I have bought bsnl 3g data card of 7.2 mpbs speed at the time of purchasing it was told to me that u will get 7.2 mbps speed not when i started using i come to know i m not getting that speed insted i m getting 8 kbps speed and no customer center executive are even attending my complain or giving me proper response service pathetic service. kindly revert back what should i do?

Really pathetic same as me...I stay at Dumdum area of Kolkata n BSNL service (3G) in this area is really bad. I logged complaint against that to CC but still no rectification. They say it will take time but how much they cant tell. Is that service ??? My money is going waste on such wonderful service all thanks to BSNL.
BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

Dear admin, please escalate my complaint to BSNL officials. i badly need good net speeds, but unable even to surf websites with bsnl 3g.

    I HAVE A BSNL PRE PAID SIM WITH REGN NO[protected], SINCE FIRST DAY FROM THE PURCHASE ( 2 YEARS) , THE SIM IS NOT SUPPORTING THE SMS OUTGOING FACILITY,

    PRIOR TO COMPLAIN I HAD CHANGED MY SIMM FROM NOOKIA TO SAMSUNG TO SONY MOBILES, BUT ULTIMETAELY DEFECT WAS WITH THE SIM,

    FOR MY COMPLAIN I WENT TO ROURKELA CIRCLE ( DOORBHASH KENDRA) BSNL OFFICE, BUT ALL IN VEIN , AND I WAS SUGGESTED TO TAKE NEW NUMBER , WHICH EVERY ONE WILL APPRECIATE IS A BIT PROBLAMATIC,

    NOW I FOUND THESE AS MY LAST PLATFORM TO LODGE COMPLAN,

      i use bb home 1000 plan through my landline[protected]. in oct 2010 i have used only 4.1 gb of the 5 gb free usage permitted. but i have been billed rs 3172. my complaints at the local bsnl office have not been cared for for more than 3 weeks now. iam being forced to pay the bill lest my connection will be terminated.pl help

        Sir,
        I have the honour to inform you that my Telephone No-286260 under Gumrah Telephone Exchange was out of order including Broadband service from 5th May 2010 to 31/10/10 due to under ground cable fault. I complained several times at S.D.E.Badarpur Telephone Exchange for Rent Rebate for that period but till today I have not got any Rent Rebate papers,so now my telephone is also not working due to non payment of bills.

        So, I therefore, pray that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to exempt me from monthly rental of my telephone including Broadband for that period only, and I also promise to pay monthly bill in time If I get proper service in future.

        My landlines no 25490056 is dead for about 6 months. I have made complaints several times both online & offline. Every time it has been communicated to me that due to strike by certain workers jobs can't be done & they are unable to give any commitment of repair. However they are sending me bill every month and I am paying regularly for my dead phone. May i ask for the rebate or reversal of payment during this period till it started working or restored service.

          Im Roshith from bangalore.I bought BSNL 3G data card last month.As per advertisement in bsnl website there is no charges for roaming.However theharge is deduction while roaming.I have raised this issue to technical support -BSNL.At first they said this may be a technical issue and when i called 2nd time they said there will be charges for roaming.Then after they are not picking up my call.I had already informed this issue to Bsnl telecom engineer,They told me that there is no roaming charges for 3G DATA CARD.If You checked the website its clearly informed about the roaming.This is really a cheating against teh customers

            telephone — Service and Replacement for my own telephone instrument

            Sir,

            I have taken one Phone Connection (landline-WLL type) in BSNL Mela conducted before 2 years in Trivandrum. From that period onwards i have problem in my telephone equipment which they have provided me .I have informed and approached several times for rectifying the complaint. But my telephone exchange people are doing nothing for me. Normally they are replacing the battery and holding my telephone for 3/4 days for battery checking. Last time before two days i approached to Mr.Jagannath, JTO, Medical college Section , he said that i have to buy battery and he will not replace the set. Before 3 days their own service personnel said to me that JTO can do the replacement for that he have to change the programme through computer. Actually i am the victim of worst and bad service of BSNL. Please do action against the officers becoz i cant disconnect the line or change my number . I am already taken this connection for one year plan. My contact number is [protected]/[protected]

Last two years my telephone not working properly some time it is dead and creating disturbs noise .many and lot of time complaints to call center and local exchange kizhakkambalam also. Many times my complaint closes your call center without visiting the line man at my residence.                         I am a resident of Vadodara(Gujrat) but posted near Vapi(Gujrat). My wife has been visiting nearest BSNL office for getting broadband connection for last 3 months. Everytime she is given different response. First they promised that connection will be given in 15 days. When she went with all the document she was rudely told that connection can not be given. I came from Vapi for the purpose and met Mr Rama Kant Singh, SDE in GIDC Exchange. He said connection can not be given as capacity is full and contact after March 2011. Even after March 2011, I can not promise. He did not check any thing from the database neither he called anyone from his staff. His behaviour was very rude and indifferent. It was insulting and humiliating to me and wife.

                          This is to inform you that I Hiran Mondal a consumer of BSNL EVDO DATA CARD
                          I had purchased this above said DATA Card (Ph No. [protected], A/C No[protected] on 16 Dec 2009 from BSNL World, Bhowanipur Kolkata-25 branch (BSNL authorized agent).
                          I have logged so many complains to BSNL customer care service for their poor signal & bad Service. Complains number are (91501, 92304, 94221, 99656, etc.)
                          I have requested to them to solve this issue but no action has been taken from their end. & due to poor service & bad attitude problem of BSNL customer care executive I decided to surrender the said card.
                          I had made a surrender application on 16th Mar 2010 & submitted the copy to BSNL Panihati Exchange, Kolkata, & I have a received copy of the same. After few days later I have received a bill (Period 1st Mar 2010 to 31st Mar 2010) & also made the full payment against this bill. But till date they have not deactivated my service & they have generated my bills with late fine charge in every month. I also visited
                          the two to three times to BSNL Panihati, Kolkata & BSNL Barrckpore telephone exchange, But nobody has response.

