Dear sir,
I am using BSNL KrushiCard. My all family member having this card. Some request I wish that you must apply after thinking.
1) FREE Call 100(BSNL) + 400(Other) Please consider total 500 free calls.
2) FREE SMS - Some people not using SMS but some are using more than free. If you can attach this limit with above 500. i.e. 400 SMS =400 Call Free
3) We have some old BSNL mobile prepaid connections with balance. Please allow we to transfer this prepaid connections in to Krushi & our balance remains as advance bill or Deposit.
4) Allow STD call function.
5) Apply full force of your staff, visit door to door. I will told you that any other mobile company can not fight with you. But you must provide best service to customer. I am well wisher of BSNL.
6) Many people not operating Internet on mobile. Give them some call FREE for BSNL landline only. It also useful for your landline also.
7) BSNL is old company, who give krushi plan which is very intelligent.
Due to this plan you get,
a) Fix customer.
b) People moves to BSNL from other mobile company due to krushi plan Free.
c) BSNL get fixed monthly rate.
d) You also saves your commisions on voucher. Please think on our suggestion & do it.

    I made payment through online rupees 3164/- on[protected] against the phone number[protected], still it is not activated, I have lodge complaint on[protected] my phone is completely dead, there is no response and not rectified, i ma trying to lodge the complaint again it is saying complaint is already registered. in this issue please help me, other wise please disconnect the service and pay back my amount, which ever is quick possible,

    I have give complaint on 17th May regarding my landline not working and visited telephone exchange office on May 21st, but there is no response till now. if call in morning they inform it will be done by evening. When I call again in evening they will inform it will be restored in next day morning. These response I am getting from exchange office and customer care. Landline is not working from 1 week.

    I hope it will resolved soon.

    I got registered with the name called "FETAL IMAGING ACADEMY BANGALORE INDIA" and there were lots and lots of promises made by a person recruited by Dr. Ashok Khurana to get me joined in that course. I still doubt that all the promises must have been guided by Dr. AK to all his employees. I really appreciate Dr. Ashok Khurana if he collects the money from innocent students GENUINELY. But he must know what is the meaning for genuineness.


    He must not aim only for MONEY instead he must provide a good value to the society and students, obviously to nation as well. He must know that all the videos related to obstetrics and gynics could be easily accessed in YouTube at FREE OF COST.

    I wish to write a lot about "FETAL IMAGING ACADEMY BANGALORE INDIA" in my experience, but I don't think whether this would correct "FETAL IMAGING ACADEMY BANGALORE INDIA". But I'm sure many students would have been affected like me by Dr. Ashok Khurana.

    THE BOTTOM LINE FOR MY MESSAGE IS HE MUST NOT CHEAT THEIR STUDENTS BY GIVING WRONG COMMITMENTS, BECAUSE THIS WOULD AFFECT HIS PROFESSION AND HIS EXPERTISE.

      My name is Kallok Kr. Dey. My BSNL 3G Service connection [i.e. 3G mobile no.] is [protected]. After I recharged Rs. 1102.00, I was sent a message that reads:
      'You have received prepaid credit of Rs.1102 from no.279652 on 28/01/2011 at 08:15:01 PM and your account valid till 24/08/2011 Ref No.[protected]
      Time: 28/01/2011 20:12:06 '
      But unfortunate thing is this still I am not having the service as promised. Many a times I phoned to the customer care of BSNL but no effective result. Last time they showed piety upon me telling the complaint number which is 6751813.
      Now what is left to me - just sit idle and I shall have to believe that an esteemed organisation like BSNL has adopted the custom of cheating their customers this way. And there is none to stop them!
      I Agreed, i recharged my prepaid 3g Sim with RS 606 but i am getting only 1.2 Mbps speed, i told this speed issue to the customer care by calling them on 1503. every time i call them i have to wait almost 30 to 45 minutes to attend their call and they just wants to disconnect the call as soon as possible. I problem is still not solved they are promising speed of 3.2 Mbps but giving me only 1.2 Mbps and also this speed is not constant, it fluctuates every time from 5 KB to 155 KB when i download any file, I want to say BSNL has a very complicated server and network. i don't know about other states but here is BSNL service is not good at all.

      BSNL — 3G DATA SERVICE

      One GB prepaid plan of Rs400/- of 3G data card sold to me by BSNL office, Gole Ka Mandir, Gwalior is giveing me data search of only 0.68GB every month, form the date I purchased it (13/04/2011) as per the recorded & displayed by the said data card no.([protected]).

        I am havingBSNL landline connection with number 24021543 with Broadband connection. I have taken the Broadband connection in the month of May.2006. At that time Modem was provided by BSNL and a deposit of Rs.500/- was also collected from me.

        Even after 4 1/2 years also, they are charging me rental charges for the Modem.

