Dear Sir,

The 3G Data card department (room no. 103), Shastri Nagar Office is hopeless.

When I reached to buy a data card in BSNL office , they redirected me to room no. 103.

When I reached that room , the room was closed. I surprised, then I slowly opened the room , there were few staff members sitting over there sleeping around 12:00 PM.

I asked one of them , that I want to buy a 3G data EVDO stick, they didn’t show any interest. The person was taking to a family member. I sat over there around 30 minutes continuously asking to give me form and plans. But that fellow didn’t replied in satisfactory way.

I want to lodge a complaint against him that during office hours, why they keep the door closed and not entertain customers. I am also escalating this matter to senior management about their ignorance.

Please look into that.

    I have BSNL Landlaine & Broadband connection(with limited usage),
    today is[protected] & yet i not recieved BSNL Bill for month january-2011

    even i tried lot on BSNL portal& BSNL .in also...but no where showing Bill detail or Usage of last month

    each month i was checking day 2 day usage at bsnl portal but Now its also showing "no record found"

    so reply me who can i check my last bill (Landline+Broadband) & Broadband usage of last month because i have Limited usage broadband plan

    do needful action n reply back

      November 2010 bill was Rs 3684.00 but in wrong bill is Rs 3000.00 as LL Debit Accessory/Facility

      i've given written complaint on 28/12/2010 but no responce . I've not paid bill .Later they disconnect the service in first week of Jan'2011.

      Again they send the Bill for the Dec'2010 for Rs 4089.00. I've not paid.
      Again they send the Bill for the Jan'2011 for Rs 4298.00 but paid Rs4089.00 throu the cheque on 18/02.2011 but till the date phone is reconnected.
      I am claiming the problem I am facing due this in term of money , time and agony.

      BSNL — wrong payment of landline bill

      Dear Sir, On 29th January 2010 I have paid my land bill to your canning street office,the amount was Rs529/- bill no: 08703459 No: U 0060918 dt 29/01/2010 number of land line was273574 in the name of Tarikul Seikh, but actually I have to pay the bill in the name of DIPEN DEY CHOWDHURY ,TELEPHONE NO: 2643993,CONSUMER NO: 1072870 BILL NO: 88703459,THE AMOUNT WAS RS. 532/-,I don't understand how the counter clerk accept the bill and paid. The bill amount has been credited to wrong account.
      In this regard I have written so many times but got no fruitful result. I shall be glad if you kindly refund my amount so that I can pay my bill in write place.

      BSNL is billing its customer without any justification.They know that customer will have to pay their bills because it reaches them two days before last date of payment.You keep complaining, no body will listen.Can't there be an alternate to this Bogus service.I am using Home plan 500 and paying 3500/-every month .Can we not disconnect the service online?

        dear sir i amardeep sandhu bsnl customer mobile number [protected].i have started astrolgy service on my mobile about 6-8 months ago within one month after activation i call the customer care excutive for deactivation of this service.firstly they ask my name then mobile no and ask me your complaint is lodged and they give me complaint number and ask service is deactivated within 24 hours. but service is not deactivated i have call the customer care many times they ask me your complaint is lodged and service is deacivated within 24 hours every month they deducted Rs 20.00 from my account this service is auto rewnewd after one month. so please look in this matter i m completly misguided by customer care executive. thanks

          Bsnl is Not Sending UPC Code, to Convert to Other Network,I have Sent Twice the message for each they charged 60paise.
          and Some person Called from Bsnl Customer Care and asked me the reason that why i am planning to change frm bsnl and wen i tell the reason , he told me to wait and disconnected after 2 minutes.
          sir plz do the needful.

            I have purchased bsnl 3g usb data card on[protected] mfg date:2010.09, hardware version:v1.0, software version:lw272 v1.0, imei no.:[protected] and s|n:[protected].The usb data card disconnected automatically within 5 minutes and the speed is too slow about 25 kbps.so i request you to solve this problem within a manageable days or replace my data card or return my money back.If you do not take any action then i will take legal action against you.And loudge a complain in consumer forum against the bsnl authority and as well as the datacard vendor teracom. i am a cbi inspector in hyderabad sultanbazar office , koti.Please take a necessity action on the above sated matter and stop cheating customer in this way.

            Agree. I am also a BSNL 3G Customer from Satara, Maharashtra & I am also facing the same problem here. While purchasing 3G I was told that I will definitely get very good speed for browsing & downloading but I am unable to connected to the internet for more than five minutes. My speed for the internet is worst ever I ve seen, It has never crossed 20 kbps. Apart from this call centre service of BSNL is also worst.