                          Kindly suggest me what can I do to solve this Issue.

                            My mobile with BSNL connection No. [protected] (DOSTY BSNL) was stolen on 19th November, 2010 and it was reported to Sonarpur Police Station vide FIR No. 2290 dated 20.11.2010. The IMEI/ESN No. of the mobile was [protected]. It was also reported to BSNL and anyway the SIM was locked. It was reported from your office at Ranikuthi that the SIM with that mobile was not against my papers submitted. So, the BSNL office failed to issue the same mobile connection no. with balance. The BSNL office also instructed me to contact with Happy House, 21 Camac Street, Kolkata, the BSNL dealer, from where The SIM was issued, to change the user name. But Happy House did not make any arrangement for the same. The SIMs which were using by me is recorded n the name of Bhabendranath Mandal, Gorkhara, Ghosepara, Sonarpur, Kolkata -150. I have failed to trace the mobile connection numbers issued against my submitted documents. Again it is not known to me whether those SIMs are being used or not.

                            Under this condition, it will be highly appreciated if you please make enquiry into the matter and kindly let me know the user name and address who is using those SIMs issued against my submitted documents, Voter ID NO. LLH1981034 (Address: 62 Fartabad, Model Town, P.O. Garia, Ward No. 26, Sonarpur South 24 Parganas, 700 084).

                            Dear Sir,

                            At present I own 2 BSNL mobile pre paid sims fitted to my telephones, the numbers being
                            a) [protected] & b) [protected].

                            I am facing the following frequent problems that remain unattended from your end:
                            • Very frequently we find we are unable to send SMS, which shows barred from service/ sent to unsent box etc. This even after we top up the monthly SMS cards for sending bulk SMS. The local authorities are negligent about the affair.
                            • Many a days we find the BSNL signal is cut off for prolonged period (sometimes exceeding 8 hours).
                            • Load shedding / power failure often results in signal cutoff to the BSNL mobiles, possibility due to inadequate back up batteries/ power supply. Authorities appear to shed their deaf ears to the updates & awareness apprised by us.
                            • I do not observe such eventuality with private operators, even though most of them being BSNL sublets.
                            I hope you would appreciate the state of affair explained & would emphatically act up on with immediate effect to improvise on the situation.

                                Even I can't access the OnlineSBI site since the past one week.. Using BSNL Broadband in Lucknow, UP.
                                Please take care of the situation.
                                same here my friends. i am frm chandigarh. unable to access onlinesbi.com, statebankofindia.com, sbi.co.in &eztrade.co.in since last 4 days. i had complained at bsnl broadband toll free no., nothing has happened till now.
                                hi, frnds.
                                it is now working. i had complained at bsnl bb toll free no. and it worked. i'm able to access onlinesbi now.

                                  I am a resident of Kalathur villiage. Udupi taluk and Distric. My home landline telephone is not working since last two years, Telephone no is 2540018 comming under Paniyur sub exchange and Padubidri telephone exchange.several written and verbal complaints given to BSNL . Everytime they are giving one or other excuse.But line has been not repaired so far. Not only my telephone other all landline phones are also not working in that area.Every consumer including me are paying regular telephone bills for the service not tendered by BSNL.I am trying to get broadband intertnet connection from BSNL, due not non working of telephone line I am unable to get internet.I am working abroad and my childrens are studying higher education internet is the necessecity now a days.Please go through the matter and do the needfull.

                                  i am from hebri . telephone number is 251551 not working properly since 4 months and internet also
                                  bsnl hebri is now not friendly with customer they not interested at all to repair complainng about phone is now become a joke

                                    Sir,

                                    I had taken BSNL Pyari Jodi Sim No. [protected] on 4th Dec'2010 from Bagnan Exchange. I had requested to BSNL to activate the facility of calling from my BSNL no. i.e [protected] to other three BSNL mobiles @20p/min.Since that day I am requesting BSNL customer care daily for the same. But no action taken yet.

                                    Kindly tell me if i have taken Pyari Jodi plan, what will happen to my earliar Yakin Nahi Aata plan. it will remain or get cancelled ?

                                    yet my sim ( [protected]) was not activated since[protected] till[protected]. Regardig this i told to j.e., clerk of tq. umarkhed, dist- yavatmal office. but there is no responce from them. what can i do now
                                    my sim ( [protected] ) was not activated till today. this was taken on[protected]. The officers as well as the clerck give a rubbish treatment to me. Beaing a sinear citizen lastly i take a decision to coplaint the B.S.N.L officers o[censored]markhed, Dist- Yavatmal (M.S.) to central telephone cabinet ministers. Thank you.

                                      Hi, My name is sudhir yadav. I had applied for new land line connection in august 2009 and gave all proper doucments photo and deposited 500Rs. At that time they promised for a connection within 1 week. Now It took total one year and neither they gave me connection nor they are returning my money back. I went to BSNL office at least 50 times. They are sending me from one desk to other. No one is clearly telling me why this kind of delay is happening. I met from JTO subedarganj(Lal Chand), SDO. they always promise for next week and nothing happens. At last I asked for refund. but even then they are not returning my money back. Kindly reslove my issue.
