the customer care department and explained my whole situation to her ..she advsd tht she will raise a complaint for the technicall team and will resolve the isuue in 48 hrs...so i again waited for that time thinking that they will help me..however when i called on 14/02/2011 in the morning she advsd tht it is not yet 48 hrs and advsd tht i still need to wait for that time..so as i dont have an option i waited..again in the evening after completeing my 48 hrs time i called and she advsd tht she just spoke t the technicall tream and they advsd her that it will be done in another 6hrs...so i waited as usual and again on 15/02/2011 i called the customer care to speak with usha who promised that it will be done...however when i called for the first time the agent advsd that she is not availabel..so i advised that i will wait ..after some time he placed teh call on hold and disconnected teh call ..i again called in the after noon and they repeated the same thing..in the eveningf also i called and they are disconneceting the call stating that will place teh call on hold..so finally for the last time i called to teh customer care and spoke to Mr Devender and advsd him to xfr the call to supervisor..the i spoke to Mr Suresh Kumar (supervisor) who spoek to very rudely and advised me that it will be done in 24 hrs..and disconnectd the call..


                          I may not change there customer service behaviour but i want to know how can ,my issue be resolved and how can they learn how to deal with a customer...Please help me ..

                          This is regarding of BSNL poor custoner service. Last 6 years i am one of the customer of BSNL.
                          My land line no.[protected]Gurgaon). I have noticed last few months my phone is NOT working properly. Every 2-3 days there is a problem in the line, either my phones was dead or there is a lot of disturbence in the line. I have register my complany through call centre(1500) and my nearest BSNL office ..Jakranda Marg (DLF ph III) also but they are not taking action on time. Either line man is visiting my residence or they are simply ignoring our complan.This is not the first time, My prior experience was NOT so good.

                          I wanted to raise my concern to the senior level manager/authority . Please escalade this to the Top Level.
                          Sir/ Madam,

                          There is no dial tone in my phone. Phone number is[protected]. I have contacted many people in the Telephone exchange in Sub. Divisional Engineer's Office in HAL 2nd Stage, Indira Nagar on 80 feet road and personally spoke to them, but none of them have taken action. I have registered a complaint on Friday, July 11, 2008 and I was given a docket number 0360. After that many times I tried to register the complaint again since there was no action, but I was getting an electronic message saying my complaint has already been registered and I was given the same docket number 0360. I spoke to the Indoor -in Charge on phone number 25290001 and according to her they have not received any complaint, eventhough complaint was made three days back. I tried to contact the Divisional engineer, but no response. I think BSNL should offer better customer service as it is hopeless now. I would appreciate if anyone could do something to rectify this issue soon. If the Telephone is not retified today, I will have to seek the assistance of the consumer forum to proceed further.

                          Hi Sir/Madam,
                          I had been using BSNL telephone since 2000 and we got the Broadband connection recently under Home 500c plan. My phone number is[protected]. I returned the modem to the concern authority and submitted a covering letter to Madhavaram Exchange, Chennai as I got my own modem purchased and hence requested for refund on Security Deposit. I received my monthly bill amount for Rs.2, 237/- for the month of September 2008. I had few clarifications regarding my bill amount, since there was an excess amount charged. So I called[protected] around 2.25PM on 23/08/208 thinking I would get my doubts clarified by BSNL personal. But my bad luck, one lady picked up the phone and never gave proper details regarding the bill amount. She was UNPROFFESSIONAL and VERY RUDE to me. Finally I decided that I am not going to get any help from her and eventually when asked for the name, she said her name was Soundari, Accounts Officer. She hung up the call before I could complete my conversation. I am really astonished by the service which I received from an Accounts Officer. It made me feel bad as this was a frustating experience which I never had through out my life time. I am not interested and have to think about continuing my relationship with BSNL Service.
                          actually my modem is taking more than 4 hours to connect, so i called 1957 for assistance.they told me to meet the jee in the near by bsnl office, when i met him he asked me to give complaint at old post office in vizag and i was given a free useless advice of meeting another official in another office at dwarakanagar .and the list carried out till i visited more than 5 offices .till then there is no one to solve my problem.
                          and now i have no choice than removing the connection.if this is to continue i am sure bsnl will face lack of customers as its reputation is heard in from every student.and may be in another 50 years it is these students who will be authorising the society.and definetly they will not choose bsnl.

