Non Installation

If log my compaint 15-20 days before to you and BSNL Jalandhar office regaridng installation of Broadband connection of bearing[protected] , but upto till date there is no any action have been taken regarding this. We have many times contact wth SDO, JE, BSNL Employees but no one gives response. Is there is no one who attend our compaint. Why BSNL publish false news in Newspaper (i.e. in today dainik Bhaskar Newspaper regarding 75% deduction...

Unlawfully charged subscription fees

Hello,
I have been fraudelently charged for value added services by BSNL Company on my BSNL prepaid mobile. I am being charged Rs 5 for subscription of Baba Ramdev pack,without my knowledge or confirmation. Pleases take the required action on this ongoing fraud.

Internet Broadband frequent Failure

It is sad and very unfortunate, in spite of my repeated complaint, Internet connection is getting failed frequently and no solid action taken from BSNL to help their Customer.

I am really sorry to know the unhelpful attitude of all though there are several GMs, DGMs,.DETs, AEs, Nodal officers, Grievance officers etc.No one is taking any responsibility to rectify & find out some solution for trouble free internet.

3g data card

That I Sri Subash chandra Nayak , Laxmisagar Colony purchased a 3G Data card @ Rs.2000/- from G,M T,D,Bhubaneswar on dt, 03.01.2011 . As the data card did not work in my hcl computer ie it did not show any signal,I wanted the help of the staff at your customer care but nobody helped me . so I request higher authorities of BSNL to help me to exchange for a better one.