              From past 2-3 years I have facing Land line Connection problem (Phone No.:[protected] in port blair it gets dead every 2 to 3 months and the sound disturbence in conncection is a lot, Iam a retired Defence Personnel and i find it very hard to file a complaint every month, I had lot of difficulty in these up down procedure. I had filed couple of complaints in many times but still I not get permanent solutions....

                  I have taken Prepaid connection from BSNL just to use for my blackberry. I have recharged with 399 for 399 BIS plan on 22-Feb-2010. On that day they said BIS will be activated with in 24 hours. But still its not got activated. i have asked airtel people to release the PIN. They have released the PIN. When i call to the 1505 call centre they said that my mobile is not getting registered with RIM BIS. They says my blackberry Storm2 9550 (Unlocked from US) doesn't support because it is unlocked from US. Where as i am using BIS in the same handset with Airtel since one year. In Airtel Network my handset got registered. Actually i was thinking to shift to BSNL using MNP. Before that i wanted to try BSNL blackberry services. But I am not happy with the BSNL BB Support team. I am not able to use BIS since 5 days where as they sayd every thing is fine at their end. BSNL don't have strong technical support team. Who will solve my issue In BSNL? I think it is better for me to stick with Airtel. My balance getting deducting with out using BIS.

                  It happened with me too.I recharged my phone with rs399 pack two days back and the blacberry services are still inactive. I tried calling customer care at 1505 but no one is picking up the phone there. POOR SERVICES AND POOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT BY BSNL!!!

                    I cant check the BSNL BROADBAND usage from the begining of this month onwards.I registered into the so called selfcare portal. But when i queried the usage the page says "For the selected Month February no Invoices are present,Click on the Query button below and select another Month".So i cant check how much MB i have consumed.Any excess MB and hence the Excess money that i have to pay for is just because of the lack of responsible customer service by the BSNL authorities.My BROADBAND user id is ud[protected].

                      Hi,
                      Applied for MNP (from Airtel to BSNL). Got MNP unique porting ID AX712725 from airtel immediately.
                      Applied on 19 Feb2011 with BSNL at Banashankri CS. Got port in request my number from BSNL saying BSNL accepted and will be ported on 24 Feb 2011 @ 22:48.

                      I get SIM Card Rejected on Airtel, hence changed the BSNL Sim card, even there getting the same message starting 24 Feb 2011 till now almost 16 hrs passed.

                      Contacted the bsnl exchange office, met the supervisor, who promised saying will be activated in 2 hrs, but no use. BSNL Banashankri CS Exchange supervisor Subramaniyam is least bothered about this issue and not willing to share his contact details to resolve my issue.

                        BSNL activated service for yahoo masanger on My Mobile No-[protected] in the month of Dec.2010 and deduct an amount of Rs.-30 for Dec. and also deduct again Rs.-30/- on 23.01.2011.
                        I have complaint on dated 23.01.2011 for deactivate this service vide complent No-A23HR502159 but in 22.02.2011 they have again deduct Rs.-30/- for this services and i have again complained dt- 23.02.2011 vide no- B23HR775631 but till we have not received any massage from BSNL regarding deactivate this service and refund for Rs.-30/- which deduct after complaint.

                          such renewal further.i had made same complaint earlier. it was stopped for a month or two then automatically started getting cut rs 30/-per month

                            sir here in my area network problem creats many problem like breaking of voice, disconnection etc. we are much suffering bcoz of this. I accept that where i live i.e. village area but always every network available there bcoz it is so near to city. sir I live in kajgaon & there is a bsnl exchange is also available. i think i.e. not working properly. I request you to solve my problem. not only I am suffering but also whole area is suffering so plz satisfy them.

                            BSNL Mobile phone — Network problem

                            I've a prepaid mobile connection of BSNL. There is always network problem. Most of my frients complaint that my phone is out of range i.e. not reachable.

                            plz look into this and request u to improve the service of BSNL.

                              I got a new bsnl postpaid connection(1500 plan) on 8th dec, 2010. My first postpaid bill amounted to Rs. 2250, dated 19th January 2011. After paying the bill i again recieved a bill dated 19th January 2011 of amount Rs. 1850, when contacted to respective bsnl office account manager no certified answer was given. I've paid two bills of amount Rs. 2250 and Rs. 1850 for the same duration.
                              I hope the respective authority will look into this matter sincerly.

