dear sir
Im jaswinder singh from chandigarh. my mobile no is [protected]. but from last 2 months BSNL activate the service of CHAT MESSENGER SERVICE to my no an charging rs. 15 after every 15 days. but i never activate this service. i'l complaint for it many times but no action will be taken. after this now i can't use BSNL COUSTOMER CARE SERVICE becouse the block my service to talk to customer care. plz help me to resolve this issue.

      i lost my mobile having BSNL sim on 12th dec...
      the thief is using my number..
      though i am making cal to him he is not answering
      bt when i send message from my friend mobile he is giving reply...
      its seems funny but true...
      he is telling "i will giv ur mobile 2maro, now dont disturb me!"

      so what i have to do??
      though i am trying to mak a cal to customer care n number of times
      they r not even lifting atleast once...

      my idea is we can get the nos that r being used by that thief in these two days but customer care people are not even liftng cal...


      so plz help me inorder to getrid misuse from that thief.

        Hi Sir,

        I have applied for shifting my landline and broadband connection[protected] from Domlur to 9th block of Jayanagar on[protected]. I have submitted application for local shift on Nov 27th, 2010 at Indiranagar exchange office.

        Then I approached the local office at Jayanagar I got answer the connection will be given in 3-4 days time as our new house area also comes under the same exchange but even after 18 days, there is no action against this.

        Every time I call a person from BSNL exchange he will point out some other person and give other number. Likewise I have called some 20 numbers over this period. The worst part the officers at Jayanagar does not respond for telephone calls.

        Being a software professional I need to take up late night calls because of this issue I will have to stay office late nights for my calls.I am really fed up with the service.

        Concerned people please look into the issue and help the dependent users with timely service.

        BSNL — Shifting of landline connection delayed

        I applied for shifting of my landline BSNL connection No. being 2652100 from 320-C to STC- 602 in the same residential society of Shipra Suncity Indirapuram Ghaziabad on[protected].
        Till date the job is not yet completed.
        If it is delayed so much for shifting, then I wonder whether the connection is worth to be retained?
        Whether BSNL authorities will wake up and become customer friendly or leave it to the Private service providers like Airtel, Reliance, Tata indicom and others ?

        Landline & Broadband Internet — Delay in shifting of the Connection

        Hello I have applied for the shifting of address for my landline & broadband connection 15 days ago. But no action is taken till date. My landline no is 25233175 under Vimanapura exchange. Request you to do the needful ASAP.
        Pls Duplicate bill copy same as email id.

        BSNL — delay in shifting of connection

        On 25.5.09, I applied for shift of my basic landline no.[protected] to another house which I had taken on rent. Today till 8.6.09 the connection has not been shifted.Shift is in same exchange. Repeated requests and personel visits to exchange has been doen but no result. Common reply comes from all levels of officers "cable fault and non availability of Cable pair" is their answer. Another commom answer is "we are looking into the matter".
        Can anyone tell me what is the time prescribed to shift a telephone connection whithin same exchange?

        Payment cleared on 24.11.2012 under receipt no BGLRR NO[protected]dt 24.11.2012.
        Instrument was handed over on 24.11.2012 (against no due notification).

        That too had been paid on 20.03.2013 through Bangalore One vide receipt no 1685527 dt 20.03.2013
        The deposit refund is still pending.
        Request release of refund cheque without further loss of time.

          Hi,
          I am a journalist working for a national English daily based in Patna and my cell phone No is [protected]. I never activated the BSNL Caller tunes. Still it was activated twice in a day on December 11, 2010 and charged Rs 12 and Rs 28.

          I think this is another big scandal in the BSNL after 2 G Spedtrum Scam and the minister concerned Mr Kapil Sibbal must immediatley look into it before it is late.

            Well,I had purchased BSNL 3G sim and the datacard for ,you know, getting the "High Speed Internet" and for a couple of days it worked just fine.
            But thats where BSNL shows its true colours!!After the few days of good speed,whenever i try connecting to the internet using the stupid tool that they provided it shows that it is getting connecting on HSDPA mobile and not on HSPA/UMTS(the network with the high speed internet).So is BSNL running a scam?Coz from what i see i was able to connect on to the HSPA/UMTS network just fine for the first few days and now it shows the network available as HSPA/UMTS and after you connect it switches to HSDPA mobile and gives you the speed.
            Anyone with same concerns please reply.

              i am using nokia n73 which supports maximum 3G speed of 384Kbps = 49KBps

              but i get maximum 15.8KBps speed only.

