I requested for a BSNL Broadband connection through the BSNL representative on 29-Jan-2011. The person came to my place H.No#A-37, Sanjay Gram, Opp. Sector-14, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122001.

Bad speed of bsnl 3g data card speed
I Was Purchases for bsnl 3g data card on[protected] with 7.2 Mb/s Speed but it never gives me a better speed. Always I am getting a speed of only 12 to 18 kbps during download. Immediately matter was reported to the S.D.O.. Commercial of BSNL, ROURKELA AND D.G.M. COMMERCIALS BUT NO RESULT. SINCE THEN I AM RUNNING FROM PILAR TO POST OF BSNL ROURKELA OFFICE . BUT NO RESULT. Previously registering in NDNC(national do not call) was not possible. I had hoped after new system effective 10.02.2011 things will be ok. But still BSNL is sleeping. I have registered my cell no. on DND service in Feb’11 and the DND service has been activated for my mobile phone. But still I get some promotional SMS from different company, especially from BP. When to curb the Unsolicited Commercial Communication, the NDNC Registry has setup law, it should be adhered to without going into vain. Competent authority should look into it to see that the rule framed is not violated.

This is my second complain via this site,but it seems to me that,this site is useless because nothing has happend or no one has taken any kind of Steps about the irregularity of Broadband Connection in Patratu.

Since the 3G Services started in the city, i used to get good 3g signal form the bsnl tower nearby my residence. Since last 1 week, the 3g signal has stopped completely. The written complaint was given at the Customer Care Center as well as registered the complaint at the BSNL Call center & docket no. was given. But so far, no change in the status....
