I HAVE OPTED BB HOME COMBO UL 750 PLAN. I HAVE PAID ONE YEAR FEES IN ADVANCE ON 03.12.2010.WIDE RECEIPT NO.[protected] RS.6479. YOUR BILL FOR THE MONTH 01.11.2010 TO 30.11.2010 CLEARLY NOTED THAT THE MONTHLY CHARGE IS 0.00. BUT THE BILL FOR THE MONTH 01.12.2010 TO 31.12.2010 THE MONTHLY CHARGE IS RS.701.61 ETC AND THE AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT IS 4310.78....

From my BSNL Mobile number ([protected]) i am not able to call on some specific number from last 6-7 days. Earlier i was able to call those numbers but not now. All of those numbers are BSNL also. Also i tried to talk to BSNL Customer Care representative but they put me on hold for 20 minutes around and then themselves disconnected the call. This hanging up of call by customer care executive is not 1st time it had happened many times back...

I am having IPTV connection on my BSNL no[protected].For same I have paid 2000/- Rs for IPTV setopbox.Since Apr2010 due to some resion I hadn’t recharged this myway connection and when in Nov2010 month I tried to use this connection, setop box not authorized shown in TV screen.
When I have made a call in IPTV customer care then they confirm me that my this connection has disconnected and I have to take...

BSNL is the worst internet provider in our country. They want to us to pay the bills on time and if not they know how to impose the fine on us. But, they aren't concerned about our problems at all. I'm facing the broadband cable problem since 2 months. They come repair and in 2 days again the problem repeats and when I asked the technician to change the cable, he tells me, from where to get the new cable? What a disgusting answer?...

BSNL is running value added services and the sms from 56505 are sent by BSNL Source for info: http://bsnl.onmobile.com:9000/KolWeb/sub_ser_1.html.

They deduct amount from your balance even if you do not subscribe to the service. The customer care people do not have answer, they just ask whether you want to continue the service or stop the service.

BSNL and its allies in the value added services part are cheating...

BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). Hai I am residing in a village named Poyya in Thrissur District, Kerala. I applied for a broadband connection from BSNL office in Mala, which is the office to provide BSNL service for our area, in November 2009. I got WLL connection with a guarantee that I will provided broadband landline connection as soon as possible. I have been waiting for 2 months to get my Type II modem for purchase from BSNL Karnataka. How long they can keep the customers waiting to get the modem. Last month they charged me the amount for the modem with the bill before giving the modem too.

there are five counters at berhampur bsnl office.one is for duplicate bill(.counter 5).remaining for collection of bill.but just two are functioning.i have attached some pictures also.the counter 1 and 2 are functioning.where as 3,4,5 are out of order. but the working hrs written are 9.00 am to 4.00 pm for counter 5, and for others also. and see the situation of complain box...

My father have a BSNL (kolkata) prepaid connection since 2006.Due to its poor network, we decided to shift to VODAFONE through MNP.