              My BSNL 3G number is [protected] and am getting really low download speeds (average 10 kBps). I have been tring to register a complaint for the last two days but they keep saying server is down so they cant register the complaint and someone will call me in 2 hours. But no one called me even though more than 48 hours have passed.
              If I tell them to transfer me to a manager they put me on hold and after about 1 hour they disconnect the line.
              I am using a Huwaei E122 USB device with my laptop. Initially for around one month I used to get high speeds of around 200 kBps but the speed gradually decreased and now is at 10 kBps. Every 2-3 seconds, the speed drops to 0 kbps and the download stalls. A 5 MB file download takes about an hour which is worse than a 256 kbps dialup connection.
              I feel cheated and am frustrated by the customer service.They have recently given me my first bill ( About Rs. 3000). I am not going to pay a single paisa to them until they get the problem rectified.
              Please help if you can.

              My BSNL 3G number is [protected] is now giving very low speed near about 16-17 kBps but previously it gave near about 225kBps. I am using it with Huwaei E122 USB device with my laptop.
              Please help me and rectify the errors in network as soon as you can.

              my bsnl 3g number is [protected]. i called the customer care. they registered a complaint. the next day i got a call sayin they are calling from bsnl. b4 i was about to tell my problems, they cut the call and i never go a call back. i recharged for 607 which is a 3g plan but i got a speed of 128kbps. but bsnl claims that they provide 3g speeds upto 3.6 mbps.

I have never thought of it that local call can cross more than 270 free calls. I tried to contact last few days to bill enquiry no. as shown in Bill that is engage every time when I try to contact. Another public grievances No. 25422434 is out of order. I have no other to go to opt the lodging a complaint about the unexpectation local call.                   at any time while i connecting the modem with my p.c it indicate full signal strength but when i was going to start it, it lost it network. after disconnecting it will got full signal but if start the same happened again.

                    Hello There,

                    I purchased BSNL 3G Data card. The claimed speed by BSNL is 7.2 mbps. it is too far from reality. I am getting download speed of average 30 kb and sometimes goes upto 70 kb. It is quite below what BSNL claims for this type of card.

                    Is there any way I can register official complaint for this with BSNL?

                    BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
                    I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

                    I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

                    Dear admin, please escalate my complaint to BSNL officials. i badly need good net speeds, but unable even to surf websites with bsnl 3g.

                      I Ashish Sagar want your attention that I feel betrayed by your 3G DATA CARD service which I have tagen on 06/12/2010 and my plan is Rs. 700 for a ./month.Sir to my utter disappointment I feel that it is just a wast of money to go for 7.2 Mbps 3 G card when the speed I am getting a maximum speed of only 30-40 kbps and the download speed is only 10-20 kbps. Sir it is just like dupping the people that this service is started .I tried to contact the customer service 1503 for my problem but I did not get any response.

                        My telephone no is [protected] existing in HWP colony rawatbhata. i have applied for BB homeplan 250. Instead of provind services of BB I have recieved telephone bill of BB 1999 plan of three months. My broad band is not working. I have met with SDOT Rawatbaha and complaint the same and also informed against wron bill. After several requset nothing has been done so far and sent a bill of Rs 7894/- to deposit. Really they have troubled mea lot and i reqested to disconnect BB and a correct bill. Pls help me out.

                          Really pathetic same as me...I stay at Dumdum area of Kolkata n BSNL service (3G) in this area is really bad. I logged complaint against that to CC but still no rectification. They say it will take time but how much they cant tell. Is that service ??? My money is going waste on such wonderful service all thanks to BSNL.