                          I have taken a bbg combo 1111 from BSNL as per which my speed is supposed to be 2 mbps and after the download limit, it is suppose to cost me 30 ps/MB.

                          Since my speed was very slow ( 256 Kbps browsing and about 3 - 5 KBps for download, i called the customer service at [protected].
                          The call was recieved by a Mr Manjunath. When i asked about my plan he stated that his system is down and he is the only associate there and hence i should call at 10.00 Am next day. He argued with me and disconnected my call too.

                          To register my complaint, i called 1500 and reached a lady named Padma. She was sleeping and when she picked up, she spoke to be drowsily. When i informed her that My broadband speed has been cut down and about the customer service that i recieved, she rudely informed that i cannot complaint about any personnel and can maybe register my broadband complaint.
                          Since she was quiet for a while without informing me, when i asked, she yelled at me in kannada stating , system is slow and will take some time, so asked me to wait till she gave me the number.

                          Now, i do understand that BSNL employees are govt employees, but does that mean that they cannot even show basic courtesy and politeness to a customer who calls up?
                          This has been the worst call center experience of my lift. People sitting at the callcenter should learn basic manners.

                          BSNL should have ppl with customer service skills or at leave basic manners of talking and politeness, if that is not too much to ask for.

                          I had Broadband connection which I had cancelled because of poor service, cancelled in October but I continued with the Landline connection, the Customer Service Representatives in KPHB Colony Vth phase Office said that the Deposit amount(Rs600) will be settled in next month. But it didn't happned and my outgoing was barred. Then I went to the BSNL office(KPHB) they said to talk to accounts department. When I called they have done it.
                          I gave a letter to change my plan from Rs180 to Rs99 to BSNL office(KPHB Vthphase).
                          After one month when I received the bill I was surprised to see my plan has not been changed and outgoing is still barred. When asked about the letter in the office(KPHB Vth phase) they said they have lost the letter.

                          I want to complaint about the Customer Service Executives who sits in the KPHB Colony Vth phase office who talk very rude with the Customers, do not give respect to the customers, they always forward the customer queries to other departments like accounts department or technical department, they wont stick to their basic objectives,
                          when I ask that am not receiving telephone bills they say that I have to ask postoffice-- but when I am paying money to BSNL why I go to postoffice they say they are helpless. When I went recently with my problems they were shouting at me, they were rude with me, i was very much fustrated
                          Last sunday evening, I found that Rs.30 has been deducted from my bsnl prepaid account.
                          Surprisingly, the next morning I got a message from a no. +51234030 with a text "News BSNL Alerts is active. Rs.30 per month. Dial *456*32#, if you wish to dct.@" at 11:57, 17 Jan
                          However I managed to contact BSNL customer care on[protected] at 8:46am.

                          After I explain my problem, a customer care executive replied with harsh voice "In our system no service gets activated unless the subscriber does something."
                          When I tried to explain the exact scenario, he didn't listen to me and said that " No sir, what ever you say is not possible in our system. "
                          Again I said "I tried to deactivate the alert service by dialing the no.s mentioned in the message but the I got a response as ' Your activation request is pending.' ".
                          When I asked him to confirm whether that particular service is still active on my account or not.
                          He replied " No currently we can't give such information. "

                          I wonder if I will be charged every month repeatedly for that service, then it would be a loss of Rs.30 every month.
                          I am afraid of such kind of service from BSNL which causes unnecessary loss to me.

