Sir,
I've been using BSNL mobile prepaid for 2 months i activated GPRS 89 plan(2GB) in my mobile as they directed and i used it, I liked the speed and I used to change my plan to GPRS249(unlimited) and i recharged on 20.1.2011 for Rs49+110(2 times) ;already I've my balance Rs46 in my account and now my balance is Rs315 and i activated my plan GPRS 249 by sending msg to 53733 and then i got the confirmation message.They deducted money from my account.After all my gprs usage a msg comes like you have 524288.00,407099.97 like that . On 21.1.2011 i got a msg that you have 0.00 and my account balance is -9. I complained and my complaint was registered by them(Complaint number KL [protected]) on 21st of Jan., they asked me to call after 24 hours for the query,every days i call they always ask me to wait for 24 hrs .. But still I didn't get my money back and i didnt get Query report. Sir now its 216th hour, still am using Gprs in same number and iam losing my money as unlimited plan's validity is not yet expired,Sir please help me and take necessary steps. Dear Sir,
Sub:- telephone dead
I am a BSNL telephone subscriber from couple of years. My telephone is dead from 3 months I registered complaints over phone which hardly yielded much result. The normal reply was "cable fault". My phone bearing No.[protected] and Consumer no.[protected] I have been registering complaints everyday. Please look into the matter.
We would appreciate it if this situation could be resolved immediately, and a substantial rebate offered on our month’s bills.