        I request the authorities to immediately stop the rental charges for the modem, since the total amount recovered so far will be more than the original cost of the Modem at that time. And naturally I will become the owner of that Modem.

        Anticipating an immediate action in the matter.

          Please give me details about my deduction of money from my mobile without any information.
          Due to very poor service I am unable to connect the customer care on time. Its taking more than 20 mins to connect once and the customer care operator are behaving rudely and disconnecting without solving the problem.
          I Ansuman Mohapatra having docket no. A200R96550 on 20th Jan 2011 and another docket no.B01OR150874 on 1st Feb 2011 but no result is there. Also another complain in 1st week of Dec 2010, but no response from the customer care.
          So please record all these and refund my money back.

          BSNL mobile service — stop caller tune

          BSNL — Poor response for complaints in BSNL Jharkhand

          I am constrained to express my unhappiness at the faulty working of my BSNL broadband connection. I am using Home 750 plus plan on my basic landline number 2543013 and rarely I am getting stable link and speed. In general, I am getting broadband speed of 18-20 kbps and the link is unstable.

          In this regard I repeatedly lodge complains to the office. I met several times to concern SDO (Bariatu exchange) also. I came to know that there is fault in my line and due to this I am facing unstable link and less speed. I requested the office to correct fault in the line but it is not solved till now.

                I have been using Idea mobile number since 4 years. Accidentally I sent sms to 1900 for porting and now on 31st Jan 2011 I got an sms from 1901 saying that my number is been processed for BSNL network. This happened without my knowledge and I did NOT submit any documents to BSNL until now. I went to Idea and they said that my number is not in their network. Then I went to BSNL to know whether it is in their network, they said that it is in another person's name who stays at Nellore. I don't know what to do now and I don't understand how BSNL can give away the number to somebody without verifying the details of that person and the person on whom the number is registered on? If this is true then any antinational element can get anybody's number easily. I am deeply dissatisfied with this unethical practice by the mobile service providers! I urge the authorities to consider this seriously!

                  all customer care executive r busy up to 20 min munimum.
                  on seterday 12 may 2012 automatically activate caller-tune and i will try to deactivate it but there will be no solution and today 18 may 2012 automatically activate a service and cut 8 rs in i will try to deactivate so 2 rs more deduct in my balance my all balance is deduct slowly slowly. i think bsnl is very bad company and there is no costumer care and its service is very poor

                    I have a landline telephone with BSNL/P&T connection in my residence having number 222867. I have paid all the bills raised by the Telecom department everymonth, last being sept.2010.

                    during the first week of Dec.2010 I have received a bill for the month of 1/10/10 to 31/10/10 from the department showing the total amount of the bill as Rs.2076/- showing some dues of previous months, the details of which has not been mentioned in the bill. However, I have made the payment of this bill also. It is requested to inform that in which month i have failed to make the payment of the bill of above telephone connection.

                      I Sushil Bhandari. I am customer of BSNL Prepaid mobile connection in Maharastra state. In maharastra BSNL launched agri plan (postpaid). I wish transfer my prepaid mo. no.([protected]) in to postpaid. But in my mobile I have balance Rs.6463.55/- I cant transfer my plan due to my balance.
                      I am reuesting to you, please transfer my balance as advanced bill & give me permission for transfer my plan. Please give guideline to BSNL about this.
                      Many of customer facing this problem, but they are not complaining to you. If you give perfect guideline, it helps to all customers in Lakhs who wish this type of facilities.

                          I Santosh Bhandari, my mobile number is [protected]. In my mobile I am having BSNL prepaid sim card, balance is above Rs.3000/-. I lost my sim card in few days. Then I complained to the BSNL office. After that I get new sim card from BSNL office, but i did not get my prepaid balance . After enquiry I geet the answer ‘The Validity Period is over of that sim card’ from BSNL office.
                          The balance Rs.3000/- is much big amount. So I want my balance back.

                            i stay in makarpura area of vadodara city & my complaint is that my landline number is[protected]. & this same number is of some one else's too few days back staying in tarsali area... 2 days back my phone was dead so i tried to call on my landline through my mobile to check whether its working.. i could hear the ring & it was picked up by some man staying in tarsali area.. how can my number be other's landline number too.. & moreover my bills are more than what i can expect..
                            sometimes two persons calling at the same time on my landline number can hear my voice as well as the 2nd person who has also called at the same time...
                            we were asked by the local concern person of bsnl team not to make any compalint..
                            i therefore would kindly request you to see to the matter..

                            I am a BSNL telephone subscriber from couple of years. My telephone is dead from 3 months I registered complaints over phone which hardly yielded much result.                             We would appreciate it if this situation could be resolved immediately, and a substantial rebate offered on our month’s bills.

