This is to be informed that I am a BSNL customer with Customer Id:[protected]. I have been using this service since last 10 years. I am also using the Broadband service provided by BSNL. But I am very sorry to say that I am not much satisfied with the recent poor response from BSNL regarding resolution of any faults pertaining to my connection (Tel No:[protected]. This connection gets dead very frequently, and after logging a docket, it takes more than a week to get the problem resolved. And after a few days the problem is resolved, it happens again.
Even now the connection is dead since last 3 weeks. I logged a docket for that long back, but am yet to receive any response. In order to follow up with this fault, I called up the call center numbers of Shyambazar and Cossipore exchange, and from there I was redirected to Baranagar exchange. I tried to reach out to Baranagar exchange at[protected] and[protected] several times, but no one answered for both of these. Finally, after several attempts, I was able to connect to Baranagar exchange, but everytime I called them, they would say the issue would be resolved at the earliest. Last week also I called them, and they promised to activate my connection, but I am yet to get any response from them.
This connection is extremely important for me, and I hope you understand the problems I have been facing because of such frequent issues with my land-line.
I have logged online complaints in http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp, and also sent mails to
Nodal PG officer for West Bengal circle and -Kolkata SSA ([protected]@sancharika.com) on 01-FEB as mentioned in the website-http://www.bsnl.co.in/pg/pg1.htm, but am yet to obtain any response!