                              BSNL — Complaint against 1500 postpaid plan

                              I am one of the BSNL customer using 1500 postpaid plan with the no of [protected].In this plan i understood from the BSNL office,customercare and IVRS that the incoming calls in roaming and outgoing calls to BSNL network in roaming also absolutely free.Unfortunatly my last two month bills BSNL had charged for my outgoing calls to the bsnl network.

                              On 13/09/10 i got the reply of my complaint which i had registered on 6-09-10 with the reference no of [protected].that my outgoing calls in roaming is not free.As a customer i had used BSNL plan only for my roaming purpose.but BSNL are not giving the proper service and, also i cant able to suffer such kind of issues

                              By this letter i am requesting to u getting the service which BSNL had offered when the time of activation,or pls make needful for my loss by taken this plan. because it is only the mistake of BSNL.
                              I Already infrom to BSNLKerala circle DGM Mrs.Rajalakshmi,she is alo saying that the information they had received is the outgoing calls to BSNL network is free in roaming
                              I recorded the information which i get from the customer care,and i am keeping that records
                              I expect ur kindness towards me and do the needful as soon as it is possible.

                                i am a costomer of BSNL 3G DATACARD( pen drive type) ( [protected]) ,and it's very sad to say that , i hardly get 200-400kbs speed , ver BSNL Claim it to be 2-3 mbps . as my office is near jipmer and as i understood jipmer already has a tower for BSNL , really don't understand what makes it so slow !!!!! I would request the authorities to look into the matter and rectify or boost it so that the customers will enjoy a speedy and uninterrupted browsing.

                                From the past 10days my dwnld speed is drpped to 100-150kbps which was previously 350-500kbps.
                                Can any one suggest any procedure so that i might retain previous speeds..

                                  This is to let you know that my BSNL landline no is[protected] with broadband service.My BSNL customer ID is[protected].

                                  I have paid the bill till Dec,2010. But as I received the January 2011 bill,I see that an additional charge for "Hungama Music" has been deducted from 30/9/2010 as follows. I want to let you know that I have never ever subscribed for Hungama music,hence never used it.

                                  31/1/2011 149/-


                                  Few months back,I got a call from Hungama Music Customer care stating me that they have launched the site,their facilities etc etc. But I never asked them to subscribe myself over there. Then how can they subscribe me without my permission ? This is very disgussting as well as harrassing for the customer.

                                  I met with Senior AO,Bhatpara Exchange, But he told me that I have subscribed myself for Hungama music on 15/9/2010. I am surprised that how it was subscribed when I am not at all aware of it. I came to know that they have even used my email-ID,Mobile No, (which I have provided during BSNL broadband registration only ) during Musical Hungama registration.

                                  Besides so much of competitors in telecom and internet service provider in the market, customers like us are still stucked with BSNL over years,only because BSNL is reliable and reputed. But do BSNL really providing reliability to the customers like this? Charging illegally,cheating the customers ?

                                  I won't be able to pay this extra amount. Please take necessary actions for BSNL Hungama Music. They used to cheat like this to many of the BSNL customer.

                                    I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 5 months. My BSNL landline number is[protected].Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But last month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.125/- and 149/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand)and God(games on demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said servvice.

                                    I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.


                                    It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

                                    If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

                                    I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this.

                                    BSNL — charging without consent

                                    My mobile no. is [protected]
                                    From my a/c Rs 30/- (two times) has been deducted without any reason. First on Aug 15, 2010 and second time on Sep 15, 2010.
                                    My complaint filed to customer care on 16 Aug 2010 provided me docket no. H[protected] & assured me not to deduct next time but of no use. On 15 Sep 2010 I complain of the same for with docket no.
                                    I[protected].

                                    No proper action has been taken so far
                                    Kindly refund my amount of Rs 30+30 at the earliest.
                                    No use of making calls to customer care for any issue. BSNL has got the worst possible csutomer service desk in India. You should visit local BSNL exchange where people deals with BSNL mobile issues (not landline matters only).

                                    BSNL — Charging for games without consent

                                    My Mobile No. [protected]. My service provider is BSNL. It observed that I am getting SMS stating that, "You have been charged for Games". For this I never had given my consent, but even then in Bill No.[protected] dt. 5th Nov. 2011 I have been charged rs. 100/- fro SMS content down loading, which is NOT acceptable to me.
                                    Kindly see that this amount is reversed to me & I will NOT get such unwanted SMS in future.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am a consumer of BSNL landline services[protected], over the past 6 months I have not received a single bill, my only indicator for the amount due is the online registry I have done where it tells me the amount due and that too without any breakups.

                                      Request you to please take this forward with the concerned officials as I am not getting any support from BSNL.