                                I have taken a new BSNL 3G connection couple of weeks back from BSNL office near Statue Jn,Trivandrum. The speed offered was around 3.1 Mbps. I enquired about the 3G signal strength at Manacaud/Sreevaraham area and the reply from the 3G enquiry divsion was that the signal strength is too good within city limits and i should be getting assured browsing speed.They don't even bother to give a demo of the product at our place.


                                I purchased the device last week and tried using the connection. I was really shocked and disappointed to see that the speed i was getting is just around 250-300 Kbps . The signal strength is also very bad. I checked with the same device at Statue office and the signal strength is very good. Hence the problem is with the 3G tower at Manacaud/sreevarahom area. I request the concerned authorities to look into this issue and take the necessary action at the earliest so that the customers will be getting the assured speed offered by 3G.

EMPLOYEE I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE 20% DISCOUNTS ON BROAD BAND TARRIF. BUT THE BROADBAND CUSTOMERS OF THE ABOVE PLAN THE MINIMUM FREE CALLS HAVE TO BE INCREASED FROM 75 TO 150 AND THE MONTHLY RENT WOULD HAVE TO EXEMPT FROM THE BILLS. I HAVE APPLIED FOR THIS DISCOUNTS DURING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2010. BUT ONWARDS THE ABOVE DISCOUNTS ARE NOT APPLIED IN THE BILLS TILL DATE. ON MY CALCULATION AN AMOUNT OF Rs.300/- EACH.                                     I have recharged My wife's Mobile No [protected], Kannur Circle with rs.100. on25.1.2011, Ref no. 459860 through ICICI bank internet banking. But her phone is not recharged up to today but the money is with drawn from my account.
                                    Kindly do the necessary activities to recharge the phone or else kindly return the payment.

                                      I have a broadband connection against my telephone number[protected].which is disconnected on dec 10th 2010, because it has a huge outstanding amount of bill.I paid the bill of rs 8010/- on 23rd dec 2010. the bsnl authority was reconnect my line on 24th dec 2010. after that i did not use the connection, but on jan 5th 2011 a new bill arrived, that was rs 7095/-. how is it possible?
                                      so, I think that it is unauthorized used by somebody. I want detail bill of its usage.

                                      BSNL — EXORBITANT DEDUCTION

                                      I took a bsnl- 2G Connection on 19/11/2009 with a prepaid monthly plan of Rs. 230.
                                      Today on 21/12/2009 I recharged with Rs. 230(for gprs)& Rs. 30 as topup ,since main balance was below Rs. 50= exactly(Rs.47.30) .at around 12.29pm.My balance after that was RS. 72.30 & free gprs usage of 206 Mb .Later I was compelled to rechage with Rs.55=at 2.19pm.since they deducted Rs.22.70 for around 20 minutes o[censored]sage in between(for surfing only ),Later at around 2.50pm.again deducted Rs.10.49 (surfing only) then again at around 7.05 pm. deducted Rs.6.30(surfing only) .
                                      After no. of attempts i could contact with their customer care exe.at around 10.30am.,1.00pm. 3.45pm.&5.45pm.(at their toll free no . 1503),without any desirable response. Surprisigly my free usage of 206Mb. is unutilised.

                                      Please help me & guide me.
                                      to run gprs on bsnl 2g min balance required is just enough to make outgoing call i.e. 90 paisa, 230 pack make it free usage 4 one month, make sure that u have 2g or 3g becoz 230 pack does not work on 3g

                                      Oflate Iam getting very exorbitant landline bills and despite regular clearance of bill ondate, Iam still at a loss to understand why the paid amount is not deducted from my tele phone bill having Telephone no- 2222576, Consumer ID-[protected] and Account No-[protected].
                                      The broad band is also not used frequently yet the bills are very high.
                                      Please look into this orelse the matter will be placed at highest level or will open to vigillance enquiry.

                                        I've been using BSNL mobile prepaid for 2 months i activated GPRS 89 plan(2GB) in my mobile as they directed and i used it, I liked the speed and I used to change my plan to GPRS249(unlimited) and i recharged on 20.1.2011 for Rs49+110(2 times) ;already I've my balance Rs46 in my account and now my balance is Rs315 and i activated my plan GPRS 249 by sending msg to 53733 and then i got the confirmation message.They deducted money from my account.After all my gprs usage a msg comes like you have 524288.00,407099.97 like that . On 21.1.2011 i got a msg that you have 0.00 and my account balance is -9. I complained and my complaint was registered by them(Complaint number KL [protected]) on 21st of Jan., they asked me to call after 24 hours for the query,every days i call they always ask me to wait for 24 hrs .. But still I didn't get my money back and i didnt get Query report. Sir now its 216th hour, still am using Gprs in same number and iam losing my money as unlimited plan's validity is not yet expired,Sir please help me and take necessary steps.