                            My Cellone no -[protected] .I am facing a problem in deactivating my caller tune which was accidentally subscribed my me.I have called to Customer care more than 20 times but my issue has not been resolved since a month .I don't understand that for what purpose they are paid for? What I want is that my issue related Caller tune must be resolved as soon as possible as i have paid alot of money for this idiotic issue.
                            Unless I have to opt the way to knock the consumer forum door for this issue.

                              I',m having vinadi booster which expires on 06.12.11. Till 2 days back I have been charging on the basis of pulse rate. From yesterday (14.02.2011) call charge is not deducted on pulse rates instead on the basis of Re.1/- for 1 minute duration. I'm very much worried and annoyed by this practise. My mobile no. I have sent the deactivation sms for several times. But all are in vein. the service has not been deactivated and I am bearing the expense for this service very unwillingly. I have repeatedly called the BSNL customer care. But they are not taking any step to stop the service. I am just fade up with such a carelessness.                                       Dear Sir
                                      I had made a call from NOIDA on 21.08.0 to my friend based at mumbai. The shopkeeper charged me telephone 20 sec/Pulse. For 12 min he charged me Rs. 49.00 which is unauthorised charges i found when i checked with others.

                                      I asked him to return my money but he was not ready to do so and said this is fix charges. So i was helpless at that moments.

                                      So, can u take any action based on below detail of slip i have with me for the charges i paid to the shopkeeper.

                                      MY TELEPHONE NO.IS[protected] BY MISTAKE MY SON HAS DOWN LOADED THE BSNL GAMES WHEN THE TRIAL FREE PERIOD WAS THERE AND IMMEDIATELY I REQUESTED TO DEACTIVATE THE GAMES AND UNSUBSCRIBE.SEVERAL TIMES I REQUESTED FOR THIS. WE HAVE NOT SEEN THE GAMES FROM THAT DAY ONWARDS. CONTINUOUSLY REQUESTED FOR DEACTIVATION OF THE GAMES AND CANCELL FOR MORE THAN 10 DAYS. IT IS TO MY SURPRISE THAT AN AMOUNT OF RS.200/- CHARGED IN THE BILL FOR GAMES ON DEMAND BY THE BSNLIN MY BILL DATED 6-2-2011. PREVIOUSLY THE BSNL CALLED ME AND SAID PRIOR TO DOWNLOAD THAT GAMES IS FREE FOR ONE MONTH . WE EVEN DID NOT OPEN THE GAMES FROM THE DAY ONE, BUT THE BSNL CHARGED 200/- IN BILL DATED[protected]. EVEN AFTER AFTER SCORES OF REQUESTS THAT WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN GAMES AND REQUESTED TO DEACTIVATE THE GAMES .THE REQUESTS FOR DEACTIVATION AND UNSUBSCRIBE IS VALIED TILL THIS DAY. THIS IS NOT ONLY A COMPLAINT BEFORE THE BSNL BUT ALSO BEFORE THE CONSUMER FORUM.PLEASE CANCEL THE BILL OF RS.200/- AND DEACTIVATE THE GAMES . I AM NOT INTERESTED IN THE GAMES.PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THE RECEIPT OF THIS COMPLAINT.

                                        EVERY MONTH RS 30 IS DEDUCTING FROM BALANCE FOR DIFFERENT SERVICES WITHOUT MY ACEPTENCE . STOP THE SERVICES . MY NO IS [protected]
                                        I, Bommana Prakash of Rayagada having the Mobile No.[protected]using since last 6 years. The vailidity period of my mobile expired on 5th May, 2012. I have recharged through a agent at Rayagada my mobile of Rs.41/- with 6 months validity. Instead of 6 months validility only one day was allowed i.e. 6th May, 2012. Several times I tried to contact through 1503 by anonther mobile but customer care saying busy.

                                        Once again I have recharged through a agent at Jaykaypur but the problem is still continuing.

                                        Due to the above, I am unable to contact any one since last 5 days. I, therefore, request you kindly rectify my problem immediately, for which I shall ever thankful to you.