                            I HAVE A BSNL PRE PAID SIM WITH REGN NO[protected], SINCE FIRST DAY FROM THE PURCHASE ( 2 YEARS) , THE SIM IS NOT SUPPORTING THE SMS OUTGOING FACILITY,

                            PRIOR TO COMPLAIN I HAD CHANGED MY SIMM FROM NOOKIA TO SAMSUNG TO SONY MOBILES, BUT ULTIMETAELY DEFECT WAS WITH THE SIM,

                            FOR MY COMPLAIN I WENT TO ROURKELA CIRCLE ( DOORBHASH KENDRA) BSNL OFFICE, BUT ALL IN VEIN , AND I WAS SUGGESTED TO TAKE NEW NUMBER , WHICH EVERY ONE WILL APPRECIATE IS A BIT PROBLAMATIC,

                                Sir,
                                I have the honour to inform you that my Telephone No-286260 under Gumrah Telephone Exchange was out of order including Broadband service from 5th May 2010 to 31/10/10 due to under ground cable fault. I complained several times at S.D.E.Badarpur Telephone Exchange for Rent Rebate for that period but till today I have not got any Rent Rebate papers,so now my telephone is also not working due to non payment of bills.

                                So, I therefore, pray that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to exempt me from monthly rental of my telephone including Broadband for that period only, and I also promise to pay monthly bill in time If I get proper service in future.

                                My landlines no 25490056 is dead for about 6 months. I have made complaints several times both online & offline. Every time it has been communicated to me that due to strike by certain workers jobs can't be done & they are unable to give any commitment of repair. However they are sending me bill every month and I am paying regularly for my dead phone. May i ask for the rebate or reversal of payment during this period till it started working or restored service.

                                I would like to inform you that my telephone under Barasat Telephone Exchange was out of order from October 2020 till date. I complained and filed but till date the above mentioned docket is showing pending for last 2 two months and bills are being generated and paid by the undersigned.

                                I would request you to grant Rent Rebate from October 2020 till the date the services not resumed.

                                So, I therefore, pray that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to restore the services and exempt me from monthly rental of my telephone .

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  Im Roshith from bangalore.I bought BSNL 3G data card last month.As per advertisement in bsnl website there is no charges for roaming.However theharge is deduction while roaming.I have raised this issue to technical support -BSNL.At first they said this may be a technical issue and when i called 2nd time they said there will be charges for roaming.Then after they are not picking up my call.I had already informed this issue to Bsnl telecom engineer,They told me that there is no roaming charges for 3G DATA CARD.If You checked the website its clearly informed about the roaming.This is really a cheating against teh customers

                                    our telephone instrument of bsnl Landline is dead since last 6 months no one care to replace it we have to purchase a phone form local market but it is in the basic phone service need how to include that complain for department.

                                    telephone — Service and Replacement for my own telephone instrument

                                    Sir,

                                    I have taken one Phone Connection (landline-WLL type) in BSNL Mela conducted before 2 years in Trivandrum. From that period onwards i have problem in my telephone equipment which they have provided me .I have informed and approached several times for rectifying the complaint. But my telephone exchange people are doing nothing for me. Normally they are replacing the battery and holding my telephone for 3/4 days for battery checking. Last time before two days i approached to Mr.Jagannath, JTO, Medical college Section , he said that i have to buy battery and he will not replace the set. Before 3 days their own service personnel said to me that JTO can do the replacement for that he have to change the programme through computer. Actually i am the victim of worst and bad service of BSNL. Please do action against the officers becoz i cant disconnect the line or change my number . I am already taken this connection for one year plan. My contact number is [protected]/[protected]

                                      WHEN I USE BSNL 2G GPRS I CAN'T KNOW HOW MUCH MB IS REMAINING FOR ME. TILL 1 MONTH BEFORE AFTER EACH GPRS SESSION I GET A SERVICE REPLY INFORMING I HAVE I HAVE SUSH AND SUCH MB BALANCE FOR THE CURRENT MONTH.AM PAYIN RS.89/- MONTHLY FOR 2GB. WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME TO MESSAGE USG TO 53733. BUT IT SAYS REQUEST IS INVALID. THEY DONT HAVE OTHER ALTERNATIVES.

                                        i kindly request u to block my bsnl simcard along with the nokia handset, which i was lost 1.5 years back near the camproad bus stop( tambaram east).

                                        yesterday (09.12.10) my friend called to that number, someone picked and cut that call. so i request u to immediately block the usage of this number and stop the misuse of that number.
